Web Application for Calculating and Managing Results in the Game Mariáš
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a vývojem webové aplikace pro správu, zaznamenávání a automatický výpočet výsledků ve hře Mariáš. Aplikace byla implementována pomocí moderního JavaScriptového frameworku Next.js a poskytuje uživatelům funkce jako je správa záznam jednotlivých her, výpočet finančních výsledků a přehledné zobrazení herní historie. Uložená data jsou uchovávána v databázi a uživatelům dostupná pro zpětnou kontrolu. Aplikace byla otestována reálnými uživateli, zabezpečena proti běžným bezpečnostním hrozbám a připravena pro praktické nasazení. Cílem aplikace je zjednodušit a zpřehlednit evidenci výsledků hry Mariáš, zejména pro hráče, kteří ji hrají pravidelně.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design and development of a web application for managing, recording, and automatically calculating results in the card game Mariáš. The application was implemented using the modern JavaScript framework Next.js and provides users with features such as game record management, calculation of financial results, and a clear display of game history. Stored data is saved in a database and made available to users for future reference. The application has been tested by real users, secured against common security threats, and is ready for practical deployment. The data from this website will be processed and converted into a suitable format. Subsequently, this file will be linked via API with the ChatGPT model. Furthermore, the thesis intends to expand the data to include other websites or other "terms of use". Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit efektivní a uživatelsky přívětivý návrh na digitalizaci a automatizaci vybraných účetních procesů se zaměřením na minimalizaci nově vzniklých nákladů, s využitím stávajícího softwarového a hardwarového vybavení společnosti, a zároveň zajištěním souladu s legislativními požadavky České a Slovenské republiky. V teoretické části práce je provedená literární rešerše odborných zdrojů, které se zaměřují na problematiku digitalizace, současných trendů v účetnictví a legislativní vymezení digitalizace účetnictví. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu vybraných procesů, následně jsou představeny návrhy na digitalizaci a automatizaci těchto procesů. Na závěr praktické části jsou představeny vybrané procesy k digitalizaci a automatizaci, včetně jejich zhodnocení.This thesis focuses on the digitalization and automation of selected accounting processes in the company Baťa, a. s. The aim of the thesis is to develop an effective and user-friendly proposal for the digitalization and automation of selected accounting processes, with an emphasis on minimizing newly incurred costs by utilizing the company's using software and hardware equipment, while ensuring compliance with the legislative requirements of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a literature review of professional sources dealing with digitalization, current trends in accounting, and the legislative framework for digitalization of accounting. In the practical part, an analysis of the current state of the selected processes is made, followed by proposals for digitalization and automation of these processes. No full textBakalářská práce analyzuje pracoviště Final Audit ve společnosti Kyocera AVX ve Bzenci s cílem zkrátit dobu vizuální kontroly výrobků. Hlavním cílem je snížit dobu kontroly výrobků u starších sérií alespoň o 20 % a u nových sérií alespoň o 50 % ročně. Teoretická část práce představuje základní teoretické poznatky týkajících se průmyslového inženýrství a analýzy pracoviště. V praktické části je provedena analýza pracoviště s použitím vybraných metod průmyslového inženýrství a jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení, které jsou zhodnoceny na konci práce. Díky těmto doporučením se sníží doba pracovního procesu na středisku Final Audit a dojde k úspoře k nákladů.Bachelor thesis analyses the Final Audit workplace at Kyocera AVX in Bzenec, aiming to reduce the time required for visual inspection of products. The main goal is to reduce the inspection time for older product series by at least 20 % and for new series by at least 50 % annually. The theoretical part presents fundamental theoretical knowledge related to Industrial Engineering and workplace analysis. In the practical part, a workplace analysis is conducted using selected Industrial Engineering methods, and recommendations for improvement are proposed, which are evaluated at the end of the thesis. No full textTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zavedení metody Balanced Scorecard v rámci kontrolní složky Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje. Cílem je vytvořit systém měření výkonnosti inspektorů provozu pomocí klíčových ukazatelů (KPI) a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení efektivity jejich činnosti. Práce kombinuje teoretická východiska s praktickou analýzou současného stavu a výsledkem je návrh konkrétního modelu BSC, jehož implementace má přispět ke zlepšení kvality poskytovaných služeb i vnitřních procesů organizace.This thesis focuses on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method within the control unit of the Emergency Medical Service of the Central Bohemian Region. The aim is to create a performance measurement system for duty operations inspectors using key performance indicators (KPIs) and to propose measures to enhance the effectiveness of their activities. No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá nákupem druhého robotického chirurgického systému ve Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava, s čímž souvisí rozšíření spektra prováděných výkonů o výkony ve specializacích kardiochirurgie, otolaryngologie a cévní chirurgie. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku projektového řízení, metody analýzy prostředí podniku, financování zdravotnictví a také představuje obor robotické chirurgie. V praktické části je nejprve představena daná organizace, následně je v analytické části proveden rozbor stávajícího stavu robotické chirurgie v této organizaci a zhodnocení vnějšího prostředí. Poslední částí je samotný projekt, v němž jsou popsány všechny kroky nákupu a uvedení nového přístroje do provozu. Na závěr je projekt zhodnocen časovou, nákladovou a rizikovou analýzou.This thesis deals with the purchase of a second robotic surgical system at the University Hospital Ostrava, which is related to the expansion of the spectrum of procedures performed by the specialties of cardiac surgery, otolaryngology and vascular surgery. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the issues of project management, methods of analyzing the environment of the enterprise, healthcare financing and also introduces the field of robotic surgery. The practical part first introduces the organization, then the analytical part analyzes the current state of robotic surgery in this organization and evaluates the external environment. The last part is the project itself, in which all the steps of purchasing and commissioning a new device are described. Teoretická část diplomové práce definuje analýzu rizika a základní pojmy rizika. Popisuje propojení standardů ISO s riziky a jejich význam v řízení rizik. Představuje celkový přehled o systému HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) jaké jsou povinnosti spojené se zavedením tohoto systému a se související legislativou. V teoretické části je také popisováno spojení bezpečnosti potravin s analýzou rizik. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá představením a charakteristikou sledovaného podniku, ve kterém je analyzován současný stav distribuce obědové stravy, na kterou se hlavní cíle práce soustředí. V praktické části jsou pak identifikovány rizika ve stravovacím provozu a také analyzován systém HACCP.The theoretical part ofthe thesis defines risk analysis and basic conceptsof risk. It describes the connection of ISO standards with risks and their importance in risk management. It presents a general overview of the HACCP systém (Hazard analysis and Critical Control Point), what are the obligations associated with the implementation of this systém and with related legislation. The theoretical part also describes the connection of food safety with risk analysis. The practical part of the thesis deals with the introduction and characteristics of the monitored company, in which the current state of lunch meal distribution is analyzed, on which the main objectives of the work are focused. Cieľom práce je zhodnotenie reálnych podmienok vstupu na trh v danom regióne a návrh efektívneho podnikateľského modelu, ktorý zohľadňuje odborné, legislatívne, technické aj marketingové aspekty. V rámci praktickej časti boli vykonané analýzy externého aj interného prostredia, identifikované riziká a vytvorený návrh stratégie a realizačného plánu. Výsledkom je komplexný podnikateľský plán vrátane návrhu personálneho a technického zabezpečenia, marketingovej koncepcie a odhadu nákladov. Práca zároveň reflektuje špecifiká legislatívneho prostredia očnej optiky na Slovensku.This thesis focuses on the development of a business plan for establishing an optical store in the town of Poprad. The main goal is to assess the feasibility of market entry in the region and propose an effective business model that incorporates professional, legal, technical, and marketing aspects. The practical part includes an analysis of external and internal business environments, risk assessment, and the design of strategic and implementation plans. The result is a comprehensive business plan, including personnel and technical requirements, marketing strategy, and cost estimates. Project to Increase Satisfaction and Motivation of Healthcare Staff in Intensive Care in a Selected Hospital
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu zaměřeného na zvýšení úrovně pracovní spokojenosti a motivace vybrané skupiny zaměstnanců v konkrétní organizaci. V rámci teoretické části byla pozornost věnována oblastem řízení lidských zdrojů, motivace, pracovní spokojenosti a péče o zaměstnance. Z těchto oblastí byla následně odvozena teoretická východiska, která sloužila jako základ pro řešení praktické části. Praktická část práce se soustředila na zhodnocení aktuální úrovně spokojenosti a motivace dané skupiny zaměstnanců prostřednictvím kvantitativního šetření realizovaného formou dotazníků. Výsledky šetření byly zpracovány pomocí analýzy a sloužily k ověření výzkumných hypotéz. Identifikované nedostatky a podněty byly využity při návrhu projektu zaměřeného na zlepšení podmínek dané cílové skupiny. Součástí projektu byla rovněž analýza časových, nákladových a rizikových faktorů, které ovlivňují jeho realizaci.This thesis focuses on the design of a project aimed at increasing job satisfaction and motivation among a selected group of employees within a specific organization. The theoretical part explores topics related to human resource management, motivation, job satisfaction, and employee care. These areas provided the foundation for the theoretical framework, which served as the basis for the practical section of the thesis. The practical part centers on assessing the current level of satisfaction and motivation within the target employee group using research conducted through a questionnaire. The survey results were analyzed using quadrant analysis and were used to verify the research hypotheses. Identified shortcomings and suggestions were incorporated into the proposed project, which is designed to improve conditions for the target group. Teoretická část práce popisuje podstatu procesu vytlačování, nejrozšířenější vytlačované materiály, nástroje pro vytlačování a zaměřuje se na jednotlivé části vytlačovacích linek. V praktické části autor popisuje navržené zařízení, odůvodňuje volbu jednotlivých komponent a provádí ekonomickou proveditelnost výroby. Součástí praktické části této diplomové práce jsou přiložené podklady pro výrobu stroje v podobě kompletní výkresové dokumentace.This master thesis deals with the design of the equipment for filament winding extruded on the laboratory extrusion line of the Faculty of Technology. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the extrusion process, the most common extruded materials, tools for extrusion and focuses on the individual parts of the extrusion lines. In the practical part, the author describes the designed equipment, justifies the choice of individual components and conducts an economic feasibility analysis of production.
