PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN KOMUNIKASI DAN MOTIVASI EFEKTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN DI DAIRYLAND ON THE VALLEY KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Dengan melibatkan pelatihan yang berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi dan teknik motivasi, Dairyland dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan produktif. Program pelatihan yang mengajarkan keterampilan komunikasi, manajemen stres, dan teknik motivasi dapat membantu staf untuk lebih memahami peran mereka, meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab, dan pada akhirnya, meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung. Dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan dinamis dan motivasi yang efektif, Dairy Land On The Valley Bawen tidak hanya dapat menghadapi tantangan saat ini tetapi juga meraih keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan di pasar. Full text linkMaraknya penggunaan TikTok di kalangan siswa SMK Nusaputera 1 Semarang sering kali diiringi kesulitan dalam menciptakan konten yang menarik, edukatif, dan profesional, alih-alih terjebak pada tren "cringe". Pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan digital siswa untuk memproduksi konten TikTok yang kreatif, informatif, dan positif. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif, siswa diajarkan konsep TikTok efektif, teknik video, editing dasar, hingga strategi narasi yang kuat. Hasilnya, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan siswa membuat konten TikTok yang orisinil, berkualitas, dan relevan, mengubah "cringe" menjadi peluang ekspresi diri yang produktif.

Quality improvement must be accompanied by mastery of information and communication technology. Technological developments in the field of infrastructure or development in civil engineering include geotechnics. Plaxis is one application in the geotechnics field, namely a computer program based on finite element method calculations that can be used for deformation and stability analysis. The condition of partners who are members of the young civil engineering literacy in Pekanbaru still many do not understand and are not even familiar with this Plaxis application. The purpose of this activity is to introduce the basics of the Plaxis 2D application version 2023 to partners. This training method is through lectures and direct practice that includes the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The location of the service is at the Pekanbaru College of Technology. As a result, the understanding of training participants increased by 53.33% - 78.57% after the Plaxis 2D version 2023 training was carried out
Edukasi Sertifikasi Halal Produk Bagi UMKM Kota Semarang
Full text linkMicro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, including in the city of Semarang. MSMEs not only function as the backbone of the local economy, but also play an important role in providing employment and improving community welfare. However, the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs often face various challenges, especially in terms of effective financial management and compliance with applicable regulations, such as halal product certification. Through Community Service activities, the Halal Product Research Center (PRPH) of Semarang University provides education on the Introduction to Halal Certification for MSMEs in Semarang City. Through this socialization, it is hoped that MSMEs can have knowledge about halal products and the desire to carry out halal product certification. the results of the activities that have been explained above, the conclusion of this PkM activity is that PkM participants, namely MSMEs in the city of Semarang, have increased knowledge about halal products starting from the materials and tools used, besides that participants also know about the management of halal certification for products from the businesses they have produced. Furthermore, the education in the form of socialization that has been carried out in this PkM activity is quite good and easy to understand, as evidenced by the fairly good post-test scores. The suggestion from the implementation of this PkM activity is sustainability, namely in the form of assistance in managing halal certification through cooperation with related parties, considering the human resources of MSMEs and the costs are quite large.
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Semarang. UMKM tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tulang punggung ekonomi lokal, tetapi juga berperan penting dalam penyediaan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM kerap menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam hal manajemen keuangan yang efektif serta kepatuhan terhadap regulasi yang berlaku, seperti sertifikasi halal produk. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, Pusat Riset Produk Halal (PRPH) Universitas Semarang melakukan edukasi tentang pengenalan sertifikasi halal bagi UMKM Kota Semarang. Melalui sosialisai inidiharapkan UMKM dapat memiliki pengetahuan tentang produk halal serta keinginan untuk melakukan sertifikasi profuk halal. hasil kegiatan yang telah dijelaskan diatas maka Kesimpulan dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah peserta PkM yaitu UMKM di kota Semarang memiliki peningkatan pengethuan tentang prooduk halal yang dimulai dari bahan dan alat yang digunakan selain itu peserta juga mengetahui pengetahuan tentang kepengurusan sertifikasi halal bagi produk hasil usaha yang telah mereka produksi. Selanjutnya edukasi berupa sosialisasi yang telah dilaksanakan pada kegiatan PkM ini cukup bagus dan mudah dipahami, dibuktikan dengan nilai post test yang cukup bagus. Saran dari kegiatan pelaksanaan PkM ini adalah keberlanjutan yaitu berupa pendampingan dalam kepengurusan sertifikasi halal melalui Kerjasama dengan pihak terkait, mengingat SDM dari UMKM serta biaya yang cukup besar.
Sosialisasi Penggunaan Merek Bagi UMKM Bidang Jasa Boga di Kelurahan Rowosari Kota Semarang
Full text linkThis community service program aimed to improve the awareness and understanding of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector in Rowosari Village, Tembalang District, regarding the importance of using and registering trademarks. The method employed a participatory-educational approach involving pre-tests, presentations, interactive discussions, and post-tests. The results showed a significant increase in participants\u27 understanding after the program. The sessions covered the concept of trademarks, the legal and economic benefits of registered trademarks, and a practical simulation of online registration via the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) system. This activity was not only educational but also transformative, encouraging participants to legally protect their business identities. It is expected to strengthen local MSME competitiveness and serve as a replicable model for other areas.
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) bidang jasa boga di Kelurahan Rowosari, Kecamatan Tembalang, mengenai pentingnya penggunaan dan pendaftaran merek dagang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif-edukatif yang melibatkan pre-test, penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini. Sosialisasi mencakup pemahaman tentang konsep merek, manfaat hukum dan ekonomi dari merek terdaftar, serta simulasi pendaftaran merek melalui sistem daring Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual (DJKI). Kegiatan ini tidak hanya bersifat edukatif tetapi juga transformatif karena mendorong peserta untuk melindungi identitas usahanya secara legal. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu mendorong penguatan daya saing UMKM lokal serta menjadi model yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain
Analisis Strategi, Tantangan, dan Peluang Dakwah melalui Podcast di Era Digital
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the strategies, challenges, and opportunities of using podcasts as a medium for Islamic preaching. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach and content analysis method, the study examines several Islamic-themed podcasts. The findings reveal that effective dakwah strategies through podcasts include reflective narrative approaches, interactive dialogue formats, consistent scheduling and branding, and the use of multi-channel platforms. Despite their accessibility and broad audience reach, podcasts face several challenges, such as low digital literacy among preachers (da\u27i), limited technical resources, and the risk of disseminating non-authoritative content. Podcasts also offer significant opportunities: reaching a wider audience beyond geographical boundaries, fostering more personal and on-demand religious engagement, and supporting creative content innovation aligned with the preferences of younger generations." Optimizing dakwah through podcasts requires enhancing preachers’ technological competencies, promoting moderate Islamic narratives, and implementing professional and adaptive content management. Podcasts have proven to be a promising medium for bridging Islamic messages with the communicative style of the digital generation in a reflective and engaging manner.

The MSME, named "Jamu Bu’ne Nurhidayah," is located in Petarukan Village, Taman District, Pemalang Regency. This business produces a variety of herbal drinks aimed at promoting public health. Its product range includes jamu kunir asem (turmeric and tamarind), white turmeric, lempuyang, wejah, bitter herbs, stomach herbal remedies, betel leaf, beras kencur (rice and aromatic ginger), and chili lempuyang.
The mentoring methods implemented include several programs such as creating production and promotional videos as a means of product marketing, preparing simple bookkeeping, developing an organizational structure and business profile to provide information about the business’s background, brief history, vision and mission, and best-selling products to consumers, and developing a digital map presence to improve the online visibility and accessibility of Jamu Bu’ne to a broader consumer base
Perencanaan Flyover Persimpangan Jalan Kereta dengan Ruas Jalan Raya Gubug - Kedungjati

Traffic congestion itself is a state of traffic flow exceeding the predetermined road capacity and causing a decrease in road performance, so that vehicle speeds are close to 0 km/h, therefore it can cause queues of vehicles, such as severe congestion, reckless drivers breaking through railway bars, and many other violations. The Gubug – Kedungjati Road section is an area prone to congestion because there is a highway that intersects with a railway crossing in Kuwaron Village, the intersection is a level intersection. Connecting Grobogan City with Salatiga City. Therefore, flyover planning is carried out, in addition to the need to widen the flyover road later to maximize the performance of the previous highway. The flyover construction plan also aims to maximize traffic flow performance and avoid traffic accidents. In the planning of this flyover, the loading was carried out by the Guidelines for the Loading of Bridges and Highways (Public Works Departement, 1987). This flyover is planned with an undivided two-lane road type (2/2 UD), divided into two lanes, namely from the direction of Jalan Gubug to Jalan Kedungjati and the direction of Jalan Kedungjati to Jalan Gubug with a width of 3.5 meters for each lane. This flyover is planned to be 338.94 meters long; and 9.5 meters wide, and the height of this flyover is planned to be 9 meters high from the ground level to the girder. This flyover road is planned to be used for the next 15 years and can still be crossed by heavy vehicles (HV)
Perencanaan Struktur Gedung Pusat Edukasi dan Kreativitas di Kota Semarang
Full text linkEducational buildings have a strategic role in supporting educational progress by providing facilities and a conducive learning environment. In order to meet these needs, an Education and Creativity Center Building Structure was designed in Semarang City. Technically, the building structure planning considers the geologic condition of Semarang City which is prone to earthquakes. Therefore, structural analysis was conducted using SAP2000 software to ensure the safety and stability of the building. The main structure uses reinforced concrete (f\u27c = 30 MPa) and reinforcing steel (fy = 420 MPa), with structural components such as K1 (80 x 80 cm) and K2 (45 x 45 cm) columns, B1 (35 x 70 cm) and B2 (25 x 50 cm) type beams, 13 cm thick floor slabs, and a steel roof structure truss system for construction efficiency. For the foundation system, 15-meter-long spun pile with a diameter of 50 cm are used, which are connected to pile cap types PC1, PC2 and PC3 as load spreading elements. Tie beams measuring 30×60 cm are used to structurally tie the foundation. All structural elements were designed with strength, material efficiency, and sustainability in mind, so that the building is expected to become an educational and creative center that can support community growth and improve the quality of education in Semarang
Analisis Kinerja Perlintasan Sebidang Rel Kereta Api Jalan Jagalan Mranggen
Full text linkMranggen District is a densely populated region inside Demak Regency, notable for its C-type mining resources. The high population density and industrial zone contribute to elevated traffic volume. Observations indicate that the road segment near the Jagalan Road level crossing suffers from congestion, extended waits, and significant delays. An investigation is required to assess the performance and service level at the Jagalan Road level crossing based on these data. The performance evaluation of the level crossing was conducted using the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) 2023 methodology, in accordance with the stipulations outlined in the regulation of the Director General of Land Transportation Number 770 of 2005. The study findings indicated that the maximum traffic flow at the level crossing was recorded on Saturday, February 23, 2025, reaching 1014.9 pcu/hour, against a road capacity of 3360 pcu/hour, yielding a saturation degree of 0.30 and a service level of B. In the assessment of level crossing requirements and the identification of level crossings, the Jagalan Road crossing may be upgraded to a grade-separated crossing
