No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá prezentačními technikami, které lídři mezinárodních firem využívají ve svých prezentacích. Schopnost prezentovat je složena ze spoustu aspektů, jako gestikulace a držení těla, oční kontakt, výrazy obličeje, hlasu a slova. Účelem práce je popsat, jak vybraní světoví lídři využívají verbální a neverbální komunikaci pro prezentování. To bylo zkoumáno na základě metody pozorování, která byla uplatněna na čtyři obchodní Keynote videoprezentace.This bachelor thesis focuses on presentation techniques that international business leaders use in their presentations. The ability to present consists of many aspects, such as gesticulation and posture, eye contact, facial expressions, voice and words. The main goal of the thesis is to describe how the international business leaders use the verbal and non-verbal communication for presenting. Jejím cílem je odhalit slabé stránky, které má využití pro strategické rozhodnutí a určování směru, kterým se bude společnost v příštích letech ubírat. Teoretická část charakterizuje finanční výkazy, metody analýz a indikátory, které jsou poté v praktické části využity ke kalkulaci výsledků, ty odhalují výkonnost společnosti v předchozích letech a na jejich základě navrhují kroky do budoucna. Analýza odhaluje rizika a také to, zda byla společnost zisková, stav likvidity, obratu, zadluženosti a celkově důležité finanční aspekty.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the financial analysis of company XY, the period under study is 2021-2023. It aims to reveal weaknesses to improve strategic decision-making and to determine the direction the company will take in the coming years. The theoretical part characterizes the financial statements, methods of analysis, and indicators, which are then used in the practical part to calculate the results; these reveal the company's performance in previous years and suggest future actions based on these results. The analysis shows the risks, whether the company was profitable, liquidity, turnover, indebtedness, and overall critical financial aspects.Ústav moderních jazyků a literatu

No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kybernetické bezpečnosti ve vybraném bankovním subjektu, který čelí rostoucím kybernetickým hrozbám. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice kybernetických útoků a právnímu rámci v bankovnictví, který upravuje bezpečnostní požadavky v tomto sektoru. Praktická část vychází z rozhovorů a analýzy dat konkrétní banky, což umožňuje detailní pohled na současný stav zabezpečení. Výsledkem práce je návrh segmentovaného komunikačního přístupu ke klientům.This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of cybersecurity in a selected banking institution, which faces increasing cyber threats. The theoretical part addresses the characteristics of cyberattacks and the legal framework in banking that governs security requirements in this sector. The practical part is based on interviews and data analysis from a specific bank, providing a detailed view of the current security status. No full textDiplomová práce hodnotí stav odborné přípravy na pobočných stanicích jednotek Hasičského záchranného sboru Zlínského kraje, identifikuje rozdíly mezi centrálními a pobočnými stanicemi, zkoumá spolupráci s externími organizacemi a navrhuje implementaci moderních výcvikových metod. Pomocí dotazníkového řešení byla provedena deskriptivní statistika ze které byly navrženy opatření ke zlepšení odborné přípravy. Výsledky práce mohou posloužit k vytvoření koncepčního rámce pro efektivnější organizaci výcvikových aktivit a zvýšení připravenosti hasičů na specifické zásahy v měnících se podmínkách zásahové činnosti.The diploma thesis evaluates the state of professional training at branch stations of the Fire Rescue Service of the Zlin Region, identifies differences between central and branch stations, examines cooperation with external organizations and proposes the implementation of modern training methods. Descriptive statistics were performed using a questionnaire solution, from which measures to improve professional training were proposed. The results of the work can serve to create a conseptual framework for a more effective organization of training activities and increase the readiness of firefighters for specific interventions in changing conditions of intervention activities.Ústav ochrany obyvatelstv
Hybrid Particles of Graphene Oxide and Poly(Glycidyl Methacylate) Brushes, Optimization of Reaction Conditions Leading to Preparation of Materials with Tunable Electrical Conductivity
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na přípravu a charakterizaci hybridních částic tvořených grafenovým oxidem (GO) s navázanými polymerními kartáči poly(glycidyl methakrylátu)(PGMA) metodou povrchově iniciované radikálové polymerace s přenosem atomu(SI-ATRP). Před samotným graftováním byly optimalizovány podmínky pro homopolymeraci GMA za účelem dosažení kontrolovaného růstu polymerních řetězců a minimalizace nežádoucího zesíťování epoxidových postranních skupin. Kinetika polymerace byla vyhodnocena pomocí nukleární magnetické rezonance (NMR) a gelové permeační chromatografie (GPC). Výsledné hybridní částice byly dále analyzovány termogravimetrickou analýzou (TGA), infračervenou spektroskopií (FTIR) a měřením elektrické vodivosti. Elektrická vodivost GO byla po navázání polymeru výrazně zvýšena, což je přisuzováno částečné redukci GO během polymerace. Připravené materiály vykazují potenciál pro využití v pokročilých funkčních aplikacích, kde je žádoucí řízená elektrická vodivost.This bachelor thesis focuses on the preparation and characterization of hybrid particles consisting of graphene oxide (GO) grafted with poly(glycidyl methacrylate) (PGMA) brushes via surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization (SI-ATRP). Prior to grafting, the reaction conditions for GMA homopolymerization were optimized to achieve controlled polymer growth and to minimize undesired crosslinking of oxirane side groups. The polymerization kinetics were evaluated using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The resulting hybrid particles were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and electrical conductivity measurements. The electrical conductivity of GO was significantly enhanced after polymer grafting, which is attributed to partial reduction of GO during polymerization. The prepared materials offer potential for use in advanced functional applications where tunable conductivity is desired.Ústav inženýrství polymer
Malting of atypical ingredients for beer production
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými atypickými slady při výrobě nápojů na bázi piva. Byly vyrobeny modelové vzorky netradičního piva s různými podíly luštěninových sladů (0, 10, 25, 50 % (w/w)), které byly podrobeny vybraným analýzám (pH, TDS, refraktometrická sušina, obsah alkoholu, hustota, barva, zákal) v důležitých fázích výroby (fáze mladiny před zakvašením, vzorky po fázi hlavního kvašení a ve fázi zralého piva). Hotové výrobky s/bez přídavků luštěninových sladů byly také senzoricky hodnoceny.This bachelor's thesis focuses on selected atypical malts (lentil and bean malts) used in the production of beer-based beverages. Model samples of unconventional beer were produced with varying proportions of legume malts (0, 10, 25, 50% (w/w)), and these were subjected to selected analyses (pH, TDS, refractometric dry matter, alcohol content, density, color, turbidity) at key stages of production (wort stage before fermentation, post-primary fermentation, and mature beer stage). Modification of the textural properties of pâtés by application of venison collagen
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou a aplikací želatiny získané z jeleních šlach. Želatina byla aplikována do kuřecích játrových paštik v různých koncentracích. Paštiky byly podrobeny různým typům záhřevů, přičemž byl zkoumán teplotní vliv na technologické a senzorické vlastnosti výrobku. Tato práce potvrzuje, že lze efektivně využít vedlejší živočišné produkty z lovné zvěře pro výrobu potravinářských produktů s přidanou hodnotou. U vzorků byly prováděny vybrané technologické vlastnosti, jako je například texturní profilová analýza, analýza reologických vlastností, analýza barvy v systému CIEL*a*b*, aj.This bachelor thesis deals with the production and application of gelatin obtained from deer tendons. Gelatin was applied to chicken liver pâtés in various concentrations. The pâtés were subjected to different types of heating, and the effect of temperature on the technological and sensory properties of the product was investigated. This thesis confirms that animal by-products from game can be effectively used for the production of value-added food products. Selected technological properties were tested on the samples, such as textural profile analysis, rheological properties analysis, colour analysis in the CIEL*a*b* system, etc.Ústav technologie potravi

No full textTato práce se zaměřuje na návrh designu pákového kávovaru, který kombinuje estetické a funkční požadavky především domácího prostředí. Je řešen problém nalezení optimálního propojení uživatelského komfortu, ergonomie a vizuální atraktivity, což je klíčové pro zajištění konkurenceschopnosti na trhu. Řešení je relevantní, protože současní spotřebitelé stále více požadují produkty, které nejen splňují technické standardy, ale zároveň odpovídají jejich estetickým a praktickým očekáváním. Uživatelé chtějí zachovat pocit rituálu přípravy kávy a zároveň proces zjednodušit. Problematika designu pákových kávovarů byla již řešena společnostmi, jako jsou La Marzocco, Breville a mnoho dalších, avšak prostor pro inovaci stále zůstává, zejména v přizpůsobení se specifickým potřebám různých uživatelských skupin. V této práci budou využity metody analýzy trhu, výzkumu uživatelského chování a iterativního designového procesu včetně tvorby prototypů. Výsledkem bude detailní návrh designu pákového kávovaru, který zahrnuje vizualizace, technické specifikace a případné doporučení pro výrobu. Tato práce přispěje k rozšíření znalostí o propojení designu, technologie a uživatelského komfortu v oblasti elektrospotřebičů. S rostoucím důrazem na environmentální odpovědnost je také nedílnou součástí návrhu zohlednění principů udržitelnosti. Především se bude zaměřovat na energeticky úsporný provoz kávovaru a konstrukční řešení umožňující snadnou údržbu a dlouhou životnost zařízení. Udržitelný design zároveň posiluje vztah uživatele k produktu, čímž podporuje jeho delší využívání a snižuje ekologickou zátěž spojenou s výrobou a likvidací. Na rozdíl od například kapslových kávovarů se dá kávová sedlina vzniklá jako odpad dále využít a netvoří se další plastový odpad.This work focuses on the design of a manual coffee maker that combines aesthetic and functional requirements, especially for the home environment. The problem of finding the optimal combination of user comfort, ergonomics and visual attractiveness is addressed, which is key to ensuring competitiveness in the market. The solution is relevant because today's consumers increasingly demand products that not only meet technical standards, but also meet their aesthetic and practical expectations. Users want to preserve the feeling of the ritual of making coffee while simplifying the process. The issue of the design of manual coffee makers has already been addressed by companies such as La Marzocco, Breville and many others, but there is still room for innovation, especially in adapting to the specific needs of different user groups. This work will use methods of market analysis, user behavior research and iterative design process, including prototype creation. The result will be a detailed design proposal for a manual coffee machine, which includes visualizations, technical specifications and possible recommendations for production. This work will contribute to expanding knowledge about the connection between design, technology and user comfort in the field of electrical appliances. With the growing emphasis on environmental responsibility, it is also an integral part of the design to take into account the principles of sustainability. The main focus will be on energy-efficient operation of the coffee machine and a design solution that allows for easy maintenance and a long service life of the device. Sustainable design also strengthens the user's relationship with the product, thereby supporting its longer use and reducing the environmental burden associated with production and disposal. No full textPráca sa zaoberá návrhom dizajnu push up barov s dôrazom na ich ergonómiu, funkčnosť a tvarové riešenie, kde sa súčasne spája statické a balančné cvičenie. Hlavným cieľom baka-lárskej práce je navrhnúť optimálne riešenie pre efektívne, bezpečné cvičenie a realizovať prototyp cvičebnej pomôcky inšpirovaný generatívnym a parametrickým designom. Práca sa zameriava nielen na samotný návrh a výrobu produktu, ale aj na hlbšiu analýzu a využitie modelovania v programe Rhinoceros. Výsledkom práce bude plne funkčný prototyp, ktorý prenesený a dostupný ako G-code bude možné tlačiť na bežných 3D tlačiarňach bez nut-nosti modelovania.The thesis deals with the design of push up bars with an emphasis on their ergonomics, functionality and shape design, where static and balancing exercises are combined at the same time. The main objective of the baka-lar thesis is to design an optimal solution for an efficient, safe exercise and to realize a prototype of an exercise aid inspired by generative and parametric design. The thesis focuses not only on the actual design and fabrication of the product, but also on a deeper analysis and use of modeling in Rhinoceros. The work will result in a fully functional prototype that, ported and available as G-code, can be printed on conventional 3D printers without the need for modelling.Produktový desig

No full textTato bakalářská práce se věnuje designu herních předmětů, se zaměřením na terapeutické prostředí, jehož cíleným výsledkem je kolekce terapeutických hraček Moodlíci. Hračky se skládají z prvků, které symbolizují základní emoce radost, smutek, zlost a strach. Cílem práce je prozkoumat svět dětské terapie a psychologického vývoje předškolních dětí, a zároveň hledat způsoby, jak tento vývoj podpořit a rozvíjet zdravým a citlivým způsobem. Práce kombinuje design, psychologii a terapii, s důrazem na udržitelnost a environmentální zodpovědnost finálního produktu. Taktéž zkoumá, jak lze skrze vizuální a hmatové prvky efektivně ztvárnit emoce. Kolekce bude komunikačním médiem mezi dítětem a dospělým, užívána při terapii hrou, podporující psychologický vývoj a zároveň reflektovat současné požadavky na udržitelný design.This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of toy accessories, with a focus on therapeutic environments, the targeted outcome of which is a collection of therapeutic toys called Moodlies. The toys consist of elements that symbolize the primary emotions of joy, sadness, anger, and fear. The aim of the work is to explore the world of child therapy and the psychological development of pre-school children, while looking for ways to support and develop this development in a healthy and sensitive way. The work combines design, psychology, and therapy, with an emphasis on sustainability and environmental responsibility of the final product. It also explores how emotions can be effectively portrayed through visual and tactile elements. The collection will be a communication medium between child and adult, used in play therapy, supporting psychological development while reflecting current sustainable design requirements.Ateliér Průmyslový desig
