Cílem práce je komplexně posoudit proveditelnost projektu z hlediska tržního potenciálu, legislativního rámce, marketingové strategie a finanční náročnosti. Teoretická část shrnuje klíčové poznatky týkající se podnikání ve zdravotnictví, zejména v oblasti dentální hygieny. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu vnějších i vnitřních faktorů ovlivňujících realizaci projektu. Finanční plán hodnotí výši počátečních investic, provozní náklady, odhadované příjmy a ekonomickou udržitelnost ordinace. Výstupem práce je konkrétní podnikatelský plán, který může sloužit jako podklad pro skutečné založení soukromé praxe dentální hygienistky.The diploma thesis deals with the preparation of a business plan for the establishment of a private dental hygiene practice in a specific location. The aim of the thesis is to comprehensively assess the feasibility of the project in terms of market potential, legislative framework, marketing strategy and financial requirements. The theoretical part summarizes the key findings related to health care entrepreneurship, especially in the field of dental hygiene. The practical part focuses on the analysis of external and internal factors affecting the project implementation. The financial plan assesses the amount of initial investment, operating costs, estimated revenues and the economic sustainability of the practice. Teoretická část shrnuje obecné poznatky týkající se radioterapie, popisuje také právní aspekty spojené s tímto oborem, je zde shrnuto podnikání ve zdravotnictví včetně podnikatelského plánu a řízení podniku. Praktická část navazuje na poznatky z teoretické části a nejprve se zabývá analýzou trhu, ze které je následně vytvořen projekt samotného centra, který aplikuje poznatky z managementu, marketingu a ekonomie. Projekt radioterapeutického centra je podroben nákladové, rizikové a časové analýze. Cílem práce je ověřit, zda je možno centrum založit, definovat kroky a podmínky nutné k založení radioterapeutického centra a zhodnotit rentabilitu celého projektu.This thesis deals with the project of establishing a private radiotherapy centre. The theoretical part summarizes general knowledge related to radiotherapy, also describes the legal aspects related to this discipline and summarizes business in the health sector including the business plan and business management. Practical part is based on the knowledge from the theoretical part and initially deals with the market analysis from which the project of the centre itself is created which applies knowledge from management, marketing and economics. The project of radiotherapy centre is subjected to analysis of cost, risks and time. The main aim of this thesis is to verify whether it is possible to establish the centre, to define the steps and conditions which are necessary for establishing this radiotherapeutic centre and evaluate the profitability of this whole project.Ústav managementu a marketing

Thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the specifics of running a business in healthcare, legal forms of business, and healthcare financing. It is based on scholarly literature related to these topics. The practical part is divided into an analytical section and project section. The analytical section includes analyses of both the internal and external environment. Its goal is to develop a business plan that can be applied in the establishment of this practice. The theoretical part focuses on the knowledge related to the establishment and operation of an orthoptic practice. The practical part includes selected analyses of the business environment, the results of which serve as the basis for the project part of the thesis. Cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat proces sociální inkluze vybraného žáka s poruchou autistického spektra, jaké faktory ovlivňují sociální inkluzi žáka s poruchou autistického spektra a jaké podpůrné strategie se při procesu sociální inkluze žáka s poruchou autistického spektra osvědčily. Praktická část práce zkoumala proces sociální inkluze pomocí rozhovorů s pedagogy a matkou žáka, pozorování a analýzy vybraných dokumentů. Práce řeší výzkumný problém efektivního začleňování těchto žáků do třídního kolektivu a nabízí doporučení pro pedagogy a školy, která mohou zlepšit kvalitu sociální inkluze.The bachelor thesis focuses on the process of social inclusion of a pupil with autism spectrum disorder in a mainstream primary school. The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyse the process of social inclusion of a selected pupil with autism spectrum disorder, what factors influence the social inclusion of a pupil with autism spectrum disorder and what supporting strategies have been successful in the process of social inclusion of a pupil with autism spectrum disorder. The practical part of the thesis examined the process of social inclusion through interviews with teachers and the pupil's mother, observation and analysis of selected documents. První část obsahuje teoretickou rešerši na témata průmyslového inženýrství, štíhlého podniku, výroby, produktivity, metod měření práce a průmyslu 4.0. Informace z teoretické části jsou následně využity v praktické části, která se dělí na analytickou a projektovou část. V analytické části je představena společnost, analyzován současný stav, provedena časová studie výroby, vypočítány normované časy a identifikovány nedostatky. Projektová část zahrnuje vymezení projektu, návrh řešení na základě zjištěných nedostatků a zhodnocení jednotlivých návrhů.The thesis focuses on the rationalization of the production workplace in a selected company, specifically on the production of a certain product. The work is divided into two parts. The first part contains a theoretical research on the topics of industrial engineering, lean enterprise, production, productivity, work measurement methods and Industry 4.0. Information from the theoretical part is subsequently used in the practical part, which is divided into an analytical and project part. The analytical part introduces the company, analyzes the current state, performs a time study of production, calculates standard times and identifies shortcomings. Optimizing Logistics Processes to Minimize Losses at Local Distribution Center
No full textTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci procesů doplňování přepravek v oddělení vychystávání vybraného distribučního centra. Hlavním výzkumným cílem je dosáhnout alespoň 10% snížení ztrát času na pracovní směnu prostřednictvím zlepšení procesů. Studie využívá metodiku štíhlé výroby a techniky průmyslového inženýrství. Praktická část provádí podrobnou analýzu vychystávacích operací, se zvláštním důrazem na proces doplňování přepravek. K analýze byly použity nástroje průmyslového inženýrství, včetně diagramů spaghetti, Ishikawovy analýzy a snímkové analýzy pracovního dne. Na základě těchto zjištění práce navrhuje dvě odlišné strategie zlepšení pomocí JIT. Obě řešení vykazují silnou shodu s principy štíhlé výroby a dosahují významného snížení času až o 63,1 %. Výsledky potvrzují účinnost automatizace a optimalizace procesů.This master's thesis investigates the optimization of tote replenishment processes within the picking department of a selected distribution center. The primary research objective is to achieve a minimum 10% reduction in time losses per working shift through process improvement. The study employs Lean methodology and Industrial engineering techniques. The practical part conducts a comprehensive analysis of picking operations, with particular emphasis on the tote replenishment process. Utilizing industrial engineering tools including spaghetti diagrams, Ishikawa analysis, and workday analysis. Building on these findings, the thesis proposes two distinct improvement strategies using JIT. Both solutions demonstrate strong alignment with Lean manufacturing concepts, achieving significant reductions in time up to 63.1%. Hlavním cílem je vytvoření nového reportu a zlepšení stávajícího procesu. Teoretická část stanovuje základní principy průmyslového inženýrství, řízení dodavatelského řetězce a udržitelných postupů a zároveň zkoumá funkce aplikací Microsoft Excel a Power BI pro správu a vizualizaci dat. Praktická část zahrnuje aplikaci těchto konceptů při vývoji a implementaci nástroje, který prokazuje významné zlepšení efektivity a škálovatelnosti procesu.This thesis presents the development of a tool in form of a Power BI report for tracking and controlling material consumption within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, specifically focusing on materials sourced from regenerative agriculture at Nestlé S.A. The primary objective is to create a new report and improvement of the current process. The theoretical part establishes foundational principles of industrial engineering, supply chain management, and sustainable practices, while exploring the functionalities of Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data management and visualization.
