The Project of Expansion of Leisure Services in Hotel Baltaci Atrium
No full textDiplomová práca je zameraná na vytvorenie projektu pre rozšírenie voľnočasových služieb Hotela Baltaci Atrium. Práca analyzuje súčasný stav ponúkaných voľnočasových služieb, obsadenosť hotela a jeho konkurenčné prostredie. Cieľom práce je vytvoriť projekt, ktorý pomôže minimalizovať problém nízkej obsadenosti hotela počas víkendov. Pre dosiahnutie cieľa sú v práci použité analytické metódy ako sú dotazníkové šetrenie, Porterova analýza, analýza konkurencie a SWOT analýza. Súčasťoou je riadený štrukturovaný rozhovor s vedením hotela, ktorý poskytoô informácie o absencií wellness centra. Na základe analýz a dotazníkového šetrenia boli zistené cenné informácie, ktoré potvrdili záujem o wellness služby v hoteli. Tiež sú v práci vytvorené produkty vo forme wellness pobytov, ktoré budú problém s obsadenosťou minimalizovať. Záverom práce sú návrhy produktov, ktoré sú podrobené nákladovej, časovej a rizikovej analýze.This Master's thesis focuses on the development of a project aimed at expanding the leisure services offered by Hotel Baltaci Atrium. The study undertakes an analysis of the hotel's current portfolio of leisure amenities, its occupancy rates, and the competitive landscape within which it operates. The primary objective of this research is to formulate a project designed to mitigate the issue of suboptimal hotel occupancy during weekend periods. To achieve this objective, the thesis employs a range of analytical methodologies, including a questionnaire survey, Porter's Five Forces analysis, competitor analysis, and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, a guided structured interview was conducted with the hotel's management, yielding pertinent information regarding the absence of a dedicated wellness centre. The insights derived from these analyses and the questionnaire survey provided valuable data, confirming a significant demand for wellness facilities among the hotel's clientele. Consequently, the thesis proposes specific product offerings in the form of wellness packages, strategically designed to address and minimize the identified weekend occupancy challenge.Ústav podnikové ekonomik

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením přehledu nejčastěji využívaných nástrojů k hodnocení bolesti v intenzivní péči. Práce byla zpracována metodou přehledové studie. Teoretická část práce se zabývá sedací pacienta, hodnocením bolesti v intenzivní péči a uvádí nástroje, které lze využít pro hodnocení bolesti u sedovaných pacientů a u lucidních pacientů. V praktické části práce byl vytvořen přehled nejčastěji užívaných hodnotících nástrojů bolesti pro sedované dospělé pacienty a byla provedena komparace mezi vyhledanými hodnotícími nástroji bolesti: Critical Care Pain Observation (CPOT), Behavioral Pain Scale (BPS), Nonverbal Pain Scale (NVPS), Face, Legs, Activity, Cry, Consolability Scale (FLACC).This bachelor thesis presents an overview of common pain assessment tools which are used in intensive care. The review study method was used. The theoretical section of the thesis focuses on patient sedation and pain assessment tools in intensive care used for evaluation of pain in sedated and awake patients. No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení bolesti u pacientů v domácí péči se zaměřením na výběr vhodných nástrojů pro praxi. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří hlavních tematických oblastí. První kapitola se věnuje bolesti z hlediska její definice, patofyziologie, typologie a možností hodnocení. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na domácí péči, její vývoj, financování, formy a cíle v rámci českého zdravotnického systému. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na úlohu všeobecné sestry v domácí péči, její kompetence včetně oblasti hodnocení bolesti, specializační vzdělání a specifické činnosti, včetně vedení zdravotnické dokumentace. Praktická část obsahuje rešerši odborné literatury a nástrojů pro hodnocení bolesti. Vybrané nástroje jsou porovnávány z hlediska použitelnosti v domácí péči, přičemž jsou posuzovány faktory jako časová náročnost, srozumitelnost pro pacienty, potřeba komunikace nebo odborné posouzení a přínos při rozhodování o léčbě. Výsledkem je přehled a doporučení vhodných nástrojů pro hodnocení bolesti v domácím prostředí.This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of pain assessment in home care patients, focusing on the selection of appropriate tools for clinical practice. The theoretical part is divided into three main thematic areas. The first chapter focuses on pain in terms of its definition, pathophysiology, types, and assessment methods. The second chapter focuses on home care, its development, financing, forms and goals within the Czech healthcare system. The third chapter focuses on the role of the general nurse in home care, including her competences in pain assessment, specialized education, and specific activities such as maintaining medical documentation. The practical part contains a literature review of scientific literature and pain assessment tools. Selected tools are compared in terms of their applicability in home care, considering factors such as time requirements, comprehensibility for patients, the need for communication or professional evaluation, and their contribution to treatment decisions. Nursing Care for the Elderly after a Femoral Neck Fracture
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí u seniorů po zlomenině krčku stehenní kosti a je zpracovaná formou přehledové studie. Cílem je analyzovat účinnost preventivních opatření ke snížení výskytu infekce v operační ráně (SSI) u seniorů po operaci této zlomeniny. Teoretická část se věnuje procesu stárnutí, problematice zlomenin krčku stehenní kosti a specifikům ošetřovatelské péče. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu 12 odborných studií, které posuzují účinnost vybraných preventivních opatření. Z výsledků vychází, že za nejefektivnější formu prevence SSI lze považovat zavedení kombinace komplexních preventivních opatření.The bachelor thesis deals with the nursing care of the elderly after femoral neck fracture and is prepared in the form of a review study. The aim is to analyze the effectiveness of preventive measures to reduce the incidence of surgical site infection (SSI) in the elderly after surgery for this fracture. The theoretical part is devoted to the aging process, the problems of femoral neck fractures and the specifics of nursing care. The practical part focuses on the analysis of 12 expert studies assessing the effectiveness of selected preventive measures. The results suggest that the most effective form of SSI prevention may be the introduction of a combination of comprehensive preventive measures.Ústav zdravotnických vě
Risk Analysis and Crisis Management in Psychiatric Patients from the General Nurse's Perspective
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci rizik a zvládání krizových situací u psychiatrického pacienta pomocí všeobecné sestry. Cílem je analyzovat rizika spojena s krizovými událostmi a popsat roli všeobecné sestry při řešení prevence a krize. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o systému psychiatrie, druhá kapitola identifikuje a řeší rizika u psychiatrických pacientů a třetí kapitola představuje ošetřovatelskou péči pomocí metody CARe a popisuje deeskalační techniku. V praktické části byla vybrána metoda kvalitativního hodnocení dat. Nástrojem kvalitativního hodnocení byl využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor, pomocí kterého se zkoumal cíl bakalářské práce.The bachelor thesis focuses on risk identification and crisis management in psychiatric patients by a general nurse. The aim is to analyze the risks associated with crisis events and to describe the role of the general nurse in crisis prevention and management. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter discusses the psychiatric system, the second chapter identifies and addresses the risks in psychiatric patients and the third represents identifies nursing care using the CARe method and describes the de-escalation technique. In the practical part, the qualitative data evaluation method was chosen. Proposal for the Development Strategy of the Municipality of Žlutava
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení aktuálního stavu a rozvojových možností obce Žlutava ve Zlínském kraji. Cílem práce bylo na základě analytických dat, řízených rozhovorů a územních dokumentací identifikovat hlavní problémy a potřeby obce a navrhnout konkrétní rozvojové projekty s potenciálem realizace. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí - analytická část zahrnuje demografickou, ekonomickou, technickou a sociální infrastrukturu, dále životní prostředí a správu obce. Nedílnou součástí byla SWOT analýza a rozhovory s představiteli obce, spolků i podnikatelského sektoru. Na základě zjištěných dat byl vytvořen Katalog projektů, který obsahuje čtyři prioritní projekty, přičemž tyto projekty reflektují nejčastěji zmiňované potřeby ze strany místních aktérů a vycházejí z konkrétních výstupů analytické části.The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current state and development possibilities of the municipality of Žlutava in the Zlín Region. The aim of the thesis was to identify the main problems and needs of the village and to propose specific development projects with the potential for implementation based on analytical data, guided interviews and territorial documentation. The work is divided into several parts - the analytical part includes demographic, economic, technical and social infrastructure, as well as the environment and the administration of the municipality. SWOT analysis and interviews with representatives of the municipality, associations and the business sector were an integral part. Teoretická část práce představuje klíčové instituce EU, jejich role v oblasti vzdělávání a strategické cíle podporující mobilitu a rozvoj mladých občanů. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu projektových aktivit školy v oblasti vzdělávání, dotazníkové šetření a následnou analýzu dat. Na základě výsledků analýzy je navržen projekt a další opatření.This bachelor thesis examines the impact of European Union funds on the development of students at the Secondary Technical School of Mechanical Engineering in Vsetín. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the utilization of EU programs, specifically Erasmus+, to support students' educational and professional opportunities. No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou udržitelného turismu ve vybraných obcích na území Chráněné krajinné oblasti Bílé Karpaty. Cílem práce je analyzovat přístup vybraných obcí v CHKO Bílé Karpaty k rozvoji udržitelného cestovního ruchu. Výzkum je založen na kvalitativní metodě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se starosty pěti obcí. Výsledky ukazují, že pokud obce rozvíjí cestovní ruch, upřednostňují jeho udržitelnou formu. Identifikovány jsou přínosy i problémy, včetně nedostatečné infrastruktury a informovanosti návštěvníků. Na základě zjištění jsou navržena konkrétní opatření, například edukační web s QR kódy a podpora regionální propagace.This bachelor thesis focuses on sustainable tourism in selected municipalities of the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the approach of selected municipalities in the White Carpathians Protected Landscape Area to the development of sustainable tourism. The research is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews with the mayors of five municipalities. The findings show that if tourism is being developed, municipalities prefer its sustainable form. The study identifies both benefits and challenges, including insufficient infrastructure and limited visitor awareness. No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na oživení tradiční techniky tkaní hadrových koberců v kontextu udržitelnosti a druhotného využití textilu. Teoretická část představuje historický vývoj a kulturní význam této řemeslné techniky, analyzuje aktuální trendy v oblasti recyklace textilu a jeho dalšího využití v rámci udržitelných přístupů. Věnuje se také přínosům manuální tvorby, zejména jejímu vlivu na soustředění, vnitřní klid a mezigenerační vztahy. Praktická část diplomové práce vznikla ve spolupráci se seniory ovládajícími techniku tkaní hadrových koberců. Výsledkem je úvodní příručka doplněná pracovním listem, která přístupnou formou seznamuje se základy této techniky. Materiál je navržen jako první kontakt se zvoleným tématem a podporuje ekologické chování, tvořivost i sociální propojení.The thesis focuses on reviving the traditional craft of rag rug weaving in the context of sustainability and textile reuse. The theoretical part outlines the historical development and cultural significance of this technique, while also analyzing current trends in textile recycling and its application within sustainable practices. It also explores the benefits of manual creative work, particularly it is positive effects on concentration, inner calm, and intergenerational relationships. The practical part was developed in collaboration with senior craft practitioners skilled in rag rug weaving. The outcome is an introductory handbook accompanied by a worksheet, designed to present the basics of the technique in an accessible way. Cooperation of Teacher and a Teaching Assistant in a Kindergarten
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací učitele a asistenta pedagoga v mateřské škole. Teoretická část pojednává o vzdělávání dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami v mateřské škole. Dále je zaměřena na učitele a asistenta pedagoga jako aktéry inkluzivního vzdělávání v mateřské škole a na vzájemnou spolupráci obou těchto pedagogických pracovníků. Praktická část práce interpretuje získaná data kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu, ve kterém bylo pomocí dotazníkového šetření pro učitele a asistenty pedagoga v mateřských školách zjišťováno, jak probíhá jejich vzájemná spolupráce. Na základě získaných dat byly poté zpracovány výsledky výzkumu. Jejich vyhodnocení poukazuje na to, že spolupráce učitele a asistenta pedagoga v mateřské škole v pedagogické praxi neprobíhá efektivně a je zde prostor pro její zkvalitnění.The diploma thesis deals with the cooperation of teacher and teaching assistant in kindergarten. The theoretical part is about the education of children with special educational needs in kindergarten. It is also aimed at teachers and teaching assistants as players in inclusive kindergarten education and at the mutual cooperation of the two teaching staff. The practical part of the work interprets the obtained data of quantitatively oriented research, in which a questionnaire survey for teachers and teaching assistants in kindergartens was used to determine how their cooperation with each other was conducted. The results of the research were then processed on the basis of the data obtained. Their evaluation points out that the cooperation of the teacher and the teaching assistant in kindergarten in the teaching practice is not effective and there is room to improve it.Ústav školní pedagogik
