Bullying and its Impact to Students on Primary School
No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku šikany a její dopady na žáky 1. stupně základní školy. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké dopady má šikana na žáky z pohledu samotných žáků i jejich třídních učitelů. V rámci kvantitativního výzkumu byla využita metoda dotazníku, přičemž byly interpretovány odpovědi žáků 4. a 5. ročníků a jejich třídních učitelů. Výsledky ukázaly, že šikana má na žáky 1. stupně základní školy významné dopady v psychické, fyzické, sociální i vzdělávací rovině. Nejčastěji se vyskytují verbální a nepřímé druhy šikany, méně často fyzická šikana a kyberšikana. Mezi hlavní dopady patří ztráta pocitu bezpečí, zhoršení vztahu ke škole, pokles školního výkonu, úzkosti, somatické potíže či nízké sebevědomí. Učitelé prokazují snahu šikanu rozpoznat a řešit, avšak často chybí hlubší spolupráce s odborníky a systematické postupy. Lze říci, že výsledky výzkumu podtrhují závažnost dopadů šikany na vývoj žáka a potřebu efektivní prevence.The thesis focuses on the issue of bullying and its impacts on the primary school students. The aim of the work was to determine the impacts of bullying on students from the perspective of the students themselves and their class teachers. The quantitative research used a questionnaire method, and the responses of 4th and 5th grade students and their class teachers were interpreted. According to results bullying has significant impacts on younger school children on the psychological, physical, social and educational levels. Verbal and indirect types of bullying are the most common, and physical bullying and cyberbullying are less common. The main impacts include a loss of a sense of security, a deterioration in the relationship with school, a decline in school performance, anxiety, somatic problems and low self-esteem. Teachers demonstrate an effort to recognize and address bullying, but closer cooperation with experts and systematic procedures are often lacking. It can be said that the research results underline the seriousness of the impacts of bullying on children's development and the need for effective prevention.Ústav školní pedagogik

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu systému řízení nákladů ve výrobním podniku s důrazem na metody kalkulace a rozpočtování. Problém byl řešen metodou literární rešerše, analýzy interních dokumentů podniku, kvalitativním rozhovorem a komparativní analýzy v praxi. Teoretická část představuje přehled teoretických podkladů k problematice systému řízení nákladů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu systému řízení nákladů podniku, včetně identifikaci nedostatků v systému a doporučení opatření. Optimalizace nákladů slouží firmám k dosahování nižších výrobních nákladů, a tím vzniká tlak na větší výkonnost podniku. Z tohoto důvodu je zásadní mít přesnou znalost nákladové struktury.This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the cost management system in manufacturing company with emphasis on costing and budgeting methods. The problem was solved by the method of literature search, analysis of internal documents of the company, qualitative interview and comparative analysis in practice. Theoretical part presents an overview of the theoretical background to the problem of the management system Costs. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the company's cost management system, including the identification of deficiencies in the system and recommendations for action. Optimisation cost optimisation serves firms to achieve lower production costs and thus creates pressure for greater business performance. The Use of Feastive Symbols in Art Activities in Kindergarten in the Slovácko Region
No full textTato bakalářská práce teoreticko-aplikačního charakteru se zabývá využitím hodových symbolů ve výtvarných činnostech v mateřské škole na Slovácku. Cílem práce je představit konkrétní způsoby, jak lze vybrané hodové symboly začlenit do vzdělávacího prostředí mateřské školy. Teoretická část popisuje hodové symboly, jejich roli v podpoře vizuální gramotnosti a využití ve výtvarných činnostech v mateřské škole. Praktická část zahrnuje sadu šesti aktivit, ve kterých děti v mateřské škole pracovaly s hodovými symboly v kombinaci s výtvarnou činností. Cílem sady je přiblížit dětem hodovou symboliku v regionu Slovácka a podpořit tak vztah k regionální kultuře a estetickému cítění. Evaluace byla realizována prostřednictvím reflexe z mé strany, ze strany učitelky a rovněž etnografky. Následná komparace vychází z vlastního hodnocení a zpětné vazby poskytnuté učitelkou. Z výsledků evaluace byla zpracována modifikace a doporučení pro praxi mateřských škol.This theoretical-application bachelor thesis deals with the use of feast symbols in art activities in a kindergarten in Slovácko. The aim of the thesis is to present concrete ways in which selected feast symbols can be incorporated into the educational environment of a kindergarten. The theoretical part describes feast symbols, their role in promoting visual literacy and their use in art activities in kindergarten. The practical part includes a set of six activities in which children in kindergarten worked with feast symbols in combination with art activities. The aim of the set is to bring closer the feast symbols in the region of Slovácko and to promote the relationship to regional culture and aesthetic sensitivity. The evaluation was carried out through reflection on my part, on the part of the teacher and also on the part of the ethnographer. The subsequent comparison is based on my own evaluation and feedback provided by the teacher. From the results of the evaluation, modifications and recommendations for kindergarten practice were made.Ústav školní pedagogik
The Use of Natural and Recyclable Materials in Creative Activities in Kindergarten
No full textBakalářská práce teoreticko-aplikačního charakteru se zaměřuje na možnosti využití přírodních a recyklovatelných materiálů ve výtvarných činnostech v mateřské škole. Záměrem je ověřit sadu aktivit a na základě její evaluace podat doporučení pro praxi. Teoretická část pojednává o environmentální výchově a výtvarných činnostech ve vztahu k předškolnímu vzdělávání. Praktická část obsahuje sadu osmi aktivit, jejímž cílem bylo přiblížit dětem téma ochrany přírody a recyklace a podpořit tak u dětí pozitivní vztah k přírodě a zároveň tak vytvořit u dětí environmentální senzitivitu. Zvolenými metodami evaluace byla vlastní reflexe a analýza průběhu činnosti učitelkou mateřské školy. Na základě zjištění z výsledků evaluace bylo navrženo doporučení určené pro využití v praxi mateřských škol.The bachelor thesis of a theoretical-application nature focuses on the possibilities of using natural and recyclable materials in art activities in kindergarten. The intention is to verify the set of activities and on the basis of its evaluation, to make recommendations for practice. The theoretical part deals with environmental education and art activities in relation to preschool education. The practical part contains a set of activities aimed at introducing children to the topic of nature protection and recycling and promoting a positive relationship with nature in children, and creating environmental sensitivity in children. The chosen evaluation methods were the school's own reflection, analysis of the course of activities by the headmistress and the kindergarten teacher. Based on the evaluation results, a recommendation was proposed for use in kindergarten practice.Ústav školní pedagogik
Analysis of Online Marketing Communication of the Selected E-shop
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou online marketingové komunikace vybraného internetového obchodu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, tedy do části teoretické a části praktické. V teoretické části se práce soustředí na téma online marketingu, e-shopu a marketingového mixu, především tedy marketingové komunikace a jejich nástrojů. Na konci teoretické části je představena analýza konkurence a SWOT analýza. Praktická část práce se věnuje představení vybraného e-shopu, analýze návštěvnosti e-shopu a také představení jeho marketingového mixu. Dále je provedena analýza současného stavu online marketingové komunikace internetového obchodu, analýza konkurence a SWOT analýza. Na základě poznatků z teoretické i praktické části jsou v závěru práce uvedena doporučení a návrhy pro zlepšení současného stavu marketingové komunikace e-shopu Krowka.cz.This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of online marketing communication of a selected e-shop. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the topic of online marketing, e-shop and marketing mix, especially marketing communication and their main tools. At the end of the theoretical part, the competetive analysis and SWOT analysis are presented. The practical part of the thesis introduces the selected e-shop, analysis of the e-shop traffic and also introduction of its marketing mix. Furthermore, the analysis of the current state of online marketing communication of the e-shop, competitor analysis and SWOT analysis is performed. Cílem práce je vytvoření business modelu nového fitness centra, posouzení jeho proveditelnosti prostřednictvím využití analýz vnějšího prostředí a posouzení jeho výdělkové schopnosti prostřednictvím ekonomického zhodnocení spolu s konkrétními typy rizik. Hlavní příčinou volby tohoto tématu je vlastní zájem o tuto oblast podnikání a nedostatečné pokrytí komplexních služeb v oblasti fitness a zdravého životního stylu v dané lokalitě, která nabízí pouze omezené služby v oblasti fitness. Dodatečným důvodem volby tohoto tématu je i v současnosti stále rostoucí poptávka po tomto typu služeb. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se soustředí na základní pojmy, vnější analýzy a business model Canvas a model Lean Canvas. Praktická část se soustředí na konkrétní využití analýz a business modelu v souvislosti s novým fitness centrem. Zejména díky modelu Lean Canvas je vypracován praktický rámec tohoto projektu.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a business model for a new fitness center to be operated in Litovel. The aim of the thesis is to create a business model for the new fitness center, assess its feasibility through the use of external environment analyses, and evaluate its earning potential through an economic assessment together with specific types of risks. The main reason for choosing this topic is a personal interest in this area of business and the insufficient coverafe of comprehensive services in the field of fitness and healthy lifestyle in the given location, which offers only limited fitness services. An additional reason for choosing this topic is the currently growing demand for this type of services. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis focuses on basic concepts, external analyses, and the Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas model. The practical part focuses on the specific use of analyses and the business model in connection with the new fitness center. Cílem práce je navrhnout funkční, přehledný a efektivní dokument, který umožní rychlou orientaci a koordinaci osob při mimořádné události, zejména požáru. Práce zahrnuje podrobnou analýzu rizik, identifikaci klíčových nedostatků v zabezpečení objektu a návrh konkrétních opatření ke zvýšení bezpečnosti. Součástí výstupů je i grafické zpracování evakuačních tras, návrh nově umístěného shromaždiště a dotazníkový průzkum.This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of fire safety in educational facilities, specifically the design of an evacuation plan for a selected school building and the development of a fire alarm directive (PPS). The aim of the thesis is to create a functional, clear, and effective document that enables quick orientation and coordination of individuals during an emergency, especially in the event of a fire. The thesis includes a detailed risk analysis, identification of key deficiencies in the building's safety measures, and the proposal of specific actions to enhance safety. Proposal to Supplement Security Education for Travel Agency Delegates
No full textPráce se zaměřuje na problematiku bezpečnosti v cestovním ruchu a na vzdělání delegátů cestovních kanceláří v oblasti bezpečnosti. Teoretická část přibližuje základní pojmy související s cestovním ruchem, bezpečností a profesním profilem delegátů. Cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit bezpečnost ve vybraných destinacích. Pro tohle vyhodnocení byly využity metody Check list, What if analýza a matice rizik. Dalším cílem práce bylo vyhodnotit úroveň znalostí a připravenosti delegátů z pohledu bezpečnosti. Vyhodnocovací část vycházela z rozhovoru s aktivně působícím delegátem, na jehož základě byly zjištěny konkrétní poznatky o současné úrovni školení a orientace v oblasti bezpečnosti. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení připravenosti delegátů v krizových situacích.The thesis focuses on the issue of safety in tourism and the education of travel agency representatives in the field of security. The theoretical part introduces key concepts related to tourism, safety, and the professional profile of travel agency delegate. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate safety conditions in selected destinations. For this evaluation, the following methods were used Checklist analysis, What if analysis, and risk matrix. Another aim of the thesis was to assess the level of knowledge and preparedness of travel representatives from a safety perspective. The evaluation section is based on an interview with an actively working travel representative, which provided specific insights into the current level of training and awareness regarding safety issues. První část mé bakalářské práce představuje samotný žánr literatury pro mládež a její krátkou historii a uvádí čtenáře do problematiky filmové a seriálové adaptace. Dále je představen autor knižní předlohy a obě analyzovaná média. Analýza se soustřeďuje na zobrazení vybraných témat v knize i seriálu, a to zejména sexuálního obtěžování, šikany, deprese a sebevraždy. Cílem této bakalářské práce provedení komparativní analýzy předlohy se seriálem a popsání toho, jak s tématy obě média pracují.This bachelor's thesis deals with the novel 13 Reasons Why by author Jay Asher, its television series adaptation from the years 2017-2020, and the depiction of selected topics in both media. The first part of my bachelor's thesis introduces the genre of young adult literature and its brief history, and introduces the reader to the issues of film and TV series adaptation. The author of this novel and both analysed media are also introduced. The analysis focuses on the depiction of selected themes in the novel and the TV series, especially sexual assault, bullying, depression and suicide. The Influence of Addictive Substances on Criminal Activity in the Czech Republic

Teoretická část objasňuje klíčové pojmy, právní rámec, drogovou kriminalitu, protidrogovou politiku a dopady užívání návykových látek. Praktická část analyzuje data o trestných činech spáchaných pod vlivem návykových látek bez podílu alkoholu v letech 2020-2024. Závěrem práce se navrhují opatření ke zlepšení prevence drogové kriminality.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the relationship between the use of illegal addictive substances and criminal activity in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part explains key concepts, the legal framework, drug-related crime, drug policy, and the impacts of substance use. The practical part analyzes data on criminal offenses committed under the influence of addictive substances excluding alcohol between 2020 and 2024.
