The “venezuelan invasion” and spanish language in Roraima
No full textDiante do crescente movimento migratório de venezuelanos para o Brasil, o estado de Roraima ocupa um lugar de destaque na dinâmica de recepção dos migrantes de crise de origem venezuelana. Nesse contexto, este trabalho tem como objetivo refletir acerca da representação do venezuelano como “invasor” em meio às manifestações xenofóbicas de parte da população roraimense e da língua espanhola representada como “a língua do invasor”. O referencial teórico está embasado na linguística aplicada com debates sobre língua e migração de crise. A metodologia utilizada foi qualitativa e interpretativista, com recortes de narrativas orais de migrantes de crise residentes em Roraima geradas em atividade de grupo focal. Os resultados apontam que a representação do migrante “invasor” está presente na sociedade roraimense tanto por parte de brasileiros quanto dos estrangeiros, e o uso da língua espanhola pode influenciar na maneira como essas pessoas são tratadas no estado.
Palavras-chave: Migração Venezuelana; Invasão; Xenofobia.Faced with the growing migratory movement of Venezuelans to Brazil, the state of Roraima occupies a prominent place in the dynamics of reception of crisis migrants of Venezuelan origin. In this context, this work aims to reflect on the place that the Spanish language occupies in Roraima as a minority language, with emphasis on the representation of "invader's language" in the midst of xenophobic manifestations of part of the Roraima population. The theoretical framework is based on applied linguistics with debates on language and crisis migration. The methodology used was qualitative and interpretive, with clippings of oral narratives of crisis migrants residing in Roraima. The results show that the representation of the "invader" migrant is in all areas of Roraima society and the use of the Spanish language can influence the way these people will be treated in the state
Da sequência didática ao itinerário de aprendizagem
Get PDFO objetivo deste artigo é apresentar a ampliação do conceito de sequência didática, considerando contribuições da engenharia didática e a relação entre essa ferramenta e o triângulo didático, em propostas de ensino de gêneros orais e escritos em língua portuguesa, como primeira língua. Para isso, nos baseamos nas contribuições teóricas da didática das línguas e da engenharia didática. Os textos acadêmicos selecionados para análise apresentam resultados de pesquisas sobre produção de gêneros textuais orais e escritos, seguindo sequência didática. Os resultados demonstram o conceito de sequência didática, inicialmente, como ferramenta utilizada para desenvolver capacidades de linguagem dos aprendizes, com vistas à produção de gêneros orais e escritos. E sua relação com o triângulo didático se destacava em estudos voltados para o vértice “aluno”, enfatizando a relação aluno-saberes. Posteriormente, com influência da engenharia didática, o conceito de sequência didática se amplia e sua organização modular inicial se complexifica, mais atividades relativas à produção textual são realizadas, criando-se, assim, o dispositivo itinerário de aprendizagem. Relacionando-o ao triângulo didático, vemos que esse dispositivo é utilizado em estudos voltados para os vértices “professor” e “aluno”, enfatizando as relações professor-saberes e aluno-saberes. O itinerário é uma ampliação da sequência didática, sem a ela se contrapor.

Writing in brazilian language teacher education: Possible advances in future teachers’ language capacities development
No full textThis research is related to foreign Language Teacher Education based on the study of genres. It aims at investigating the types of correction used by the teacher-researcher and their role in the development of future teachers’ language capacities through writing taken as social action. It is grounded on Socio-discursive Interactionism and the procedure of didactic sequence. The data collecting was constituted by three versions of a Comment written by a future teacher in the English Language III course, during the implementation of a Didactic Sequence and the teacher-researcher’s correction types on their texts. The data analysis techniques were based on the identification of the correction types and the language capacities. Considering the three steps of writing in the didactic sequence implemented: i. initial production; ii. revising and rewriting; iii. final production and the correction types identified; this investigation presents an alternative to provide future teachers with a unique experience that can contribute to the process of English learning as well as to the student’s language capacities development. Entre arte, filosofia do design e design filosófico-hermenêutico
Get PDFEm um primeiro momento, relacionar filosofia e design não parece algo muito comum, mas há vários elementos que possibilitam desenvolver tal hipótese para além do contexto da filosofia da técnica. Neste artigo, o objetivo principal é explorar alguns aspectos do design no mundo e no Brasil, enfatizando o quanto suas bases dialogam com princípios da hermenêutica filosófica de Gadamer. Para tal, na primeira seção, desenvolvo uma análise bibliográfica da história do design, expondo suas raízes na arte e na arquitetura, assim como a passagem do design afirmativo à filosofia do design. Na segunda seção, abordo alguns estudos sobre design e filosofia no intuito de sustentar a formação do design crítico-especulativo a partir da arte contemporânea para, posteriormente, tratar da hipótese principal do estudo, isto é, de que há um ganho muito interessante ao relacionar estudos da hermenêutica ga- dameriana no que chamo de design filosófico-hermenêutico, que permite pensar a história, identidade e pré-conceitos ontológicos do design e expandir horizontes da hermenêutica filosófica.At first glance, relating philosophy and design does not seem trivial, but there are several elements that make it possible to develop such a hypothesis beyond the context of the philosophy of technology. In this article, the main objective is to explore some aspects of design in the world and in Brazil, emphasizing how much its bases dialogue with the principles of Gadamer’s philosophical hermeneutics. To do so, in the first section, I develop a bibliographical analysis of the history of design, exposing its roots in art and architecture, as well as the passage from affirmative design to the philosophy of design. In the second section, I discuss some studies on design and philosophy in order to support the formation of critical-speculative design from contemporary art, and later, to address the main hypothesis of the study, that is, that there is a very interesting gain in relating studies of Gadamerian hermeneutics in what I call philosophical-hermeneutical design, which allows thinking about the history, identity and ontological preconceptions of design and expand horizons of philosophical hermeneutics.Em um primeiro momento, relacionar filosofia e design não parece algo muito comum, mas há vários elementos que possibilitam desenvolver tal hipótese para além do contexto da filosofia da técnica. O Direito Constitucional Comparado e a busca por um método de pesquisa único
Get PDFObjetiva-se verificar se existe um método único para realizar o estudo do Direito Constitucional Comparado. Para responder ao problema da pesquisa e, utilizando-se no método dedutivo, o artigo foi dividido em três capítulos: (i) no primeiro, verifica-se como o Direito Constitucional Comparado surgiu e quais são as principais controvérsias doutrinárias existentes em decorrência desta prática; (ii) no segundo, demonstra-se alguns dos métodos de pesquisa para realizar um estudo comparado Constitucional, mais especificamente: universalismo, funcionalista, contextualista e interferência causal; (iii) no terceiro, expõe-se os motivos pelos quais não é possível existir um único método para realizar este tipo de estudo. Conclui-se que, em decorrência das especificidades inerentes da disciplina em análise – Direito Constitucional – qualquer estudo comparado não terá como eleger um único método
Cleantechs and Digital Solutions for Sustainability in the Brazilian Energy Sector
Get PDFThis paper aims to map the main digital solutions practiced by entrepreneurs of Cleantech companies. Entrepreneurs from 12 Cleantech (Clean Technology) companies in the Brazilian energy sector were interviewed, using a qualitative research approach. Big Data & Data Analytics, Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence were identified as digital technologies enablers of a sustainable energy transition for the sector. The study presents the relation and behavior of each technology with the sustainability triple bottom line and introduces a framework on how digital solutions contribute to solving the main bottlenecks in the electricity sector in a sustainable way. Research shown that Cleantechs also operationalize digital technologies like Blockchain and 5G to enable energy transformation as it has emerged as research findings. Additionally, technology and digitalization in conjunction with entrepreneur's capacity for innovation are driving mechanisms for companies in the initial stage of the energy sector, exploring regulatory loopholes and putting their business models into practice.Este artigo tem como objetivo mapear as principais soluções digitais praticadas por empresários de empresas de tecnologia limpa. Foram entrevistados empresários de 12 empresas de tecnologia limpa (Cleantech) do setor de energia brasileiro, por meio de uma abordagem de pesquisa qualitativa. Big Data & Data Analytics, Internet das Coisas e a Inteligência Artificial foram identificadas como facilitadores das tecnologias digitais de uma transição energética sustentável para o setor. O estudo apresenta a relação e o comportamento de cada tecnologia com o triple bottom line da sustentabilidade e apresenta um quadro de como as soluções digitais contribuem para resolver os principais gargalos do setor elétrico de forma sustentável. A pesquisa mostra que as Cleantechs também operacionalizam tecnologias digitais como Blockchain e 5G para permitir a transformação de energia conforme emergiu como resultados de pesquisa. Além disso, a tecnologia e a digitalização em conjunto com a capacidade de inovação do empreendedor são mecanismos motrizes para empresas em estágio inicial do setor de energia, explorando brechas regulatórias e colocando em prática seus modelos de negócios
Creation and capture of value in the dairy production chain: understanding the relational capabilities of actors
Get PDFCompreender como acontece e o impacto das relações interorganizacionais em cadeia de suprimento tem se mostrado um campo bastante promissor, e as capacidades relacionais se apresentam como relevantes nos processos de criação e captura de valor entre parceiros. Neste sentido, a presente pesquisa tem como objetivo identificar os principais aspectos relacionais que potencializam e dificultam a criação e captura de valor pelos atores na cadeia de suprimentos do leite no sul do estado de Minas Gerais. Para tanto, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa com atores da respectiva cadeia, composta por produtores de leite, indústria de laticínios e varejo. Os resultados apontam para um relacionamento bastante conflituoso entre produtores e indústria, dificultando a criação e captura de valor entre esses elos, ao passo que, nas relações entre indústria e varejo o cenário se mostrou favorável, com relacionamentos consolidados para os processos de criação e captura de valor. O presente estudo trouxe evidências capazes de sugerir melhorias no âmbito dos aspectos relacionais entre atores ao longo do fluxo da cadeia estudada.Understanding how interorganizational relationships occur and their impact on supply chains has proven to be a very promising field, and the relational capabilities in the processes of creating and capturing value among partners have shown to be relevant. Therefore, this study aims to identify the main relational aspects that enhance and hinder the creation and capture of value by actors in the milk supply chain in the southern state of Minas Gerais. To this end, a qualitative research was developed with actors of this supply chain, which is composed of milk producers, dairy industry and retail. The results point to a very conflictual relationship between producers and industry, hindering the creation and capture of value between these links, whereas in the relationship between industry and retail the scenario was favorable, with consolidated relationships for the processes of creating and capturing value. The present study brought evidence capable of suggesting improvements in the scope of the relational aspects between actors along the flow of the chain studied
Complex organizations, an exploration between design practices and management: New perspectives to Systemic Design application in Social Enterprise
Get PDFOrganisational change has become increasingly an influential process in enterprise evolution because as a fundamental step in enabling the corporate to adapt and follow the changes occurring in its environment. All types of enterprises are involved in these dynamics. However, this paper will focus on organisational change for social enterprises (SE). In SE, organisational issues are complex, and they entail satisfying both economic and social mission needs while avoiding isomorphism with for-profit companies. On these considerations, this article aims to provide an insight into the role that design can play in processes that facilitate organisational change. Moreover, the paper investigates three design processes that deal with organisational issues and evaluate which one is the most suitable for SE organisational issue. The article synthesises and discusses literature from three areas of reference: design in the organisational field, organisational evolution of SEs, and organisations as complex systems. The aim of this literature review is to understand how design can support the development path of SE in its organisational change. Specifically for the SE category, it emerges how Systemic Design could play a more significant role in designing and implementing organisational development that can guarantee resilience and social sustainability valorising the specific context where they are based
Consciousness and liability of non-human intelligence
Get PDFThe legal liability of non-human intelligence is a complicated matter that has concerned philosophers for a long time. Nevertheless, with the current advances in research and technology, the problem grows ever closer. This paper analyzes the legal desirability of assorting legal liability to a non-human intelligence. It argues that the question of the liability of such agents is defined, primarily, through the meeting of psychosomatic conditionals. Moreover, it poses that these conditionals are, partially, determined by consciousness. It concludes that to define whether legal liability is desirable or not one must set standards for non-human consciousness and, depending on the level of consciousness of that non-human intelligence, judge if the agent should be legally liable or not
