No full textDiplomová práce se věnuje historii mimobaťovské obuvnické výroby ve Zlíně a okolí od konce 19. století do 20. let 20. století. Zaměřuje se na ševcovské řemeslo, místní podniky a jejich představitele, kteří působili paralelně s firmou Baťa. Práce vychází z odborné literatury, archivů i dobového tisku a mapuje jak výrobní struktury, tak typické regionální produkty. Druhá část práce propojuje historický výzkum s designérskou tvorbou. Autorka reaguje na ekologické výzvy a představuje kolekci obuvi inspirovanou regionální tradicí, včetně výběru materiálů a výrobních postupů jako alternativy k masové výrobě.The thesis explores the history of non-Baťa shoe production in Zlín and its surroundings from the late 19th century to the 1930s. It focuses on shoemaking craftsmanship, local enterprises, and their key figures who operated alongside the Baťa company. The work draws from scholarly literature, archival sources, and period press to map both production structures and typical regional footwear. The second part of the thesis connects historical research with design practice. The author responds to ecological challenges and presents a footwear collection inspired by regional tradition, including material selection and production methods as an alternative to mass manufacturing.Ateliér Design obuv

Na základě analýzy dostupných dat identifikuje hlavní symptomy ovlivňující kvalitu života a konkrétní oblasti, které jsou onemocněním nejvíce zasaženy. Závěry poukazují na výrazné narušení kvality života žen a potřebu hlubšího výzkumu v některých aspektech tohoto tématu.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the quality of life of women diagnosed with endometriosis. It describes the disease, its diagnosis, treatment options, and assesses its impact on patients' daily lives. Based on an analysis of available data, it identifies the main symptoms affecting quality of life and the specific areas most impacted by the condition. The findings indicate a significant disruption in the quality of life of affected women and highlight the need for more in-depth research in certain aspects of this topic.Ústav zdravotnických vě
Impact of Cardiac Pacemaker Implantation on Patient's Quality of Life
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením kvality života pacientů po implantaci kardiostimulátoru. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak implantace kardiostimulátoru ovlivňuje kvalitu života pacienta. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je dále členěna do tří kapitol a zaměřuje se na anatomii srdce, poruchy srdečního rytmu a principy kardiostimulace. Součástí je také vymezení pojmu kvalita života z hlediska zdravotnictví. Výzkumná část byla realizována formou kvantitativního šetření, přičemž byl využit standardizovaný dotazník SF-36, který je validovaný pro české prostředí. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo celkem 110 respondentů. Výsledky ukazují, že většina pacientů po implantaci pociťuje zlepšení jak v oblasti fyzického, tak i psychického fungování. Práce přináší důležité poznatky nejen pro ošetřovatelskou praxi, ale i pro další výzkum v oblasti kardiologie a zlepšování péče o pacienty s kardiostimulátorem.The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the quality of life of patients after pacemaker implantation. The aim of the thesis is to find out how pacemaker implantation affects the quality of life of the patient. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is further divided into three chapters and focuses on the anatomy of the heart, heart rhythm disorders and the principles of pacing. It also includes a definition of the concept of quality of life from a health care perspective. The research part was carried out in the form of a quantitative survey, using a standardized questionnaire SF-36, which is validated for the Czech environment. A total of 110 respondents participated in the research. The results show that the majority of patients experience improvement in both physical and psychological functioning after implantation. The paper provides important insights not only for nursing practice but also for further research in the field of cardiology and improvement of care for patients with pacemakers.Ústav zdravotnických vě

Cyberbullying and its Impact on Primary School Pupils in the South Moravian Region
No full textDiplomová práce se věnuje problematice kyberšikany na základních školách v Jihomoravském kraji. Cílem je prozkoumat její formy, zhodnotit dopady na žáky, pedagogy a rodiče a navrhnout účinná preventivní opatření. V teoretické části je kyberšikana zkoumána z hlediska typologie, aktérů a dopadů, právního rámce a možností řešení na úrovni školy, včetně organizačních, technických a vzdělávacích přístupů. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu realizovaném formou anonymního dotazníkového šetření mezi žáky, pedagogy a rodiči. Na základě získaných dat byly identifikovány nejčastější projevy kyberšikany, jejich dopady na žáky a postoje pedagogů a rodičů k její prevenci. Výstupem práce je návrh systematického školního programu prevence a intervence, založeného na modulárním přístupu, posilování důvěry mezi aktéry a propojení školních, rodinných a odborných aktivit.The diploma thesis deals with the issue of cyberbullying in primary schools in the South Moravian Region. The aim is to examine its forms, evaluate its impact on pupils, teachers and parents and propose effective preventive measures. In the theoretical part, cyberbullying is examined in terms of typology, actors and impacts, legal framework and possible solutions at school level, including organisational, technical and educational approaches. The practical part is based on quantitative research conducted in the form of an anonymous questionnaire survey among pupils, teachers and parents. Based on the data obtained, the most common manifestations of cyberbullying, their impact on pupils and the attitudes of eachers and parents towards its prevention were identified. The outcome of the work is a proposal for a systematic school-based prevention and intervention programme, based on a modular approach, strengthening trust between actors and linking school, family and professional activities.Ústav elektroniky a měřen

Práce sumarizuje nejnovější dohledané poznatky o rakovině pankreatu, její diagnostice, rizikových faktorech a moderních terapeutických postupech. Dále se zabývá dopady onemocnění na kvalitu života pacientů se specifiky jednotlivých terapeutických přístupů, včetně chirurgické léčby, chemoterapie, radioterapie a podpůrné péče. Pozornost je věnována také zvládání komplikací spojených s daným onemocněním a jeho léčbou. Součástí práce jsou rovněž informace o náročnosti léčby.This review thesis focuses on a comprehensive approach to the treatment of pancreatic cancer with emphasis on complications, prognosis and therapeutic options. The thesis summarizes the latest findings on pancreatic cancer, its diagnosis, risk factors and modern therapeutic approaches. It also discusses the impact of the disease on patients' quality of life with specifics of individual therapeutic approaches, including surgical treatment, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and supportive care. [NEOBHÁJENO] Teaching Profession Perception by Preschool Children Parents
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá tím, jak rodiče dětí předškolního věku vnímají profesi učitele mateřské školy. Teoretická část se věnuje specifikům této profese, její prestiži, nárokům, kompetencím učitelů a roli rodičů ve spolupráci s nimi. Výzkum byl kvalitativně zaměřen a realizován formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s třinácti rodiči dětí, které mateřskou školu aktuálně nebo nedávno navštěvovaly. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že rodiče vnímají učitele mateřských škol jako odborníky a partnery ve výchově i vzdělávání dítěte, přičemž spíše oceňují jejich osobnostní kvality než formální vzdělání. Společně s tím si uvědomují psychickou i organizační náročnost této profese. Zároveň poukazují na to, že mnohé aspekty profese učitele mateřské školy zůstávají veřejnosti skryté a nedoceněné, což ukazuje na potřebu větší společenské podpory a uznání.This master's thesis explores how parents of preschool-aged children perceive the profession of kindergarten teachers. The theoretical part summarizes current knowledge about the specifics of this profession, its social prestige, professional demands, work activities, and teachers' competencies, as well as the role of parents in cooperation with kindergartens. The research took a qualitative approach, based on semi-structured interviews with thirteen parents whose children are currently attending or have recently attended kindergarten. The findings reveal that parents view kindergarten teachers as professionals and partners in both the upbringing and education of their children, placing value on their personal qualities rather than on formal education. At the same time, they recognize the psychological and organizational demands of the profession. Furthermore, they point out that many aspects of the profession of preschool teachers remain hidden and underappreciated by the public, highlighting the need for greater societal support and recognition.Ústav školní pedagogikyneobhájen
Supporting the Adaptation of Novice Kindergarten Teachers through the Induction Process
No full textDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou adaptace začínajících učitelů v prostředí mateřských škol. Teoretická část pojednává o počátcích profesní dráhy učitele, nastiňuje možnosti podpory jeho adaptace a předkládá současné formy uvádění do praxe. V empirické části je představen kvalitativně orientovaný výzkum, jehož cílem bylo popsat individuální zkušenosti začínajících učitelů mateřských škol s uváděním do praxe v průběhu adaptačního období. Výzkum byl realizován za pomocí metody polostrukturovaného interview, k jejímuž doplnění posloužily deníky začínajícího učitele. Výsledková expertíza jednoznačně odhaluje, že se novicům dostává mnohostranně zaměřená podpora, avšak její kvalita se v jednotlivých mateřských školách značně liší. Zároveň poukazuje na absenci systematického uvádění do praxe, poněvadž se podpůrné snahy aktérů zakládají zpravidla na jejich vlastní intuici, případně jsou iniciovány ze strany samotného začátečníka.This diploma thesis addresses the issue of novice teachers' adaptation in kindergartens. The theoretical part discusses the beginnings of a teacher's professional career, outlines the possibilities of supporting their adaptation, and presents current forms of induction into practice. The empirical part presents qualitative research aimed at describing the experiences of novice teachers with induction into practice during their adaptation period. The research was conducted using a semi-structured interview, and the diaries of a novice teacher were also used. The findings reveal that novice teachers receive multifaceted support, but its quality varies considerably across kindergartens. They also highlight the absence of a systematic induction into practice, as the support efforts are usually based on the actors' intuition or initiated by the novices themselves.Ústav školní pedagogik

No full textCílem diplomové práce je předložit návrh na zvýšení obsazenosti Hotelu Centrum, který je součástí společnosti Everness s.r.o., v období s nižší poptávkou po ubytování o 10 % v roce 2026. Ubytovací zařízení je podrobeno analýze z hlediska jeho meziroční obsazenosti, konkurence v odvětví, poptávky a předpokladů pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu v okolí. Sběr dat je proveden pomocí nástrojů kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu se zaměřením na cílovou skupinu cyklistů. Výsledky analýz přináší podklady pro rozvíjení potenciálu cykloturistiky v kraji. Projektový plán ve formě nového pobytového balíčku může sloužit managementu hotelu jako inovativní strategie jeho dalšího působení a rovněž přispět k šíření povědomí o cyklistice ve smyslu udržitelného způsobu cestování.The aim of the thesis is to present a proposal to increase the occupancy rate of the Hotel Centrum, which is part of a company Everness s.r.o., in a period with lower demand for accommodation by 10 % in 2026. The accommodation facility is analyzed in terms of its annual occupancy, competition in the industry, demand and conditions for the development of tourism in the area. Data collection is carried out using quantitative and qualitative research tools, focusing on the target group of cyclists. The results of the analyses provide materials for developing the potential of cycling tourism in the region. The project plan in the form of a new holiday package can serve the hotel management as an innovative strategy for its further operation and also contribute to spreading awareness of cycling as a sustainable way of traveling.Ústav podnikové ekonomik
