Collaboration Between Family and School in Supporting Children's Health in Younger School-Age
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací rodiny a školy při podpoře zdraví dětí mladšího školního věku. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaká je spolupráce mezi rodinou a školou při podpoře zdraví dětí mladšího školného věku. K danému cíli se vztahují i dílčí otázky, které jsou zaměřeny na zjištění, jak rodiče vnímají vzdělávací aktivity poskytované školou v kontextu podpory zdraví za dostatečné. Také nás zajímá, jak rodiče vnímají nabídku volnočasových aktivit a preventivních programů zaměřených na podporu zdraví a zda jsou rodiče dostatečně informováni o aktivitách podporujících zdraví, které škola pořádá. Teoretická část se zabývá spoluprací rodiny a školy na základě podpory zdraví dětí, výchovy ke zdraví a zdravému životnímu stylu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na kvantitativně orientovaný výzkum, kdy výsledky jsou získávány pomocí dotazníkového šetření a následně popsány deskriptivní statistikou. Výsledky ukazují, že školy nedostatečně zapojují zákonné zástupce do plánování aktivit podporujících zdraví a pouze polovina respondentů má možnost se účastnit akcí školy zaměřených na podporu zdraví.This thesis explores collaboration between family and school in supporting children's health in younger school-age. The main aim of the thesis is to find out what is the collaboration between family and school in promoting the health of younger school age children. Related to this aim are sub-objectives that aim to find out whether parents consider the educational activities provided by the school to be sufficient in the context of health promotion. We are also interested in how parents perceive the range of leisure activities and prevention programmes aimed at promoting health and whether parents are sufficiently informed about the health-promoting activities organized by the school. The theoretical part deals with family-school cooperation on the basis of child health promotion, health education and healthy lifestyle. The practical part focuses on quantitatively oriented research, where the results are obtained by means of a questionnaire survey and then described by descriptive statistics. The results show that schools do not sufficiently involve guardians in planning health-promoting activities, and only half of the respondents have the opportunity to participate in school events aimed at promoting health.Ústav školní pedagogik
Teachers' Perspectives on the Prevention of Risky Use of Social Networks by Primary School Pupils
No full textPředkládaná diplomová práce pojednává o přístupu učitelů k prevenci rizikového užívání sociálních sítí žáky 1. stupně ZŠ. Cílem práce bylo prozkoumat, jak učitelé přistupují k tomuto dynamicky se měnícímu tématu, které je nově od roku 2021 ukotveno v Rámcových vzdělávacích programech pro základní vzdělávání. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu sociálních sítí, prevence a jejích klíčových komponent a faktorů, které prevenci ovlivňují. Výzkumné šetření je kvalitativního designu a pro sběr dat byl zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor s učitelkami 1. stupně ZŠ a netradiční Q-metodologie (technika zjišťování subjektivních postojů) se žáky těchto učitelek. Do výzkumu bylo zapojeno 6 učitelek a 43 žáků. Ze získaných dat vyplynula problematika zodpovědnosti mezi rodiči a pedagogy. Vyučující se považují za předkladatele informací, kteří nemohou zasahovat do rodičovské výchovy. Obsah a cíle prevence se mezi učitelkami výrazně liší. Vyučující spoléhají na odborné programy, které vedou osoby znalé tématu. Prevence je zpravidla zařazována v reakci na aktuální dění ve třídě. Klíčovými faktory, které prevenci ovlivňují, jsou znalosti učitelek a jejich přístup k sociálním sítím. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro praxi, zaměřená na edukaci pedagogů a častější vyhledávání odborných programů.The presented thesis explores primary school teachers' approaches to the prevention of risky social media use by pupils of primary school. The aim of the thesis was to investigate how teachers approach this dynamically changing topic, which has been newly anchored in the Framework Educational Programmes for Primary Education since 2021. The theoretical part focuses on defining the concept of social networks, prevention and its key components and factors that influence prevention. The research inquiry is qualitative in design and semi-structured interviews with primary school teachers at the primary school and non-traditional Q-methodology (a technique of surveying subjective attitudes) with pupils of these teachers were chosen for data collection. Six teachers and 43 pupils were involved in the research. The findings highlight issues concerning the division of responsibility between parents and teachers. Teachers consider themselves as information providers who cannot interfere in parenting education. The content and goals of prevention differ significantly among teachers. Teachers rely on specialist programmes run by persons knowledgeable on the subject. Prevention is generally included in response to current events in the classroom. Key factors influencing preventive activities include the teacher's knowledge and their attitude toward social media. The thesis concludes with recommendations for practice, focusing on teacher education and more frequent search for professional programmes.Ústav školní pedagogik
Stress and Risky Behavior among High School Students
No full textDiplomová práce s názvem Stres a rizikové chování u žáků středních škol se zaměřuje na úroveň stresu a míru rizikového chování u žáků středních škol. Cílem práce je zjistit úroveň stresu u žáků středních škol, míru rizikového chování a zda se tyto jevy budou lišit v závislosti na pohlaví. Rovněž se budeme zabývat tím, zda úroveň stresu souvisí s mírou rizikového chování u žáků středních škol. Teoretická část se věnuje definování stresu a rizikového chování, přičemž klíčové je vymezení specifik u adolescentů. Pro naplnění empirické části výzkumu jsme zvolili kvantitativní výzkum, v rámci kterého byl k získání dat využit dotazník. Skládal se ze dvou standardizovaných dotazníků.The thesis, entitled Stress and Risky Behavior among High School Students, focuses on the level of stress and level of risk behaviour in secondary school students. The aim of the thesis is to find out what is the level of stress in secondary school pupils, what is the level of risky behaviour and whether these phenomena will differ according to gender. We will also investigate whether stress level is related to the level of risky behaviour in secondary school students. The theoretical section is devoted to defining stress and risky behavior, with the key being the identification of specifics for adolescents. No full textTáto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na analýzu marketingového mixu útulku pre psov Nádej, ktorý pôsobí v rámci neziskového sektora. Obsah práce je rozdelený do dvoch hlavných častí - teoretickej a praktickej. V teoretickej časti sú vysvetlené základné pojmy súvisiace s marketingom, marketingovým mixom a jeho postavením v neziskovom sektore. Praktická časť sa zameriava na podrobnú analýzu súčasného marketingového mixu útulku. Pomocou SWOT analýzy identifikuje silné a slabé stránky organizácie. Taktiež však navrhuje kroky na jeho optimalizáciu. Tieto návrhy obsahujú konkrétne opatrenia na zlepšenie marketingových stratégií útulku. Poukazuje na jeho reálne možnosti a obmedzenia. Medzi hlavné odporúčania patrí nadviazanie spolupráce s miestnymi firmami a školami, organizovanie podujatí či aktívne zapájanie sa do fundraisingových kampaní. Tieto aktivity by mohli výrazne prispieť k zvýšeniu povedomia o činnostiach útulku a zároveň povzbudiť verejnosť k finančnej či materiálnej pomoci.This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the marketing mix of the dog shelter Nádej, which operates within the non-profit sector. The thesis is divided into two main parts - the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to marketing, the marketing mix, and its role within the non-profit sector. The practical part is dedicated to a detailed analysis of the shelter's current marketing mix. Using a SWOT analysis, it identifies the organization's strengths and weaknesses. It also proposes steps for optimizing the marketing mix. These proposals include specific measures to improve the shelter's marketing strategies, highlighting its real possibilities and limitations. The main recommendations include establishing partnerships with local businesses and schools, organizing events, and actively engaging in fundraising campaigns. Parents' Opinions on the Use of Tablets by Preschool Children
No full textBakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zaměřuje se na používání tabletů dětmi předškolního věku a názory rodičů na tuto problematiku. Teoretická část se věnuje obecnému kontextu digitálních technologií, možnostem jejich využití a jejich vlivu na děti předškolního věku. Empirická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu, který byl realizován formou dotazníkového šetření mezi 114 rodiči dětí předškolního věku žijícími ve Zlínském kraji. Výsledky ukazují, že i přes převážně negativní názory rodiče tablety svým dětem běžně poskytují. Využívání tabletů v mateřských školách však většina rodičů nepovažuje za přínosné.This bachelor thesis has a theoretical-empirical character and focuses on the use of tablets by preschool children and parents' attitudes towards this issue. The theoretical part deals with the general context of digital technologies, the possibilities of their use, and their impact on preschool-aged children. The empirical part is based on quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey among 114 parents of preschool children living in the Zlín Region. The results show that despite predominantly negative attitudes, parents commonly provide tablets to their children. The Role of Preschool Teachers in Injury Prevention and Child Health Promotion
No full textTato bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zabývá se rolí učitelů mateřských škol v prevenci úrazů a podpoře zdraví dětí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na prevenci úrazů a podporu zdraví v mateřských školách, činnosti a další vzdělávání učitele v těchto oblastech a v neposlední řadě programy a projekty zaměřené na tyto oblasti. Praktická část je realizována kvantitativně orientovaným výzkumem a data byla získána dotazníkovým šetřením. Výzkum zjišťuje, jaká je role učitelů mateřských škol v těchto oblastech, jaké aktivity a činnosti v mateřských školách realizují pro bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví, zda jsou zapojeni do programů či projektů a jaké mají zkušenosti s dalším vzdělávání v těchto oblastech. Zjištěné výsledky ukazují, že učitelé mateřských škol mají zásadní roli a aktivně podporují prevenci úrazů a zdraví dětí. V závěru jsou navržena doporučení pro praxi.This bachelor thesis has a theoretical-empirical character and deals with the role of kindergarten teachers in injury prevention and health promotion of children. The theoretical part focuses on injury prevention and health promotion in kindergartens, activities and teacher training in the following areas and, last but not least, programmes and projects focusing on these areas. The practical part is carried out by quantitatively oriented research and the data were obtained by questionnaire survey. The research finds out what is the role of kindergarten teachers in these areas, what activities and actions they implement in kindergartens for health and safety, whether they are involved in programmes or projects and what is their experience in further education in these areas. The findings show that kindergarten teachers play a crucial role and actively promote injury prevention and children's health. Financial analysis of a selected company
No full textBakalárska práca s názvom "Finančná analýza vybraného podniku" sa zameriava na komplexné zhodnotenie finančnej situácie Družstva invalidov UNIVERZÁL Piešťany za obdobie rokov 2020 až 2023. Práca analyzuje finančné zdravie podniku pomocou absolútnych a pomerových ukazovateľov, pričom sa sústreďuje na oblasti likvidity, rentability, zadlženosti a aktivity. Teoretická časť definuje základné pojmy a metódy finančnej analýzy vrátane horizontálnej a vertikálnej analýzy, Du Pont rozkladu a modelov celkového hodnotenia bonity podniku. Praktická časť aplikuje uvedené metódy na konkrétny podnik a porovnáva jeho výkonnosť s vybranými konkurenčnými spoločnosťami prostredníctvom benchmarkingu a spider analýzy. Záver práce obsahuje zhrnutie výsledkov a konkrétne odporúčania, ktoré smerujú k zlepšeniu finančnej stability a efektívnosti hospodárenia analyzovaného podniku.The bachelor thesis titled "Financial Analalysis of a Selected Company" focuses on a comprehensive evaluation of the financial situation of the Cooperative of Invalids UNVERZÁL Piešťany during the period from 2020 to 2023. The thesis analyses the financial health of the company using absolute and ratio indicators, focusing on the areas of liquidity, profitability, indebtedness and activity. The theoretical part defines basic concepts and methods of financial analysis, including horizontal and vertical analysis, Du Pont decomposition, and models of the overall assessment of the the creditworthiness of the company. The practical part applies these methods to the sleected company and compares its performance with selected competitors through benchmarking and spider analysis. The Connection between the Type of Attachment and Children's Adaptation when Entering Kindergarten
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na proces adaptace dětí při vstupu do mateřské školy v souvislosti s jejich typem attachmentu. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaká je souvislost mezi typy citové vazby (attachmentu) a zvládáním procesu adaptace dětí na mateřskou školu. Teoretická část se věnuje klíčovým aspektům attachmentu, adaptace a socializace, jež ovlivňují proces začlenění dítěte do prostředí mateřské školy. Empirická část je založena na strukturovaném pozorování 22 nově příchozích dětí do mateřské školy a následné analýzy jejich chování v souvislosti s typem citové vazby. Výsledky ukázaly charakteristické vzorce chování v procesu adaptace, avšak statisticky neprokázané souvislosti s jednotlivými typy attachmentu. Závěry práce mohou pedagogům pomoci lépe porozumět adaptačním potřebám dětí a podpořit je v tomto procesu.The bachelor thesis focuses on the process of children's adaptation when entering kindergarten in relation to their type of attachment. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the relationship between types of emotional attachment (attachment) and children's coping with the process of adaptation to kindergarten. The theoretical part focuses on the key aspects of attachment, adaptation and socialization that influence the process of a child's integration into the kindergarten environment. The empirical part is based on structured observation of 22 newly arrived kindergarten children and subsequent analysis of their behaviour in relation to the type of emotional attachment. The results showed characteristic patterns of behaviour in the process of adaptation, and statistic not demonstrable associations with the different types of attachment. The findings of the study can help educators to better understand children's adaptation needs and support them in this process.Ústav školní pedagogik

No full textBakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou možností financovania vybraného startup podniku pôsobiaceho na Slovensku. Cieľom práce je posúdiť súčasnú finančnú situáciu podniku a navrhnúť vhodné formy financovania. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti sú spracované poznatky z odbornej literatúry týkajúce sa startupov, ich vývojových fáz a možností ich financovania. Praktická časť sa venuje analýze aktuálnej finančnej situácie konkrétneho podniku a hodnotí aktuálny stav jeho financovania pomocou dát získaných zo štruktúrovaného rozhovoru. Na základe výsledkov analýzy boli navrhnuté odporúčania zamerané na získanie externého kapitálu a podporu ďalšieho rastu startupu. Výsledky poukazujú na potrebu alternatívnych finančných zdrojov, ako aj strategického plánovania pri rozvoji podnikania.This bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the financing options for a selected startup operating in Slovakia. The objective of the thesis is to assess the company's current financial situation and propose suitable forms of financing. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section summarizes knowledge from academic literature related to startups, their development stages, and potential financing methods. The practical part analyzes the current financial condition of specific company and evaluates its financing structure based on data obtained through a structured interview. Based od the results of the analysis, recommendations were proposed to support the acquisition od external capital and foster the startup's further growth. Opportunities for the Development of a Gifted Child in Kindergarten

V teoretické části jsem se zabývala pojmem nadání, nadaným dítětem v předškolním vzdělávání, rolí mateřské školy v rozvoji nadaného dítěte a jeho přechodu na základní školu. V praktické části jsem výzkumným šetřením zjišťovala, jaké jsou zkušenosti učitelek z mateřských škol s rozvojem nadaného dítěte.The bachelor thesis focuses on the possibilities of development of a gifted child in kindergarten. In the theoretical part I dealt with the concept of giftedness, the gifted child in preschool education, the role of the kindergarten in the development of the gifted child and his transition to primary school. In the practical part, I used a research investigation to find out what are the experiences of kindergarten teachers in the development of the gifted child.Ústav školní pedagogik
