The Role of the Teacher in the Education of a Child with Autism Spectrum Disorders in Kindergarten
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou role učitele ve vzdělávání dítěte s poruchou autistického spektra v mateřské škole. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat specifika využití přístupů a pomůcek učitelem při vzdělávání dítěte s poruchou autistického spektra. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na celkový pohled na problematiku, její teoretická ukotvení a přiblížení možností podpory při vzdělávání dítěte s poruchou autistického spektra. Praktická část má charakter kvantitativního designu, kdy pro sběr dat byly využity dvě výzkumné metody - strukturované pozorování a dotazníkové šetření. Získaná data byla analyzována na základě četností výskytu, obsahové a deskriptivní analýzy. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že využití specifických přístupů a pomůcek učitelem s sebou přináší několik specifik, které ovlivňují efektivitu vzdělávání dítěte s poruchou autistického spektra a jeho následný rozvoj. Vzdělávání těchto dětí je ovlivněno přístupem učitelů, kteří se k problematice dle výsledků výzkumu staví jako k výzvě nebo jako k překážce. Zjištěná specifika a jejich výskyt v praxi se odráží ve zkušenostech učitelů s využitím specifických přístupů a pomůcek.The thesis deals with the role of the teacher in the education of a child with autism spectrum disorder in a kindergarten. The aim of the thesis is to describe the specifics of the use of approaches and aids by the teacher in the education of a child with autism spectrum disorder. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the overall view of the issue, its theoretical anchors and approaching the possibilities of support in the education of a child with autism spectrum disorder. The practical part has a quantitative design, where two research methods were used for data collection - structured observation and questionnaire survey. The collected data was analyzed based on frequencies of occurrence, content and descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the use of specific approaches and aids by the teacher brings with it several specifics that affect the effectiveness of education of a child with autism spectrum disorder and its subsequent development. The education of these children is influenced by the approach of teachers who, according to the research results, approach the issue as a challenge or as an obstacle. The specificities found and their occurrence in practice are reflected in the teachers' experience of using specific approaches and aids.Ústav školní pedagogik
Approaches of Selected Private Contemporary Art Galleries in the Czech Republic and London
No full textDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na komparaci přístupů vybraných soukromých galerií současného umění v ČR a v Londýně. V úvodu mapuje vznik a vývoj předních galerií od 90. let a představuje typologii galerií obou zemí, včetně jejich rolí v kontextu umělecké scény. Dále popisuje vývoj a aktuální scénu současného umění v ČR a v Londýně a věnuje se kurátorským přístupům. Analýza zahrnuje několik případových studií z galerií z ČR a Londýna, reprezentující rozdílné přístupy z hlediska edukace, prodejní strategie, přístupů vystavování či využívání moderních technologií. Hlavními kritérii hodnocení jsou přístupy k výstavám, programům, návštěvnosti, financování, prodejům a profilům vystavovaných umělců (etablovaní vs. emerging artists). Srovnání se opírá o sekundární data o prodejích, dále například o recenze nebo PR. V závěru práce je komparace doplněna o rozhovor se zaměstnanci galerií formou otevřených otázek. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována charakteristice publika v ČR a Londýně a rozdílům v jejich nákupním chování. Cílem práce je nejen porovnat přístupy galerií k současnému umění, ale také identifikovat a aplikovat jedinečný a nejoptimálnější přístup zahraniční galerie na české prostředí, s ohledem na specifika českého publika.The thesis focuses on a comparative analysis of approaches employed by selected private contemporary art galleries in the Czech Republic and London. The introduction explores the establishment and development of leading galleries since the 1990s and presents a typology of galleries in both countries, highlighting their roles within the broader art scene. It also provides an overview of the evolution and current state of contemporary art in the Czech Republic and London, with an emphasis on curatorial practices. The analysis includes case studies of galleries from both regions, each representing distinct approaches in terms of education, sales strategies, exhibition practices, or the use of modern technologies. The primary evaluation criteria include exhibition approaches, programming, visitor engagement, funding models, sales performance, and the profiles of exhibiting artists (established vs. emerging artists). The comparison is based on secondary data, such as sales statistics, reviews, and public relations outputs. Furthermore, the study incorporates interviews with gallery staff, conducted using open-ended questions. Particular attention is given to the characteristics of audiences in the Czech Republic and London, as well as the differences in their purchasing behavior. The aim of the thesis is not only to compare gallery approaches to contemporary art but also to identify and adapt a unique and optimal international gallery model for the Czech environment, taking into account the specificities of the Czech audience.Ateliér Arts Managemen
Mourners´ Experiences with Their Surroundings Support Following the Loss of a Loved One
No full textDiplomová práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru. Zabývá se tím, jaké jsou zkušenosti pozůstalých s podporou okolí po ztrátě významné osoby. Teoretická část se věnuje pojmu smrti, včetně historického pohledu na umírání a strach ze smrti. Dále se zabývá traumatickou ztrátou a procesy truchlení, přičemž rozlišuje mezi jednoduchým a komplikovaným smutkem a rolí náboženství v prožívání smutku. Také poradenství v oblasti truchlení s neformálními a formálními přístupy, včetně paliativní péče a komunikace o ztrátě. Empirická část obsahuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, který je založen na interpretativní fenomenologické analýze polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem diplomové práce je prozkoumat zkušenosti jedinců s podporou pozůstalých, což může zvýšit kvalitu podpory poskytované pozůstalým. Výsledky této práce mají přispět k porozumění procesu truchlení a vývoje efektivních strategií pro lidi, kteří se vyrovnávají se ztrátou.This thesis is of a theoretical-empirical nature and explores the experiences of the bereaved with social support following the loss of a significant person. The theoretical section addresses the concept of death, including historical perspectives on dying and the fearof death. It further examines traumatic loss and grief processes, distinguishing between simple and complicated grief, and the role of religion in the experience of mourning. The section also discusses grief, covering informal and formal approaches, as well as palliative care and communication about loss. The empirical part presents the results of qualitative research based on interpretative phenomenological analysis of semi-structured interviews. The aim of this thesis is to explore individuals' experiences with bereavement support, which may enhance the quality of support provided to the bereaved. Vocal Activities in Music Education in the Primary School
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá vokálními činnostmi v hudební výchově na prvním stupni základní školy. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak učitelé prvního stupně základní školy pojímají vokální činnosti v hudební výchově. Teoretická část je zaměřena na ukotvení klíčových pojmů, shrnutí poznatků a vymezení východisek vokálních činností v hudební výchově na prvním stupni základní školy. Praktická část popisuje metodologii výzkumu, prezentuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, na které navazuje jejich analýza a interpretace. Na základě výzkumného setření se ukázalo, že základním prvkem vokálních činností z pohledu učitelů prvního stupně je zpěv písní. V závěru práce pak jsou navržena doporučení pro praxi, která vyplývají z výsledků dotazníkového šetření, ale také limity výzkumu.The thesis deals with vocal activities in music education in the first grade of elementary school. The main objective of the thesis is to find out how teachers of the first grade of elementary school conceive vocal activities in music education. The theoretical part is focused on anchoring key concepts, summarizing the findings and defining the starting points of vocal activities in music education in the first grade of elementary school. The practical part describes the methodology of the research, presents the results of the questionnaire survey, which is followed by their analysis and interpretation. Based on the research survey, it was shown that the basic element of vocal activities from the point of view of teachers of the first grade is singing songs. At the end of the thesis, recommendations for practice, that are based on the results of the questionnaire survey, but it also shows limits of the research.Ústav školní pedagogik

No full textDiplomová práca sa zaoberá témou digitalizácie ako kľúčového prvku budúcnosti vizuálnych umení. Teoretická časť práce sa venuje vymedzeniu jednotlivých pojmov popisujúcich digitálne technológie a vysvetľuje technologickú podstatu umelej inteligencie. Predkladá úvahy o vplyve umelej inteligencie na umeleckú tvorbu, koncept autorstva a približuje súčasné právne rámce. Praktická časť práce analyzuje pôvod motivácie, pohľad na úlohu umelej inteligencie v tvorivom procese a otázku autorstva vybraných odborníkov a umelcov, ktorý digitálne technológie a umelú inteligenciu využívajú vo svojej praxi. Výsledkom práce je návrh výstavného konceptu reflektujúceho zistenia práce.The diploma thesis deals with the topic of digitalization as a key element of the future of visual arts. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of individual terms describing digital technologies and explains the technological essence of artificial intelligence. It presents considerations on the impact of AI on artistic creation, the concept of authorship and introduces current legal frameworks. The practical part of the thesis analyses the origins of motivation, a view on the role of artificial intelligence in the creative process and the question of authorship of selected professionals and artists who use digital technologies and artificial intelligence in their practice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, ve kterých najdeme teoretický základ pro náš výzkum. Zaměřujeme se zde na pěstounskou péči, orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, doprovázející organizace pro pěstouny a na kontakt dětí v pěstounské péči s biologickou rodinou. Pro praktickou část volíme kvalitativní výzkum. V praktické části se věnujeme metodologii výzkumu, analýze získaných dat a její interpretaci.The diploma thesis deals with the cooperation between the Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children and accompanying organizations for foster families. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters in which we find the theoretical basis for our research. We focus here on foster care, the institution of social and legal protection of children, accompanying organizations for foster parents and contact between children in foster care and their biological family. Empathy Levels in Relation to Social Roles among Second-Stage Students of Primary School
No full textDiplomová práce na téma "Míra empatie ve vztahu k sociálním rolím u žáků druhého stupně ZŠ" se zaměřuje na míru empatie u žáků šestých ročníků na základní škole v závislosti na sociálních rolích, které v dané třídě zastupují. Cílem práce je zjistit míru empatie u jednotlivých žáků a poté vyvodit z jejich sociálních rolí, zda se jejich míra empatie shoduje s jejich postavením ve třídě či ne. Teoretická část práce se věnuje definování pojmům vycházejících z tématu a stanovuje jejich význam. Zaměřuje se ale i na pojmy související s tématem, které přímo z tématu nevycházejí. Praktická část se zaměřuje na samotnou realizaci výzkumu a následně jeho vyhodnocení spolu s interpretací výsledků, kdy jsme data získali pomocí dvou dotazníkových šetření.The thesis on "Levels of Emphaty in Relation to Social Roles among Second Stage Students of Primary School" focuses on the degree of empathy in sixth grade pupils in primary school together in relation to the social roles they represent in the class. The aim of the study is to find out the level of empathy of individual pupils and then to infer from their social roles whether their level of empathy coincides with their position in the class or not. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to defining the concepts based on the topic and establishing their meaning. However, it also focuses on concepts related to the topic that do not directly emerge from the topic. The practical part focuses on the actual implementation of the research and its subsequent evaluation, together with the interpretation of the results, where the data was collected through two questionnaire surveys.Ústav pedagogických vě

No full textBakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou nástrojov online komunikácie v spoločnosti Lázně Luhačovice, a.s., ktorá patrí medzi najvýznamnejšie kúpeľné destinácie v Českej republike. Cieľom práce je zhodnotiť súčasný stav digitálnej komunikácie, identifikovať silné a slabé stránky jednotlivých komunikačných nástrojov a navrhnúť konkrétne odporúčania na jej zefektívnenie. Teoretická časť práce sa venuje oblasti cestovného ruchu, kúpeľníctva, digitalizácie a nástrojom online komunikácie. Praktická časť zahŕňa analýzu komunikačných kanálov spoločnosti, benchmarking, dotazníkové šetrenie medzi klientmi a následné spracovanie dát pomocou štatistických metód. Na základe výsledkov sú v práci navrhnuté odporúčania pre zlepšenie online marketingovej stratégie s cieľom zvýšiť konkurencieschopnosť spoločnosti v digitálnom prostredí.This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of online communication tools used by the company Lázně Luhačovice, a.s., one of the most prominent spa destinations in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of digital communication, identify the strengths and weaknesses of individual communication tools, and propose specific recommendations for its improvement. The theoretical part deals with tourism, spa industry, digitalization, and online communication tools. The practical part includes an analysis of the company's communication channels, benchmarking, a customer survey, and data processing using statistical methods. Proposal for a Project to Develop Financial Literacy for Children from Children's Homes
No full textKaždodenní finanční rozhodnutí ovlivňují současný život jednotlivce i jeho budoucnost. V návaznosti na tuto myšlenku byl na podporu rozvoje finanční gramotnosti vytvořen projekt pro děti z dětských domovů, jehož součástí je hra Finanční pevnost. Tato hra nemá děti pouze zabavit, má je především naučit správnému hospodaření se svými financemi pomocí simulace reálného života. V teoretické části práce je pomocí literární rešerše nejprve přiblížena finanční gramotnost a projektové řízení včetně analýz a zdrojů financování. Praktická část je tvořena analýzou finanční gramotnosti ČR, návrhem projektu v podobě hry Finanční pevnost včetně konkrétních analýz a návrhu jednoho ze zdrojů financování. Díky hře Finanční pevnost si mohou děti hravou formou vyzkoušet několika měsíční finanční hospodaření. Zájem o spolupráci na tomto projektu projevilo osm z dvanácti oslovených dětských domovů Zlínského kraje. Do konce března 2025 se hry zúčastnilo sedmnáct dětí, kdy velká většina z nich hodnotila hru pozitivně.Financial literacy is an integral part of our lives. Every day, the financial decisions affect our current lives, but above all, our entire future. Sufficient education is therefore absolutely necessary in this area. For this reason, a project was created to support the education and development of financial literacy for children in children's homes, which includes the game Financial Fortress. This game is not only intended to entertain children but is primarily intended to teach them how to manage their finances properly by simulating real-life money management. In the theoretical part of the work, financial literacy and project management, including analyses and sources of financing, are first introduced using literature research. The core part of the practical part is an analysis of financial literacy in the Czech Republic, a proposal for the Financial Stability project with the game Financial Fortress, including specific analyses, and a proposal for a possible source of financing. Thanks to the Financial Fortress game, children can try out financial management for several months in a playful way. Eight out of twelve approached children's homes in the Zlín region expressed interest in cooperating in this project. So far, seventeen children have participated in the game created within the project, with the vast majority of them evaluating the game positively.Ústav podnikové ekonomik
