Impacts of External Influences on the Hare Population in Prusinovice Hunting
No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení vnějších vlivů, které negativně ovlivňují populaci zajíce polního (Lepus europaeus) v honitbě Prusinovice. Cílem bylo zjistit stav místní populace, identifikovat hlavní rizikové faktory a navrhnout vhodná opatření ke zlepšení podmínek pro přežití a rozmnožování tohoto druhu. Výzkum vychází z odborných zdrojů, terénních pozorování, mysliveckých dat a dotazníkového šetření mezi členy místního mysliveckého spolku. Největší negativní vliv na populaci zajíce polního mají intenzivní zemědělství, klimatické výkyvy, přemnožení predátorů a stres způsobený lidskou činností. Prostor ke zlepšení spočívá zejména v obnově krajinné mozaiky, budování napajedel, regulaci predace, omezení rušivých vlivů a efektivnějším využívání dotačních programů. Práce poukazuje na význam spolupráce mezi veřejností, myslivci, zemědělci a obcí při ochraně biodiverzity kulturní krajiny.This thesis focuses on assessing the external factors that negatively affect the population of the European brown hare (Lepus europaeus) in the Prusinovice hunting district. The aim was to determine the current status of the local population, identify the main risk factors, and propose appropriate measures to improve the conditions for the survival and reproduction of the species. The research is based on academic sources, field observations, hunting data, and a questionnaire survey among members of the local hunting association. The most significant negative impacts on the hare population are caused by intensive agriculture, climatic fluctuations, overpopulation of predators, and stress induced by human activity. The main opportunities for improvement lie in restoring landscape diversity, creating watering places, regulating predation, reducing disturbing influences, and making more effective use of subsidy programs. The thesis highlights the importance of cooperation between the public, hunters, farmers, and municipalities in protecting the biodiversity of the cultural landscape.Ústav environmentální bezpečnost

A prináša výsledky prieskumu medzi deťmi. Práca zahŕňa aj praktický výstup v podobe ilustrovanej publikácie, ktorá pozostáva z edukačných kartičiek a zápisníka, ktoré podporujú objavovanie prírody hravým spôsobom.The bachelor's thesis focuses on how children's publications and games support learning about nature and children's relationship with it. It explores the work of Slovak authors and the way children's publications are created. It also presents the results of a survey conducted among children. No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá návrhem přístřešku určeného do krajiny, který slouží především jako odpočinkové místo pro turisty. Cílem bylo vytvořit objekt, jenž přirozeně zapadá do okolního prostředí, poskytuje pohodlné a kryté sezení a zároveň umožňuje výhled do krajiny. Tvarosloví tvořené jednotlivými segmenty je inspirováno strukturou ptačího křídla a pracuje s principy vrstvení, pohybu a vícepohledovosti, což přináší do návrhu ladnost i dynamiku. Finální řešení klade důraz na ergonomii, konstrukční proveditelnost, využití trvale udržitelných materiálů i možnost dalšího rozšíření, například o LED osvětlení, fotovoltaické panely či stojan na kolo. Výsledkem je harmonické spojení designu, krajiny a drobné architektury, která zve k zastavení a pobytu v přírodě.The diploma thesis deals with the design of a shelter intended for the landscape, which serves primarily as a resting place for tourists. The goal was to create an object that naturally fits into the surrounding environment, provides comfortable and covered seating and at the same time allows a view of the landscape. The morphology formed by individual segments is inspired by the structure of a bird's wing and works with the principles of layering, movement and multiple views, which brings grace and dynamics to the design. The final solution emphasizes ergonomics, structural feasibility, the use of sustainable materials and the possibility of further expansion, for example with LED lighting, photovoltaic panels or a bike rack. The result is a harmonious combination of design, landscape and small architecture that invites you to stop and stay in nature.Ateliér Průmyslový desig

No full textTato diplomová práce je věnována designu akumulátorové řetězové pily pro praváky i leváky. Nejprve se práce zaměřuje na analýzu řešené problematiky, ve které jsou zahrnuty rešeršní metody, historický vývoj řetězových pil, celosvětová a designérská analýza a v neposlední řadě popis bezpečnostních prvků, které musí řetězové pily mít. Dále jsou shrnuty hlavní a vedlejší cíle práce obohaceny o možné inovace u daného produktu. Jsou obsaženy také kapitoly, které se zaměřují na výrobní technologii řetězové pily, materiály využívající při výrobě a také celkové náklady na výrobu pily a dopad na životní prostředí a jeho udržitelnost. Dále je popsán celý proces práce od prvotních po variantní designérské návrhy až po finální designérská řešení. Je zde také přiložena ergonomická studie, která byla řešena při navrhování pily společně s technickou dokumentací. A v neposlední řadě popsán proces výroby fyzického modelu. Diplomová práce obsahuje shrnutí přínosu práce, ve které je rekapitulace designerského procesu, přínosy i inovace a zároveň kritické zhodnocení práce. Na závěr práce je uvedeno celkové shrnutí a výsledek výzkumu.This thesis is dedicated to the design of a cordless chainsaw for right and left-handed users. Firstly, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the problem addressed, which includes research methods, historical development of chainsaws, global and design analysis and last but not least a description of the safety features that chainsaws must have. Furthermore, the main and secondary objectives of the thesis are summarised, enriched by possible innovations for the product. Chapters are also included that focus on the manufacturing technology of the chainsaw, the materials used in its production as well as the overall cost of the chainsaw and its environmental impact and sustainability. In addition, the entire process of the work is described from initial to variant design proposals to final design solutions. The ergonomic study that was addressed in the design of the saw is also included, along with the technical documentation. Last but not least, the process of manufacturing the physical model is described. The thesis includes a summary of the contribution of the work, which includes a recapitulation of the design process, benefits and innovations, as well as a critical evaluation of the work. Návrh kombinuje moderní prvky s přírodními materiály, obsahuje terasu jako rozšíření ateliéru a vodní prvek pro audiovizuální zážitek. Řešení terénu pomocí vodního prvku a kaskád zajišťuje plynulý pohyb a vizuální harmonii. Výsledný návrh propojuje estetiku s praktičností a podporuje duševní pohodu.The project focuses on the design of an artist's studio interior and a family residential garden, emphasizing functionality, aesthetics, and connection with nature. The aim is to create an inspiring and comfortable space that fosters creativity and relaxation. The design combines modern elements with natural materials and includes a terrace as an extension of the studio, along with a water feature that offers an audiovisual experience. The terrain is shaped using the water feature and cascades to ensure smooth movement and visual harmony. No full textSmyslem mé práce je rozšířit povědomí o generačních traumatizačních řetězcích. Pomoci lidem si uvědomit, že tyto řetězce algoritmů myšlenek nevědomě spoutávají celé generace v destruktivních symbiózach vztahů mezi lidmi. Předávaná bolest a zkušenosti způsobují, že z obětí se pak stávají jejich pachatelé a tím se vytváří nekonečný cyklus nadále opakujících se chyb a neustále přibývající bolesti. Svou praktickou částí chci dát na vědomí, že dosažení pocitu vnitřního uklidnění je možné, beru tak samu sebe v příklad a nabízím tím možnost procesu ku pomoci i ostatním.The purpose of my work is to spread the awareness of generational trauma chains. To help people realize that these chains of thought algorithms unconsciously bind entire generations in destructive symbioses of human relationships. The pain and experiences passed on then cause victims to become perpetrators, creating an endless cycle of continuing mistakes and ever-increasing pain. With my practical part I want to make it known that achieving a sense of inner peace is possible, taking myself as an example and thus offering the possibility of a process to help others.Ateliér Skl

No full textCílem této bakalářské práce je podrobit vybranou společnost finanční analýze za období let 2019 až 2023 a posoudit tak její ekonomické zdraví. Obsahem práce je jak teoretická, tak i praktická část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení finanční analýzy, její uživatele, zdroje dat a jednotlivé metody a ukazatele. V praktické části jsou tyto teoretické poznatky převedeny do praxe. Rovněž je v praktické části představena vybraná společnost, její konkurent i odvětví. Na základě provedené finanční analýzy je v závěru práce vypracované její vyhodnocení a doporučení do budoucnosti.The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of a selected company for the period of years since 2019 to 2023 in order to assess an economic health. The thesis consists of both, theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section focuses on defining financial analysis, users, data sources and also methods and indicators applied. In the practical section, there are these theoretical findings put into the practice. This part also introduces the selected company, their competitor and also the industry in which it operates. No full textDiplomová práce s názvem Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví v maloobchodu se zabývá analýzou pracovních podmínek v maloobchodním sektoru z pohledu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví zaměstnanců. Teoretická část zahrnuje problematiku ergonomie, bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, syndrom karpálního tunelu a syndrom vyhoření. Praktická část je tvořena aplikací matice rizik, která slouží k identifikaci nejčastějších fyzických, provozních a psychosociálních rizik v pracovním prostředí, a dotazníkovým šetřením zaměřeným na výskyt syndromu karpálního tunelu a syndromu vyhoření mezi pracovníky v maloobchodním sektoru. Cílem práce je posoudit účinnost stávajících opatření v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví a navrhnout případná zlepšení vedoucí ke zkvalitnění pracovního prostředí a zdraví zaměstnanců.The diploma thesis entitled Health and Safety in the Retail Sector deals with the analysis of working conditions in the retail sector from the perspective of employee health and safety. The theoretical part includes ergonomics, occupational health and safety, carpal tunnel syndrome and burnout syndrome. The practical part consists of the application of a risk matrix, which is used to identify the most common physical, operational and psychosocial risks in the working environment, and a questionnaire survey focused on the prevalence of carpal tunnel syndrome and burnout syndrome among workers in the retail sector. The Resilience of the Social Workers in the Residential Care Facility
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá resiliencí sociálních pracovníků ve stacionáři pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Cílem je zjistit míru resilience sociálních pracovníků, kteří pracují ve stacionáři. V teoretické části přibližujeme sociální služby s podkapitolou věnovanou samotnému stacionáři. Dále se věnujeme tématu sociálního pracovníka. A v poslední řadě vysvětlujeme pojem resilience. V praktické části realizujeme kvantitativní výzkum za pomoci dotazníkového šetření mezi pracovníky, kteří pracují ve stacionáři pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Podle zjištění z výzkumné části vyplývá, že celková resilience se pohybuje na mírně nadprůměrné úrovni.The Bachelor thesis deals with the Resilience of social workers in a residential home for people with disabilities. The aim is to find out the level of resilience of social workers working in a residential care home. The theoretical part introduces social services with a subsection devoted to residential care homes themselves. Next, we discuss the topic of the social worker. Finally, we explain the concept of resilience. In the practical part, we conduct quantitative research using a questionnaire survey among workers who work in a residential care center for people with disabilities. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný požární poplachový plán na modelové skládce a navrhnout doporučení k jeho optimalizaci. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definici klíčových pojmů, legislativní rámec a využití moderních technologií v oblasti požární prevence. Praktická část pak provádí analýzu rizik, hodnotí efektivitu současného systému a identifikuje jeho slabá místa. Výsledkem práce je návrh opatření ke zvýšení účinnosti požárního signalizačního systému. Relevance tématu je zdůrazněna nárůstem množství odpadu, zpřísňováním evropských norem a častým výskytem požárů. Práce propojuje teoretické poznatky s praktickými řešeními a je přínosná pro odborníky v oblasti požární ochrany i odpadového hospodářství.The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of fire safety in waste landfills, which are a fundamental part of waste management but also pose a significant risk to the environment and public health. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current fire alarm plan at a model landfill and propose recommendations for its optimization. The theoretical part focuses on defining key concepts, the legislative framework, and the use of modern technologies in fire prevention. The practical part then conducts a risk analysis, evaluates the effectiveness of the current system, and identifies its weaknesses. The result of the thesis is a proposal of measures to increase the efficiency of the fire alarm system.
