Decision Support System in Determining the right Investment Instrument
The number of investment instrument is often confusing for people who have minimal knowledge but still want to investing. Due to the many investments instrument offered, with the lack of public literacy in financial management, most people have a fear of missing out which case the phenomena of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), the desire of people to get rich quick without thinking about the risk future which result in many fraudulent practices circulating in the community. This study aims to assist users in deciding the right investment instrument according to the user s risk profile. The decision support system in determining investment instrument with AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) Method is a method for problems in determining priorities from various alternative. AHP will make it easier to determine the right instrument.

A quantitative method with a positivist approach was employed, using random sampling and Likert-scale questionnaires as data collection instruments. The analysis was conducted through Moderated Regression Analysis and Partial Least Squares to examine the relationships among variables, including service quality, customer satisfaction, and e-WOM. The findings reveal that tangibility and responsiveness have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Additionally, e-WOM acts as a moderating variable, enhancing the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. These findings offer significant managerial implications for insurance companies, highlighting the need to design more effective marketing strategies that leverage the power of e-WOM in today’s digital era
Analysis of the Justification for the Criminalization of Bestiality Based on Pancasila and the Morality of the Indonesian Nation
This research explores the justification for criminalizing bestiality in Indonesia, emphasizing the moral and ethical values embedded in Pancasila. Triggered by the infamous case of an orangutan named Pony, subjected to sexual exploitation, the study highlights significant gaps in the Indonesian legal system. While Article 302 of the Criminal Code addresses physical abuse, it fails to explicitly criminalize bestiality, leaving such acts unregulated. Using a normative juridical method, the research integrates Pancasila’s principles of humanity, justice, and animal welfare as the moral foundation for legal reform. Pancasila promotes respect for all living beings, viewing bestiality as a violation of its core principles. The findings reveal significant enforcement challenges, including the private nature of the crime, the lack of witnesses, and the inability of animal victims to provide testimony. Forensic evidence, such as histopathology and DNA analysis, is critical but often hindered by limited training among law enforcement and veterinarians. Additionally, societal taboos and inadequate legal education exacerbate public unawareness of bestiality as a criminal offense. This study advocates for comprehensive public legal education, specialized training for law enforcement on forensic techniques and evidence management, and collaboration with veterinary experts to ensure effective enforcement. These measures aim to uphold animal welfare and align legal policies with Indonesian societal and ethical value
Legal Implications of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024 on the Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in 2024
The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal implications of the Constitutional Court\u27s decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024 on the simultaneous regional head elections in 2024. Recently, the Constitutional Court issued Decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024, which is a test of Article 40 paragraph (3) of Law Number 10/2016 on the election of Governors, Regents, and Mayors against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which was submitted by the Labour Party and Gelora. This research is normative juridical research. The approaches used include the conceptual approach, statute approach, and case approach. Covering primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results of this study concluded that Decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024 juridically and sociologically has implications for the simultaneous regional elections in 2024. There are direct and indirect implications, directly with the formation of a new PKPU, namely Number 10 of 2024 as the basis for holding simultaneous elections in 2024, and indirect implications such as strengthening local democracy, strengthening political parties, and Constitutional Court Decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024 indirectly setting a precedent for Decision Number 62/PUU-XXII/2024 regarding the elimination of the presidential threshold. This research can contribute to changes in regulations or technical regulations that must be made by the General Elections Commission (KPU) and the government after the Constitutional Court\u27s decision and provide recommendations to policymakers in designing regulations by the Constitutional Court\u27s decision. In addition, it contributes to the development of the theory of democracy and elections, especially related to the principles of free and fair elections and electoral justice
Stock Price Increase Based on Profitability, Profit and Leverage with Investment Policy as Intervention Variable
This study investigates the impact of Profitability, Revenue, and Leverage, with investment policies as intervention variables, on the share prices of telecommunications subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, this study analyzes secondary data collected from the company\u27s financial statements. The aim of this study was to consider additional performance indicators for a comprehensive understanding of the overall health of the company. The sample consisted of 18 companies selected through purposive sampling, each meeting specific criteria. Statistical analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS) to explore the relationships between the variables under investigation. These findings reveal that ROA, EPS, and DER have a significant positive effect on the Price Income Ratio (PER). In contrast, ROA has a significant negative impact on stock prices, while EPS, DER, and PER have a positive impact on stock prices. In addition, PER mediates the relationship between ROA and DER with stock price but does not mediate the relationship between EPS and stock pric

This type of research is quantitative research with the analysis method using SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS 3 program. The results of this study indicate that leadership style had a significant effect on job satisfaction and compensation. Likewise, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Thus, it is proven that compensation is able to mediate the effect of leadership style on job satisfactio
Perbandingan Kinerja Lentur Balok Beton Bertulang Dengan Sambungan Lewatan Dan Sambungan Mekanis Tipe Cold Forged Sleeve With Parallel Threads
Steel rebar is generally 12 meters in length, so if more than that is required, it must be joined using methods such as lap splice, welded splice, or mechanical splice. This study compares the flexural strength of reinforced concrete beams without splice, with lap splice, and with Cold Forged sleeve with Parallel Threads (CFSPT) type mechanical splice, to assess the performance of each splice method. The study used beam specimens measuring 200 x 20 x 40 cm with a planned concrete quality f\u27c 25 MPa. Flexural strength testing resulted in a nominal moment value of 85.209 kNm for the normal beam, 92.952 kNm for the skip beam, and 82.305 kNm for the coupler beam. Based on the nominal moment value of the experiment, the lap splice beam has the highest value and the coupler connection beam has the lowest value. The resulting deflection of the normal beam tends to be higher than that of the lap splice beam and the coupler beam, which is 72.522 mm. While the maximum deflection produced by the lap splice beam and coupler beams is 44.876 mm and 40.191 mm, respectively. The ductility values of the normal beam, lapsplice beam, and coupler beam were 5.949; 3.257; 4.550, respectively
