The Malaysian Government exhibited ‘ethos’ and ‘pathos’ appeal to build frame of responsibility and action in the messages carried out by the Government in the mass media. Get PDF
Introduction: Datafication still plagues Indonesian journalists, especially local ones, skewing news validity and neutrality. Indonesian journalists from 13 local media were surveyed and interviewed for this study. This study relied on several studies that suggest journalists may deliver more accurate, objective, and unbiased news by expanding their datafication capacity. As digital technology advances and social media spreads misinformation, it becomes critical. Methods: Mixed-methods experimentation and triangulation. Indonesia has 13 native media representing its diversity. Using regional media, this study can illustrate data journalism literacy levels in different locations, including those with differing technology and education. We chose material based on data journalism approaches including data visualization, infographics, and data-driven reporting. This ensures study-relevant respondents. Findings: Indonesian media\u27s poor data literacy has a big impact. Data-driven journalism in local media is poor due to data analysis incompetence. Access and chances for journalists to develop data skills are major issues. Clearly, formal training is needed. Another factor is local media\u27s focus on reporting speed over data analysis. Lack of technology and institutional support hinders local journalist data literacy projects. Originality: Previous studies on Indonesian journalists\u27 datafication knowledge and abilities are scarce and fragmented. Despite data journalism\u27s growing popularity in newsrooms and academic status, comprehensive study is needed to define it

From a regulatory perspective, mining companies and mining service companies are obliged to implement good mining principles with administrative sanctions for those who violate them, mining companies are obliged to carry out downstream within the country so as to provide added value and expand employment opportunities, mining companies are also obliged to carry out reclamation and post-mining at a high level. higher. 100% success. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the similarities and differences in the perspectives of various institutions in Kuningan and Jakarta and examine these views from a human rights perspective. The background of this study is the issue of legal uncertainty surrounding interfaith marriages. On one hand, it is prohibited, and the other hand it is permitted but made difficult. This research is significant as it addresses the phenomenon of interfaith marriages, which the Indonesian government has ambiguously responded to. On one hand, such marriages are permitted but made excessively difficult; on the other hand, they are prohibited but ultimately recognized. This paper employs a sociological-juridical research methodology with a comparative approach. Fieldwork was conducted in two cities, Kuningan and Jakarta, using interviews with interfaith couples and officials from local RAO, CRSO, RC, and DC. The novelty of this paper lies in its identification of human rights violations based on empirical evidence. The comparative findings from the two cities reveal that the current legal framework governing marriage in Indonesia fails to reflect certainty and justice. Furthermore, interfaith marriage remains a significant and unresolved issue in the country
