Sample Implementation of Advanced Cryptographic Algorithms
No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na projekt "Kryptokalkulačky" - vzorové implementace pokročilých moderních kryptografických algoritmů - pomocí technologie Flutter, pro lokální firmu, jelikož externí řešení už není pro firemní potřeby dostatečné. Kromě klasických algoritmů jako DES a AES by se práce zaměřovala na kryptografii specifickou pro bankovní sektor, jako MAC algoritmy a další. Rozsah práce bude minimálně 4 až 5 algoritmů a celkově se bude jednat o jednotnou aplikaci.The thesis focuses on the project "Cryptocalculator" - a sample implementation of advanced modern cryptographic algorithms - using Flutter technology for a local company, as external solutions are no longer sufficient for the company's needs. In addition to classical algorithms such as DES and AES, the work would focus on cryptography specific to the banking sector,such as MAC algorithms and others. Popisuje autentizační a autorizační standardy jako je OAuth a OpenID Connect a porovnává přední poskytovatele obdobných služeb s cílem stanovit architektonické požadavky pro navrhovanou službu. Na základě této analýzy navrhuje systém, který kombinuje OAuth flow, webové JSON tokeny s ohledem na uživatelské role a ASP.NET Core back-end s uživatelským rozhraním pomocí Razor Pages. Výsledná služba s otevřeným zdrojovým kódem nabízí přihlášení klientských aplikací, místní a federované přihlašování, jemné řízení přístupu a ochranu proti běžným kybernetickým útokům.This thesis presents the research, design and implementation of an Authentication-as-a-Service solution built on the .NET platform. It reviews authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth and OpenID Connect and evaluates leading providers to derive architectural requirements for designed service. Guided by this analysis, it constructs a containerized system that combines OAuth flows, role-based JSON Web Tokens and an ASP.NET Core back-end with a Razor Pages user interface. Module for the Detection of Suspicious Transactions
No full textS rostoucím počtem elektronických plateb narůstá i riziko výskytu podvodných nebo nestandardních transakcí, které mohou vést k finančním ztrátám, narušení důvěry uživatelů a škodám na straně poskytovatelů platebních služeb. Systémy pro jejich včasnou detekci jsou proto nezbytnou součástí finančních aplikací, které kladou důraz na bezpečnost a důvěryhodnost. Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout a implementovat systém, který dokáže identifikovat rizikové transakce v reálném čase. V práci je popsán návrh architektury systému a implementace klíčových komponent, které umožňují detekci podezřelých finančních operací na základě stanovených pravidel a limitů. Řešení bylo realizováno pomocí technologií Java 17, Spring Boot, JOOQ a PostgreSQL. Aplikace umožňuje nejen ukládání a vyhodnocování transakcí, ale také jejich správu a konfigurovatelnost dle potřeb klienta. Dále byl vytvořen mechanismus pro komunikaci s externími systémy přes API a zajištěna bezpečnost přenosu dat. Výsledkem je funkční otestovaný systém připravený k nasazení v prostředí, kde je potřeba monitorovat platební toky a chránit je před zneužitím.As the number of electronic payments increases, so does the risk of fraudulent or substandard transactions, which can lead to financial losses, breaches of user trust and damage to payment service providers. Systems for their early detection are therefore an essential part of financial applications that emphasise security and trustworthiness. The aim of this work was to design and implement a system that can identify risky transactions in real time. This thesis describes the design of the system architecture and the implementation of key components that enable the detection of suspicious financial transactions based on established rules and thresholds. The solution was implemented using Java 17, Spring Boot, JOOQ and PostgreSQL technologies. The application allows not only storing and evaluating transactions, but also managing and configuring them according to the client's needs. Furthermore, a mechanism for communication with external systems via API was created and the security of data transfer was ensured. The result is a functional, tested system ready to be deployed in an environment where payment flows need to be monitored and protected from misuse.Ústav informatiky a umělé inteligenc

Obsahuje prehľad základných princípov evolučných algoritmov a techník umožňujúcich dynamickú reprezentáciu riešení. V praktickej časti sú implementované vybrané algoritmy prirodzene podporujúce variabilnú dĺžku jedinca. Ďalej sú implementované upravené štandardné algoritmy na prácu s variabilnou dĺžkou jedincov. Následne sú tieto algoritmy testované na zvolenej množine testovacích funkcií.This thesis deals with evolutionary computational techniques with variable-length individuals. It reviews the basic principles of evolutionary algorithms and techniques allowing dynamic representation of solutions. In the practical part, selected algorithms naturally supporting variable-length individuals are implemented. Furthermore, modified standard algorithms for dealing with variable-length individuals are implemented. Customer Satisfaction Analysis of Sportcentrum Maty
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti zákazníků Sportcentra Maty. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současný stav zákaznické spokojenosti a navrhnout opatření pro její zvýšení. Teoretická část práce se věnuje marketingu služeb, marketingovému výzkumu, SWOT analýze a zákaznické spokojenosti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na dotazníkové šetření, které zkoumá úroveň spokojenosti zákazníků. Zjištěná data jsou následně ověřena matematicko-statistickými metodami a vyhodnocena pomocí modelu důležitosti-spokojenosti. Provedena je rovněž analýza marketingového mixu 7P a SWOT analýza společnosti. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou navržena opatření, jako je zlepšení stavu zázemí, pořízení bezdrátových mikrofonů pro lektory, rozšíření nabídky výživových doplňků, redesign webových stránek, zefektivnění komunikace na sociálních sítích, rozšíření lekcí pilates a pořádání komunitních akcí pro posílení vztahů se zákazníky. Tato doporučení jsou podrobena analýze rizik, která zahrnuje i návrhy opatření pro jejich eliminaci.The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction at Sportcentrum Maty. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of customer satisfaction and propose measures to increase it. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to service marketing, marketing research, SWOT analysis and customer satisfaction. The practical part focuses on a questionnaire survey that examines the level of customer satisfaction. The data obtained are subsequently verified by mathematical - statistical methods and evaluated using the importance-satisfaction model. An analysis of the 7P marketing mix and a SWOT analysis of the company are also carried out. Based on the findings, measures are proposed, such as improving the state of the facilities, purchasing wireless microphones for lecturers, expanding the range of nutritional supplements, redesigning the website, streamlining communication on social networks, expanding pilates lessons and organizing community events to strengthen relationships with customers. These recommendations are subjected to a risk analysis, which also includes proposals for measures to eliminate them.Ústav podnikové ekonomik

No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá tématem účetní uzávěrky a závěrky. Práce je rozdělená na dvě hlavní části - teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická vysvětluje pojmy účetní uzávěrky a účetní závěrky, popisuje postupy a jednotlivé kroky spojené s těmito procesy. Tato část vychází z odborné literatury a z české účetní legislativy. Praktická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola představuje společnost, její předmět podnikaní a organizační strukturu. Druhá kapitola představuje podrobnou analýzu účetní uzávěrky společnosti XY.,a.s a třetí kapitola se věnuje podrobné analýze účetní závěrky. Všechny údaje pro provedení analýzy byly poskytnuty účetní jednotkou, jako například informace získané při rozhovorech s účetní společnosti XY.,a.s., účetní výkazy za rok 2023. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení a návrhy opatření účetní uzávěrky a závěrky, které povedou k jejímu zlepšení.The bachelor thesis deals with the topic closing of accounts and financial statement. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the concepts closing of accounts and financial statement describes the procedures and individual steps connected with these processes. This part is based on professional literature and Czech accounting legislation. The practical part is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter introduces the company, its business and organisational structure. The second chapter presents a detailed analysis closing of accounts of the company XY.,a.s and the third chapter is devoted to a detailed analysis of the financial statements. All the data for the analysis provided by the accounting entity such as information from interviews, financial statements for the year 2023. No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá citlivostní analýzou devizových obchodů, které proběhly ve společnosti SAB Finance, a. s. na platformě ProStream během tří makroekonomických událostí s podrobnějším rozdělením na čtyři sledované období. V první části je provedena literární rešerše na danou problematiku. Uveden je zde přehled základních pojmů, představení devizového trhu, role očekávání v ekonomice nebo faktory ovlivňující měnový kurz. Praktická část nabízí představení společnosti SAB Finance, a. s., identifikaci makroekonomických událostí a samotnou citlivostní analýzu. Cílem práce je analyzovat citlivost devizových obchodů obchodních společností na významné události. Závěrem jsou shrnuty výsledky jednotlivých analýz a doporučení pro společnost.This bachelor thesis focuses on a sensitivity analysis of foreign exchange trades conducted at SAB Finance, a.s. on the ProStream platform during three macroeconomic events, with a detailed breakdown into four observed periods. The first part presents a literature review on the topic, including an overview of basic concepts, an introduction to the foreign exchange market, the role of expectations in the economy, and the factors influencing exchange rates. The practical part introduces the company SAB Finance, a.s., identifies the selected macroeconomic events, and provides the sensitivity analysis. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the sensitivity of corporate FX trades to significant events. Customer Satisfaction Analysis of the E-shop Obchůdek U Žabky

Cílem práce je zhodnotit současnou úroveň spokojenosti zákazníků, identifikovat problematické oblasti a na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření navrhnout doporučení, která povedou k vyšší spokojenosti zákazníků. Teoretická část je zpracována jako literární rešerše, která se zaměřuje na definici zákazníka, spokojenost zákazníka, SWOT analýzu a marketingový výzkum. Praktická část se skládá z představení e-shopu, klíčových metrik e-shopu, srovnání s konkurencí, vyhodnocení dotazníku a SWOT analýzy. Zvolený problém je zkoumán prostřednictvím kvantitativního marketingového výzkumu, který je realizován formou online dotazníkového šetření. Hlavním přínosem této práce je zpětná vazba od zákazníků e-shopu. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou formulována doporučení, která pomohou přispět ke zlepšení spokojenosti zákazníků na e-shopu.The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of customer satisfaction of the e-shop Obchůdek U Žabky. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current level of customer satisfaction, identify problematic areas and, based on the results of the questionnaire survey, propose recommendations that will lead to higher customer satisfaction. The theoretical part is prepared as a literature search which focuses on customer definition, customer satisfaction, SWOT analysis and marketing research. The practical part consists of e-shop introduction, key e-shop metrics, comparison with competitors, questionnaire evaluation and SWOT analysis. The selected problem is investigated through quantitative marketing research, which is conducted in the form of an online questionnaire survey. The main contribution of this work is the feedback from the e-shop customers. Analysis of the Use of Circular Economy Principles in Selected Sectors of the Czech Economy
No full textTato bakalářská práce analyzuje využití principů cirkulární ekonomiky (CE) v českých podnicích napříč pěti sledovanými sektory. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat faktory ovlivňující míru cirkulární vyspělosti firem a navrhnout strategická doporučení pro efektivnější využití CE v praxi. Výzkum kombinuje kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření metodikou Circular Maturity Tool (CMT) s analýzou sekundárních dat a radarovými grafy Zjištění ukazují, že více než 75 % českých firem se nachází v nejnižších úrovních cirkulární vyspělosti, přičemž slabá korelace (R=0,2428) mezi investicemi do CE a mírou implementace CE zdůrazňuje nutnost cílené alokace zdrojů. Pro každý sektor byly určeny specifické prioritní oblasti s nejvyšším dopadem, Práce poskytuje strategický rámec pro optimalizaci investic do klíčových oblastí. Závěry zdůrazňují nutnost systémové spolupráce mezi podniky a veřejnou správou k překonání bariér lineárního modelu.This bachelor's thesis analyzes the implementation of circular economy (CE) principles in Czech enterprises across five monitored sectors. The primary objective is to identify factors influencing the level of CE maturity in businesses and propose strategic recommendations to enhance the practical application of CE. The research combines a quantitative questionnaire survey using the Circular Maturity Tool (CMT) methodology with secondary data analysis and radar chart visualizations. Findings reveal that over 75% of Czech companies operate at the lowest levels of CE maturity. A weak correlation (R=0.2428) between CE investments and implementation effectiveness underscores the necessity for targeted resource allocation. Sector-specific priority areas with the highest impact potential were identified for each industry.The study provides a strategic framework for optimizing investments into key areas. Conclusions emphasize the critical need for systemic collaboration between businesses and public administration to overcome barriers inherent in the linear economic model.Ústav ekonomi
The Impact of Non-Financial Screening on the Performance, Risk and Diversification of Stock Portfolios
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá vlivem nefinančního screeningu na výkonnost, rizikovost a diverzifikaci akciových portfolií. Cílem práce je posoudit, zda investování založené na nefinančních kritériích a principech udržitelnosti přináší lepší zhodnocení než nescreenované a tradičně finančně sestavené portfolio. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na odpovědné investování, koncept ESG a ukazatele hodnocení výkonnosti, rizika a míry diverzifikace. Praktická část práce se věnuje sestavení čtyř investičních portfolií, která vycházejí z finančního a nefinančního screeningu. Všechna portfolia obsahují akcie evropských společností zahrnutých v indexu EURO STOXX 50. Jejich výkonnost, riziko a diverzifikace jsou hodnoceny za období 2021-2024. Na základě výsledků práce jsou formulována závěrečná doporučení. Provedená analýza ukázala, že udržitelná portfolia nemusí vykazovat nižší výkonnost ani horší řízení rizika. Naopak mohou v některých případech dosahovat vyšší výkonnosti a efektivnějšího řízení rizika než nescreenovaná portfolia a tradiční investiční přístupy. Zatímco portfolio s 10 % nefinančním screeningem se jeví jako stabilnější volba, portfolio s 25 % nefinančním screeningem vykazuje vyšší výnosnost, avšak za cenu vyššího rizika. Diverzifikace udržitelných portfolií nedosahuje stejné úrovně jako diverzifikace nescreenovaného portfolia. Mírnější nefinanční screening však vedl k lepší diverzifikaci než tradiční přístup, zatímco přísnější nefinanční screening omezil výběr akcií, což mělo negativní dopad na celkovou diverzifikaci portfolia.The thesis deals with the impact of non-financial screening on the performance, riskiness and diversification of stock portfolios. The aim of the thesis is to assess whether investing based on non-financial criteria and sustainability principles yields better returns than an unscreened and traditionally financially constructed portfolio. The theoretical part focuses on responsible investing, the concept of ESG and indicators for assessing performance, risk and diversification levels. The practical part of the paper focuses on the construction of four investment portfolios based on financial and non-financial screening. All portfolios contain shares of European companies included in the EURO STOXX 50 index. Their performance, risk and diversification are evaluated over the period 2021-2024. Based on the results of the work, final recommendations are formulated. The analysis carried out showed that sustainable portfolios may not underperform or have poorer risk management. On the contrary, they may in some cases outperform and manage risk more effectively than unscreened portfolios and traditional investment approaches. While a portfolio with 10 % non-financial screening appears to be a more stable choice, a portfolio with 25 % non- financial screening shows higher returns, but at the cost of higher risk. The diversification of sustainable portfolios does not reach the same level as the diversification of an unscreened portfolio. However, the more lenient non-financial screening led to better diversification than the traditional approach, while the more stringent non-financial screening limited stock selection, which had a negative impact on overall portfolio diversification.Ústav financí a účetnictv
