Motivation of Pedagogues for Teaching in Alternative Schools
No full textPráce se zaměřuje na motivaci pedagogů v alternativních školách. V úvodu je představena problematika alternativního vzdělávání a jeho historický kontext. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí, charakteristikou a typy alternativních škol, včetně Montessori, waldorfských, Reggio Emilia, demokratických a dalších typů škol. Zkoumá uplatnění pedagogů v alternativních školách a motivaci pedagogů v běžných a alternativních školách, s důrazem na vliv hodnot a profesních cílů pedagogů na jejich volbu školy. V praktické části je proveden výzkum, který je zaměřen na získání podkladů pro odpovědi na výzkumné otázky týkající se motivace a výkonu pedagogické profese. V diskusi jsou vyhodnoceny a shrnuty získané informace a jsou představeny hlavní poznatky. Závěr práce nabízí závěrečné myšlenky, které shrnují hlavní zjištění a nabízejí doporučení pro další výzkum v této oblasti. Práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na motivaci a výkon pedagogů v alternativních školách a přispívá k lepšímu porozumění této problematiky.The thesis focuses on the motivation of teachers in alternative schools. The introduction presents the issue of alternative education and its historical context. The theoretical part deals with the definition, characteristics and types of alternative schools, including Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, democratic and other types of schools. It examines the application of teachers in alternative schools and the motivation of teachers in regular and alternative schools, with an emphasis on the influence of teachers' values and professional goals on their choice of school. In the practical part, research is conducted, which is focused on obtaining data for answers to research questions regarding motivation and performance of the teaching profession. The discussion evaluates and summarizes the information obtained and presents the main findings. The conclusion of the thesis offers final thoughts that summarize the main findings and offer recommendations for further research in this area. The thesis provides a comprehensive view of the motivation and performance of teachers in alternative schools and contributes to a better understanding of this issue.Ústav pedagogických vě

Součástí práce je krátký teoretický rozbor silového trojboje a webových aplikací. Jedna z následujících kapitol se věnuje analýze existujících řešení, ze které jsou stanoveny požadavky na tuto aplikaci. Výstupem praktické části této práce je moderní a přehledná aplikace, která lze být použita pro efektivní plánování a zaznamenávání tréninků. Tato aplikace je poskytnuta jako zdrojový kód připnutý jako příloha práce.This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a web application intended for powerlifters and coaches. The thesis includes a brief theoretical analysis of powerlifting and web applications. One of the following chapters is devoted to the analysis of existing solutions, from which the requirements for this application are determined. The practical part of this thesis results in a modern and user-friendly application that can be used for effective training planning and recording. Praktická část práce se soustředí na analýzu konkrétních faktorů motivace sociálních pracovníků ke vzdělávání na základě výzkumu realizovaného mezi pracovníky ve vybraných organizacích. Tento výzkum zahrnuje analýzu vnitřních motivátorů, jako jsou osobní profesní ambice, a vnějších faktorů, jako je podpora zaměstnavatelů a dostupnost vzdělávacích programů. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the factors influencing the willingness of social workers to continue their education and develop their professional competencies. The theoretical part of the thesis examines general motivation theories, the specifics of professional education, and the role of social workers. Furthermore, internal and external factors affecting motivation for education are discussed, including employer support and legislative conditions. The practical part of the thesis focuses on analyzing specific factors influencing the motivation of social workers for further education based on research conducted among workers in selected organizations. This research includes an analysis of internal motivators, such as personal professional ambitions, and external factors, such as employer support and the availability of educational programs. No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá projektem racionalizace výrobního procesu ve vybrané výrobní společnosti. Teoretická část poskytuje podpůrné informace pro praktickou část, využívající knižní a odborné zdroje, zejména metody a nástroje průmyslového inženýrství, štíhlé výroby a další metody aplikované v praktické části. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je transformace ručního montážního pracoviště na automatické, což povede ke zvýšení výstupu o 50 %. Vedlejší cíle zahrnují snížení nákladů na výrobu unašeče s pružinou, úpravu logistického toku materiálu, navržení opatření ke zlepšení a zhodnocení navrhovaných řešení. Pro realizaci všech cílů poskytují data metody průmyslového inženýrství, VSM mapa, Spaghetti diagram a snímek pracovního dne. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu, identifikaci klíčových oblastí pro zlepšení a implementaci navržených změn s cílem racionalizovat výrobní proces a zvýšit efektivitu. Na základě analyzovaných dat se poté projektová část věnuje přípravě a plánování projektu a uskutečnění stanovených cílů.This thesis deals with the project of rationalizing the production process in a selected manufacturing company. The theoretical part provides supporting information for the practical part, using book and professional sources, especially methods and tools of industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, and other methods applied in the practical part. The main goal of this thesis is the transformation of a manual assembly workstation into an automatic one, which will lead to a 50% increase in output. Secondary goals include reducing the production costs of the spring carrier, adjusting the material logistics flow, proposing improvement measures, and evaluating the proposed solutions. To achieve all the goals, data from industrial engineering methods, VSM map, Spaghetti diagram, and workday snapshots are provided. The work focuses on analyzing the current state, identifying key areas for improvement, and implementing the proposed changes to rationalize the production process and increase efficiency. No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá digitalizací skladového hospodářství ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a zabývá se základními legislativními úpravami skladového hospodářství zejména v oblasti oceňování, inventarizace a obsahovým vymezením jednotlivých druhů zásob. Následně je zde vyobrazena problematika týkající se skladování, dělení skladů a procesů s tím spojených. V další části teoretického celku je vymezeno skladové hospodářství, je zde podrobně popsáno dělení zásob, jejich oceňování, způsoby pořízení a problematika inventarizace. Na to navazuje další téma týkající se digitalizace. Teoretická část je zakončena shrnutím všech předcházejích kapitol a definováním vhodných nástrojů digitalizace. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na digitalizaci skladového hospodářství. Je zde představena vybraná společnost a analýza současného stavu skladového hospodářství. Výstupem práce je návrh digitalizace skladového hospodářství ve vybraném podniku, do kterého jsou aplikovány poznatky z první části diplomové práce a vlastní návrhy tak, aby byla vyplněna slabá místa skladového hospodářství, která byla nalezena při analýze současného stavu. Závěrem práce jsou hodnoceny náklady a přínosy plynoucí ze zavedení navrhovaného řešení.The thesis deals with the digitalization of warehouse management in a selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with the basic legislative regulations of warehouse management, especially in the field of valuation, inventory and the content definition of individual types of inventory. Subsequently, the issues related to warehousing, division of warehouses and related processes are presented. The next part of the theoretical unit defines warehouse management, describes in detail the division of stocks, their valuation, methods of acquisition and inventory issues. This is followed by another topic on digitisation. The theoretical part concludes with a summary of all the previous chapters and the definition of appropriate digitisation tools. The second part of the thesis focuses on the digitisation of warehouse management. A selected company is introduced and the current state of warehouse management is analysed. The output of the thesis is a proposal for the digitalization of the warehouse management in the selected company, to which the findings from the first part of the thesis and the own proposals are applied in order to fill the weak points of the warehouse management that were found during the analysis of the current state. Finally, the thesis evaluates the costs and benefits resulting from the implementation of the proposed solution.Ústav financí a účetnictv

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou postupu zpracování daně z přidané hodnoty ve vybrané firmě. Cílem práce je na základě provedené analýzy navrhnout doporučení pro zvýšení efektivity a snížení chybovosti v procesu zpracování DPH. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury týkající se DPH v České republice. V praktické části je popsán konkrétní průběh zpracování DPH ve vybrané firmě. K získání dat byly využity metody pozorování, rozhovoru a analýzy účetních dokladů. Výsledkem jsou konkrétní návrhy, včetně zavedení více analytických účtů, digitalizace kontrol a elektronického oběhu dokladů. Přínos práce spočívá v možnosti praktického využití návrhů ke zlepšení daňové agendy.This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the value added tax (VAT) processing procedure in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to propose recommendations for improving the efficiency and reducing the error rate in the VAT processing based on the conducted analysis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is based on professional literature dealing with VAT in the Czech Republic. The practical part describes the specific process of VAT handling in the selected company. To obtain the necessary data, methods such as observation, interview, and analysis of accounting documents were used. The outcome consists of concrete recommendations, including the introduction of multiple analytical accounts, digitalization of control activities, and implementation of an electronic approval workflow. Nejprve je proveden průzkum literárních pramenů a jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky týkající se oběžného majetku, jeho složek, oceňování a vedení účetních záznamů. Dále je vypracována praktická část, která se věnuje oběžnému majetku vybrané společnosti. Závěrem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení a doporučení na základě získaných poznatků, které povedou ke zlepšení evidence oběžného majetku této společnosti, čímž bude splněn cíl této práce.The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the current assets of a selected company with an emphasis on its reporting. The selected company is engaged in the production and sale of food products. It is necessary to conduct a survey of literary sources and process theoretical knowledge regarding current assets, its components, valuation and accounting records. Furthermore, a practical part is developed, which is devoted to the characteristics of current assets of the selected company. Včetně způsobu spolupráce asistenta pedagoga s učitelem, hodnocení rodiče asistenta pedagoga, nebo jakým způsobem je asistent pedagoga podporován ze strany vedení školy.In the theoretical part, this thesis deals with a summary and description of the work of a teaching assistant, his main tasks and goals that he needs to perform his profession in every primary school. Factors affecting sustainable production with Economic growth in Coffee Industry: Evidence from Vietnam
No full textThe study used the Cobb-Douglas production function to evaluate the cost-effectiveness and profitability of sustainable coffee production in four of the largest coffee-growing provinces in Vietnam. By analyzing data from 864 farming households, the study compared the performance of sustainable and conventional coffee growers. The results showed that contrary to initial predictions, sustainable coffee production was more efficient than traditional methods. Important factors affecting yields include farm size, organic fertilizers, and certification. Expanding the planted area contributed to increased yields in both production models. In particular, organic fertilizers increased yields protected the environment, and maintained biodiversity, while inorganic fertilizers (NPK) significantly impacted conventional coffee. Combining these two fertilizers promoted growth and profitability in both farming systems. Furthermore, actual land prices also have significant effects on coffee output. The study confirms that sustainable coffee production is more cost-effective and brings economic and environmental benefits. The research results provide helpful information for coffee growers, local authorities, and policymakers in Vietnam and can be widely applied.Studie použila produkční funkci Cobb-Douglas k vyhodnocení nákladové efektivity a ziskovosti udržitelné produkce kávy ve čtyřech největších provinciích pěstujících kávu ve Vietnamu. Analýzou údajů z 864 zemědělských domácností studie porovnávala výkonnost udržitelných a konvenčních pěstitelů kávy. Výsledky ukázaly, že na rozdíl od původních předpovědí byla udržitelná produkce kávy efektivnější než tradiční metody. Důležité faktory ovlivňující výnosy zahrnují velikost farmy, používání organických hnojiv a certifikaci. Rozšiřování plochy osázené kávovníky přispělo ke zvýšení výnosů v obou produkčních modelech. Zejména organická hnojiva nejen zvyšovala výnosy, ale také chránila životní prostředí a udržovala biologickou rozmanitost, zatímco anorganická hnojiva (NPK) měla významný dopad na konvenční pěstování kávy. Kombinace těchto dvou druhů hnojiv podpořila růst a ziskovost v obou zemědělských systémech. Dále skutečné ceny půdy měly významný vliv na produkci kávy. Studie potvrzuje, že udržitelná produkce kávy je nákladově efektivnější a přináší ekonomické i environmentální výhody. Výsledky výzkumu poskytují užitečné informace pěstitelům kávy, místním úřadům a tvůrcům politik ve Vietnamu a mohou být široce aplikovány.Ústav managementu a marketing
