Get PDF〔目的〕本報告では、看護教員と英語教員が連携し開発したシミュレーション教育を用いた看護英語プロ
グラムの課題を明確にし、今後のプログラム開発への示唆を得ることを目的とする。
〔方法〕A看護大学 2 年生17 名を対象に「English for NursingⅡ」において事前課題として市販のeラー
ニング学習と 3 場面のシミュレーション教育（日本語と英語）を実施した。その後プログラムに関する評
価として①演習のデザイン、②学生の満足度と自信、③看護英語に対するプログラムの効果、④学習意欲、
⑤自由記述のアンケート調査を実施し、分析した。
〔結果〕プログラムの演習デザインでは「サポート」「フィードバック/リフレクション」に関する評価が
高く、学習における満足度と自信では、「自信」に関する評価が高かった。学習意欲に関する評価では、「注意」
が高く「自信」に関する評価は低かった。自由記述では、教員間での「矛盾」や事前課題とプログラム内
容の乖離に戸惑いを感じ、「難しい」と感じていた。しかし、シミュレーション教育の導入により「反復練習」
ができ、「新鮮で楽しい」と評価しており、他の科目での「つながり」を実感していた。
〔考察〕今回開発したプログラムは、魅力ある教育環境と方法であったことがわかった。しかし、学生の
看護英語に対する自己肯定感が低く、自信に繋がりづらいこと、教員間の意見やアドバイスの矛盾やeラー
ニング教材とプログラム内容との乖離などが明らかとなった。今後は学生の自己肯定感の向上を目指すべ
くプログラムの評価指標を見直すこと、教員間の均一性を図り、プログラム内容に即したeラーニング教材
を作成し、乖離をなくすことが必要である

Utility of Solo and Peer Work for Pronunciation Practice
Get PDFOnline courses tend to decrease studentsʼ opportunities to speak. This paper suggests two activities to improve pronunciation skills to address this lack. One was introduced in an elective course of English Phonetics for English majors. Students use software to record assignments to practice shadowing and then submit their sound files. The other was conducted in a mandatory course of First-year English for non-English majors. Students give a presentation in a video meeting after practicing with their teacher regularly. Comparing the two courses, features and effects will be discussed based on studentsʼ opinions. Fifty-six students answered a survey about the software and the activity. Ninety students commented upon the speech presentation. These results serve a useful purpose as insights into the learnersʼ viewpoints. Activities such as those given can function to promote autonomy and motivation as well as serve as a tool to improve speaking skills.
