Manufacturing Risks Assessment in Tire Production
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na posouzení výrobních rizik ve výrobě pneumatik. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu odborné problematiky výroby a jejich rizik. V praktické části je řešeno konkrétní úzké místo s následným posouzením rizik pomocí metod FMEA a Ishikawa diagramu. Následně jsou navržena opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení výrobního procesu a minimalizaci rizik.This bachelor thesis focuses on the assessment of production risks in tire production. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of the professional issues of production and their risks. In the practical part a specific constraint is addressed followed by a risk assessment using FMEA and Ishikawa diagram methods. No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vyrovnání se s nadměrnou zátěží v zaměstnání. První část práce se zaměřuje na pojmy jako je stres, jaké jsou jeho formy a druhy. Rozebrán je i syndrom vyhoření, jaké jsou jeho projevy a jakými způsoby je mu možno předcházet, věnuje se i tématu posttraumatického syndromu a smrti a svou pozornost také věnuje legislativě předpisů strojvedoucích. Druhá část práce představuje společnost České Dráhy, a.s., profesi strojvedoucího a mimořádné události, ke kterým může v rámci železniční dopravy dojít. Analytická část pak zkoumá formou kvantitativního výzkumu dopad nadměrného zatížení v zaměstnání u zaměstnanců v roli strojvedoucího u Českých Drah. Závěrem sdílí práce nápady pro zlepšení rovnováhy pracovního a soukromého života zaměstnanců, podává návrh na vytváření podpůrné pracovní kultury a řeší konkrétní aspekty, které by zaměstnancům napomohly v oblasti řízení stresu.This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of coping with excessive job stress. The first part of the thesis focuses on concepts such as stress, its forms, and types. Burnout syndrome is also discussed, including its symptoms and preventive measures, as well as the topic of post-traumatic syndrome and death, with attention paid to the legislative regulations concerning locomotive engineers. The second part of the thesis introduces the company Czech railways, a.s., the profession of locomotive engineer, and extraordinary events that may occur within railway transportation. The analytical part then examines, through quantitative research, specific cases and the impact of excessive workload on employees in the role of locomotive engineers at Czech railways. In conclusion, the thesis shares ideas for improving the work-life balance of employees, proposes the creation of a supportive work culture, and addresses specific aspects that could help employees in stress management.Ústav krizového řízen
Risk Management of a Manufacturing Company in the Field of Human Resources
No full textBakalářské práce se zaměřuje na analýzu lidských zdrojů a rizik spojených s jejich řízením v rámci firmy. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány hlavní pojmy jako firma, organizace, riziko a řízení rizik. Dále je podrobně zkoumán lidský faktor jako potenciální riziko v organizacích, včetně jeho charakteristiky, významu a metod řízení. Tato část se také věnuje důležitosti personálního řízení a managementu lidských zdrojů, včetně procesů výběru, motivace a odměňování pracovníků. V rámci dynamiky lidských zdrojů je analyzována rotace a fluktuace pracovníků, její důvody, přínosy, a metody implementace pro efektivní řízení. Je zde zdůrazněna i nutnost měření fluktuace a jejího dopadu na organizaci. Motivace a odměňování jsou zásadní pro stabilitu týmu a výkon, přičemž práce reflektuje i současné trendy v těchto oblastech. Teoretické základy jsou následně shrnuty a přeneseny do praktické části práce. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní firmu, její rizika a analýzu situace. Provádí se sběr informací, SWOT analýza a strukturovaný rozhovor s vedoucím personálního oddělení. V práci je zahrnuta i analýza rizik metodou R=P*D. Tato metoda byla aplikována na identifikované rizikové faktory spojené s fluktuací a motivací pracovníků. Výsledky ukázaly, že vysoká pravděpodobnost fluktuace v kombinaci s negativním dopadem na stabilitu týmu a výkonnost organizace představuje významné riziko, které vyžaduje okamžité řešení a implementaci preventivních opatření. Na základě těchto zjištění byla navržena konkrétní řešení, která mají za cíl snížit fluktuaci a zlepšit motivaci. Mezi navrhovaná opatření patří: zavedení efektivnějšího systému odměňování a bonusů, zlepšení komunikace mezi zaměstnanci a vedením, zajištění větší flexibility pracovního prostředí. Dále byly doporučeny metody pro zajištění efektivní rotace pracovníků, která by měla vést k lepší adaptaci a větší spokojenosti zaměstnanců. V práci se také doporučuje vytvoření stabilnějších kariérních cest a vzdělávacích programů pro zaměstnance. Hodnocení výsledků analýz ukazuje, že navrhovaná řešení povedou k pozitivním změnám v organizaci, jako je nižší fluktuace a vyšší spokojenost pracovníků. Bakalářská práce tedy poskytuje konkrétní nástroje a doporučení pro zlepšení řízení rizik lidských zdrojů.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of human resources and risks associated with their management within an organization. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the main concepts such as company, organization, risk and risk management. Furthermore, the human factor is examined in detail as a potential risk in organizations, including its characteristics, significance and management methods. This part also deals with the importance of personnel management and human resource management, including the processes of selection, motivation and remuneration of employees. Within the framework of human resource dynamics, employee rotation and fluctuation are analyzed, their reasons, benefits and implementation methods for effective management. The necessity of measuring fluctuation and its impact on the organization is also emphasized. Motivation and remuneration are essential for team stability and performance, and the thesis also reflects current trends in these areas. The theoretical foundations are subsequently summarized and transferred to the practical part of the thesis. The practical part focuses on a specific company, its risks and situation analysis. Information collection, SWOT analysis and a structured interview with the head of the human resources department are carried out. The work also includes a risk analysis using the R=P*D method. This method was applied to the identified risk factors associated with employee turnover and motivation. The results showed that the high probability of turnover in combination with a negative impact on team stability and organizational performance represents a significant risk that requires immediate resolution and implementation of preventive measures. Based on these findings, specific solutions were proposed that aim to reduce turnover and improve motivation. The proposed measures include: introducing a more effective remuneration and bonus system, improving communication between employees and management, ensuring greater flexibility of the work environment. Methods were also recommended to ensure effective employee rotation, which should lead to better adaptation and greater employee satisfaction. The work also recommends the creation of more stable career paths and training programs for employees. The evaluation of the analysis results shows that the proposed solutions will lead to positive changes in the organization, such as lower turnover and higher employee satisfaction. The bachelor's thesis therefore provides specific tools and recommendations for improving human resource risk management.Ústav krizového řízen
Occupational Health and Safety in a Small Business
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci (dále jen ,,BOZP"") v malém podniku. Cílem práce je analyzovat aktuální úroveň BOZP ve vybrané společnosti a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace. Teoretická část se soustředí na právní rámec, rizikové faktory pracovního prostředí a metody hodnocení rizik. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu aktuálního stavu pomocí checklistu, dotazníkového šetření a polo-strukturovaného rozhovoru s majitelem firmy. Výsledky ukázaly nedostatky v oblastech školení zaměstnanců, evidence osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků, značení rizikových míst a skladování chemických látek. Na základě těchto zjištění zjištění byla navržena konkrétní opatření, která mohou přispět k zajištění souladu s platnými právními předpisy a zlepšení úrovně BOZP v malých podnicích.The bachelor thesis focuses on occupational safety and health (hereinafter referred to as ""OSH") in a small enterprise. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current level of OSH in a selected company and to propose measures to improve the current situation. The theoretical part focuses on the legal framework, risk assessment methods. The practical part includes an analysis of the current situation by menas of checklist, a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview with the owner of the company. The results showed deficiencies in the areas of employee training, personal protective equipment registration, marking of hazardous areas and storage of chemicals. Based on these findings, specific measures were proposed that can contribute to ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and improving the level of OSH in small enterprises.Ústav krizového řízen
Possibilities of Using Network Analysis Methods in Risk Modelling of Complex Systems
No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku využití sítí jako modelovacího nástroje pro popis domino efektu v komplexních situacích. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou popsány modely a vlastnosti náhodných a komplexních sítí, zejména s těžištěm v metrikách centralit. Současně je provedena rešerše jejich aplikací pro modelování rizika. V praktické části je těchto teoretických konceptů využito pro kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýzu uměle generovaných sítí. Součástí je zavedení nové metriky pro popis domino efektu na sítích MENL a stanovení meze její platnosti, dále doporučení využívat betweenness centralitu pro hodnocení rizika jednotlivých uzlů a formulace postupů prioritizace rizik komplexního systému založených na MCMC a genetických algoritmech.The thesis focuses on the use of networks as a modelling tool to describe the domino effect in complex situations. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes models and properties of random and complex networks, in particular with a centre of gravity in centrality metrics. At the same time, a survey of their applications to risk modelling is carried out. In the practical part, these theoretical concepts are used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of artificially generated networks. This includes the introduction of a new metric for describing the domino effect on MENL networks and the determination of the limit of its validity, as well as the recommendation to use betweenness centrality to assess the risk of individual nodes and the formulation of risk prioritization procedures for complex systems based on MCMC and genetic algorithms.Ústav krizového řízen

Vybranou společností je malá rodinná firma zabývající se autodopravou, která se nachází v Olomouckém kraji. Cílem práce je seznámení s problematikou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, popis skutečného stavu podniku a tvorba projektu zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou zpracovány návrhy na zlepšení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, které by dle autora práce měly přispět ke zkvalitnění současného stavu v podniku.This thesis deals with the issue of occupational health and safety in small company. The selected company is a small family-owned business engaged in freight transport, located in the Olomouc region. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the issue of occupational safety and health, describe the actual state of the company and to develop a project for ensuring occupational health and safety. Cílem práce je posoudit zabezpečení zkoumaného objektu a navrhnout opatření, která zajistí vyšší úroveň jeho ochrany před identifikovanými hrozbami. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na právní prameny týkající se zabezpečení vybraných subjektů a dále specifikuje jednotlivé složky v rámci fyzické bezpečnosti. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu bezpečnostního prostředí zkoumaného objektu a následné hodnocení složek rizika, jako jsou pravděpodobnost výskytu události, zranitelnost objektu či potenciální negativní následky při narušení bezpečnosti vybraného objektu. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navržena doporučení a opatření zaměřená na zvýšení celkové úrovně ochrany objektu.The diploma thesis addresses the issue of object security against potential threats. Its aim is to assess the security of the studied object and propose measures to enhance its protection against identified threats. The theoretical part focuses on legal frameworks related to the security of selected entities and further specifies individual components of physical security. The practical part includes an analysis of the security environment of the studied object, followed by an assessment of risk components such as the likelihood of an event occurring, the vulnerability of the object, and the potential negative consequences of a security breach. Cooperation of the Components of the Integrated Rescue System During an Extraordinary Event
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá součinností složek IZS při mimořádné události s důrazem na dopravní nehody. Cílem práce je zhodnotit součinnost mezi složkami IZS a navrhnout vhodná opatření, která by zlepšila současný stav. K tomu, aby byly cíle této práce naplněny bylo navrhnuto taktické cvičení základních složek IZS při dopravní nehodě se zraněním, kde se ověřila jejich součinnost. Následně navazuje SWOT analýza, kde se zhodnotila problematika dopravních nehod. Z výsledků taktického cvičení a SWOT analýzy vycházejí vhodná opatření, která by se dala použít ke zlepšení součinnosti stávajícího stavu mezi složkami IZS a ke snížení procenta vzniku dopravních nehod.The bachelor thesis deals with the interaction of the IZS units during an emergency with an emphasis on traffic accidents. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the interaction between the IZS components and to propose appropriate measures to improve the current situation. In order to meet the objectives of this thesis, a tactical exercise of the basic components of the IZS in a traffic accident with injury was designed to verify their synergy. This is followed by a SWOT analysis where the traffic accident issues were evaluated. From the results of the tactical exercise and the SWOT analysis, appropriate measures are derived that could be used to improve the current state of synergy between the IZS units and to reduce the percentage of traffic accidents.Ústav ochrany obyvatelstv
Risk Mapping in the Territory of a Selected Municipality with Extended Powers
No full textBakalářská práce řeší mapování rizik na území zvolené obce s rozšířenou působností. Teoretická část popisuje právní vstup do problematiky, analýzu rizik, mapování rizik, využití geografického informačního systému a konkrétní příklady mapování rizik. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou území a přehledem mimořádných událostí z minulosti. Dále se práce zaměřuje na analýzu rizik s využitím strukturovaného rozhovoru a softwaru Riskan. Nástrojem k modelování úniku nebezpečných chemických látek je software TerEx. K realizaci výsledné mapy nebezpečí, mapy zranitelnosti, mapy kumulovaného rizika, mapy připravenosti a mapy korigovaného rizika se využívá geografický informační systém QGIS. Výsledky jsou vyhodnocovány a lze je využít v havarijním a krizovém plánování. V závěru je uveden návrh brožury zaměřený na připravenost obyvatelstva na mimořádné události.The bachelor thesis deals with risk mapping in the territory of the selected municipality with extended powers. The theoretical part describes the legal entry into the issue, risk analysis, risk mapping, use of geographic information system and specific examples of risk mapping. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the territory and an overview of past emergencies. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on risk analysis using a structured interview and Riskan software. The tool for modelling of hazardous chemical spills is TerEx software. The QGIS geographic information system is used to create the resulting hazard map, vulnerability map, cumulative risk map, preparedness map and corrected risk map. The results are evaluated and can be used in emergency and crisis planning. At the end is a draft brochure focusing on the population's preparedness for emergencies.Ústav ochrany obyvatelstv
