výrazné dopady na zdraví a životy obyvatel. V celosvětovém kontextu se jedná
především o teroristické útoky, mimořádné události přírodního charakteru nebo
kybernetické hrozby. V prostředí České republiky můžeme hovořit o přírodních
hrozbách, které mohou vyústit v mimořádnou událost nebo krizovou situaci. Pokud
budeme uvažovat o významných bezpečnostních hrozbách v posledních několika
letech, může se jednat především o povodně nebo průmyslové havárie s únikem
nebezpečných látek. V průběhu lidské civilizace byla vždy snaha člověka v rámci
mimořádné události nebo krizové situace o svou záchranu v podobě evakuace ze
zasaženého prostoru. Tato skutečnost přispívala k rozvoji problematiky evakuace

No full textDiplomová práca s názvom Oddlženie ako spôsob riešenia úpadku fyzickej osoby sa zaoberá právnym inštitútom oddlženia v kontexte insolvenčného práva Českej republiky. Hlavným cieľom práce je analyzovať proces oddlženia ako nástroj riešenia osobného úpadku a posúdiť účinky novely insolvenčného zákona účinnej od 1. októbra 2024 na jeho aplikáciu v praxi. Metodologicky práca vychádza z kombinácie deskriptívnej, analytickej, komparatívnej a empirickej metódy. Údaje boli získané z verejne dostupného insolvenčného registra a spracované na základe jednotne stanovených parametrov. Výsledkom je hodnotenie dopadu legislatívnych zmien na praktické fungovanie systému oddlženia, najmä z pohľadu dostupnosti a efektivity pre zadlžené fyzické osoby. V teoretickej časti je pozornosť venovaná základným pojmom ako úpadok, insolvenčné konanie a samotné oddlženie. Taktiež sa zaoberá vývojom právnej úpravy oddlženia v ČR a podrobne rozoberá zmeny, ktoré priniesla posledná legislatívna novela. V praktickej časti je realizovaná analýza 16 konkrétnych prípadov oddlženia fyzických osôb, osem pred účinnosťou novely a osem po jej zavedení. Porovnávané sú napríklad formy oddlženia, priebeh konania, časová náročnosť či miera uspokojenia veriteľov. Práca zároveň reflektuje aj širšie spoločenské súvislosti oddlženia, najmä jeho sociálne dopady na život fyzickej osoby v úpadku. Záver práce poukazuje na potrebu praktického doladenia niektorých aspektov právnej úpravy oddlženia. Na základe prípadovej analýzy sa ako žiaduce javí zavedenie spravodlivejšieho modelu výpočtu splátok, efektívnejšia koordinácia zrážok zo mzdy a dôslednejšia kontrola plnenia povinností zo strany dlžníkov počas celého procesu oddlženia.The diploma thesis entitled Debt Relief as a Way of Solving the Personal Bankruptcy deals with the legal institution of debt relief in the context of the insolvency law of the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse the process of debt relief as a tool for solving personal bankruptcy and to assess the effects of the amendment to the Insolvency Act effective from 1. October 2024 on its application in practice. Methodologically, the work is based on a combination of descriptive, analytical, comparative and empirical methods. The data were obtained from the publicly available insolvency register and processed on the basis of uniformly set parameters. The result is an assessment of the impact of legislative changes on the practical functioning of the debt relief system, especially in terms of accessibility and efficiency for indebted individuals. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to basic concepts such as bankruptcy, insolvency proceedings and debt relief itself. It also deals with the development of the legal regulation of insolvency in the Czech Republic and discusses in detail the changes brought about by the latest legislative amendment. In the practical part, an analysis of 16 specific cases of debt relief for natural persons is carried out, eight before the amendment came into force and eight after its introduction. Comparisons are made, for example, between the forms of debt relief, the course of the proceedings, the time taken and the rate of satisfaction of creditors. The work also reflects the broader social context of debt, in particular its social impact on the life of the bankrupt individual. The conclusion of the thesis points to the need for practical fine-tuning of some aspects of the legal regulation of debt relief. On the basis of the case analysis, the introduction of a fairer model for the calculation of repayments, more effective coordination of deductions from wages and more rigorous monitoring of debtors' compliance with their obligations throughout the entire process of debt relief seem desirable.Ústav financí a účetnictvíneobhájen

Teoretická část shrnuje klíčové pojmy související s obchodováním, včetně základů technické analýzy, anatomie trhu, správy rizika a psychologie obchodníka. Praktická část popisuje vytvořenou strategii, její testování na historických datech a simulaci reálného obchodování. Výsledky ukazují potenciál dosažení kladného zhodnocení, ale zároveň upozorňují na potřebu další optimalizace v oblasti řízení rizik a dodržování disciplíny.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design and evaluation of a trading strategy for intraday trading in the digital asset market, aiming to achieve profitability. The theoretical part summarizes key trading concepts, including the basics of technical analysis, market anatomy, risk management, and trading psychology. The practical part introduces the strategy, tests it on historical data, and applies it in simulated trading. No full textCílem diplomové práce byla tvorba projektu zaměřeného na zlepšení současného stavu marketingové komunikace vybrané společnosti se zaměřením na Generaci Z. Cílem teoretické části bylo zpracování literární rešerše z oblasti marketingové komunikace. Po jejím zpracování byla formulována teoretická východiska pro zpracování praktické části práce. Praktická část je rozdělena na analytickou a projektovou. Analytická část charakterizuje společnost pomocí vybraných situačních analýz a následně představuje analýzu současného stavu její marketingové komunikace včetně kvantitativního výzkumu, který zodpověděl výzkumnou otázku a verifikoval stanovené hypotézy. Na základě všech zjištění z teoretické a analytické části diplomové práce byl sestaven projekt, který je složen z několika akčních plánů. Všechny tyto plány byly následně podrobeny časové, nákladové i rizikové analýze.The aim of this diploma thesis was to create a project focused on improving the current state of marketing communication of a selected company, with a focus on Generation Z. The aim of the theoretical part was to conduct a literature review in the field of marketing communication. Following this, theoretical foundations were formulated for the development of the practical part of the thesis. The practical part is divided into analytical and project sections. The analytical part characterizes the company using selected situational analyses and subsequently presents an analysis of the current state of its marketing communication, including quantitative research that answered the research question and verified the established hypotheses. Based on all the findings from the theoretical and analytical parts of the diploma thesis, a project consisting of several action plans was developed. Nutritional Importance of Sprouted Seeds
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá nutričním významem naklíčených semen, která představují cenný zdroj živin v rámci zdravého stravování. Cílem práce je charakterizovat změny nutričního složení semen během procesu klíčení a zhodnotit jejich přínos pro lidské zdraví. Klíčení aktivuje enzymatické procesy, které vedou ke zvýšení biologické dostupnosti vitamínů (zejména skupiny B, vitamínu C a E), minerálních látek, esenciálních aminokyselin a antioxidantů. Zároveň dochází ke snížení obsahu antinutričních látek, jako je kyselina fytová nebo inhibitory enzymů. Práce dále upozorňuje na rizika spojená s mikrobiologickou kontaminací a výskytem mykotoxinů, která mohou při nesprávném zacházení s naklíčenými semeny vzniknout. Na základě dostupné literatury lze konstatovat, že naklíčená semena mají vysoký nutriční potenciál a mohou významně obohatit racionální jídelníček.This bachelor thesis deals with the nutritional importance of sprouted seeds, which represent a valuable source of nutrients in a healthy diet. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the changes in the nutritional composition of seeds during the germination process and to evaluate their benefits for human health. Germination activates enzymatic processes that lead to an increase in the bioavailability of vitamins (especially B vitamins, vitamin C and E), minerals, essential amino acids and antioxidants. At the same time, the content of antinutritional substances such as phytic acid or enzyme inhibitors is reduced. The work also draws attention to the risks associated with microbiological contamination and the presence of mycotoxins that can arise from improper handling of sprouted seeds. Based on the available literature, it can be concluded that sprouted seeds have a high nutritional potential and can significantly enrich a rational diet.Ústav analýzy a chemie potravi
The Effect of Artificial Ageing on the Structure of Isotactic Polybutene - 1
No full textCílem této práce bylo za použití několika analytických metod (XRD, DSC, FTIR, Shore D) experimentálně ověřit, jak umělé UV stárnutí ovlivnilo strukturu iPB 1. UV stárnutí izotaktického polybutenu-1 (iPB-1) mírně zvýšilo celkovou krystalinitu, což mohlo souviset s tvorbou kratších polymerních fragmentů, které působily jako nukleační centra. Rychlost fázové přeměny II I se oproti předpokladu zpomalovala s rostoucí expozicí UV záření, možným důvodem byl klesající podíl fáze II. Mírný nárůst tvrdosti Shore D nejspíš souvisel se zvýšenou krystalinitou. Výsledky FTIR potvrdily degradaci, která se projevila štěpením hlavních řetězců a fotooxidačními reakcemi. Záznamy z DSC ukázaly pokles teplot krystalizace a tání, což mohlo souviset se zkracováním řetězců a vznikem méně stabilních struktur.The aim of this thesis was to experimentally investigate how artificial UV aging affected the structure of iPB 1 using several analytical methods (XRD, DSC, FTIR, Shore D). UV aging of isotactic polybutene-1 (iPB-1) slightly increased the overall crystallinity, which could be related to the formation of shorter polymer fragments that acted as nucleation centers. The rate of phase II I phase transformation decreased with increasing UV exposure, contrary to the expectations, a possible reason being the decreasing proportion of phase II. The slight increase in Shore D hardness was probably related to increased crystallinity. FTIR results confirmed the degradation, which was manifested by main chain cleavage and photo-oxidation reactions. The DSC measurements showed a decrease in crystallization and melting temperatures, which could be related to chain shortening and the formation of less stable structures.Ústav výrobního inženýrstv
Analysis of the Film I'm Not Everything I Want to Be
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití fotografie v dokumentárním snímku Ještě nejsem, kým chci být. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat, jaká specifika s sebou přináší mediální transformace z uměleckého média fotografie na médium filmu a dále pak jak film využívá statické obrazy v rámci narativní struktury, a to, jakým způsobem formují význam, paměť a subjektivitu. Práce zkoumá metody, které režisérka používá, jako jsou opakování, kontextualizace a zvuková dramaturgie, jež posilují emocionální a intelektuální zapojení diváka. Zaměřením se na fotografické prvky filmu, střihovou skladbu a vzájemné propojení vizuálního a narativního, práce ukazuje, jak fotografie může fungovat jako základní stavební kámen filmového vyprávění. Práce dochází k závěru, že unikátní přístup filmu k integraci statických obrazů v dynamickém narativu podporuje hlubší porozumění časovým a emocionálním vrstvám protagonistčina příběhu a nabízí nové pohledy na vztah mezi fotografií a filmem.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of photography in the documentary film Ještě nejsem, kým chci být (I'm Not Yet Who I Want to Be). The main aim is to analyze the specific qualities that arise from the media transformation from the artistic medium of photography to the medium of film, and how the film employs static images within its narrative structure to shape meaning, memory, and subjectivity. The thesis examines the methods used by the director, such as repetition, contextualization, and sound dramaturgy, which enhance the viewer's emotional and intellectual engagement. By focusing on the film's photographic elements, editing structure, and the interplay between visual and narrative components, the thesis shows how photography can serve as a fundamental building block of cinematic storytelling. It concludes that the film's unique approach to integrating still images into a dynamic narrative deepens the understanding of the temporal and emotional layers of the protagonist's story and offers new perspectives on the relationship between photography and film.Ateliér Audioviz

No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou financování malých a středních soukromých galerií současného umění v České republice. Zaměřuje se na analýzu jejich specifických potřeb, identifikaci hlavních překážek udržitelného provozu a zmapování dostupných možností finanční podpory z veřejných i soukromých zdrojů. V první části této práce jsou představeny základní charakteristiky těchto institucí a jejich zařazení do kulturní ekonomiky, včetně přehledu grantových programů. Druhá část přináší doporučení pro zlepšení jejich situace - konkrétní návrhy opatření, strategií a forem spolupráce s veřejným i soukromým sektorem. Součástí práce jsou také případové studie dvou konkrétních galerií, které umožňují srovnání českého a zahraničního kontextu.This thesis focuses on the issue of funding for small and medium-sized private contemporary art galleries in the Czech Republic. It analyzes their specific needs, identifies key obstacles to sustainable operation, and maps the available forms of financial support from both public and private sources. The first part of the thesis introduces the fundamental characteristics of these institutions and their role within the cultural economy, including an overview of relevant grant programs. The second part offers recommendations for improving their situation - including concrete proposals for measures, strategies, and models of cooperation with both the public and private sectors. Design and Implementation of an Autonomous Vehicle Using ROS
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vývoj autonomního robotického vozidla, které využívá framework ROS (Robot Operating System). Robot je postaven na platformě Raspberry Pi a využívá 3D tištěné šasi s diferenciálním pohonem řízeným pomocí Arduino. Pro vnímání okolního prostředí je vybaven 2D LiDARem, který slouží k mapování prostoru a detekci překážek. Mapování prostředí a následná autonomní navigace byly realizovány pomocí nástrojů ROS. Robot je schopen plánovat trasu a bezpečně se pohybovat k zadanému cíli v prostředí obsahujícím jak statické, tak i dynamické překážky.This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of an autonomous robotic vehicle using the ROS (Robot Operating System) framework. The robot is built on the Raspberry Pi platform and uses a 3D printed chassis with differential drive controlled by Arduino. It is equipped with a 2D LiDAR for detection of the surrounding environment, which is used for space mapping and obstacle detection. Mapping and subsequent autonomous navigation in the pre-mapped space were implemented using ROS tools. The robot is able to plan a path and safely navigate to a specified destination in an environment containing static and dynamic obstacles.Ústav automatizace a řídicí technik
