No full textTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na projekt návrhu strategie expanze pro vybranou firmu, která plánuje rozšířit svou působnost na nové regionální trhy. Cílem práce je analyzovat klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují úspěšnost expanze, a navrhnout konkrétní kroky pro realizaci této expanze s ohledem na strategické, marketingové a logistické aspekty. V teoretické části práce jsou rozebrány principy strategického řízení, význam strategického cyklu a nástroje analýzy, které jsou nezbytné pro stanovení dlouhodobých cílů firmy a přizpůsobení její nabídky specifickým potřebám nových trhů. V oblasti marketingu je práce zaměřena na segmentaci trhu a marketingový mix, které umožňují efektivní oslovení a udržení zákazníků na nových trzích. Logistická část se soustředí na řízení dodavatelského řetězce, distribuci, skladování a dopravu, které jsou klíčové pro zajištění plynulého a efektivního toku materiálů a výrobků. V projektové části jsou navrženy konkrétní kroky pro implementaci expanze, včetně analýzy SWOT a rizikových analýz, které definují potenciální problémy.This thesis focuses on the design of an expansion strategy project for a selected company planning to broaden its operations into new regional markets. The objective of the thesis is to analyze the key factors that influence the success of expansion and to propose specific actions for implementing this expansion, considering strategic, marketing, and logistical dimensions. The theoretical part of the thesis examines the principles of strategic management, the significance of the strategic cycle, and the analytical tools necessary for establishing long-term business objectives and adapting the company's offerings to the unique demands of new markets. In the marketing section, the thesis emphasizes market segmentation and the marketing mix, which are critical for effectively reaching and retaining customers in new markets. The logistics section addresses supply chain management, distribution, warehousing, and transportation, all of which are integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products. Nursing Care in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis
No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelskou péči u pacientů s akutní pankreatitidou hospitalizovaných na standardním interním oddělení. Cílem je popsat specifika ošetřovatelské péče a vzhledem k charakteru výzkumného problému byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum s využitím metody kazuistiky. Výzkumný soubor tvoří čtyři pacienti s diagnózou akutní pankreatitidy, u kterých se vyskytly během hospitalizace komplikace různého charakteru. Ošetřovatelská péče se zaměřila na sledování klinického stavu, zvládání bolesti, podporu psychické pohody a edukaci pacienta. Praktickým výstupem práce je návrh edukačního materiálu zaměřeného na dietní doporučení po propuštění z hospitalizace s cílem minimalizovat riziko recidivy a zlepšit kvalitu života pacientů po prodělané akutní pankreatitidě.The bachelor's thesis focuses on nursing care for patients with acute pancreatitis hospitalized in a standard internal medicine ward. The aim is to describe the specifics of nursing care, and due to the nature of the research problem, a qualitative research approach was chosen using the case study method. The research sample consists of four patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis who experienced various complications during hospitalization. Nursing care was directed at monitoring clinical status, pain management, psychological support, and patient education. The practical output of the thesis is the development of an educational material focused on dietary recommendations after discharge from hospital, with the aim of minimizing the risk of recurrence and improving the quality of life of patients who have experienced acute pancreatitis.Ústav zdravotnických vě

No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kvality života u jedinců s glaukomem. Teoretická část shrnuje základní informace o glaukomu, ošetřovatelské péči a kvalitě života. Cílem praktické části práce bylo popsat, které oblasti života participantů jsou nejvíce zasaženy a jak se participanti s onemocněním vyrovnávají. Informace byly získány pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, specificky sestavených pro tento výzkum u pěti participantů, které byly analyzovány prostřednictvím otevřeného kódování. Věříme, že námi zjištěné informace mohou být přínosné nejen pro odborníky z oblasti zdravotní péče, ale i pro jedince, kteří se s touto diagnózou potýkají a pro jejich blízké.This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of quality of life in people with glaucoma. The theoretical part summarizes basic information about glaucoma, nursing care, and quality of life. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to describe which areas of life are most affected and how the participants cope with the disease. The information was obtained through semi-structured interviews specifically designed for this research with five participants and analyzed using open coding. We believe that the information we have gathered may be beneficial not only for healthcare professionals but also for people who are struggling with this diagnosis and their loved ones.Ústav zdravotnických vě

No full textTato bakalářská práce na téma Odpadové hospodářství města Hodonín se zabývá hodnocením současného stavu odpadového hospodářství města a navrhuje opatření ke zvýšení jeho efektivity. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše, která vymezuje klíčové pojmy v oblasti odpadového hospodářství, možnosti nakládání s odpady a evropskou a národní legislativu. Praktická část analyzuje aktuální systém sběru, produkci a svoz komunálních odpadu v Hodoníně včetně ekonomické stránky problematiky. Závěr praktické části je věnován návrhu ReUse centra pro zlepšení současného stavu odpadového hospodářství a podpoře předcházení vzniku odpadů.This bachelor's thesis on the topic of Waste Management in Hodonín evaluates the current state of the city's waste managament and proposes measures to increase it's efficiency. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains literature review that defines key terms related to waste management, waste treatment options and European and national legislation. The practical part analyses the current system of municipal waste collection, production and disposal, including the eco-nomical aspects of the issue. No full textBakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou rovnováhy medzi pracovným a osobným životom (work-life balance) vo vybranej organizácii verejnej správy. Cieľom práce je analyzovať súčasný prístup organizácie k tejto téme a navrhnúť odporúčania na jeho zlepšenie. Teoretická časť práce vychádza z analýzy domácej a zahraničnej odbornej literatúry a zameriava sa na definovanie základných pojmov, význam work-life balance a prehľad nástrojov, ktoré organizácie môžu využívať na jeho podporu. Praktická časť je založená na dotazníkovom prieskume realizovanom medzi zamestnancami organizácie, ktorý poskytol cenné informácie o ich vnímaní súčasného stavu a potrebách v tejto oblasti. Na základe výsledkov prieskumu sú formulované konkrétne odporúčania, ktoré môžu prispieť k zlepšeniu rovnováhy medzi pracovným a osobným životom zamestnancov a k zvýšeniu ich spokojnosti a motivácie.The bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of work-life balance within a selected public sector organization. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the organization's current approach to this topic and to propose recommendations for its improvement. The theoretical part is based on the analysis of domestic and international professional literature and focuses on defining key concepts, the importance of work-life balance, and an overview of tools that organizations can use to support it. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among the organization's employees, which provided valuable insights into their perception of the current situation and their needs in this area. No full textTato bakalářská práce s názvem Analýza rozvoje města Přerova se zaměřením na kvalitu života obyvatel je rozdělena do dvou částí. Jako první je tu teoretická část, kde popisuji pojmy regionálního rozvoje, veřejné správy, strategického plánování a v neposlední řadě také pojmy kvality života. V druhé části, která je praktická, jsem provedla popis a analýzu dokumentů města, dotazníkové šetření a vybraná SWOT analýza města. V závěru této práce jsem na základě zjištěných dat podala návrh a doporučení, které by mohlo vést k výraznému zlepšení rozvoje města Přerova.This bachelor's thesis entitled Analysis of the Development of the City of Přerov with a Focus on the Quality of Life of the Inhabitants is divided into two parts. First, there is the theoretical part, where I describe the concepts of regional development, public administration, strategic planning and last but not least, the concepts of quality of life. In the second part, which is practical, I perform a description and analysis of city documents, a questionnaire survey and selected SWOT analysis of the city. No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na aktualizaci Programu rozvoje obce Vrbátky na období 2022-2028. Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvořit návrh aktualizace na základě vymezení hlavních rozvojových výzev. Práce se nejdříve věnuje teoretické části, která se zaměřuje na problematiku obcí a jejich financování, místní rozvoj, strategický management a na strategické plánování. Následně práce přechází k praktické části, která zpracovává socioekonomickou analýzu obce Vrbátky. Socioekonomická analýza je doplněna rozhovory realizovanými s aktéry místního rozvoje, kteří napomohli k odhalení hlavních rozvojových výzev. Na základě identifikovaných výzev je provedena aktualizace návrhové části, která se zaměřuje na aktualizaci všech oblastí programu rozvoje, které již nejsou relevantní pro současné podmínky a potřeby rozvoje obce. Návrhová část se také zaměřuje na identifikaci nových programových cílů, opatření a aktivit, které vycházejí zejména ze zrealizovaných rozhovorů.The bachelor thesis focuses on the revision of the Development Programme of the Municipality of Vrbátky for the period 2022-2028. The main objective of this thesis is to create a proposal for the revison based on the identification of the main development challenges. The thesis firstly deals with the theoretical part, which focuses on the issues of municipalities and their financing, local development, strategic management and strategic planning. Then the thesis moves on to the practical part, which elaborates a socio-economic analysis of the municipality of Vrbátky. The socio-economic analysis is complemented by interviews conducted with local development actors who helped to reveal the main development challenges. On the basis of the identified challenges, an revision of the design part is made, which focuses on updating all areas of the development programme that are no longer relevant to the current conditions and needs of the development of the municipality. No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem rozvoje kulturní infrastruktury v mikroregionu Střední Vsetínsko s cílem posílit kulturní identitu, podpořit sociální soudržnost a přispět k ekonomickému rozvoji regionu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je představen komplexní přehled teoretických poznatků týkajících se role kultury v sociálním a ekonomickém rozvoji společnosti, významu kulturního dědictví a specifik kulturní politiky. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na proměny vnímání kultury ve společnosti a na přístupy k její podpoře a rozvoji. Praktická část je věnována detailní analýze současného stavu kulturní infrastruktury v mikroregionu Střední Vsetínsko, identifikaci hlavních výzev a příležitostí pro její rozvoj. Na základě analýzy jsou navrženy konkrétní strategie a opatření pro oživení kulturního života v regionu, včetně doporučení pro zlepšení marketingu kulturních akcí, podporu místních umělců, rozvoj cestovního ruchu a efektivnější využití veřejných zdrojů. Práce ukazuje, že aktivní podpora kultury a kulturního dědictví je klíčová pro udržitelný rozvoj regionu a pro zlepšení kvality života jeho obyvatel.This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and proposal for the development of cultural infrastructure in the Střední Vsetínsko microregion with the aim of strengthening cultural identity, supporting social cohesion, and contributing to the economic development of the region. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section presents a comprehensive overview of theoretical knowledge related to the role of culture in social and economic development, the importance of cultural heritage, and specifics of cultural policy. Particular emphasis is placed on the transformations in the perception of culture in society and approaches to its support and development. The practical part is dedicated to a detailed analysis of the current state of cultural infrastructure in the Střední Vsetínsko microregion, identifying the main challenges and opportunities for its development. Based on the analysis, specific strategies and measures are proposed for revitalizing cultural life in the region, including recommendations for improving the marketing of cultural events, supporting local artists, developing tourism, and more efficient use of public resources. Cieľom práce je návrh konkrétnych odporúčaní, ktoré by spoločnosti vedeli zabezpečiť rast zákazníckej základne, tržného podielu, a zároveň celkovú spokojnosť zákazníkov, spotrebiteľov. Samotná formulácia odporúčaní podliehala prevedeniu komplexnej analýzy, ktorá by mala spoločnosti zabezpečiť relevantné odporúčania. V súvislosti s komplexným charakterom analýzy podniku bola vykonaná analýza marketingového mixu, SWOT analýza, popísanie a pozorovanie súčasných komunikačných aktivít, a taktiež kvantitatívne dotazníkové šetrenie, ktoré sa zameriavalo na identifikáciu preferencií spotrebiteľov v kontexte marketingovej komunikácie.The bachelor's thesis addresses the concept of marketing communication and explores its practical application within the business activities of Hypoxi Studio Trenčín. The main objective of the thesis is to formulate specific recommendations aimed at expanding the company's customer base and market share, while simultaneously enhancing overall customer satisfaction. The proposed recommendations are based on the execution of a comprehensive analysis designed to yield insights that are both relevant and actionable for the company. Given the comprehensive scope of the company's analysis, the research incorporated an examination of the marketing mix, a SWOT analysis and a detailed description and observation of current communication activities. Analysis of Selected Financial Competitiveness Factors of the Czech Republic, Austria and Poland
No full textBakalářská práce se zabírá komparativní analýzou vybraných finančních faktorů ovlivňujících konkurenceschopnost tří středoevropských zemí (Česka, Rakouska a Polska). Konkurenceschopnost je zde chápána jako schopnost ekonomiky udržet a zvýšit svou výkonnost v mezinárodním prostředí. V práci jsou nejprve definována klíčová teoretická východiska konkurenceschopnosti a role finančních institucí (kapitálového trhu, měnové a fiskální politiky, PZI) pro makroekonomickou stabilitu a růst. Praktická část využívá časové řady renomovaných statistiků k vytvoření komparativních grafů a tabulek ukazatelů. Na základě zjištění jsou navrhnuta doporučení pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti. Cílem je poskytnout komplexní přehled vlivu finančních determinant na konkurenceschopnost analyzovaných ekonomik.The bachelor's thesis deals with a comparative analysis of selected financial factors influencing the competitiveness of three Central European countries (the Czech Republic, Austria, and Poland). Competitiveness is understood here as the ability of an economy to maintain and increase its performance in the international environment. The thesis first defines the key theoretical foundations of competitiveness and the role of financial institutions (capital markets, monetary and fiscal policy, and foreign direct investment) in ensuring macroeconomic stability and growth. The practical part utilizes time series data from reputable statistical sources to create comparative charts and tables of selected indicators. Based on the findings, recommendations are proposed to enhance competitiveness. The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of the impact of financial determinants on the competitiveness of the analyzed economies.Ústav ekonomi
