No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu marketingové komunikace společnosti SAB Finance a.s., která nabízí služby v oblasti devizových obchodů v rámci B2B segmentu. Cílem teoretické části bylo provést literární rešerši zaměřenou na problematiku marketingové komunikace a poté formulovat teoretická východiska pro zpracování praktické části. Cílem části praktické byla analýza současného stavu marketingové komunikace ve vybrané společnosti. Tato část práce vycházela z kombinace několika situačních analýz a vlastních zkušeností získaných během stáže ve vybrané společnosti, což pomohlo k lepšímu porozumění komunikačních procesů v této společnosti. Na základě vyhodnocení zjištěných poznatků byla vypracována doporučení pro zlepšení marketingové komunikace ve vybrané společnosti. Tato doporučení mohou také dále podpořit budoucí růst a konkurenceschopnost vybrané společnosti na trhu.This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the marketing communication of SAB Finance a.s., a company offering services in the field of foreign exchange trading within the B2B segment. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the current state of marketing communication in the selected company and based on this to develop potential recommendations aimed at its improvement. The practical part of the thesis was based on a combination of several situational analyses and personal experience gained during internship in the company, which helped to gain a better understanding of the communication processes in this company. Based on the analysis of the findings, specific recommendations were proposed that can support the future growth and competitiveness of the company in the market.Ústav podnikové ekonomik
Art Activities for the Development of Graphomotor Skills in Preschool Children
No full textTato bakalářská práce je teoreticko-aplikačního charakteru a zabývá se propojením výtvarných činností s rozvojem grafomotoriky. Cílem je vytvoření a ověření sady aktivit, následná evaluace a doporučení pro praxi mateřských škol. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojem grafomotoriky, popisuje její vývoj i možná úskalí. Zároveň se věnuje výtvarným činnostem v kontextu předškolního vzdělávání a jejich významu pro grafomotoriku. Praktická část představuje sadu sedmi aktivit, realizovaných v mateřské škole. Cílem sady aktivit je rozvíjet grafomotorické dovednosti dětí prostřednictvím výtvarných činností. Evaluace byla realizována formou vlastní reflexe a reflexe z pohledu učitelky; následně proběhla komparace těchto hodnocení. Na základě zjištění byla zpracována modifikace a doporučení pro praxi mateřských škol, které popisuje možnosti využití sady aktivit.This bachelor's thesis is theoretical and applied and deals with the connection between art activities and the development of graphomotor skills. The aim is to develop and validate a set of activities, followed by evaluation and recommendations for kindergarten practice. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of graphomotor skills, describes its development and possible pitfalls. At the same time, it discusses art activities in the context of preschool education and their importance for graphomotor skills. The practical part presents a set of seven activities implemented in a kindergarten. The aim of the set of activities is to develop children's graphomotor skills through art activities. The evaluation took the form of self-reflection and reflection from the teacher's perspective, followed by a comparison of these evaluations. Based on the findings, a modification and recommendation for kindergarten practice was developed describing the possibilities of using the activities.Ústav školní pedagogik

No full textPředmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza motivace pracovníků ve společnosti SAROUTE s.r.o. Cílem je zhodnotit aktuální motivační program a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení spokojenosti a efektivity zaměstnanců. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení pojmu motivace, její formy a hlavních nástrojů hmotné motivace. Zabývá se také vybranými motivačními teoriemi, včetně Maslowovy hierarchie potřeb, Alderferovy teorie ERG, Herzbergovy dvoufaktorové teorie a McGregorovy teorie X a Y. Praktická část analyzuje motivační program společnosti SAROUTE s.r.o. na základě dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s jednatelem firmy. Výsledky dotazníku jsou porovnány dle pohlaví a země působení. Na základě zjištění jsou formulována doporučení pro zlepšení motivačního systému společnosti.The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis of employee motivation in the company SAROUTE s.r.o. The aim is to evaluate the current motivation program and propose measures to enhance employee satisfaction and efficiency. The theoretical part focuses on defining motivation, its forms, and the main tools of material motivation. It also examines selected motivation theories, including Maslow9s hierarchy of needs, Alderfer9s ERG theory, Herzberg9s two-factor theory, and McGregor9s Theory X and Theory Y. The practical part analyzes the motivation program of SAROUTE s.r.o. based on a questionnaire survey among employees and a semi-structured interview with company's managing director. The questionnaire results are compared according to gender and country of operation. The Analysis of the Business Strategy of a Selected Company in the HORECA Segment
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou obchodní strategie společnosti Mattoni 1873 a.s. v segmentu HORECA. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat současnou obchodní strategii společnosti v segmentu HORECA, identifikovat klíčové faktory ovlivňující výběr dodavatelů a na základě zjištění z výzkumu navrhnout konkrétní doporučení pro její další rozvoj. V teoretické části byly vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti strategického řízení, popsány specifika segmentu HORECA a představeny analytické a výzkumné nástroje. Praktická část se zaměřila na aplikaci SWOT a PESTLE analýzy, provedení kvantitativního výzkumu mezi odběrateli v segmentu HORECA a realizaci kvalitativního výzkumu mezi zaměstnanci společnosti. Výsledky ukázaly, že odběratelé kladou důraz zejména na spolehlivost dodávek, kvalitu produktů a osobní přístup obchodního zástupce. Na základě těchto zjištění bylo navrženo pět konkrétních doporučení, která mohou přispět k posílení konkurenční výhody Mattoni 1873.Výsledky práce byly předány obchodnímu řediteli oddělení HORECA pro další strategické využití.This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the business strategy of Mattoni 1873 a.s. in the HORECA segment. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the effectiveness of the current strategy, identify key factors influencing supplier selection in the field of professional gastronomy, and propose specific recommendations for further development. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of strategic management, characterizes the specifics of the HORECA sector, and presents analytical and research tools. The practical part applies SWOT and PESTLE analyses, carries out quantitative research among HORECA customers and qualitative interviews with company employees. The results show that customers emphasize reliability of delivery, product quality, and the personal approach of sales representatives. Based on the findings, five specific recommendations were proposed to strengthen the competitive advantage of Mattoni 1873. The results of the thesis were handed over to the HORECA division sales director for further strategic use.Ústav podnikové ekonomik

V úvodní části práce je provedena literární rešerše, která vysvětluje základní teoretické poznatky finanční analýzy a definuje zdroje pro její provedení. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci těchto poznatků na konkrétní společnost, kde je analyzovaná její ekonomická situace na základě vypočítaných finančních ukazatelů. Výsledkem je komplexní zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti doplněné návrhy konkrétních opatření, která mohou přispět ke zlepšení její ekonomické stability z dlouhodobého hlediska.The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the evaluation of the economic situation of a selected business entity, with the aim of identifying key factors influencing its financial health. The introductory part of the thesis presents a literature review that explains the fundamental theoretical principles of financial analysis and defines the sources for its implementation. The practical part focuses on applying these principles to a specific company, analyzing its economic situation based on calculated financial indicators. Práce se věnuje valašským folklorním tradicím zejména pak tradici hodové. Dále se zabývá významem folkloru a možnostmi jeho integrace do rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro předškolní vzdělávání.This bachelor thesis, of a theoretical and applied nature, focuses on the folklore traditions of the Wallachian region and the possibilities of their application in kindergarten. The aim of the thesis is to demonstrate how elements of folklore can be utilized in preschool education and what benefits such an integration has for children's development. The thesis specifically examines Wallachian folklore traditions, with a particular focus on the feast tradition. No full textCílem této bakalářské práce je analýza faktorů nákupu spotřební elektroniky zákazníků ve věkové kategorii 20-40 let. K získání potřebných dat bylo využito dotazníkového šetření. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí - teoretická a praktická část. Teoretická část je věnována zpracování teoretických poznatků prostřednictvím literární rešerše v oblasti marketingu, nákupního chování a marketingového výzkumu. Praktická část je věnována představení Společnosti, portfolia produktů a služeb, analýze dotazníkového šetření, z níž je následně vypracováno doporučení, jež by mohlo vést ke zvýšení prodeje spotřební elektroniky vybrané společnosti. Byla navrhnuta optimalizace marketingové komunikace, aktivní správa produktového portfolia a zajištění efektivní dopravy a logistiky. K navrženým doporučením je vypracována riziková analýza.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the factors of consumer electronics purchase of customers in the age group of 20-40 years. A questionnaire survey was used to obtain the necessary data. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the elaboration of theoretical knowledge through literature search in the field of marketing, purchasing behaviour and marketing research. The practical part is devoted to the introduction of the Company, the portfolio of products and services, the analysis of the questionnaire survey, from which a recommendation is subsequently developed that could lead to increased sales of consumer electronics of the selected company. Optimization of marketing communication, active management of the product portfolio and ensuring efficient transport and logistics were proposed. No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti rozvoje jazykových, narativních, sociálních a emočních dovedností dětí předškolního věku prostřednictvím práce s příběhem. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy spojené s předčtenářskou gramotností, významem příběhu pro celkový rozvoj dítěte, rolí učitele a strategiemi využitelnými v předškolním vzdělávání. Praktická část popisuje návrh, realizaci a evaluaci tematického programu, který byl postaven na klasické pohádce a realizován ve smíšené třídě mateřské školy. Výsledky ukazují, že práce s příběhem pozitivně ovlivňuje jazykový projev, představivost, spolupráci i emoční inteligenci dětí. Práce přináší doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi a představuje možnosti dalšího využití příběhů ve vzdělávání.This bachelor thesis focuses on the possibilities of developing language, narrative, social and emotional skills in preschool children through story-based activities. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to emergent literacy, the importance of stories for the overall development of the child, the role of the teacher, and strategies applicable in preschool education. The practical part describes the design, implementation and evaluation of a thematic program based on a classic fairy tale, carried out in a mixed-age kindergarten class. The results show that working with stories positively influences children's language expression, imagination, cooperation, and emotional intelligence. The thesis offers recommendations for educational practice and presents opportunities for further use of storytelling approaches in early childhood education.Ústav školní pedagogik

Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku předškolního věku, význam pohádek v edukačním procesu a motivaci dětí při práci s literárními texty. Praktická část prezentuje metodiku výuky založenou na čtyřech klasických pohádkách a její realizaci v prostředí mateřské školy. Práce přináší konkrétní pedagogické strategie, které mohou být využity učiteli v mateřských školách pro efektivní práci s pohádkovými příběhy.The bachelor's thesis explores the use of fairy tales as a motivational tool in preschool education. The aim is to examine how fairy tales can be effectively integrated into the educational process and how they influence the development of children's imagination, communication skills and social behavior. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the preschool age, the significance of fairy tales in the educational process and the motivation of children when working with literary texts. The practical part presents a teaching methodology based on four classic fairy tales and its implementation in a preschool setting. Supervision of Professional Staff of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic
No full textSupervize je důležitým nástrojem profesní podpory, který ve vězeňském prostředí pomáhá zvládat psychickou zátěž, zvyšovat kvalitu práce a podporovat profesní rozvoj. Ačkoli má Vězeňská služba ČR zpracovaný metodický rámec pro její poskytování, v praxi zůstává pro mnohé odborné pracovníky nedostupná. Cílem práce je zmapovat aktuální stav poskytování supervize odborným pracovníkům Vězeňské služby ČR a identifikovat jejich preference. Praktická část vychází z kvantitativního výzkumu realizovaného prostřednictvím vlastního dotazníku, do kterého se zapojilo 29 z 35 věznic. Data byla analyzována pomocí deskriptivní statistiky a poskytují ucelený přehled o současné supervizní praxi ve vězeňství, způsobech jejího poskytování, důvodech její absence, alternativních formách podpory, zkušenostech a preferencích zaměstnanců i jejich vnímání potřebnosti supervize. Výsledky mohou podpořit diskuzi o plošném zavedení supervize ve vězeňství, případně sloužit jako východisko pro její zkvalitnění.Supervision is an important tool for professional support that helps manage psychological stress, improve work quality, and promote professional development within the prison environment. Although the Prison Service of the Czech Republic has developed a methodological framework for providing supervision, it remains inaccessible to many professional staff in practice. The aim of this thesis is to map the current state of supervision provided to professional staff within the Czech Prison Service and to identify their preferences. The practical part is based on quantitative research conducted using a custom designed questionnaire, with participation from 29 out of 35 prisons. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and provide a comprehensive overview of current supervisory practices in the prison system, methods of supervision delivery, reasons for its absence, alternative forms of support, employee experiences and preferences, and their perceptions of the need for supervision. The results may support discussions on the systematic implementation of supervision across the prison system and may serve as a basis for its improvement.Ústav pedagogických vě
