Impact of Attachment on Social Development
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vztah mezi stylem citové vazby (attachmentem) dítěte a jeho sociálním vývojem v předškolním věku. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy a souvislosti v oblasti vývojové psychologie, zejména teorie attachmentu, formování vztahů a význam raných zkušeností pro další vývoj dítěte. Dále se práce věnuje problematice sociálního chování, socializace a vývoje dítěte v kontextu rodiny i předškolního zařízení. Práce sleduje, jak mohou různé formy citové vazby ovlivňovat způsoby, jakými děti navazují vztahy, zvládají emoce a fungují v dětském kolektivu. Cílem je prohloubit porozumění důležitosti raných vztahů a jejich možné role v každodenním fungování dítěte.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the relationship between the attachment style of a child and his/her social development in preschool age. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic concepts and contexts in the field of developmental psychology, in particular the theory of attachment, the formation of relationships and the importance of early experiences for the further development of a child. The thesis also deals with the issues of social behavior, socialization and child development in the context of the family and preschool. The thesis examines how different forms of emotional attachment can influence the ways in which children establish relationships, manage emotions and function in a children's collective. The aim is to deepen the understanding of the importance of early relationships and their possible role in the daily functioning of a child.Ústav školní pedagogik
Analysis of Motivational Elements of Selected Company
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou motivačních prvků vybrané organizace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky zaměřující se především na motivaci a její členění, vybrané teorie motivace a motivační prvky. V druhé části je představena vybraná organizace, její organizační struktura a motivační prvky, které nabízí zaměstnancům. Prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s jednatelkou společnosti a zaměstnanci byl uskutečněn sběr dat. Následně proběhlo jejich vyhodnocení pomocí tematické analýzy. Na základě výsledků výzkumného šetření byla rovněž zpracována SWOT analýza. Prostřednictvím vyhodnocení výzkumného šetření byly navrženy doporučení pro vybranou organizaci.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of motivational elements in a selected organization. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part presents theoretical knowledge, mainly focusing on motivation and its classification, selected motivation theories, and motivational elements. The second part introduces the selected organization, its organizational structure, and the motivational elements it offers to its employees. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with the company's managing director and employees and subsequently analyzed using thematic analysis. A SWOT analysis was also prepared based on the results of the research. Through the evaluation of the research investigation, recommendations for the selected organization were proposed.Ústav podnikové ekonomik

No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá využitím lidových zvyků a tradic v hudebních činnostech v mateřské škole a uplatněním sady lidových písní a říkadel v předškolním vzdělávání. Teoretická část představuje hudební činnosti v mateřské škole, jejich dělení a následné využití s ohledem na vývoj dětského hlasu. Tato kapitola uvádí problematiku v oblasti správného vzoru učitele a jeho role v hudebních činnostech. Dále představuje oblast lidové tvorby a vymezení lidových tradic a zvyků v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu. Také se zabývá historií a charakteristikou regionu Valašsko, jeho kulturou a předáváním hodnot mezi generacemi. Praktická část představuje sadu písní, básní a říkadel v rámci hudebních aktivit ve spojitosti s lidovými tradicemi a zvyky v mateřské škole a jejich doporučení pro aplikaci v mateřské škole.This bachelor's thesis explores the incorporation of folk customs and traditions into musical activities in nursery schools, with a particular focus on the use of a curated selection of folk songs and rhymes within early childhood education. The theoretical part outlines musical activities in nursery settings, their categorisation, and their appropriate application with regard to the developmental stages of the child's voice. It also addresses the importance of the teacher's role as a model in musical engagement. Further sections examine the nature of folk art and the representation of folk customs and traditions within the Framework Educational Programme. Attention is also given to the historical and cultural background of the Valašsko region, including the transmission of cultural values across generations. The practical part introduces a set of songs, poems, and rhymes designed for use in musical activities connected to folk traditions in nursery schools, and offers recommendations for their implementation in early years settings.Ústav školní pedagogik
Creative Writing as a Tool for Improving the Mental Well-being of Children and Youth
No full textBakalářská práce s názvem Tvůrčí psaní jako nástroj zlepšení duševní pohody dětí a mládeže se zaměřuje na problematiku duševní pohody, tvůrčího psaní a vzájemného propojení zkoumaných oblastí. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda má tvůrčí psaní vliv na zlepšení duševní pohody dětí a mládeže. Zároveň se budeme věnovat významům, které dětí a mladiství přisuzují duševní pohodě a souvisejícím pojmům, jako jsou například stres a úzkost, ve vztahu k sobě samým i okolí. Teoretická část práce se věnuje definování konceptu duševní pohody a pozitivní psychologie s provázaností na duševní onemocnění dětí, dále na tvůrčí psaní s využitím potenciálu jako nástroje pro zlepšování duševní pohody. Pro empirickou část výzkumu jsme zvolili kvantitativní pojetí výzkumu formou výzkumné metody kvaziexperimentu, kde ve sledovaném období byl dětem rozdán dotazník zkoumající jejich duševní pohodu.The bachelor's thesis, entitled Creative Writing as a Tool to Improve the Mental Well-being of Children and Youth, focuses on the issues of mental well-being, creative writing and the interconnectedness of the researched areas. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether creative writing has an impact on improving the mental well-being of children and young people. We will also look at the meanings children and young people attach to mental wellbeing and related concepts such as stress and anxiety in relation to themselves and their environment. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to defining the concept of mental well-being and positive psychology with links to mental illness in children, as well as to creative writing with its potential as a tool for improving mental well-being. The Experiences of University Students with the Use of Addictive Substances during Their Studies
No full textPředkládaná bakalářská práce, skládající se z části teoretické a praktické, se věnuje problematice užívání návykových látek mezi vysokoškolskými studenty. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení návykových látek, popisuje vývojové období mladé dospělosti a dopady návykových látek na kognitivní funkce, jako jsou pozornost, paměť a rozhodování. Zároveň se věnuje i okolnostem a důvodům, které studenty k užívání návykových látek vedou. Dále se zaměřuje na roli sociálního pedagoga a na to, jakými kroky může přispět k omezení šíření návykových látek mezi vysokoškolskými studenty. Praktická část využívá metodu interpretativní fenomologické analýzy a prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů mapuje osobní zkušenosti studentů s užíváním návykových látek. Cílem práce je porozumět motivům, které studenty k užívání vedou, a prozkoumat jejich subjektivní prožívání v kontextu studijního a osobního života.This bachelor thesis, which consists of theoretical and practical parts, focuses on the issue of substance use among university students. The theoretical part defines addictive substances, describes the developmental period of young adulthood and examines the impact of substance use on cognitive functions such as attention, memory and decision-making. It also looks at the circumstances and reasons that lead students to use substances. It also focuses on the role of the social educator and how they can contribute to reducing the spread of substance abuse among university students. The partical part is based on the method of Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis and explores students personal experiences of substance use through semistructured interviews. No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací systému využívajícího moderní techniky umělé inteligence k automatizovanému zpracování zdravotnického dotazníku. Hlavním cílem je snížit administrativní zátěž lékařů, zkrátit čekací dobu pacientů a zvýšit kvalitu anamnestických dat. Práce zahrnuje rešerši současných metod sběru dat, analýzu výzev a rizik spojených s využitím AI ve zdravotnictví, návrh eticky a legislativně vhodného datasetu a praktickou realizaci systému využívajícího LangFlow, RAG a jazykové modely. Součástí je také návrh uživatelského rozhraní pro pacienty i lékaře a hodnocení kvality generovaných anamnéz.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a system that utilizes modern artificial intelligence techniques for the automated processing of medical questionnaires. The primary objective is to reduce the administrative burden on physicians, shorten patient waiting times, and improve the quality of collected anamnesis data. The thesis includes a theoretical overview of current data collection methods, an analysis of the challenges and risks associated with the use of AI in healthcare, a proposal for an ethically and legally compliant dataset, and the practical implementation of a system based on LangFlow, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and large language models. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, jaké osobnostní rysy, pedagogické dovednosti a chování žáci vnímají jako klíčové pro ideálního učitele. Práce vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu, který zahrnuje analýzu rozhovorů s žáky staršího školního věku. Výzkum se soustředí na to, jak žáci vnímají vztah učitelů k autoritám, interpersonální vazby a vnímání férovosti ve třídě. Práce nabízí vhled do toho, jak žáci oceňují profesní znalosti učitelů, ale také jejich lidské kvality, jako je přívětivost, shovívavost a empatické naslouchání. Závěry práce mohou být využity pro zlepšení pedagogické praxe a podporu pozitivního klimatu ve školách.This bachelor's thesis explores the characteristics of an ideal teacher from the perspective of older school-age students. The aim is to examine which personal traits, pedagogical skills, and behaviors students perceive as crucial for an ideal teacher. The thesis is based on qualitative research involving the analysis of interviews with older school-age students. The study focuses on how students perceive teachers' relationships with authority, interpersonal relationships, and fairness in the classroom. It provides insight into how students value teachers' professional knowledge as well as their human qualities, such as friendliness, tolerance, and empathetic listening. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, co motivuje různé generace v pracovním prostředí. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů, motivačním teoriím a charakteristice jednotlivých generací, které souvisejí s tímto tématem. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu pomocí dotazníkového šetření, přičemž získaná data byla analyzována s pomocí statistických nástrojů. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou pro společnost navržena konkrétní doporučení, které by mohly napomoci zlepšit motivaci zaměstnanců.This bachelor's thesis focuses on comparing motivational factors in a corporate environment across different generations within a selected company. The main aim of this thesis is to identify what motivates various generations in the workplace. The theoretical part is dedicated to defining key concepts, presenting motivational theories, and describing the characteristics of each generation relevant to the topic. An Analysis of the Human Resources Management in a Selected Small Company
No full textŘízení lidských zdrojů je důležité i v malé firmě, protože pomáhá efektivně využívat potenciál zaměstnanců, zvyšovat jejich spokojenost a loajalitu, a tím zvyšovat celkový růst a konkurenceschopnost organizace. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat současný stav řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané organizaci a navrhnou doporučení ke zlepšení současného řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané organizaci. Data byla získána pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů se všemi zaměstnanci a zaznamenána do tabulek v Microsoft Excel. Kde byla následně analyzována podle průběrných hodnot a četnosti výskytu. Analýza současného stavu ukázala, že vybraná malá firma má řízení lidských zdrojů na vysoké úrovni, ale má prostor pro zlepšení v zaměstnaneckých benefitech. Na základě získaných výsledků a informací, byly v závěru práce pro zvýšení úrovně řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybrané organizaci, uvedeny konkrétní návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení fyzického prostředí, zaměstnaneckých benefitů, snížení monotónnosti, aktivit na podporu týmovosti a posílení samostatnosti pracovníků.Human resource management is important even in small businesses, as it helps to effectively utilize employee potential, increase their satisfaction and loyalty, and thereby enhance the overall growth and competitiveness of the organization. The main objective of this bachelor's thesis was to analyse the current state of human resource management in a selected organization and propose recommendations for its improvement. Data were collected through structured interviews with all employees and recorded in Microsoft Excel tables. The results were then analysed based on average values and frequency of responses. The analysis showed that the selected small business has a high level of human resource management, but there is room for improvement, particularly in the area of employee benefits. Based on the findings, specific proposals and recommendations were presented at the end of the thesis to improve the physical work environment, employee benefits, reduction of monotony, team-building activities, and enhancement of employee autonomy.Ústav podnikové ekonomik
Proposal and Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Investment Plan in the Selected Company
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivnosti navrhovaného investičního záměru ve vybraném podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše v oblasti způsobů posouzení finančního hospodaření podniku, investičního rozhodování, zpracování a metod hodnocení efektivnosti investičního záměru, a financování. Praktická část je nejdříve zaměřena na samotný podnik, zabývá se analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku. Po posouzení finančního situace podniku následuje zpracování investičního záměru, pro který jsou vyhotoveny dvě varianty financování. Pomocí metod hodnocení investic je posouzena přijatelnost projektu s ohledem na dané varianty financování investičního záměru.The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed investment plan in a selected company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes a literature search in the area of methods for assessing the financial management of a company, investment decision-making, processing and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of an investment plan, and financing. The practical part is first focused on the company itself, and deals with the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company. After assessing the financial situation of the company, the investment plan is processed, for which two financing options are prepared. Using investment evaluation methods, the acceptability of the project is assessed with regard to the given financing options for the investment plan.Ústav financí a účetnictv
