No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití klasických výtvarných postupů v předškolním vzdělávání. Teoretická část vymezuje základní vývojová specifika dítěte předškolního věku a popisuje význam výtvarné činnosti pro jeho celkový rozvoj. Dále se věnuje charakteristice jednotlivých klasických výtvarných technik a jejich přínosu pro rozvoj motoriky, tvořivosti a smyslového vnímání dítěte. Praktická část představuje sadu výtvarných aktivit, které byly realizovány v mateřské škole, a to u dětí ve věku 3-6 let. Aktivity jsou rozpracovány z hlediska cílů, metodického vedení, průběhu i reflexe. Práce ukazuje, jak lze klasické výtvarné techniky efektivně propojit s každodenním programem MŠ a přizpůsobit je věkovým i individuálním možnostem dětí.This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of classical art techniques in preschool education. The theoretical part defines the basic developmental characteristics of preschool-aged children and describes the importance of art activities for their overall development. It further outlines the characteristics of specific classical art techniques and their contribution to the development of fine motor skills, creativity, and sensory perception. The practical part presents a set of art activities implemented in a kindergarten setting with children aged 3 to 6. Each activity is described in terms of its objectives, pedagogical strategy, course of implementation, and reflection. The thesis demonstrates how classical art techniques can be effectively integrated into the daily preschool curriculum and adapted to the age and individual abilities of children.Ústav školní pedagogikyneobhájen

No full textBakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou marketingovej komunikácie vo firme Bricol, s.r.o., ktorá pôsobí na slovenskom a českom trhu ako významný distribútor skleneného tovaru a doplnkov k nemu. Hlavným cieľom práce je pomocou analýzy súčasného stavu marketingovej komunikácie navrhnúť odporúčania na jej zefektívnenie. Práca sa skladá z dvoch častí, z teoretickej a praktickej. V teoretickej časti sa nachádza vymedzenie pojmov ako sú: marketing, marketingový mix, marketingová komunikácia, komunikačný mix, marketingový výskum. Nasledujúca praktická časť obsahuje predstavenie firmy, popísanie využívaných nástrojov komunikačného mixu a následnú analýzu marketingovej komunikácie vo firme. Analýza marketingovej komunikácie prebiehala na základe kvalitatívneho dotazníku, ktorý bol smerovaný stálym zákazníkom firmy a prebiehal formou telefonických rozhovor. V tejto práci bola využitá aj PEST analýza, na zhodnotenie vonkajšej situácie a následne taktiež aj SWOT analýza, na zhodnotenie vnútornej situácie firmy. Na záver praktickej časti sú uvedené návrhy na zlepšenie marketingovej komunikácie, pri ktorých bolo uvedené najmä zlepšenie využívania sociálnych sietí.The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of marketing communication in the selected company Bricol, s.r.o., which operates in the Slovak and Czech markets as an important distributor of glassware and accessories. The main goal of the thesis is to propose recommendations for its improvement by analysing the current state of marketing communication of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains terms such as marketing, marketing mix, marketing communication, communication mix, and marketing research. The practical part includes the introduction of the company, description of the communication tools used, and the analysis of the marketing communication in the company. The analysis was based on a qualitative questionnaire aimed at regular customers and was carried out through phone interview. In this part, a PEST analysis was used to evaluate the external situation, and a SWOT analysis was used to evaluate the internal situation of the company. At the end of the practical part, suggestions for improving marketing communication are given, with particular reference to improving the use of social networks.Ústav podnikové ekonomik

No full textPráca sa zaoberá problematikou vplyvu brandu zamestnávateľa na postoje zamestnancov, primárne v kontexte ich lojality a spokojnosti. Cieľom práce je analýza súčasného stavu vnímania brandu zamestnávateľa v kontexte lojality zamestnancov, ktorý vedie k identifikovaniu kľúčových prvkov, ktoré formujú obraz spoločnosti ako atraktívneho zamestnávateľa. Metódy, ktoré boli využité na spracovanie bakalárskej práce pozostávali z analýzy literárnych zdrojov, GAP analýzy a štatistických testov dotazníkového šetrenia, analýzy benchmarking a SWOT analýzy. Na základe využitých metód bolo vyhodnotené pozitívne vnímanie brandu zamestnávateľa a jeho vzťah s lojalitou zamestnancov. Analýza súčasného stavu viedla k identifikovaniu príležitostí na zlepšenie, na základe ktorých boli vytvorené návrhy, ktorých implementácia môže viesť k zlepšeniu vnímania brandu zamestnávateľa a podpory lojality zamestnancov.The thesis deals with the issue of the impact of employer brand on employee attitudes, primarily in the context of employee loyalty and satisfaction. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state of perception of the employer's brand in the context of employee loyalty, which leads to the identification of key elements that shape the image of the company as an attractive employer. The methods that were used for the elaboration of the bachelor thesis consisted of the analysis of literature sources, GAP analysis and statistical tests of questionnaire survey, benchmarking analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the methods used, the positive perception of employer brand and its dependence with employee loyalty was evaluated. The analysis of the current situation led to the identification of opportunities for improvement, on the basis of which suggestions were made, the implementation of which can lead to an improvement in the perception of the employer brand and the promotion of employee loyalty.Ústav podnikové ekonomik

Teoretická část přibližuje význam těchto aktivit pro rozvoj kreativity, emocí a sociálních dovedností. Praktická část je zaměřena na realizaci výtvarných činností u dětí ve věku 4-5 let v homogenní skupině, kde byl kladen důraz na individuální sebevyjádření. Výsledky ukazují pozitivní dopad výtvarných činností na kognitivní, motorický i emoční vývoj dětí a přinášejí cenné poznatky pro pedagogickou praxi v oblasti rozvoje tvořivosti.This bachelor's thesis focuses on creative expressive tasks in the environment of a kindergarten and their impact on the overall development of preschool children. The theoretical part highlights the importance of these activities for the development of creativity, emotions, and social skills. The practical part is devoted to the implementation of art activities with children aged 4-5 in a homogeneous group, with an emphasis on individual self-expression. The results show a positive effect of art activities on children's cognitive, motor, and emotional development, providing valuable insights for pedagogical practice in fostering creativity.Ústav školní pedagogik
Construction of Hadamard Matrices and Their Applications
No full textTáto práca analyzuje rôzne metódy generovania Hadamardových matíc pomocou matematických prístupov z oblasti teórie čísel, kombinatoriky a algebry. Hlavná časť práce je venovaná analýze a implementácii vybraných konštrukčných metód, pričom sú zhodnotené ich výhody, obmedzenia a možnosti využitia. Ďalej je analyzovaná Hadamardova domnienka, známe a neznáme rády a súčasný stav výskumu v tejto oblasti. Na demonštráciu teoretických poznatkov sú implementované vybrané algoritmy generovania Hadamardových matíc a ich výsledky sú vizualizované. Záverečná časť práce poskytuje prehľad využitia Hadamardových matíc v rôznych technických oblastiach.This thesis analyzes various methods for generating Hadamard matrices using mathematical approaches from number theory, combinatorics, and algebra. The main part of the work is devoted to the analysis and implementation of selected construction methods with an evaluation of their advantages, limitations, and possible applications. The Hadamard conjecture is also examined, including known and unknown orders and the current state of research in this area. To demonstrate the theoretical findings, selected algorithms for generating Hadamard matrices are implemented and their results are visualized. The Boundaries of the Relationship between the Social Worker and the Clients of a Low-threshold Facility for Children and Youth
No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na každodenní zkušenost sociálních pracovníků s profesními hranicemi ve vztahu s klienty v prostředí nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak pracovníci profesní hranice vnímají, jaký jim přikládají význam, jak je nastavují a udržují, a jak prožívají situace, kdy dochází k jejich překročení. Výzkum vychází z interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy a opírá se o rozhovory s pěti pracovnicemi, které působí v NZDM. Zjištění ukazují, že hranice nejsou vnímány jako pevná pravidla, ale spíše jako postupně se vyvíjející nastavení, které se souvisí jak s osobností pracovníka, tak s konkrétním vztahem ke klientovi. Významnou roli hraje také vnitřní prožívání, reflexe a týmová podpora. Práce přináší doporučení pro praxi v oblasti nastavení a udržení hranic i pro lepší pochopení vnitřního světa pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích.This bachelor thesis focuses on the everyday experience of social workers with professional boundaries in relationships with clients in the context of low-threshold facilities for children and youth. The aim of the thesis was to explore how social workers perceive professional boundaries, what importance they attach to them, how they set and maintain them, and how they experience situations where these boundaries are crossed. The research is based on interpretative phenomenological analysis and draws from interviews with five female workers active in a low-threshold facility. The findings show that boundaries are not seen as fixed rules but rather as a sensitively negotiated framework that evolves over time and depends both on the personality of the worker and the specific relationship with the client. Internal experiences, reflection, and team support also play a key role. The thesis offers practical recommendations for boundary setting and maintaining and provides insight into the inner world of helping professionals.Ústav pedagogických vě

Teoretická časť práce popisuje princípy umelej inteligencie a identifikuje oblasti testovania software, v ktorých môže mať jej nasadenie najväčší prínos. V praktickej časti sú otestované konkrétne nástroje v rôznych kategóriách testovania, ako je generovanie testov, unit testovanie, UI testovanie, detekcia defektov či spracovanie spätnej väzby. Práca ponúka porovnanie týchto nástrojov na základe vopred stanovených kritérií a hodnotí ich praktickú využiteľnosť v softwarovom inžinierstve.This master's thesis focuses on the use of artificial intelligence in the field of software testing. The theoretical part describes the principles of artificial intelligence and identifies areas of software testing where its application can bring the greatest benefit. The practical part evaluates selected tools across various testing categories, such as test generation, unit testing, UI testing, defect detection, and processing of user feedback. Aplikace poskytuje uživatelům nástroj pro plánování nabíjení, čímž minimalizuje dodatečnou zátěž spojenou s plánováním a provozem elektromobilu. Díky aplikaci se mohou uživatelé efektivně rozhodovat o tom, kdy a kde nabíjet, odhadnout potřebnou úroveň nabití a určit dobu potřebnou k dosažení cílového stavu baterie. Kromě toho aplikace nabízí statistiky a přehledy, které pomáhají uživatelům optimalizovat nabíjecí návyky a celkovou správu vozidla.The main goal of this thesis is to facilitate the switch from combustion engine vehicles to electric vehicles with the help of the Volture application. The app provides a simple tool for charge planning, reducing the extra effort needed to manage and operate an electric vehicle. With Volture, users can easily decide when and where to charge, estimate the required battery level, and calculate the time needed to reach their target state of charge. Předpokladem pro řešitele je schopnost rešerše problematiky v anglickém jazyce.The aim of this thesis is the implementation and comparison of clustering methods applied to data generated during the optimization of test functions using evolutionary algorithms. The expected outcome is a detailed overview of modern methods, including their advantages and disadvantages, as well as an analysis of population dynamics after clustering in terms of convergence, stagnation, and the ability to escape local optima. No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím strojového učení, konkrétně technikami shlukování a klasifikace, k vytvoření personalizovaného systému doporučení cloudových služeb, který segmentuje uživatele a přiřazuje jim nejvhodnější cloudové zdroje na základě jejich stopy využití cloudu. Práce ukazuje, jak tyto poměrně jednoduché, ale výkonné modely strojového učení mohou vést k slibným výsledkům. Dále je v této práci proveden výzkum, že kombinace těchto modelů s dalšími algoritmy a modely umělé inteligence, jako je ranking, posilující učení (reinforcement learning) a velké jazykové modely, nejen mohou vylepšit výsledky doporučování, jaké cloudové zdroje použít, ale také mohou generuje skripty, konkrétně kód terraform, který automaticky spravuje škálování zdrojů v daném čase na základě potřeb.This thesis has studied the utilization of machine learning (ML), specifically clustering and classification techniques to build personalized cloud recommendation system that segments users with assigning the most suitable cloud resources based on their cloud usage footprint. The work shows how these rather simpler, yet powerful ML models may lead to a promising result. It further analyzes that combining these models with other artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms and models such as ranking, reinforcement learning (RL) and large models (LLMs) not only recommends what cloud resources to use but also generates scripts specifically terraform code that automatically manages scaling the resources at a given time based on needs.Ústav informatiky a umělé inteligenc
