No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení připravenosti Armády České republiky k řešení mimořádných událostí. Identifikuje klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují efektivitu jejího nasazení, a na základě analýzy zkušeností příslušníků armády s těmito situacemi navrhuje konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení. Práce zkoumá teoretický rámec dané problematiky a v praktické části představuje návrhy na posílení personálního a technického zabezpečení armády v této důležité oblasti.This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the preparedness of the Army of the Czech Republic to respond to extraordinary events. It identifies key factors that influence the effectiveness of its deployment and, based on an analysis of the experiences of army personnel with these situations, proposes specific measures for improvement. The thesis examines the theoretical framework of the issue and, in the practical part, presents proposals for strengthening the personnel and technical security of the army in this important area.Ústav ochrany obyvatelstv

V teoretické části jsou popsány principy fungování jaderných zbraní, jejich historický vývoj, účinky jaderného výbuchu a významné mezinárodní smlouvy zaměřené na kontrolu jaderného arzenálu. Praktická část práce analyzuje úroveň informovanosti veřejnosti o postupech při jaderném útoku na základě dotazníkového šetření. Cílem práce je nejen charakterizovat technologické a politické aspekty jaderných zbraní, ale i navrhnout opatření pro zvýšení povědomí obyvatelstva o této problematice, a tím přispět ke zlepšení krizové připravenosti.This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of nuclear weapons in contemporary society. The theoretical part describes the principles of nuclear weapons operation, the effects of nuclear explosions, the concept of the nuclear triad, and the historical development of nuclear arsenals. It also analyzes major international treaties aimed at controlling nuclear weapons. The practical part of the thesis examines the public's level of awareness regarding procedures to follow during a nuclear attack, based on a questionnaire survey. The aim of the thesis is not only to characterize the technological and political aspects of nuclear weapons but also to propose measures to improve public awareness and thereby enhance crisis preparedness.Ústav ochrany obyvatelstv
Crisis Communication Analysis of Selected Extraordinary Events
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu krizové komunikace při mimořádné události - povodních, které postihly město Opavu v září 2024. Cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivitu a průběh informování veřejnosti ze strany klíčových aktérů krizového řízení, zejména města Opavy, primátora Tomáše Navrátila a Hasičského záchranného sboru Moravskoslezského kraje. Součástí výzkumu je kvantitativní analýza mediálních a sociálních výstupů, stejně jako kvalitativní rozbor obsahu a formy sdělení. Práce rovněž zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření mezi obyvateli Opavy, které mapuje jejich vnímání krizové komunikace a důvěru k jednotlivým informačním kanálům. Výsledky ukazují na klíčovou roli osobní a vizuálně přehledné komunikace, stejně jako na význam kontinuálního informování i po odeznění krize. Práce nabízí doporučení pro zlepšení budoucí krizové komunikace na úrovni samosprávy.This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of crisis communication during an emergency event - the floods that affected the city of Opava in September 2024. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness and process of public communication carried out by key crisis management actors, especially the City of Opava, Mayor Tomáš Navrátil, and the Fire Rescue Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The research includes a quantitative analysis of media and social media outputs, as well as a qualitative examination of the content and form of communication. A questionnaire survey conducted among the residents of Opava explores their perception of crisis communication and their trust in various information sources. The findings highlight the importance of personal and visually clear communication, as well as the need for continued information-sharing even after the acute phase of the crisis has ended. Psychosocial Risks in Training Soldiers in the Basic Training Course
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na psychosociální rizika vojáků v kurzu základní přípravy Armády České republiky. Cílem práce je vypracovat přehled rizik v dané oblasti, posoudit je a navrhnout případná opatření. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled poznatků o těchto rizicích, stresu a jeho zvládání, v praktické části se zejména zaměřuje na míru a zdroje zátěže v kurzu základní přípravy. Za účelem dosažení cíle bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření se 100 respondenty, jejich odpovědi byly následně statisticky vyhodnoceny. Dle výsledků dotazníkového šetření představovala pro vojáky v kurzu základní přípravy největší zátěž fyzická náročnost kurzu a tempo a organizace výuky. Nejvíce zatěžující výukovou oblastí se ukázal být komplexní výcvik.The bachelor thesis focuses on psychosocial risks of soldiers in the basic training course of the Army of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to make an overview of the risks in the given area, to assess them and to propose possible measures. The theoretical part provides an overview of knowledge about these risks, stress and its management, while the practical part focuses mainly on the level and sources of stress in the basic training course. To achieve the objective, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 100 respondents, and their answers were then statistically evaluated. According to the results of the questionnaire survey, the physical demands of the course and the pace and organisation of the training represented the greatest burden for soldiers in the basic training course. Safety Assessment of the Selected Aquapark from the Perspective of Protection of Soft Targets
No full textVypracovaná diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením bezpečnosti vybraného aquaparku z pohledu ochrany měkkých cílů. Cílem práce je identifkovat zranitelná místa v objektu na základě provedení dotazníkového šetření, vypracovaní SWOT analýzy a metody What-if. V návaznosti na dosažené výsledky jsou navržena konkrétní opatření a doporučení, která zvýší úroveň odolnosti měkkého cíle. Přínosem práce jsou návrhy, které mohou být využity ke zlepšení bezpečnostního systému ve vybraném aquaparku.The thesis deals with the safety assessment of a selected water park from the point of view of protection of soft targets. The aim of the thesis is to identify vulnerabilities in the facility by conducting a questionnaire survey, developing a SWOT analysis and the What-if method. Following the results obtained, specific measures and recommendations are proposed,that will increase the level of resilience of the soft target. No full textBakalářská práce se soustředí na finanční seberozvojovou literaturu zaměřenou na ženy, jakožto stále populárnější, avšak nedostatečně prozkoumaný subžánr seberozvojové literatury. Práce hodnotí sjednocenost témat vytyčených institucionálním rámcem s finančním poradenství nabízeným ve vybraném vzorku knih. Dále analyzuje začlenění poznatků z behaviorální ekonomie a zkoumá zařazení problémů, které finančně sužují ženy, do obsahu knih. K tomuto využívá poznatky z teorie dostupné v těchto oblastech, které jsou uvedeny na začátku práce. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit roli těchto knih jako zdrojů finančního poradenství s jedinečným přínosem pro ženy. Výsledky práce naznačují, že knihy mohou čtenáři sloužit jako úvod do oblasti osobních financí.This bachelor's thesis explores financial self-help literature targeting women, a growing yet underexplored subgenre of self-help literature. The work assesses the alignment of financial advice offered in a selected sample of books with the personal finance topics of an institutional framework. The thesis further analyzes the sample's incorporation of insights from behavioral economics and evaluates the use of gender-specific financial issues. This is done utilizing the findings from research in these fields, as introduced at the beginning of the work. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the role of these books as sources of financial guidance with additional benefits for women. V kontextu rostoucí digitalizace a zvyšující se míry sledování online aktivit se anonymita stává stále důležitějším aspektem ochrany osobního soukromí. Práce se věnuje tomu, jaká data uživatelé internetu předávají, ať už jde o běžná data, citlivá data nebo metadata a jaké jsou důsledky jejich sdílení. Práce kombinuje teoretická východiska s praktickou částí založenou na kvantitativním výzkumu, který byl realizován formou dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky ukazují, jak je problematika anonymity vnímána mezi běžnými uživateli a do jaké míry aktivně přistupují k ochraně svého digitálního soukromí.This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of online anonymity from the perspective of the average internet user. In the context of increasing digitalization and the growing extent of online activity monitoring, anonymity is becoming an increasingly important aspect of personal privacy protection. The thesis examines what types of data internet users share whether common data, sensitive data, or metadata and what the consequences of such sharing may be. The thesis combines theoretical background with a practical part based on quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey. Open Source Intelligence as a Tool in the Fight Against Disinformation

Bakalářská práce nejdříve pojednává v teoretické části o důležitých pojmech a informací, jako je rozdělení dezinformace a misinformace, nástrojů OSITN a dalších důležitých pro pochopení tématu. V praktické části se pak provedl sběr dat, díky kterému se pak dalo vypočítat, jak jsou nástroje přesné a jak vyšly vybrané zpravodajské weby při šíření informací, sestavení diagramu a checklistu.The bachelor's thesis focuses on open-source intelligence as a tool against disinformation. The theoretical part of the thesis first discusses key concepts and information, such as the distinction between disinformation and misinformation, OSINT tools, and other essential elements for understanding the topic. In the practical part, data was collected, which made it possible to calculate how accurate the tools are and how selected news websites performed in spreading information, as well as to create a diagram and checklist.Ústav ochrany obyvatelstv
Warning of the Population During a Flood in Olomouc

Cílem je zhodnotit účinnost Jednotného systému varování a vyrozumění v krizových podmínkách a navrhnout jeho zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty legislativní, historické a technické aspekty systému. Praktická část využívá dotazníkové šetření, řízené rozhovory, analýzu činnosti krizových orgánů a akustické měření k ověření srozumitelnosti hlášení. Výsledky ukazují celkovou funkčnost systému, ale i nutnost dílčích technických a organizačních úprav pro zvýšení efektivity.The thesis deals with the functionality of the system of warning and informing the population during floods in the city of Olomouc. The aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Unified System of Warning and Notification in crisis conditions and to propose its improvement. The theoretical part summarizes the legislative, historical and technical aspects of the system. The practical part uses a questionnaire survey, controlled interviews, analysis of the activities of crisis bodies and acoustic measurements to verify the intelligibility of the reports.
