Let's teach audiovisuals: Support for teaching film and audiovisual education in primary schools and high schools
No full textPro podporu vytvoření své diplomové práce jsem zvolila cestu žádosti o grant Ministerstva kultury v programu Národního plánu obnovy, a to prostřednictvím své obecně prospěšné společnosti Free Cinema. Diplomový projekt "Učme audiovizi: podpora výuky FAV na základních školách a víceletých gymnáziích" usiloval o navýšení počtu aktivních pedagogů filmové a audiovizuální výchovy v prostředí základních škol a víceletých gymnázií a studentů aktivních v oboru FAV a zabýval se možnostmi systematického rozvoje filmové a audiovizuální výchovy v českém školství. První část práce mapuje historický vývoj, institucionální ukotvení a současný stav FAV v ČR. Druhá část je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu formou fokusní skupiny, který zjišťoval přínosy, slabiny a návrhy na zlepšení projektu "Učme audiovizi: podpora výuky FAV na základních školách a víceletých gymnáziích" z pohledu pedagogů, lektorů a odborníků. Výsledky ukazují, že projekt je vnímán jako smysluplný, prakticky přínosný a metodicky inspirativní, přičemž byly identifikovány i oblasti ke zlepšení, zejména v kontextu regionální dostupnosti a metodické podpory. Třetí část představuje samotnou realizaci, průběh a dopad projektu "Učme audiovizi: podpora výuky FAV na základních školách a víceletých gymnáziích". Pedagogové a studenti připravovali výukové lekce, které žákům nabízely prostor pro vlastní kreativní činnost a zároveň je vedly k lepšímu porozumění filmům a dalším audiovizuálním sdělením. Projekt se zaměřil na tři výukové moduly (filmovou laboratoř, fotografickou laboratoř a filmovou projekci) a byl následně, v návaznosti na výzkumná zjištění, rozšířen o výuku animace zpracovávání pracovních listů. Projekt překročil původně stanovené indikátory a prokázal svůj potenciál jako efektivní nástroj pro zavádění FAV do školní praxe. Práce tak nabídla teoretický rámec i konkrétní a přenositelný model výuky, který může sloužit jako inspirace pro další pedagogické či kulturní instituce.To support the development and implementation of a project, I decided, as part of my thesis work, to apply for a grant from the Ministry of Culture under the National Recovery Plan. I submitted the application through my public benefit organization, Free Cinema. The thesis project, "Let's Teach Audiovisual Media: Supporting Film and Audiovisual Education in Primary Schools and Lower-Secondary Grammar Schools," aimed to increase the number of active teachers involved in film and audiovisual education (FAE) within the context of primary and lower-secondary grammar schools. It also explored the possibilities for the systematic development of FAE in the Czech educational system. The first part of the thesis maps the historical development, institutional foundations, and current state of FAE in the Czech Republic. The second part is dedicated to qualitative research in the form of a focus group, which examined the benefits, weaknesses, and suggestions for improvement of the Let's Teach Audiovisual Media project from the perspectives of teachers, educators, and experts. The results show that the project is perceived as meaningful, practically beneficial, and methodologically inspiring, while also identifying areas for improvement particularly in terms of regional accessibility and methodological support. The third part presents the actual implementation, course, and impact of the Let's Teach Audiovisual Media project. The main goal was to increase the number of teachers and students actively engaged in the field of FAE. Teachers and students worked together to create educational lessons that offered pupils space for creative expression while guiding them toward a deeper understanding of film and other audiovisual messages. The project focused on three educational modules (film lab, photography lab, and film screening), and, based on the research findings, it was expanded to include animation instruction and the development of worksheets. The project exceeded its originally set indicators and demonstrated its potential as an effective tool for integrating FAE into school practice. The thesis thus offers both a theoretical framework and a concrete, transferable teaching model that can serve as inspiration for other educational or cultural institutions.Ateliér Arts Managemen

European Union Policies and Measures to Combat Illegal Migration
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá politikami a opatřeními Evropské unie v boji proti nelegální migraci. Nelegální migrace je jedním z klíčových témat současné evropské politiky, jelikož ovlivňuje bezpečnost, ekonomiku i sociální soudržnost členských států. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav nelegální migrace v Evropě, identifikovat klíčové cílové skupiny migrantů, posoudit právní rámec EU a jednotlivých členských států a vyhodnotit účinnost přijatých opatření. Práce nejprve představuje teoretická východiska a historický vývoj nelegální migrace v Evropě. Dále se zaměřuje na analýzu právních nástrojů EU, jako je Dublinský systém, Schengenský prostor nebo agentura Frontex, a hodnotí jejich efektivitu. V následující části jsou posouzena rizika a hrozby spojené s nelegální migrací, včetně bezpečnostních, ekonomických a humanitárních aspektů. Na základě provedené analýzy práce identifikuje nedostatky stávajících opatření a navrhuje možné způsoby jejich zlepšení. Výsledky této práce mohou přispět k hlubšímu pochopení problematiky nelegální migrace a nabídnout alternativní přístupy ke snížení jejího dopadu na Evropskou unii.This thesis examines the policies and measures of the European Union in combating illegal migration. Illegal migration is one of the key issues in contemporary European politics, affecting the security, economy, and social cohesion of EU member states. The aim of this study is to analyze the current state of illegal migration in Europe, identify key target groups of migrants, assess the legal framework of the EU and its member states, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing measures. The thesis first presents the theoretical background and historical development of illegal migration in Europe. It then focuses on the analysis of EU legal instruments, such as the Dublin System, the Schengen Area, and the Frontex agency, assessing their efficiency. The following section examines the risks and threats associated with illegal migration, including security, economic, and humanitarian aspects. Based on this analysis, the study identifies shortcomings in the current policies and proposes possible improvements. Quality of Life in Patients before and after Atrial Fibrillation Ablation
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kvalitu života pacientů před a po katetrizační ablaci fibrilace síní. Teoretická část přibližuje základní poznatky o srdeční anatomii, arytmiích a možnostech léčby, se zvláštním důrazem na katetrizační ablaci. Dále se věnuje tématu kvality života a významu edukace a psychosociální podpory. Praktická část využívá polostrukturované rozhovory s osmi respondenty, jejichž výpovědi byly analyzovány kvalitativní metodou, konkrétně tematickou analýzou. Výsledky ukazují zlepšení kvality života po zákroku, ale také upozorňují na důležitost informovanosti, psychické odolnosti a podpory okolí. Na základě výpovědí respondentů vznikl edukační leták, jehož cílem je podpořit pacienty během rekonvalescence. Věříme, že získané poznatky mohou být přínosné nejen pro pacienty a jejich blízké, ale také pro odborníky v oblasti ošetřovatelství a kardiologie.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the quality of life in patients before and after catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation. The theoretical part outlines fundamental knowledge of cardiac anatomy, arrhythmias, and treatment options, with particular emphasise on catheter ablation. It also explores the topic of quality of life and highlights the importance of patient education and psychosocial support. The practical part is based on semi-structured interviews with eight respondents, whose statements were analysed using a qualitative research method, specifically thematic analysis. The results indicate an improvement in quality of life following the procedure but also emphasize the role of patient awareness, psychological resilience, and support from others. Based on the respondents' experiences, an educational leaflet was created to support patients during recovery. We believe the findings may be valuable not only for patients and their families but also for professionals in nursing and cardiology.Ústav zdravotnických vě

Design of a Modernization for the Transponder System of the Mi-171Š Helicopter
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá modernizací systému odpovídače u vrtulníku Mi-171Š Armády České republiky (AČR). Práce je rozdělena do několika částí, přičemž nejprve je v diplomové práci pojednáno o právním rámci, který ovlivňuje implementaci nových technologií v letectví. Následuje historický přehled vývoje odpovídačů, a to jak v rámci vojenského, tak civilního letectví. Na konci teoretické části je popsán princip fungování odpovídačů, včetně jejich módů přidružených systémů. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na ospravedlnění potřeby modernizace leteckých odpovídačů, přičemž jsou zpočátku vyhodnoceny případy několika leteckých nehod a incidentů, včetně situací, kdy došlo k sestřelu vlastních letadel, kterým by se teoreticky mohlo zabránit, kdyby letadla měla funkční odpovídač s patřičnými módy. Dále je popsán vrtulník Mi-171Š a jeho radiové a radiotechnické vybavení včetně kritického posouzení stávajícího odpovídače KT-76C. Poslední podkapitola praktické části se zabývá výběrem a možnostmi zástavby nového odpovídače na vrtulník Mi-171Š.This thesis deals with the modernization of the transponder system of the helicopter Mi-171Š of Czech Armed Forces. The thesis is divided into several parts, beginning with legal framework that influences the implementation of new technologies in aviation. This is followed by a historical overview of the development of transponders in both military and civil aviation. At the end of the theoretical section, the principle of transponder operation is described, including their associated modes and systems. The practical part of the thesis focuses on justifying the need for the modernization of aviation transponder, initially evaluating the cases of several aviation accidents and incidents, including situations where friendly aircraft were shot down, which could theoretically have been prevented if the aircraft had a functioning transponder with the appropriate modes. Furthermore, the Mi-171S helicopter and its radio and radiotechnical equipment are described, along with a critical assessment of the existing KT-76C transponder. No full textV bakalářské práci se zabýváme vyhledáváním, popisem a analýzou odborných studií zaměřených na využití zooterapie v domovech pro seniory. Práce je koncipována jako přehledová studie. V teoretické části se věnujeme problematice stáří a stárnutí, přičemž analyzujeme fyziologické i psychické aspekty tohoto procesu. Poté se zaměřujeme na samotnou zooterapii, její formy (canisterapii, felinoterapii a hippoterapii) a její dopad na kvalitu života seniorů. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy dostupných odborných studií získat nové poznatky a prohloubit porozumění přínosům zooterapie v péči o seniory.In the bachelor's thesis, we focus on identifying, describing, and analyzing scholarly studies on the use of animal-assisted therapy in nursing homes for the elderly. The thesis is designed as a literature review. The theoretical part addresses the issues of aging and old age, analyzing both physiological and psychological aspects of these processes. Subsequently, attention is given to animal-assisted therapy itself, its various forms (canine-assisted therapy, feline-assisted therapy, and hippotherapy), and its impact on the quality of life of elderly individuals. Public Education about Lay Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací veřejnosti v laické kardiopulmonální resuscitaci (KPR) a je zpracována formou přehledové studie. Cílem je analyzovat a zhodnotit efektivitu různých edukačních metod zaměřených na zvyšování znalostí a dovedností laiků při poskytování KPR. Teoretická část se věnuje základům edukace, problematice náhlé srdeční zástavy a správnému postupu při resuscitaci u dětí a dospělých. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu 19 studií, které hodnotí účinnost různých výukových přístupů, včetně tradičních metod, interaktivních technologií a přizpůsobení výuky specifickým věkovým skupinám. Z výsledků vyplývá, že kombinace praktického tréninku, moderních technologií a přizpůsobení výuky cílové skupině výrazně zvyšuje efektivitu edukace v oblasti laické KPR.This bachelor's thesis deals with educating the public in lay cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and is prepared in the form of an overview study. The aim is to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of various educational methods aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills of lay people in providing CPR. The theoretical part is devoted to the basics of education, the problem of sudden cardiac arrest and the correct procedure for resuscitation in children and adults. The practical part includes an analysis of 19 studies that evaluate the effectiveness of different teaching approaches, including traditional methods, interactive technologies and adapting teaching to specific age groups. The results show that the combination of practical training, modern technologies and adaptation of teaching to the target group significantly increases the effectiveness of education in the field of lay CPR.Ústav zdravotnických vě
Multiculturalism from the Perspective of Primary School Adolescents
No full textBakalářská práce Multikulturalismus očima dospívajících žáků základní školy se zabývá tím, jak dospívající žáci reflektují kulturní odlišnost ve svém každodenním životě a jaké postoje zaujímají k multikulturnímu soužití. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují jejich postoje k jinakosti, jaké zkušenosti žáci se setkáním s odlišnou kulturou mají a jak tyto zkušenosti formují jejich vztah k hodnotám jako tolerance, respekt a inkluze. Teoretická část se věnuje pojmům kultura, etnicita, multikulturalismus, předsudky, stereotypy a multikulturní výchova. Praktická část je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu. Ke sběru dat byly využity polostrukturované rozhovory s žáky, které byly kódovány a byl tak vytvořen závěr pomocí zakotvené teorie.Bachelor thesis Multiculturalism from the Perspective of Primary School Adolescents explores how adolescent students reflect on cultural differences in their everyday lives and what attitudes they adopt toward multicultural coexistence. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors that influence their attitudes toward otherness, what kind of experiences they have with people from different cultural backgrounds, and how these experiences shape their relationship to values such as tolerance, respect, and inclusion. The theoretical part focuses on the concepts of culture, ethnicity, multiculturalism, prejudice, stereotypes, and multicultural education. The practical part is based on qualitative research. The Project to Promote Sustainable Development in a Selected Hotel
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou projektu na podporu udržitelných principů ve vybraném hotelu s cílem zvýšit návštěvnosti a povědomí o trvale udržitelném rozvoji v hotelovém průmyslu. V teoretické části jsou představeny pojmy trvale udržitelný rozvoj, udržitelný cestovní ruch, jeho druhy a formy či green management a uplatňování pilířů udržitelnosti v hotelovém sektoru. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu vybraného hotelu, analýza ubytovacích zařízení s odpovědným přístupem a také aktuálního stavu udržitelných eventů v okolí vybraného hotelu. Následně je provedena SWOT analýza a dotazníkové šetření. Tento průzkum sloužil pro získání nezbytných informací, které byly později podkladem pro tvorbu projektu. Výsledkem práce je projekt na zorganizování jednodenního udržitelného eventu v hotelu.This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a project to promote sustainable principles in a selected hotel in order to increase visitor numbers and awareness of sustainability in the hotel industry. The theoretical part introduces the concepts of sustainable development, sustainable tourism, its types and forms or green management and the application of the pillars of sustainability in the hotel sector. In the practical part, an analysis of the current state of the selected hotel, an analysis of accommodation facilities with a responsible approach as well as the current state of sustainable events in the vicinity of the selected hotel will be carried out. This is followed by a SWOT analysis and a questionnaire survey. This survey was used to obtain the necessary information that later formed the basis for the project design. The result of the thesis was a project to organise a one-day sustainable event in a hotel.Ústav podnikové ekonomik
