No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá financováním preventivních programů zaměřených na pohybové aktivity poskytovaných zdravotními pojišťovnami. Tyto programy se v praxi jeví jako nedostatečné. Cílem mé práce je na základě provedené analýzy současného stavu financování preventivních programů zdravotních pojišťoven v ČR vypracovat návrh alternativního rozdělení finančních prostředků do oblasti pohybových aktivit v rámci financování preventivních programů zdravotních pojišťoven v ČR. Záměrem tohoto návrhu je také adekvátnost, míra využití a dopad, zejména ve vztahu k narůstajícím civilizačním onemocněním, jako jsou diabetes mellitus a kardiovaskulární choroby. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu sekundárních dat a navrhuje nový model financování, který klade důraz na prevenci a zvyšuje motivaci pojištěnců. Navrhovaný koncept má za cíl ušetřit prostředky v akutní lůžkové péči v souvislosti s civilizačními chorobami a následně motivovat jednotlivce k využívání případných navýšených prostředků ze zdravotního pojištění pro úhradu preventivních pohybových aktivit.This thesis focuses on the funding of preventive programs aimed at physical activity, provided by health insurance companies. In practice, these programs appear to be insufficient. The aim of this work is to develop a proposal for an alternative allocation of financial resources into the area of physical activity within the framework of preventive programs offered by health insurance companies in the Czech Republic, based on an analysis of the current state of funding. The objective of this proposal is also to address adequacy, utilization rates and impact, especially in relation to the growing prevalence of lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases. The thesis is based on the analysis of secondary data and introduces a new funding model that emphasizes prevention and increases the motivation of insured individuals. The proposed concept aims to reduce spending on acute inpatient care related to chronic diseases and, at the same time, to encourage individuals to make use of potentially increased health insurance funds for covering preventive physical activity services.Ústav managementu a marketing

No full textBakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou využitia systému Forvia Excellence System (FES) na modelovej montážnej linke vo vybranom výrobnom podniku. Hlavným cieľom tejto práce je s využitím nástrojov priemyselného inžinierstva vyhodnotiť aktuálny stav vybraných prvkov systému FES a navrhnúť opatrenia na optimalizáciu výrobných procesov. Teoretická časť je zameraná na spracovanie literárnej rešerše k problematike operatívnej dokonalosti, systému FES a jeho kľúčových nástrojov. Nasledujúca praktická časť je rozdelená na analytickú časť, ktorá popisuje aktuálne nastavenie nástrojov ako 5S, SMED, štandardizovaná práca, Hoshin workshop a návrhovú časť, v ktorej sú formulované odporúčania na zlepšenie vybraných oblastí výrobnej linky. Súčasťou práce je aj záverečné zhodnotenie prínosov navrhnutých opatrení.This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the use of the Forvia Excellence System (FES) on a model assembly line in a selected manufacturing company. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the current status of the selected FES system elements and to propose measures for the optimization of production processes using industrial engineering tools. The theoretical part is focused on the elaboration of a literature search on the issue of operational excellence, FES system and its key tools. The following practical part is divided into an analytical part, which describes the current setup of tools such as 5S, SMED, standardized work, Hoshin workshop and a design part, in which recommendations are formulated to improve selected areas of the production line. No full textHlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit sadu projektů pomocí vlastního kódu ve Visual Basic for Applications pro MS PowerPoint, včetně implementace podmínek a cyklů. Tato sada má sloužit jako pomůcka při výuce studentů Fakulty aplikované informatiky Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. V rámci práce byla vytvořena zadání jednotlivých projektů, samotný kód, jeho využití v prezentaci, a také vývojový diagram ke každému projektu. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na popis jazyka Visual Basic, sady MS Office a bezpečnostní rizika spojená s používáním maker. Praktická část se věnuje celkovému uspořádání projektů, jejich podrobnému popisu a testování funkčnosti celé sady.The main aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create a set of projects using your own code in Visual Basic for Applications for MS PowerPoint, including the implementation of conditions and cycles. This set is intended to serve as a teaching aid for students of the Faculty of Applied Informatics of Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The thesis created the assignment for individual projects, the code, its use in the presentation, and a flowchart for each project. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the description of Visual Basic language, the MS Office suite, and the security risks associated with the use of macros. Cílem je vytvořit nástroj, který uživateli umožní sestavit finanční plán a simulovat vývoj jeho ekonomické situace v čase. Aplikace je postavena na vícevrstvé architektuře s oddělením prezentační, aplikační, doménové a datové vrstvy. Součástí řešení jsou výpočty jednoduchého a složeného úročení a model Monte Carlo pro predikci budoucího finančního vývoje. Tento model umožňuje provádět simulace na základě náhodně generovaných scénářů a tím zohlednit nejistotu a variabilitu v dlouhodobém horizontu.The bachelor thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a web application for personal financial planning. The aim is to create a tool that enables users to build a financial plan and simulate the development of their economic situation over time. The application is based on a multi-layered architecture with separated presentation, application, domain, and data layers. The solution includes calculations of simple and compound interest, as well as a Monte Carlo model for predicting future financial development. Na základě těchto analýz byl vytvořen podnikatelský plán, který může sloužit jako podklad pro podnikatele při zakládání rehabilitačního zařízení.This thesis deals with the project of establishing a rehabilitation clinic in Břeclav. The theoretical part defines physiotherapy and rehabilitation, describes the legislative requirements for doing business in this field, and provides a detailed description of the business plan and its structure. The practical part includes market analyses that have helped identify key factors affecting the project's success. Cílem je navrhnout reálný koncept zařízení ve formě příspěvkové organizace, včetně provozního modelu, kapacitního uspořádání a ekonomické udržitelnosti. Práce vychází z literární rešerše, situační analýzy pomocí PESTLE analýzy, Porterovy analýzy pěti sil a metody SWOT a z výsledků dotazníkového šetření mezi potenciálními klienty. Výsledkem je návrh konkrétního zařízení s definovaným počtem lůžek, personálním zajištěním a nákladovou, časovou a rizikovou analýzou, který může sloužit jako podklad pro jeho realizaci.This thesis focuses on the development of a project to establish a retirement home in the municipality of Lodín, in response to the growing demand for residential social services in the region. The aim is to design a realistic concept of the facility in the form of a contributory organization, including its operational model, capacity layout, and economic sustainability. The work is based on a literature review, a situational analysis using PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and SWOT analysis, as well as on the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among potential clients. Teoretická část se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům o marketingu, marketingové komunikaci a jejích nástrojích, online komunikaci, sociálních sítích a jejich trendech se zaměřením na zdravotnický sektor. Praktická část se člení do dvou částí, a to analytické a projektové. V analytické části je provedena analýza současné online komunikace firmy Fyzidop a jejích konkurentů. Součástí je také benchmarking a SWOT analýza. Projektová část se zabývá zpracováním projektu zavedení marketingové komunikace na sociálních sítí na základě zjištěných informací. Projekt je následně podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.The aim of this thesis is to improve the marketing communication of the healthcare organisation Fyzidop by establishing a social media presence. The theoretical part deals with theoretical knowledge about marketing, marketing communication and its tools, online communication, social networks and their trends with a focus on the healthcare sector. The practical part is divided into two parts, namely analytical and project. In the analytical part, an analysis of the current online communication of Fyzidop and its competitors is made. It also includes benchmarking and SWOT analysis. The project part deals with the elaboration of a project for the implementation of marketing communication on social networks based on the information found. The Influence of Senior Volunteering on the Process of Active Aging
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dobrovolnictví seniorů v kontextu aktivního stárnutí. Cílem práce je identifikovat a analyzovat, jak senioři zapojení do dobrovolnické činnosti vnímají vliv této aktivity na proces svého stárnutí. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy dobrovolnictví a aktivní stárnutí, popisuje jejich vzájemný vztah a charakterizuje specifika dobrovolnictví v seniorském věku. Praktická část představuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s osmi seniory aktivně zapojenými do dobrovolnické činnosti. Výzkum odhalil pět hlavních témat: motivace k dobrovolnictví, přínosy dobrovolnictví, bariéry a výzvy, dobrovolnictví jako součást aktivního stárnutí a adaptace na změny v souvislosti s pandemií COVID-19. Výsledky ukazují, že dobrovolnictví přispívá k fyzickému a psychickému zdraví seniorů, k jejich sociální integraci, pocitu smysluplnosti a osobnímu rozvoji. Zároveň byly identifikovány bariéry, kterým senioři při dobrovolnictví čelí, a strategie jejich překonávání. Práce poskytuje vhled do subjektivních zkušeností seniorů-dobrovolníků a může sloužit jako podklad pro organizace pracující se seniory i pro tvůrce politik v oblasti aktivního stárnutí.This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of senior volunteering in the context of active aging. The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyze how seniors involved in volunteering perceive the impact of this activity on their aging process. The theoretical part defines the concepts of volunteering and active aging, describes their mutual relationship, and characterizes the specifics of volunteering in older age. The practical part presents the results of qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with eight seniors actively involved in volunteer activities. The research revealed five main themes: motivation for volunteering, benefits of volunteering, barriers and challenges, volunteering as a part of active aging, and adaptation to changes related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The results show that volunteering contributes to the physical and mental health of seniors, their social integration, sense of purpose, and personal development. At the same time, barriers that seniors face in volunteering and strategies to overcome them were identified. The thesis provides insight into the subjective experiences of senior volunteers and can serve as a basis for organizations working with seniors and for policymakers in the field of active aging.Ústav pedagogických vě
