    Analysis of The Design of Coconut Sleep Machine Operator Chair Development With Ergonomic Principles To Reduce The Risk of Msds Musculosceletal Disorders in Kelapa Tiga Putra

    The production process in SME KelapaTiga Putra still uses human labor as well as the milling process which has not applied ergonomic principles. If the work posture is in a position that is less ergonomic, it can cause complaints in parts of the body such as the back, waist, neck, arms and it can lead to musculoskeletal risk. By paying attention to the situation at work, a tool will be made that if it can change a less ergonomic position into an ergonomic one. The design of this tool aims to simplify the coconut milling process using the anthropometric method. The object of this research focuses on the coconut milling process workers. There are three methods used, namely the NBM questionnaire to find out complaints, analysis of work postures using the REBA method, anthropometry used as a measure of aid. The results of the NBM questionnaire have complaints with a score of 65 with a very high level of risk. Classification of the level of risk of the musculoskeletal system based on the total score of individual workers having complaints with a score of 65 with a very high level of risk means that coconut mill workers need comprehensive action as soon as possible. Analysis of the initial work posture has a very high risk, while the analysis of the final work posture after using the tool has a very low risk. The anthropometric percentile used is the 50th percentile with the size of the tool.     ANALISIS PERAMALAN PENJUALAN PRODUK FURNITURE DI PT. KATWARA

    Pada era globalisasi, perkembangan bidang industri maju dengan pesat. Dengan seiringnya perkembangan perekonomian di Indonesia, kebutuhan furniture atau perabotan rumah tangga semakin meningkat . Pt Katwara merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menjual kebutuhan furniture di Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur. Dalam penjualan sebuah produk yang tidak menentu setiap bulannya, mengakibatkan perusahan sulit menentukan target penjualan produk setiap bulanya. Dengan adanya masalah penjualan tersebut, perusahaan sangat membutuhkan solusi penjualan yang dapat meramalkan penjualan produk setiap bulanya . Peramalan adalah metode yang digunakan untuk memperkirakan suatu nilai dimasa depan dengan menggunakan data masa lalu. Penelitian ini, penulis membahas analisis peramalan penjualan produk furniture di PT. Katwara untuk jenis produk kursi. Peramalan yang dilakukan mengggunakan tiga metode yaitu metode Moving Average priode I, II dan III, metode Exponential Smoothing with Trend dan metode Trend Anayisis dengan membandingkan tingkat kesalahan (error) terkecil, metode peramlan terpilih yaitu metode Moving Average dengan Periode I . Metode Moving Average dengan Periode I mempunyai nilai MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) sebesar 171,532, MSE (Mean Absolute Deviation) sebesar 56789,49, MAPE (Mean Absolute Percent Error) 68,248% dan Bias sebesar 1,957 sedangkan standart error sebesar 243,544. Dari analisis pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan metode peramalan yang terpilih, peramalan penjualan terhadap produk furniture jenis kursi adalah 120 buah, artinya pihak PT. Katwara harus menyediakan bahan baku produk furniture jenis kursi sebanyak 120 buah untuk periode selanjutnya

    Students’ Perception of Learning Experience and Achievement Motivation: Prototyping English for Academic Purposes (EAP)

    There are two prominent constraints of students’ needs analysis; first, the identification of needs in teaching English for Academic Purposes (EAP) merely focuses on two main dimensions, namely target needs and learning needs, and less to involve affective factors as the basis of all (including learning experience and achievement motivation). Second, there is a common notion that EAP learning is considered the same as general English so that the development of learning design often leads to English for General Academic Purposes (EGAP). This study aims to identify students’ perception of learning experience and motivation for the prototype of learners’ needs of English for Academic Purposes (EAP) in Industrial engineering. Data were collected from 40 students using three types of questionnaires, namely about learning experiences, learning motivation, and learners’ needs. The data of learners’ needs was also taken from 8 lecturers as well as program managers. By using quantitative and descriptive analysis, this study showed that first, the students had reasonable learning experience, by being able to participate in the EAP program. Second, the students had strong motivation in achieving their goals. Third, the relationship between learning experience and achievement motivation was not significant and was not quite strong, implying that learning experiences were predicted not to affect students' learning motivation. Fourth, the students’ needs lead to English for Specific Academic Purposes (ESAP) which is thus contradictory with the previous notion

    Analisis Efektivitas Mesin Pellet Menggunakan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Oee)

    Hampir semua proses produksi di bidang manufaktur menggunakan mesin dan peralatan. Mesin berjalan lebih sering untuk memenuhi target produksi dan bahkan melebihi kapasitas, mengurangi efisiensi, memperpendek masa pakai dan membutuhkan penggantian komponen yang rusak. PT. CPI merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pakan ternak pertama di Indonesia. PT. CPI berkomitmen untuk menghasilkan pakan ternak berkualitas tinggi yang di dukung oleh proses produksi yang sangat baik. Salah satu kesalahan yang paling umum adalah kegagalan untuk mensirkulasikan pakan jadi (feed) ke mesin pellet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghilangkan kerugian yang besar akibat kegagalan mekanis. Metode yang digunakan adalah Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Cara ini adalah cara yang paling direkomendasikan untuk menghilangkan kerugian besar ini. Hasil perhitung nilai OEE 59,70%, menghasilkan rasio ketersediaan 82,84%, rasio efisiensi kinerja 75,04%, dan rasio kualitas produk 96,14%. peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa nilai efektivitas peralatan secara keseluruhan (OEE) masih jauh di bawah normal. Ini berarti bahwa efisiensi mesin pelet berada dalam kategori yang tidak dapat diterima, kerugian ekonomi tidak masuk akal dan dapat dipandang sangat tidak kompetitif. Oleh karena itu diperlukan perbaikan untuk memperluas kelayakan mesin pellet dalam proses produksi perusahaan

The study focuses on the efficiency of the company's receivables management in measuring how quickly the company converts trade receivables into cash. The analytical method involves collecting historical data on receivables, financial statements, and the company's receivables management policies. The research results will provide in-depth insights into the effectiveness of the company's receivables policies and offer recommendations to enhance accounts receivable turnover. This study has strategic implications for improving the company's liquidity, optimizing financial resources, and supporting sustainable growth. Thus, the research makes a significant contribution to both practical and academic understanding of financial management in manufacturing companies
