Project Proposal for the Construction of a Nature Trail in the Town of Pozlovice
No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na vznik naučné stezky v městysi Pozlovice, jejímž cílem je rozšířit nabídku volnočasových aktivit a propojit vzdělávání návštěvníků s aktivním trávením volného času v přírodě. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice projektového managementu, cestovnímu ruchu a významu naučných stezek. Praktická část analyzuje městys Pozlovice, jeho předpoklady pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu a zahrnuje také rozhovor se starostou. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby v městysi Pozlovice. Následně je navržen konkrétní projekt naučné stezky, v němž je definována cílová skupina projektu, stanoveny cíle, popsány jednotlivé zastávky, sestaven časový harmonogram a navržen celkový rozpočet včetně způsobu financování. Součástí projektu je také identifikace potenciálních rizik, která jsou přehledně znázorněna pomocí matice rizik.The diploma thesis focuses on the creation of a nature trail in the town of Pozlovice, the aim of which is to expand the offer of leisure activities and to connect the education of visitors with active leisure in nature. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the issues of project management, tourism and the importance of nature trails. The practical part analyses the town of Pozlovice, its prerequisites for tourism development and includes an interview with the mayor. Based on the information found, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the township of Pozlovice are identified. Subsequently, a specific nature trail project is proposed, in which the target group of the project is defined, objectives are set, individual stops are described, a timetable is drawn up and the overall budget including the method of financing is proposed. Influence of AFM Technology Process Parameters on the Finishing Effect of AFM Machine
No full textPodnětem pro vypracování bakalářské práce bylo poskytnout seznámení s metodami technologie dokončování povrchu se zaměřením na nekonvenční typy těchto metod. Blíže se práce zaměřuje právě na technologii AFM. Byl proveden výzkum, který tuto technologii ověřuje jako vhodný způsob dokončování povrchů vnitřních ploch produktů aditivní výroby kovů. Práce poskytuje teoretický základ pro seznámení s tímto typem výroby a také pro seznámení s mikroskopickými metodami, díky kterým je možné zkoumat vlastnosti dokončených povrchů. V rámci práce byl proveden experiment, který ověřuje dopad změny dokončovacích cyklů technologie AFM na kvalitu dokončeného povrchu. Bylo prokázáno, že vyšší počet cyklů zvyšuje účinnost dokončování, výrazně snižuje výslednou drsnost povrchu a tím se významně podílí na kvalitě povrchu.The intent for the bachelor thesis was to provide an introduction to surface finishing technology methods with a focus on unconventional types of these methods. The thesis focuses more closely on AFM technology. Research has been carried out to validate this technology as a suitable method of surface finishing of internal surfaces of metal additive manufacturing products. The thesis provides a theoretical basis for an introduction to this type of fabrication and also for an introduction to microscopic methods that make it possible to investigate the properties of finished surfaces. An experiment was carried out to verify the impact of changing the finishing cycles of the AFM technology on the quality of the finished surface. It was shown that a higher number of cycles increases the finishing efficiency, significantly reduces the resulting surface roughness and thus contributes significantly to the surface quality.Ústav výrobního inženýrstv

V teoretické části jsou zapracovány legislativní požadavky vztahující se ke stravování dětí v dětských domovech, nutriční doporučení Ministerstva zdravotnictví České republiky k sestavování jídelníčků ve školním stravování a nutriční a energetické požadavky pro vybranou skupinu dětí ve věku od 7-10 let s charakteristikou základních živin a jejich výskytu v potravinách. V praktické části je zpracována analýza spotřebních košů ze školních jídelen dětských domovů Moravskoslezského a Olomouckého kraje, vyhodnocení pestrosti stravy u jídelníčků ze školních jídelen dle nutričních doporučení Ministerstva zdravotnictví České republiky a analýza vybraných jídelníčků programem NutriPro s porovnáním výsledků s nutričními a energetickými požadavky pro vybranou skupinu dětí ve věku od 7-10 let.The diploma thesis focuses on the nutrition of children in children's homes. The theoretical part includes legislative requirements related to the nutrition of children in children's homes, nutritional recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic for compiling menus in school catering, and nutritional and energy requirements for a selected group of children aged 7-10 years with characteristics of essential nutrients and their occurrence in foods. The practical part includes an analysis of consumer baskets from school canteens of children's homes in the Moravian-Silesian and Olomouc regions, an evaluation of the variety of food in menus from school canteens according to nutritional recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, and an analysis of selected menus using the NutriPro program with a comparison of the results with nutritional and energy requirements for a selected group of children aged 7-10 years.Ústav technologie potravi
Screening and Isolation of Cellulolytic Positive Microorganisms from Ecosystems
No full textTato bakalářská práce se věnuje izolaci a charakterizaci celulolytických mikroorganismů z různých přírodních vodních ekosystémů. Pomocí selektivních kultivačních technik a specifických biochemických testů byly identifikovány kmeny schopné rozkládat celulózu. Byla stanovena jejich enzymatická aktivita vyjádřená celulolytickým indexem a provedeno srovnání zastoupení těchto mikroorganismů mezi sladkovodními a slanými vodami. Výsledky ukazují výraznou diverzitu izolovaných bakterií i rozdíly v jejich degradačním potenciálu. Práce přináší poznatky o ekologické roli celulolytických mikroorganismů a zdůrazňuje jejich význam pro biotechnologické aplikace, jako je kompostování nebo výroba bioenergie.This bachelor thesis focuses on the isolation and characterization of cellulolytic microorganisms from various natural aquatic ecosystems. Using selective culture techniques and specific biochemical assays, strains capable of degrading cellulose were identified. Their enzymatic activity, expressed as a cellulolytic index, was determined and the abundance of these microorganisms was compared between freshwater and saltwater. The results show a significant diversity of the isolated bacteria and differences in their degradation potential. The work provides insights into the ecological role of cellulolytic microorganisms and highlights their importance for biotechnological applications such as composting or bioenergy production.Ústav inženýrství ochrany životního prostřed
Processed Dairy Products with the Addition of a Fruit Component
No full textProcessed dairy products are valued for their creamy texture, mild flavor, and versatility across various applications. Enhancing their sensory and functional properties with natural ingredients like fruits can further increase their consumer appeal. This thesis aimed to assess the incorporation of mango puree (0-20% w/w) into processed dairy products with two dry matter levels (40% w/w and 45% w/w) to improve their sensory, textural, and rheological qualities. Ten sample formulations were developed and analyzed for dry matter, pH, water activity, color attributes (L*, a*, b*), texture characteristics (hardness, stickiness, spreadability), rheological properties, and sensory attributes. Mango puree addition significantly reduced hardness, storage, loss and complex moduli and complex viscosity, particularly at 40% w/w dry matter. Color analysis showed enhanced redness and yellowness and reduced lightness with increasing mango content. Sensory evaluation indicated that products with 15%-20% w/w mango puree regardless dry matter content achieved the best balance between flavor, texture, and appearance and were the most preferable. These findings support the use of mango puree as a natural enhancer in processed dairy products. No full textBakalářská práce na téma "Zlepšení procesu nákupu ve vybrané firmě" se zaměřuje na návrh nových nákupních postupů ve společnosti XY, která se zabývá výrobou a prodejem sanitárního zařízení a PVC profilů. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury zaměřené na oblast nákupu a řízení zásob. V praktické části je charakterizována společnost a analyzován současný stav jejího nákupního procesu. Na základě výsledků provedených ABC i XYZ analýz je stanoven optimální objem objednávky pomocí EOQ modelu. Výsledkem práce je návrh opatření ke zlepšení nákupního procesu.The bachelor's thesis titled "Improvement of the Purchasing Process in a Selected Company" focuses on the design of new purchasing procedures in a company XY, which specializes in the production and sale of sanitary equipment and PVC profiles. The theoretical part is based on professional literature related to purchasing and inventory management. The practical part includes a description of the company and an analysis of its current purchasing process. Based on the results of the ABC and XYZ analyses, the optimal order quantity is determined using the EOQ model. Práce, vycházející z teoretických poznatků a analýzy současného stavu skladu, navrhuje vysoký jednopodlažní U-sklad kombinující paletové regály a vertikální systémy Kardex s cílem maximalizovat kapacitu, zlepšit materiálový tok a zvýšit efektivitu využití prostoru. Konečný návrh byl podložen SWOT analýzou a základním ekonomickým hodnocením, představuje strategicky rozumnou příležitost se schopností snížit provozní náklady a slouží jako konkrétní podklad pro investiční rozhodnutí společnosti.This bachelor's thesis addresses operational inefficiencies within a specific company, stemming from the fragmentation of its warehouse management systems, with the objective of proposing an effective layout for a new central warehouse. Drawing upon theoretical insights and an analysis of the current warehouse situation, the thesis proposes a high single-story U-shaped warehouse design that combines pallet racking and Kardex vertical storage systems to maximize capacity, improve material flow, and enhance space utilization efficiency. The final proposal, supported by a SWOT analysis and basic economic evaluation, represents a strategically sound opportunity with the potential to reduce operating costs and serves as a concrete basis for the company's investment decision.Ústav logistik
Possibilities of Applying the Principles of Sustainability in Accordance with ESG in the Selected Company
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi uplatnění principů udržitelnosti v souladu s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ve vybraném podniku. ESG představuje klíčový rámec pro hodnocení a řízení environmentálních, sociálních a správních aspektů podnikání, které jsou stále více důležité pro dlouhodobou udržitelnost a konkurenceschopnost firem. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav implementace ESG principů ve vybraném podniku, identifikovat oblasti s největším potenciálem pro zlepšení a navrhnout konkrétní kroky, které by podnik mohl podniknout k posílení své udržitelnosti. Výzkum je založen na kombinaci kvalitativních a kvantitativních metod, včetně dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci, managementem a stakeholdery podniku, analýzy firemních dokumentů a rozhovorů s klíčovými představiteli podniku. Výsledky práce ukazují, že podnik již podniká významné kroky k snižování své ekologické stopy, zlepšování péče o zaměstnance a zvyšování transparentnosti rozhodovacích procesů. Nicméně, existují oblasti, kde je možné dosáhnout dalšího pokroku, zejména v oblasti spotřeby energie, odpadového hospodářství a podpory diverzity a inkluze na pracovišti. Na základě získaných dat a analýzy jsou v práci navrženy konkrétní doporučení pro další rozvoj ESG principů v podniku, které zahrnují zavedení nových technologií pro úsporu energie, zlepšení recyklačních procesů, rozšíření programů pro rozvoj zaměstnanců a zvýšení komunikace ESG cílů směrem k veřejnosti. Tato práce přispívá k lepšímu pochopení významu ESG principů pro udržitelnost podnikání a poskytuje praktické nástroje pro jejich implementaci ve firemním prostředí.This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of applying sustainability principles in accordance with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) in a selected company. ESG is a key framework for assessing and managing the environmental, social and governance aspects of business, which are increasingly important for the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of companies.The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current state of implementation of ESG principles in the selected enterprise, to identify areas with the greatest potential for improvement and to suggest specific steps that the enterprise could take to enhance its sustainability. The research is based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, including a questionnaire survey of employees, management and stakeholders of the enterprise, analysis of corporate documents and interviews with key representatives of the enterprise. The results show that the company is already taking significant steps to reduce its environmental footprint, improve employee care and increase transparency in decision-making processes. However, there are areas where further progress can be made, particularly in the areas of energy consumption, waste management and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Based on the data collected and analysis, the paper proposes specific recommendations for the further development of ESG principles in the company, which include the introduction of new energy saving technologies, improving recycling processes, expanding employee development programs and increasing the communication of ESG goals towards the public. This thesis contributes to a better understanding of the importance of ESG principles for business sustainability and provides practical tools for their implementation in the corporate environment.Ústav logistik

Cílem je analyzovat moderní metody predikce, jako jsou regresní modely, neuronové sítě a časové řady, a jejich aplikaci v optimalizaci logistických procesů. Práce se zaměřuje na přínosy prediktivní analýzy při řízení skladových zásob, plánování přepravních cest a snižování logistických rizik. Na základě analýzy dat získaných z praktických případových studií se hodnotí efektivita prediktivních metod v různých oblastech logistického řízení. Výsledky ukazují, že prediktivní analýza má zásadní význam pro zlepšení rozhodovacích procesů a efektivní řízení zásobování.This bachelor thesis deals with the use of predictive analytics in the field of logistics. The aim is to analyze modern prediction methods such as regression models, neural networks and time series and their application in the optimization of logistics processes. The paper focuses on the benefits of predictive analysis in inventory management, transportation planning and logistics risk reduction. Based on the analysis of data obtained from practical case studies, the effectiveness of predictive methods in different areas of logistics management is evaluated.
