Water Sources for Fire Fighting in Selected Municipalities in the Territory of the Municipality of Hranice
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením a návrhem zabezpečení zdrojů vody pro hašení požárů ve vybraných obcích na území obce s rozšířenou působností Hranice. Cílem bylo analyzovat stávající stav dostupnosti požární vody, posoudit jeho soulad s požadavky legislativy, a navrhnout konkrétní opatření ke zlepšení stavu tam, kde byly identifikovány nedostatky. Práce zahrnuje analýzu dostupných přírodních, víceúčelových a umělých zdrojů, návrh požární nádrže včetně technického řešení, rozpočtu a harmonogramu výstavby. Součástí práce je také diskuse o vlivu klimatických změn na dostupnost vody, významu retenčních opatření a potřebě dlouhodobého plánování vodního hospodářství v obcích. Výsledky ukazují, že výstavba cílené požární nádrže s víceúčelovým využitím může být účinným nástrojem pro zvýšení bezpečnosti i zadržení vody v krajině.This diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation and design of water sources for firefighting in selected municipalities within the administrative area of Hranice. The aim was to analyse the current state of fire water availability, assess its compliance with legal requirements, and propose specific measures to improve the situation where shortcomings were identified. The thesis includes an analysis of available natural, multipurpose, and artificial water sources, as well as the design of a fire water reservoir, including its technical solution, budget, and construction schedule. The work also presents a discussion on the impact of climate change on water availability, the importance of retention measures, and the necessity of long-term water management planning in municipalities. The findings show that the construction of a purpose-designed fire water reservoir with multifunctional use can be an effective tool for enhancing both fire safety and water retention in the landscape.Ústav krizového řízen
Assessment of the Vulnerability of Soft Targets to Active Shooter Attacks
No full textTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zranitelnosti měkkých cílů, konkrétně základních škol, vůči útoku aktivního střelce. V teoretické části jsou definovány měkké cíle, faktory ovlivňující jejich zranitelnost a s tím spojené způsoby ochrany. Praktická část se věnuje detailnímu posouzení dvou vybraných základních škol, a to i pomocí analytických metod jako analýza ochranných vrstev a analýza stromu událostí. Součástí je i v terénu provedený penetrační test, jehož cílem bylo ověření úrovně stávajících bezpečnostních opatření vybraných škol. Na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou navržena konkrétní bezpečnostní opatření ke snížení zranitelnosti a je zpracován bezpečnostní plán. Diplomová práce předkládá návrhy, které mohou přispět k účinné prevenci a snížení následků potencionálních útoků, také poukazuje na důležitost spolupráce provozovatelů objektů měkkých cílů a veřejného sektoru.This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of vulnerability of soft targets, specifically elementary schools, to an active shooter attack. The theoretical part defines soft targets, factors affecting their vulnerability and associated methods of protection. The practical part is devoted to a detailed assessment of two selected elementary schools, including using analytical methods such as analysis of protective layers and event tree analysis. It also includes a penetration test conducted in the field, the aim of which was to verify the level of existing security measures of the selected schools. Based on the findings, specific security measures are proposed to reduce vulnerability, and a security plan is developed. The diploma thesis presents proposals that can contribute to the effective prevention and reduction of the consequences of potential attacks and also points out the importance of cooperation between operators of soft target facilities and the public sector.Ústav krizového řízen
Implementation of a Selected Information Module in a Manufacturing Company
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a posouzením implementace vybraného informačního modulu zaměřeného na správu nástrojových sestav ve výrobním podniku. Cílem práce je vytvoření plánu implementace vybraného informačního modulu zaměřeného na racionalizaci nástrojového hospodářství v konkrétním výrobním podniku. V teoretické části jsou analyzovány dostupné softwarové systémy, z nichž byla pomocí vícekriteriálního hodnocení vybrána nejvhodnější varianta. Následně byla zpracována studie proveditelnosti včetně ekonomického zhodnocení prostřednictvím standardních ekonomických metod a analýzy rizik pomocí metody RIPRAN (Risk Project Analysis - Analýza rizik projektu). Výsledky práce potvrzují, že nasazení specializovaného modulu přináší významné přínosy pro efektivitu výroby a hospodárnost podniku, a to i s výhledem na možnost budoucí integrace s dalšími systémy.This thesis deals with the design and assessment of the implementation of a selected information module focused on tool assembly management in a manufacturing company. The aim of the work is to create a plan for the implementation of a selected information module aimed at rationalization of tool management in a specific manufacturing company. The theoretical part analyzes available software systems, from which the most suitable variant was selected using multi-criteria evaluation. Subsequently, a feasibility study was prepared, including economic evaluation using standard economic methods and risk analysis conducted with the RIPRAN (Risk Project Analysis) method. The results confirm that the deployment of the specialized module brings significant benefits to production efficiency and cost-effectiveness, with a perspective for future integration with other systems.Ústav krizového řízen
The Use of Defensive Means in High School with a Security Specialization
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití obranných prostředků ve výuce sebeobrany na střední škole s bezpečnostním zaměřením. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současný stav výuky sebeobrany, analyzovat používané obranné prostředky a navrhnout vhodná doporučení pro jejich efektivní a bezpečné začlenění do vzdělávacího procesu. V rámci výzkumné části byly použity metody checklistu, matice rizik, komparace a řízeného rozhovoru s vyučujícím i studenty. Výsledky ukazují, že výuka sebeobrany je po obsahové stránce dobře nastavena, ale chybí větší důraz na praktický nácvik a fyzickou přípravu. Jako přínosné se jeví začít s výukou modelových situací již ve třetím ročníku a posílit motivaci studentů k samostatnému tréninku mimo výuku.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of defensive means in self-defense education at a secondary school with a security focus. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of teaching self-defense, to analyze the defensive means used and to propose appropriate recommendations for their effective and safe integration into the educational process. The research part used methods of checklist, risk matrix, comparison and guided interviews with the teacher and students. The results show that the content of the self-defense teaching is well structured, but more emphasis on practical training and physical preparation is lacking It seems beneficial to start teaching model situations already in the third year and to strengthen students motivation for independent training outside of regular lessons.Ústav ochrany obyvatelstv

Druhá část specifikuje problematiku evakuace zvířat a poslední kapitola teoretické části se dotýká mimořádných událostí. Mezi metody použité v při zpracovávání práce patří bezpečnostní prohlídka, kontrolní seznam a analýza rizik. Výsledkem práce je návrh evakuačního plánu zvířat pro konkrétní zoologickou zahradu a doporučení pro zlepšení připravenosti na evakuaci.The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of animal evacuation in the event of an emergency. The theoretical part is initially focused on evacuation in general. The second part specifies the issue of animal evacuation, and the final chapter of the theoretical section addresses emergency situations. The methods used in the thesis include a safety inspection, a checklist, and a risk analysis. The outcome of the thesis is a model for an animal evacuation plan for a specific zoological garden and recommendations for improving evacuation preparedness.Ústav ochrany obyvatelstv

Cílem této práce je zjištění vnímané míry zatížení policisty a identifikování faktorů, které přispívají k psychickému zatížení a následné úrovně poskytované psychologické péče. Teoretická část je věnována úvodu do problematiky psychické zátěže, poskytování psychologické pomoci a regenerace. V praktické části byla využita metoda dotazníkového šetření mezi policisty a rozhovoru s policejními psychology. V návaznosti na výsledky byla navrhnuta doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu v problematice psychické zátěže a regenerace.The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of psychological stress and regeneration in the Police of the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to determine the perceived level of stress of a police officers and to identify the factors that contribute to psychological burden and the subsequent level of psychological care provided. The theoretical part is devoted to an introduction to the issue of psychological burden, provision of psychological assistance and regeneration. The practical part used the method of a questionnaire survey among police officers and interviews with police psychologists. No full textTato bakalářská práce analyzuje připravenost hraničního přechodu Velká nad Veličkou - Vrbovce na mimořádné události, se zaměřením na jeho organizační, technické a personální aspekty. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření, checklistu a SWOT analýzy byly identifikovány klíčové nedostatky, včetně absence adekvátního zázemí, technického vybavení a koordinace mezi složkami. Výsledky ukazují potřebu zlepšení infrastruktury a krizové připravenosti. Práce navrhuje konkrétní opatření pro zvýšení efektivity zabezpečení hraničního přechodu v krizových situacích.This bachelor's thesis analyzes the readiness of the border crossing Velká nad Veličkou - Vrbovce for emergencies, focusing on organizational, technical, and personnel aspects. Through a questionnaire survey, checklist, and SWOT analysis, key deficiencies were identified, including the absence of adequate facilities, technical equipment, and coordination among entities. The results highlight the need to improve infrastructure and crisis preparedness. Cílem praktické části je posouzení aktuálního stavu edukace žáků druhého stupně základních škol v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva prostřednictvím pozorování, spolu s metodou checklist, a rozhovorů s odborníky. Výstupem je návrh inovace pro zlepšení efektivity přístupů k preventivně výchovné činnosti.The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of preventive and educational activities of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, the Czech and foreign literature search with sources that touch on the topic is processed and also introduces current approaches to the implementation of preventive educational activities in primary schools. The aim of the practical part is to assess the current state of education of second grade pupils in primary schools in the field of public protection through observation, together with the checklist method, and interviews with experts. V práci jsou využity metody SWOT analýzy a řízených rozhovorů s příslušníky hasičské stanice Brno-Líšeň. Výsledkem zvolených metod jsou provedena návrhová opatření.The bachelor thesis focuses on the information support of the Fire Rescue Service in the South Moravian Region. The aim of the thesis is to characterize and analyze the information systems currently in use. The practical part of the thesis is dedicated to the analysis and description of the information systems used at a specific fire station in the South Moravian Region. The thesis employs SWOT analysis and guided interviews with members of the Brno-Líšeň fire station.
