No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku ochrany měkkých cílů v České republice. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice měkkých cílů, typologii hrozeb, možnostem ochrany, strategickým a metodickým dokumentům vztahujícím se k ochraně měkkých cílů. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu vybraných bezpečnostních hrozeb a bezpečnostního plánu vybraného školského zařízení s využitím dat získaných polostrukturovaným rozhovorem a pozorováním. Výstupem práce jsou konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení bezpečnostního plánu a bezpečnostní dokumentace.This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of soft target protection in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of soft targets, threat typology, protection options, strategic and methodological documents related to the protection of soft targets. The practical part includes the analysis of selected security threats and the security plan of a selected school facility using data obtained through a semi-structured interview and observation. Výsledkem je soubor opatření využitelných pro další výzkum i tvorbu preventivních strategií.The thesis focuses on the issue of radicalization. The aim is to propose measures for the prevention of radicalization at different stages of its development. The theoretical part is devoted to the basic background and current trends. Practical part offers an analysis of specific cases and a proposal of possible solutions. Evacuation of People with Reduced Mobility
No full textDiplomová práce se věnuje problematice evakuace osob se sníženou mobilitou. Cílem je analyzovat stávající evakuační postupy a prostředky, identifikovat jejich nedostatky a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení bezpečnosti a efektivity evakuace. Využity byly metody FMEA a SWOT analýzy spolu s řízenými rozhovory s hasiči a pracovníky sociálních služeb. Výsledky ukazují, že hlavními nedostatky jsou nevhodné evakuační pomůcky, zanedbané školení personálu a infrastrukturní bariéry v budovách. Práce doporučuje technická vylepšení prostředků, rozšíření školení zaměstnanců a zlepšení koordinace mezi záchrannými složkami a sociálními zařízeními. Přispívá tak k rozvoji krizového managementu a ochraně zranitelných skupin.The thesis deals with the problem of evacuation of people with reduced mobility. The aim is to analyze the existing evacuation procedures and means, identify their shortcomings and propose measures to increase the safety and efficiency of evacuation. FMEA and SWOT analysis methods were used along with guided interviews with firefighters and social service workers. The results show that the main gaps are inadequate evacuation aids, neglected staff training and infrastructural barriers in buildings. The paper recommends technical improvements to the assets, expanded staff training, and improved coordination between emergency services and social services. It thus contributes to the development of crisis management and the protection of vulnerable groups.Ústav ochrany obyvatelstv
Woundering Potential Of Selected Category D Weapons
No full textTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení ranivého potenciálu vybraných zbraní kategorie D. Hlavním cílem je stanovit ranivý potenciál vybraných zbraní a provést jeho vyhodnocení. K dosažení tohoto cíle je využita metoda zvaná nepřímá identifikace, konkrétně pomocí experimentu, analýzy a komparace. Ranivý potenciál je stanoven kvantitativně pomocí relativního ranivého potenciálu. Experiment je proveden s expanzní zbraní a pistolovou kuší a srovnána s historickou puškou a pistolí, moderní pistolí i se vzduchovkou. Jako substituční materiál je použito glycerinové mýdlo. Výsledky této práce přináší poznatky do doposud velmi opomíjené oblasti ranivého potenciálu některých zbraní. Tyto poznatky mohou být nápomocné nejen pro soudní znalce, experty v oblasti balistiky a vyšetřování, ale také třeba pro lékařeThis thesis focuses on the evaluation of the injury potential of selected weapons of category D. The main objective is to determine the wounding potential of selected weapons and to perform its evaluation. In order to achieve this goal, a method called indirect identification is used, namely through experiment, analysis and comparison. The vulnerability potential is determined quantitatively using the relative vulnerability potential. The experiment is conducted with an expansion rifle and a pistol crossbow and compared with a historical rifle and pistol, a modern pistol, and an air rifle. Glycerin soap is used as a substitute material. The results of this work provide further insights into a hitherto much neglected area of the wounding potential of some weapons. These findings may be helpful not only for forensic experts, ballistics experts and investigators, but also for medical practitioners, for example.Ústav ochrany obyvatelstv

Properties of Polypropylene Containing Carbon Nanotubes Functionalized with Organosilanes
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem funkcionalizovaných uhlíkových nanotrubic (CNTs) na vlastnosti kompozitů na bázi polypropylenu (PP). V rámci experimentální části byly CNTs upraveny pomocí oxidačně-redukčního postupu za účelem zavedení hydroxylových skupin. Následně byla provedena funkcionalizace pomocí organosilanů s různou délkou alkylového řetězce. Úspěšnost funkcionalizace byla ověřena pomocí analytických metod (FTIR, TGA, SEM). Upravené CNTs byly následně zamíchány do polypropylenové matrice a připravené kompozity byly podrobeny materiálovému a strukturnímu hodnocení. Charakterizace kompozitů zahrnovala mechanické zkoušky, termickou analýzu (DSC) a rentgenovou difrakci (WAXS a SAXS). Výsledky ukázaly, že funkcionalizace CNT významně ovlivňuje krystalizační chování polypropylenu, avšak má jen omezený dopad na jeho finální mechanické vlastnosti.This bachelor thesis investigates the effect of functionalized carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on the properties of polypropylene (PP) based composites. In the experimental part, CNTs were modified by an oxidation-reduction procedure to introduce hydroxyl groups. Subsequently, the functionalization was performed using organosilanes with different alkyl chain lengths. The success of the functionalization was verified by analytical methods (FTIR, TGA, SEM). The modified CNTs were subsequently mixed into the polypropylene matrix and the prepared composites were subjected to material and structural evaluation. The characterization of the composites included mechanical testing, thermal analysis (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (WAXS and SAXS). The results showed that the functionalization of CNTs significantly affects the crystallization behavior of polypropylene, but has only a limited impact on its final mechanical properties.Ústav inženýrství polymer
