Práce zkoumá proměny přístupu k menstruaci v různých historických obdobích a kulturách, vnímání menstruace v různých fázích života ženy a souvislosti se sexuální aktivitou a intimní hygienou. Teoretická část práce je rovněž zaměřena na vývoj menstruačních pomůcek a jejich odraz v měnících se postojích společnosti k menstruaci a ženské intimitě.This bachelor´s thesis provides a comprehensive overview of menstruation from a historical, cultural, and personal perspective. Nursing Care of a Patient with Percutaneous Endoscopic Jejunostomy
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienty s perkutánní endoskopickou jejunostomií (PEJ), která představuje specifickou formu enterální výživy u pacientů s nemožností perorálního příjmu potravy. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat ošetřovatelské potřeby těchto pacientů, popsat nejčastější ošetřovatelské problémy a poukázat na možná rizika spojená s touto výživovou metodou. Práce je zpracována kvalitativní metodou na základě čtyř případových studií. Zjištění ukazují, že kvalitní edukace, včasná intervence a spolupráce s dalšími odborníky významně přispívají ke zvládnutí domácí péče a ke zlepšení kvality života pacientů. Praktickým výstupem práce je kontrolní seznam pro sestru před propuštěním pacienta s PEJ.The bachelor thesis deals with the nursing care of patients with percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy (PEJ), which represents a specific form of enteral nutrition in patients with inability to receive oral nutrition. The aim of this study was to analyse the nursing needs of these patients, to describe the most common nursing problems and to highlight the possible risks associated with this nutritional method. The thesis is based on a qualitative method with four case studies. The findings show that quality education, early intervention and collaboration with other professionals contribute significantly to the management of home care and to improving the quality of life of patients. The practical outcome of the thesis is a checklist for the nurse before discharge of a patient with PEJ.Ústav zdravotnických vě

No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh monitorování středně velké IT infrastruktury pro společnost Axians s.r.o. Cílem je specifikovat požadavky na monitorovací systém dle potřeb společnosti, zpracovat přehled dostupných nástrojů pro monitorování IT infrastruktury a vybrat nejvhodnější z nich. Následně je vybrané řešení implementováno v testovací infrastruktuře a ověřena jeho funkčnost a splnění požadavků zadavatele. Výsledkem práce je návrh efektivního monitorovacího systému, který pomůže s doručováním IT služeb společností Axians s.r.o.The thesis focuses on designing the monitoring of a medium-sized IT infrastructure for the company Axians s.r.o. The aim is to specify the requirements for a monitoring system according to the company's needs, to compile an overview of available tools for monitoring IT infrastructure, and to select the most suitable one among them. Subsequently, the chosen solution is implemented in a test infrastructure, and its functionality and fulfillment of the client's requirements are verified. Analysis of Electromagnetic Compatibility of Cabling for Safety Applications
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou přenosové impedance koaxiálních a datových kabelů z hlediska jejich elektromagnetické kompatibility, se zaměřením na využití v bezpečnostních aplikacích. Práce navrhuje a experimentálně ověřuje alternativní metodu měření přenosové impedance pomocí vektorového síťového analyzátoru. Metoda se aplikuje na různé typy kabelů, přičemž se zohledňuje konstrukce konektoru, různé délky vzorků a odlišné způsoby kalibrace. Naměřené výsledky se porovnávají s numerickými simulacemi v softwaru CST, což umožňuje ověřit přesnost navrženého postupu. Součástí práce je také analýza vlivu změn měřicí konfigurace a způsobu výpočtu na výsledné hodnoty přenosové impedance. Získané poznatky přispívají k efektivnějšímu posouzení kvality stínění kabelových systémů a slouží jako podklad pro jejich optimalizaci v prostředích s vysokými nároky na elektromagnetickou kompatibilitu.This thesis deals with the analysis of transfer impedance of coaxial and data cables in terms of their electromagnetic compatibility, with a focus on their use in security applications. The thesis proposes and experimentally verifies an alternative method for measuring transfer impedance using a vector network analyser. The method is applied to various types of cables, taking into account connector design, different sample lengths, and different calibration methods. The measured results are compared with numerical simulations in CST software, which allows the accuracy of the proposed procedure to be verified. The thesis also includes an analysis of the influence of changes in the measurement configuration and calculation method on the resulting transfer impedance values. The findings contribute to a more effective assessment of the shielding quality of cable systems and serve as a basis for their optimization in environments with high electromagnetic compatibility requirements.Ústav elektroniky a měřen
Impact of Oncological Disease on the Roles of Caregivers
No full textBakalářská práce formou literárního přehledu analyzuje odborné zdroje zabývající se dopadem onkologického onemocnění na roli pečujících, zejména v rodinném prostředí. Cílem bylo shromáždit relevantní poznatky o tom, jak onkologické onemocnění ovlivňuje životní situaci pečujících. Odborné zdroje byly vyhledávány v elektronických databázích podle definovaných klíčových slov a kritérií a zpracovány pomocí tematické obsahové analýzy. Práce popisuje změny v každodenním fungování pečujících, dopad na pracovní život, ekonomickou stabilitu i mezilidské vztahy. Dále identifikuje hlavní potřeby pečujících a shrnuje dostupné formy podpory, včetně formální a neformální pomoci. Studie propojuje zdravotnické, sociální a psychologické aspekty problematiky a nabízí komplexní pohled na zátěž spojenou s péčí o onkologicky nemocné.This bachelor´s thesis, in the form of a literature review, analyzes scholarly sources focusing on the impact of cancer on the role of caregivers, particularly within the family environment. The aim was to collect relevant findings on how cancer affects the life situation of caregivers. Academic sources were searched in electronic databases based on defined keywords and criteria and processed using thematic content analysis. The thesis describes changes in the everyday functioning of caregivers, the impact on employment, financial stability, and interpersonal relationships. It further identifies the main needs of caregivers and summarizes available forms of support, including formal and informal assistance. The study integrates healthcare, social, and psychological aspects of the issue and offers a comprehensive view of the burden associated with caring for cancer patients.Ústav zdravotnických vě

No full textBakalářská práce je věnována problematice syndromu vyhoření u studentů všeobecného ošetřovatelství. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je syndrom vyhoření definován a podrobně popsán z hlediska jeho příčin, příznaků, jednotlivých fází, důsledků a možné prevence a terapie. Závěr teoretické části poskytuje stručné informace o charakteristice vysokoškolského studia a specifikace studia oboru všeobecné ošetřovatelství. Praktická část je zaměřena na studenty bakalářského studijního programu Všeobecné ošetřovatelství Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Cílem práce bylo zjistit jejich míru vyhoření prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu s využitím standardizovaného dotazníku. Výsledky výzkumu mohou přispět k lepšímu porozumění této problematice a mohou sloužit jako podklady pro podporu studentů.The bachelor's thesis is dedicated to the issue of burnout syndrome among students of general nursing. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines and describes burnout syndrome in detail in terms of its causes, symptoms, stages, consequences, and possible prevention and therapy. The conclusion of the theoretical part provides brief information about the characteristics of university studies and the specifics of studying general nursing. The practical part focuses on students of the Bachelor's degree program in general nursing at the Tomas Bata University in Zlin. The aim of the thesis was to assess their level of burnout through quantitative research using a standardized questionnaire. No full textTato bakalářská práce představuje přehledovou studii zaměřenou na paliativní péči u novorozenců. Jejím cílem je analyzovat a systematicky zmapovat poskytování této specifické péče, včetně klasifikace novorozenců, kteří ji mohou potřebovat, a nejčastějších diagnóz, se kterými se setkáváme. Práce se dále věnuje roli zdravotnického personálu, zásadám multidisciplinární spolupráce a specifikům komunikace s rodiči dětí v terminálním stavu. Významná část je zaměřena na psychologické dopady úmrtí novorozence jak na rodinné příslušníky, tak na samotné zdravotníky, kteří s těmito situacemi pracují. Výstupem studie je přehled klíčových faktorů ovlivňujících kvalitu paliativní péče v neonatologii a návrhy na její optimalizaci v klinické praxi, s důrazem na zajištění citlivého, odborného a etického přístupu.This bachelor's thesis presents a review study focused on neonatal palliative care. Its aim is to analyse and systematically map the provision of this specialized care, including the classification of newborns who may require it and the most common diagnoses encountered. The thesis further examines the role of healthcare professionals, the principles of multidisciplinary collaboration, and the specifics of communication with parents of terminally ill infants. A significant portion is dedicated to the psychological impact of neonatal death on both family members and healthcare providers working in this field. Manifestations and Possibilities for Addressing Problematic Behavior in Preschool-Aged children
No full textDiplomová práce se věnuje problémovému chování dětí předškolního věku v prostředí mateřské školy a reakcím učitele na toto chování. V teoretické části vymezujeme klíčové pojmy spojené s problémovým chováním, interakcemi učitel - dítě a prevencí. Cílem výzkumu bylo zmapovat interakce mezi učitelem a dítětem v prostředí třídy mateřské školy během didakticky zacílené činnosti. Sběr dat byl realizován pomocí metody pozorování doplněného o audiozáznam. Výzkum se uskutečnil v sedmi třídách vybraných ze čtyř mateřských škol ze dvou krajů České republiky. Výsledky ukazují, že nejčastější projevy problémového chování dětí souvisí s vyrušováním či vzájemnými interakcemi mezi dětmi. Reakce učitele na toto chování jsou velmi rozmanité a často mezi ně spadá například oslovení dítěte, napomenutí, rozkaz či příkaz.The thesis deals with problem behavior of preschool children in the kindergarten environment and teacher's reactions to this behavior. In the theoretical part, we define key concepts associated with the problem behavior, teacher-child interactions and prevention. The aim of this research was to map the interactions between the teacher and the child in the kindergarten classroom during didactically targeted activities. Data collection was conducted using the observation method supplemented with audio recordings. The research was carried out in seven classes selected from four kindergartens in two regions of the Czech Republic. The results show that the most common manifestations of children's problem behavior are related to disruptions and interactions between children. Teachers' reactions to this behavior are very diverse and often include, for example, addressing the child, admonishing, ordering or commanding.Ústav školní pedagogik
An Analysis of the Use of Sustainable Practices in Selected Accommodation Facilities in Slovakia
No full textBakalárska práca je zameraná na analýzu využívania udržateľných praktík vo vybraných ubytovacích zariadeniach na Slovensku. Hlavným cieľom práce je zhodnotiť súčasný stav využívania udržateľných praktík vo vybraných hoteloch na území Slovenka v chránených krajinných oblastiach a na základe analýzy navrhnúť konkrétne opatrenia pre zlepšenie udržateľnosti v odvetví cestovného ruchu. Riešenie problému bolo aplikované na hotely lokalizované v chránených krajinných oblastiach Štiavnické vrchy a Malé Karpaty, pričom dáta boli primárne spracovávané a analyzované kvantitatívnym výskumom v podobe dotazníkového šetrenia určeného hotelovým hosťom. Sekundárnou využitou metódou bolo mnou vykonané pozorovanie. Na základe získaných poznatkov bolo spracované súhrnné zhodnotenie úrovne využívania udržateľných praktík vo vybraných hoteloch, ktoré bolo doplnené o metódu SWOT analýzy s cieľom jasnejšieho vytýčenia konkrétnych návrhov. Zistilo sa, že hotely svoju celkom vysokú udržateľnú snahu nedostatočne komunikujú a svojich hostí do aktivít málo zapájajú. Navrhnuté opatrenia preto majú za cieľ riešiť zistené nedostatky v udržateľnom riadení vybraných hotelov a zároveň prispieť k vyššiemu udržateľnému rozvoju cestovného ruchu v chránených oblastiach Slovenska. Výsledky práce poukazujú na dôležitosť a potrebu intenzívnejšieho prepojenia cestovného ruchu s prírodne vzácnymi územiami, ktorých symbiózu môžu zvyšovať práve hotely s kvalitne nastavenou udržateľnou stratégiou.The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the use of sustainable practices in selected accommodation facilities in Slovakia. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of the use of sustainable practices in selected hotels in protected landscape areas in Slovakia and, based on the analysis, to propose specific measures for improving sustainability in the tourism sector. The solution of the problem was applied to hotels located in the protected landscape areas of the Štiavnické vrchy and Malé Karpaty Mountains, while the data were primarily processed and analyzed by quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey addressed to hotel guests. The secondary method used was observation carried out by me. On the basis of the findings, a summary assessment of the level of use of sustainable practices in the selected hotels was processed, which was complemented by the SWOT analysis method in order to more clearly outline specific proposals. It was found that the hotels do not communicate their quite high sustainable efforts sufficiently and do not involve their guests in the activities enough. Therefore, the proposed measures aim to address the identified gaps in the sustainable management of the selected hotels at the same time contribute to a higher sustainable development of tourism in the protected areas of Slovakia. The results of the thesis point to the importance and need for a more intensive link between tourism and naturally valuable areas, the symbiosis of which can be enhanced by hotels with a well-defined sustainable strategy.Ústav podnikové ekonomik
Quality of Life of Patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis in Palliative Home Care
No full textPřehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kvality života u pacientů, kterým byla diagnostikována amyotrofická laterální skleróza. V teoretické části je cílem komplexně přiblížit dané onemocnění, od příznaků až po nejčastější ošetřovatelské problémy v souvislosti s progredujícím stádiem onemocnění. Část práce se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů jako paliativní péče, domácí péče a kvalita života. Předložené poznatky v teoretické části byly zpracovány z dohledaných výzkumných studií. Výstupem práce je přehled doporučených přístupů v paliativní péči, doporučení pro klinickou praxi a identifikace oblastí, ve kterých výzkum doposud nepřinesl dostatečné odpovědi.This literature-based bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of quality of life in patients diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis who are recieving palliative home care. The iam of the theoretical part is to provide a comprehensive overview of the disease, from symptoms to the most common nursing issues associated with its progressive stages. A part of the thesis also deals with defining key concepts such as palliative care, home care and quality of life. The presented findings were compiled from research studies. The outcome is an overview of recommended approaches in palliative care, suggestions for clinical practice and the identification of areas where research has not provided sufficient answers yet.Ústav zdravotnických vě
