Creating Materials for Teaching Application Clouds
No full textTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh výukového předmětu v oblasti cloudových technologií, který reflektuje aktuální požadavky trhu práce a současný stav výuky na vysokých školách. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše pracovních inzerátů v oblasti cloud computingu a analýza výukových plánů relevantních vysokoškolských předmětů. Cílem této analýzy je identifikovat klíčové znalosti, technologie a dovednosti, které zaměstnavatelé nejčastěji požadují, a porovnat je s obsahem univerzitních kurzů. Na základě zjištěných rozdílů je v praktické části práce navržen obsah nového výukového předmětu, včetně tematického členění přednášek a návrhu praktických cvičení. Výsledkem je ucelený návrh kurzu "Využití aplikačních cloudů", který připraví studenty na reálné výzvy a požadavky v oblasti cloudových technologií. Práce přináší doporučení pro zařazení tohoto předmětu do výuky a podněty k rozvoji prakticky orientované výuky v oblasti cloudu.This thesis focuses on the design of a cloud technology course that reflects the current requirements of the labor market and the current state of teaching at universities. In the theoretical part, a search of job advertisements in the field of cloud computing and an analysis of the curricula of relevant university courses is conducted. The aim of this analysis is to identify the key knowledge, technologies and skills most required by employers and to compare these with the content of university courses. Based on the differences identified, the practical part of the thesis proposes the content of a new course, including the thematic breakdown of lectures and the design of practical exercises. The result is a comprehensive course design for the course "Using Application Clouds" that will prepare students for the real challenges and requirements in the field of cloud technologies. FOMO Syndrome and Life Satisfaction of High School Students
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi syndromem FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) a subjektivní životní spokojeností u studentů středních škol. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy související se syndromem FOMO, popisuje se jeho charakteristika, příčiny, příznaky a související fenomény. Dále je věnována pozornost roli sociálních sítí, proměně uživatelského chování a souvislostem s duševní pohodou adolescentů. Samostatná kapitola je zaměřena na životní spokojenost, její determinanty a vývoj v období dospívání. Praktická část práce se soustředí na zpracování dat z kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření na vybraných středních školách ve Zlínském kraji. Práce se zaměřuje na propojení digitálního chování s psychickou pohodou dospívajících a přináší podněty pro pedagogickou i preventivní praxi.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the relationship between the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) syndrome and the subjective life satisfaction of secondary school students. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to FOMO syndrome, including its characteristics, causes, symptoms, and associated psychological and social phenomena. Attention is also paid to the role of social media, changes in user behavior, and the links between digital habits and adolescent mental well-being. A separate chapter deals with life satisfaction, its determinants, and development during adolescence. The practical part focuses on the processing of data collected through a quantitative questionnaire survey conducted at selected secondary schools in the Zlín region. Possibilities of Social Work Performance at the Department of Unemployment Social Benefits at the Labour Office
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá výkonem sociální práce na oddělení hmotné nouze Úřadu práce České republiky, a to se zaměřením na podmínky, v nichž je realizována, a na možnosti jejího uplatnění. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak pracovníci tuto činnost vnímají, s jakými překážkami se potýkají a jaké metody a nástroje při práci nejčastěji využívají. Výzkum měl kvantitativní charakter a byl realizován prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření s kombinací uzavřených a otevřených otázek. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 40 respondentů vybraných záměrným výběrem z konkrétního pracoviště Úřadu práce. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje metodám a možnostem sociální práce, systému dávek hmotné nouze a roli sociální práce v prevenci sociálního vyloučení. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky šetření, které ukazují vysokou pracovní zátěž, nedostatek podpory ze strany systému a rozpor mezi ideály a realitou výkonu sociální práce. Výsledky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro další výzkum i systémová doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení praxe v této oblasti.This This bachelor thesis focuses on the performance of social work at the Department of Material Need within the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on the conditions under which it is carried out and the possibilities for its implementation. The aim was to explore how social workers perceive their role, what obstacles they face, and which methods and tools they most frequently use. The research had a quantitative character and was conducted through a questionnaire consisting of both closed and open-ended questions. The research sample included 40 respondents selected through purposive sampling from a specific workplace of the Labour Office. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section addresses the methods and possibilities of social work, the system of material need benefits, and the role of social work in the prevention of social exclusion. The practical part presents the research findings, which reveal a high workload, insufficient systemic support, and a gap between the ideals and the reality of social work practice. These findings may serve as a basis for further research and for formulating systemic recommendations aimed at improving practice in this area.Ústav pedagogických vě

No full textTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na efektivnější řízení projektu implementace HR aplikace ve vybrané společnosti, a to prostřednictvím návrhu analytického modelu vytvořeného v prostředí Microsoft Excel. Cílem práce je navrhnout nástroj, který umožní sledování a vyhodnocování klíčových projektových metrik, jako jsou plánovaná a skutečná pracnost, pokrok ve fázích projektu, čerpání rezerv a odchylky od původního plánu. V teoretické části práce je zpracována literární rešerše zaměřená na projektové řízení, metody analýzy dat a využití nástrojů Excel a Power Query v podnikové praxi. Praktická část se opírá o reálný projekt ve společnosti Aricoma Digital s.r.o., v jehož rámci bylo navrženo a otestováno řešení, které umožňuje efektivní sledování projektových údajů. Model je navázán na data z Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations a využívá nástroj Power Query, který je součástí Microsoft Excel a umožňuje automatické zpracování dat. Výsledné řešení přispívá ke zvýšení transparentnosti, zrychlení rozhodovacích procesů a minimalizaci rizik souvisejících se zpožděním či překročením plánovaných nákladů.This thesis focuses on improving the efficiency of managing the implementation of an HR application in a selected company by designing an analytical model developed in Microsoft Excel. The aim of the thesis is to propose a tool that enables the monitoring and evaluation of key project metrics such as planned and actual workload, progress across project phases, reserve consumption, and deviations from the original plan. The theoretical part includes a literature review focused on project management, data analysis methods, and the use of Excel and Power Query tools in business practice. The practical part is based on a real project implemented at Aricoma Digital s.r.o., within which a solution was proposed and tested to enable effective tracking of project data. The model is linked to data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and utilizes Power Query, which is integrated into Microsoft Excel and enables automated data processing. Fixed Assets and Their Depreciation
No full textBakalářská práce na téma Dlouhodobý majetek a jeho odpisování je zaměřena na analýzu dlouhodobého majetku a odpisů u vybrané stavební společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsem pomocí literární rešerše zpracovala teoretické poznatky o dlouhodobém majetku. Zaměřila jsem se například na jeho rozdělení, způsoby pořízení, ocenění a vyřazení. Také jsem zpracovala teoretické poznatky o odpisování dlouhodobého majetku jak z účetního, tak i z daňového hlediska. Obsahem praktické části práce je představení společnosti a zanalyzování jejího dlouhodobého majetku včetně analýzy odpisů. V závěrečné části se nachází mnou navržená nová varianta odpisů a nově vypracovaná vnitropodniková účetní směrnice.The bachelor's thesis titled Fixed Assets and Their Depreciation focuses on the analysis of fixed assets and their depreciation in a selected construction company. The thesis is divided into two main parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical section, I used a literature review to present theoretical knowledge about fixed assets. I focused, for example, on their classification, methods of acquisition, valuation, and disposal. I also elaborated on the theoretical background of fixed asset depreciation from both accounting and tax perspectives. The practical part of the thesis includes an introduction to the company and an analysis of its fixed assets, including the depreciation methods applied. Praktická část tyto poznatky využívá při analýze současné daňové povinnosti vybrané fyzické osoby a návrhu možností daňové optimalizace.The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose options for tax optimization for a selected individual in accordance with the applicable tax regulations of the Czech Republic. The structure of the thesis is divided into two main parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the expert knowledge concerning the issue of personal income tax. No full textPředkládaná bakalářská práce na téma "Autoregulace chování žáků SOŠ v závislosti na rodinném prostředí" je zaměřena na problematiku autoregulace chování u adolescentů ve vztahu k jejich rodinnému prostředí, konkrétně k subjektivně vnímanému socioekonomickému statusu rodiny. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V teoretické části je nejprve vymezen pojem autoregulace, dále je představeno vývojové období adolescence a v závěru je prostor věnován problematice rodinného prostředí se zaměřením na socioekonomický status rodiny. Praktická část představuje výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, jehož hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, zda existuje souvislost mezi mírou autoregulace chování žáků SOŠ a socioekonomickým statusem rodinyThe bachelor's thesis presented on me on the topic "Self-regulation of behaviour of secondary school students depending on the family environment" is focused on the issue of self-regulation of adolescents´ behaviour in relation to their family environment specifically to the subjectively perceived socioeconomic status of the family. The work is divided into two main parts. In the theoretical one, the concept of self-regulation is first defined after that the developmental period of adolescence is introduced and in conclusion attention is paid to the issue of the family environment with a focus on the socioeconomic status of the family. The practical part presents the results of quantitative research the main goal of which was to determine whether there is a connection between the level of self-regulation of behaviour of secondary school students and the socioeconomic status of the family.Ústav pedagogických vě
