The Business Plan to Expand Existing Plastic Surgery
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského záměru na rozšíření stávajícího podnikání v oblasti soukromé plastické chirurgie. V teoretické části práce představí veškeré teoretické náležitosti, na kterých je podnikatelský záměr postaven. V praktické části je věnována v první řadě pozornost na současný stav kliniky, poté budou na základě získaných informací provedeny finanční a další analýzy pro vytvoření finančního plánu na rozšíření. Závěrem je v práci provedena analýza rizik a zhodnocení projektu jako celku. Na základě analýz doporučuji klinice zpracovaný návrh na rozšíření realizovat.The thesis deals with the development of a business plan for the expansion of an existing private plastic surgery business. The theoretical part of the thesis presents all the theoretical essentials on which the business plan is based. In the practical part, first of all, attention is paid to the current state of the clinic, then based on the information obtained, financial and other analyses will be carried out to develop a financial plan for expansion. Finally, the paper will conclude with a risk analysis and evaluation of the project as a whole. Based on the analyses, I recommend the clinic to implement the proposal for expansion.Ústav podnikové ekonomik
Sustainable Development Project in a Selected Company
No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na implementaci principů trvale udržitelného rozvoje v lázeňském podniku. Teoretická část se opírá o odbornou literaturu a zabývá se problematikou trvale udržitelného rozvoje v oblasti cestovního ruchu, speciálně v hotelnictví. V analytické části je provedena situační analýza, která zahrnuje klíčové ukazatele, jako jsou vývoj výsledku hospodaření, tržeb a počtu zaměstnanců. Tato analýza je doplněna o analýzu současného stavu podniku, přičemž klíčová zjištění jsou shrnuta prostřednictvím SWOT analýzy a doplněna rozhovorem a vlastním pozorováním. Na základě získaných poznatků je následně navržen interní program pro zaměstnance, strategický komunikační program pro hosty hotelu a koncept instalace fotovoltaické elektrárny na jednu z hotelových budov s cílem posílit environmentální odpovědnost a energetickou soběstačnost podniku.The diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of sustainable development principles in a spa business. The theoretical part is based on professional literature and addresses the issue of sustainable development in the field of tourism, specifically in the hotel industry. The analytical part includes a situational analysis that covers key indicators such as the development of financial results, revenues, and the number of employees. This analysis is supplemented by an assessment of the current state of the business, with key findings summarized through a SWOT analysis and supplemented by an interview and personal observations. Based on the acquired insights, an internal program for employees, a strategic communication program for hotel guests, and a concept for the installation of a photovoltaic system on one of the hotel buildings are proposed, with the aim of enhancing the environmental responsibility and energy self-sufficiency of the business.Ústav podnikové ekonomik
Lifestyle Modification in Blood Donor before Donation
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku dárcovství krve, s cílem zmapovat životní styl dárců a jeho vliv na přípravu k odběru. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se dárcovství krve, jako jsou složky krve, krevní skupiny a podmínky připuštění k odběru. Práce rovněž zkoumá důvody pro vyřazení dárce z procesu a odměny, které jsou dárcům poskytovány. Dále se práce soustředí na význam životního stylu, včetně výživy, pohybu a dalších faktorů, které mohou ovlivnit kvalitu darované krve. Empirická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu životního stylu sedmi dárců krve, přičemž jsou zkoumány aspekty jejich stravování, pitného režimu, fyzické aktivity a užívání návykových látek před odběrem. Prostřednictvím metody místní triangulace, zahrnující analýzu dotazníků a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, byly získány komplexní údaje, které poskytují hlubší pohled na přípravu dárců na odběr. Výsledky ukazují, že většina dárců si uvědomuje důležitost zdravého životního stylu a vnímá dárcovství jako altruistický čin.The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of blood donation, with the aim to map the lifestyle of donors and it is influence on the preparation for donation. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to blood dontaion. The thesis also examines the reasons for exclusion from the process and the rewards that are given to donors. In addition, the thesis focuses on the importance of lifestyle, including nutrition, exercise and other factors that can affect the quality of donated blood. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on an analyis of the lifestyles of seven blood donors, examining aspects of their diet, drinking, physical aktivity and substance use prior to donation. Through a method of local triangulation, involving the analysis of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, comprehensive data were obtained, providing a deeper insight into the donor's preparation for donation. The results show that most donors recognize the importance of a healthy lifestyle and perceive donation as analtruistic act.Ústav zdravotnických vě

V první kapitole se věnuje definici závislosti, jejím příčinám a fázím, dále popisuje stav akutní intoxikace a dlouhodobé účinky užívání alkoholu. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na roli všeobecné sestry v péči o pacienty se závislostí, na její kompetence, možnosti léčby a prevence relapsu. Cílem praktické části je pomocí literárního přehledu 7 studií z odborných databází (EBSCO, ScienceDirect, PubMed a Google Scholar) zhodnotit, jaké komunikační techniky sestry využívají, jaký význam má terapeutický vztah v léčbě závislosti a jaký dopad mají metody jako motivační rozhovor a sdílené rozhodování na průběh a výsledek terapie.This bachelor thesis focuses on the specifics of nursing care for patients with alcohol addiction. The first chapter addresses the definition of addiction, its causes, and stages, as well as the state of acute intoxication and the long-term effects of alcohol use. The second chapter explores the role of the general nurse in the care of patients with addiction, including her competencies, treatment options, and relapse prevention. The aim of the practical part is to evaluate, through a literature review of seven studies from scholarly databases (EBSCO, ScienceDirect, PubMed and Google Scholar), which communication techniques nurses use, what importance the therapeutic relationship has in addiction treatment, and what impact methods such as motivational interviewing and shared decision-making have on the course and outcomes of therapy.Ústav zdravotnických vě

Teoretická část se věnuje definici amputace, anatomii dolní končetiny, typům a indikacím k amputacím, historii a současné možnosti protetického vybavení. Dále se zabývá péčí o pahýl včetně fantomové bolesti. Praktická část je zpracována formou přehledové studie. Cílem této části je analyzovat odborné zdroje a identifikovat ošetřovatelské intervence, které pozitivně ovlivňují kvalitu a rychlost hojení pahýlu a napomáhají pacientovi při adaptaci na protézu.This bachelor thesis focuses on nursing care and prosthetic options for patients with femoral amputation. The thesis is structured into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part addresses the definition of amputation, the anatomy of the lower limb, types and indications for amputation, as well as the history and current options for prosthetic devices. It also deals with stump care, including phantom pain. The practical part is conducted in the form of a literature review. Analysis of Employee Education and Development in a Selected Public Administration Organization
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá systémem vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve veřejné správě, konkrétně na příkladu Městského úřadu Vizovice. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současné nastavení vzdělávacích procesů na úřadě, identifikovat silné a slabé stránky a navrhnout opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení systému dalšího vzdělávání. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem veřejné správy, popsána struktura územní samosprávy a objasněna role vzdělávání v této oblasti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu konkrétních forem vzdělávání na Městském úřadě Vizovice, a to prostřednictvím rozhovorů, dotazníkového šetření a vyhodnocení interních dokumentů. Na základě zjištěných informací byly navrženy dva klíčové kroky ke zlepšení: zřízení pozice personalisty a zavedení individuálních plánů vzdělávání pro zaměstnance. Tyto návrhy mají přispět ke zvýšení efektivity a cílenosti vzdělávání, a tím i ke zkvalitnění práce zaměstnanců úřadu.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the employee training system within public administration, specifically using the case of the Municipal Office of Vizovice. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current setup of training processes at the office, identify strengths and weaknesses, and propose measures that would lead to the improvement of the system of continuing education. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the concept of public administration, describes the structure of local self-government, and explains the role of education in this field. The practical part focuses on analysing specific forms of training at the Municipal Office of Vizovice through interviews, a questionnaire survey, and the evaluation of internal documents. Based on the findings, two key improvement steps were proposed: the establishment of the position of HR officer and the implementation of individual training plans for employees. No full textBakalárska práca na téma Analýza odpadového hospodárstva mesta Valašského Meziříčí je rozdelená do dvoch častí. Teoretická časť je spracovaná na základe literárnej rešerše o odpadovom hospodárstve, systéme nakladania s odpadmi a legislatívneho rámca upravujúceho odpadové hospodárstvo z hľadiska českého a aj európskeho práva. Praktická časť je zameraná na súčasnú analýzu odpadového hospodárstva mesta Valašského Meziříčí s cieľom posúdiť jeho efektívnosť, identifikovať problémy a navrhnúť možné zlepšenie. V práci boli použité rôzne metódy zberu údajov, vrátane využitia interných dokumentov, verejne dostupných zdrojov či prostredníctvom rozhovoru. Analýza obsahuje charakteristiku mesta a popisuje systém nakladania odpadov. Hodnotí množstvo vyprodukovaného separovaného odpadu a vynaložené náklady na jeho zabezpečenie. Výsledkom tejto práce je návrh opatrenia k zlepšeniu triedenia odpadu v meste.The bachelor thesis on the topic Analysis of waste management in the city of Valašské Meziříčí is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is based on a literature search on waste management, the waste management system and the legislative framework of waste management from the perspective of Czech and European law. The practical part focuses on the current analysis of the waste management of the city of Valašské Meziříčí in order to assess its efficiency, identify problems and suggest possible improvements. Various methods of data collection were used in the thesis, including internal documents, publicly available sources or through interviews. The analysis includes the characteristics of the city and describes its waste management system. It also assesses the production of separated waste and the costs spent on its management. Informal Learning in Young Adulthood: Pathways to Personal and Professional Development
No full textDiplomová práce ve své teoretické části představuje téma informálního učení, popisuje jej v kontextu celoživotního učení, a po tomto úvodu představuje různé teorie informálního učení. Dále se práce zaměřuje na mladou dospělosti, definuje věkovou skupinu a popisuje její učení a profesní rozvoj. Navazuje na učení tématem motivace a učebních cílů, v poslední části se práce zaměřuje na aktuální trendy a výzvy 21. století. Hlavní cíl empirické části je analyzovat záměrné informální učení v mladé dospělosti. V množině dílčích cílů jsme zjistili, že nejvíce oblíbená je oblast efektivní motivace a učební cíle si mladí dospělí vybírají z oblasti kognitivní. Mladí dospělí si jako zdroje pro své informální učení nejčastěji volili online a materiální zdroje, ale neopomíjeli ani off-line zdroj, konkrétně učení se od kolegy nebo kolegyně.The theoretical part of the diploma thesis introduces the topic of informal learning, describes it in the context of lifelong learning, and after this introduction presents different theories of informal learning. The thesis also focuses on young adulthood, defining the age group and describing their learning and professional development. Following on from the learning themes of motivation and learning goals, the last part of the work focuses on current trends and challenges of the 21st century. The main aim of the empirical part is to analyse intentional informal learning in young adulthood. In the set of sub-goals, we find that the most popular area is the area of effective motivation, and the learning goals young adults choose from the cognitive area. Young adults most often chose online and material sources as sources of their informal learning, but they did not neglect offline sources, namely learning from a colleague.Ústav pedagogických vě
The Use of Web-Applications in English Teaching at the Primary School
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá využíváním webových aplikací ve výuce anglického jazyka na 1. stupni základní školy. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na moderní metody výuky anglického jazyka, roli učitele v digitálním prostředí a možnosti, které do výuky přinášejí webové aplikace. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem učitelé anglického jazyka na 1. stupni ZŠ webové aplikace ve výuce využívají, jaké konkrétní nástroje používají, jak hodnotí jejich přínos a s jakými překážkami se při jejich integraci setkávají. Výzkum byl realizován formou dotazníkového šetření mezi učiteli ve Zlínském kraji. Výsledky ukázaly, že webové aplikace jsou mezi učiteli hojně využívaným nástrojem. Zároveň se však ukázalo, že jejich využívání může být ovlivněno mnohými faktory jako technické zázemí školy či nedostatečnou metodickou podporou. Na základě zjištěných dat jsou v závěru práce formulována doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi v této oblasti.The thesis deals with the use of web applications in English language teaching at primary school. The theoretical part focuses on modern methods of English language teaching, the role of the teacher in the digital environment and the possibilities that web applications bring to teaching. The practical part is based on quantitative research, which aimed to find out how English language teachers in primary school use web applications in their teaching, what specific tools they use, how they evaluate their benefits and what obstacles they encounter when integrating them. The research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey among teachers in the Zlín region. The results showed that web applications are widely used tools among teachers. At the same time, however, it turned out that their use can be influenced by many factors such as the technical background of the school or insufficient methodological support. Based on the findings, the paper concludes with recommendations for pedagogical practice in this area.Ústav školní pedagogik
