    Work Engagement pada Petugas Layanan Di Dinas XY Provinsi Jawa Tengah

    Petugas layanan yang ada di Dinas XY Provinsi Jawa Tengah tidak hanya bertugas untuk menemani korban, namun juga diharapkan mampu menampung permasalahan yang dialami korban. Peran penting lainnya, diharapkan dapat memberikan penguatan secara emosional, psikis dan fisik kepada korban. Work engagement dapat membuat pegawai terlibat dengan pekerjaannya secara proaktif. Work engagement juga menggambarkan kemampuan pegawai untuk menyelesaikan masalah, berhubungan dengan orang, dan mengembangkan layanan inovatif. Kondisi ini membuat peneliti merasa perlu melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui secara empiris deskripsi/gambaran work engagement pada petugas layanan di Dinas XY Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif fenomenologi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 4 (empat) orang, yaitu petugas layanan SPT PPA sejumlah 3 (tiga) orang dan petugas layanan PUSPAGA sejumlah 1 (satu) orang yang telah bekerja selama kurang lebih 3 (tiga) tahun baik yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki maupun perempuan dan memiliki kompetensi di bidang lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan petugas layanan yang bertugas memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan kepada korban kekerasan memiliki work engagement dengan pekerjaannya dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor job demand, job resourches, dan personal resources. Aspek yang mempengaruhi work engagement yaitu deducation dan absorption. Komitmen yang dipengaruhi afeksi, membuat petugas layanan membuat terikat (engaged) dan terlibat secara emosional dan fisik dengan pekerjaannya. Dukungan dari keluarga dan rekan kerja membuat petugas layanan dapat bertahan dan memiliki motivasi intrinsik untuk berkembang dan belajar. Indikator lain yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah konformitas dan membutuhkan usaha yang lebih untuk penyesuaian diri jika berada pada lingkungan kerja baru

    Salah satu persoalan kesehatan yang cukup besar di kota Semarang adalah penyakit DBD, berdasarkan data yang dirilis DINKES kota Semarang sampai bulan Juni 2024 yaitu sebesar 237 kasus. Melalui Kader FKK (Forum Kesehatan Keluarga) di Kelurahan, Pemerintah kota Semarang berupaya menekan kasus DBD dengan program Pembarantasan Jentik Nyamuk (PJN). Dalam pelaksanaannya, sering kali ditemukan kendala dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data lapangan yang dapat menghambat efektivitas program. Para Kader FKK juga belum memiliki kemampuan yang cukup untuk memanfaatkan teknologi. Salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan pemantauan adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dalam bentuk ceramah dan praktek mengenai penggunaan Google Forms melalui ponsel pintar. Evaluasi kegiatan juga dilakukan berupa kuisioner yang diisi peserta terkait dengan kegiatan yang telah diikuti. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam membuat aplikasi pemantauan PJN menggunakan Google Forms.     Advancing Sustainability in the Nigerian Construction Sector: Evaluating the Benefits, Challenges, and Long-Term Impacts of Energy-Efficient Technologies

    This study investigates the impact of energy-efficient technologies (EETs) on the Nigerian construction sector, focusing on their benefits, barriers to adoption, and sustainability implications. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through structured surveys, semi-structured interviews, and case studies involving construction professionals and stakeholders. The findings reveal that EETs offer significant economic, environmental, and social benefits, including reduced operational costs, lower energy consumption, and improved occupant comfort. However, their adoption in Nigeria is hindered by high upfront costs, lack of technical expertise, insufficient awareness, and weak regulatory frameworks. These challenges align with findings from other developing countries, underscoring the need for targeted interventions. The study also highlights the potential of EETs to contribute to sustainable development by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and supporting the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Case studies of successful projects in Nigeria provide valuable insights into best practices, emphasizing the importance of strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and access to financing. Based on the findings, the study recommends policy interventions, capacity-building initiatives, public awareness campaigns, and regulatory reforms to promote the adoption of EETs. Future research should explore innovative financing mechanisms, the role of digital technologies, and the impact of occupant behavior on energy efficiency. This study contributes to the growing body of literature on sustainable construction practices and provides a foundation for further investigations into the adoption and impact of EETs in Nigeria and similar contexts

    Pemetaan Tanah Sederhana Menggunakan Penginderaan Jauh Remote Sensing di Kawasan Pantai Kelurahan Damon Kabupaten Bengkalis

    Land mapping in coastal areas is critical for supporting natural resource management and sustainable regional planning. This community service project aims to introduce a simple land mapping method using remote sensing technology with drones on the coast of Damon Village, Bengkalis. Aerial photography was taken at an altitude of 80 meters and the data was processed using ArcGIS software to produce a geospatial map containing boundaries, coastlines, waters, facilities, and infrastructure. This map can be used by village officials for spatial planning and coastal area management. The results of the community service demonstrate that this technology is effective, efficient, and reliable as a basis for decision-making and supports the development of advanced mapping in the future

    Village Asset Management in Toll Road Development: An Analysis of Permendagri No. 3 of 2024 Amending Permendagri No. 1 of 2016 in Central Java Province

    This study aims to analyze the management of village assets affected by toll road construction in Central Java Province based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) Number 3 of 2024, which amends Permendagri Number 1 of 2016 on Village Asset Management, as well as to identify the obstacles encountered in its implementation. The research employs a normative juridical method with a conceptual approach, is descriptive-analytical in nature, and relies on secondary data consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials analyzed qualitatively. The findings reveal that the management of village assets affected by toll road development is carried out through stages of inventory, planning, procurement, disposal, and transfer, guided by the principles of effectiveness, transparency, accountability, and legal certainty as stipulated in Articles 10, 11, and 19 of Permendagri Number 3 of 2024. Major challenges include difficulties in finding substitute land, unclear technical procedures, and discrepancies in asset valuation, often leading to disputes that must be settled through court proceedings. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on village assets—particularly treasury land (tanah kas desa)—which has been largely overlooked in previous research on land acquisition for toll roads, as most prior studies emphasize individual land rights under Law Number 2 of 2012. Accordingly, this research underscores the need for strengthened technical regulations and inter-institutional coordination to ensure legal certainty, protect village rights, and promote fair and sustainable asset management in the context of toll road development

    This study aims to analyze the representation of cybercrime in the film Unlocked (2023) using Roland Barthes\u27 semiotic approach. The primary issue addressed in this research is the vulnerability of personal data in the digital era, portrayed through the story of a data theft victim whose life drastically changes after her phone is hacked. The analysis focuses on the denotative, connotative, and mythological meanings of the film\u27s visual and narrative elements. The findings reveal that Unlocked effectively depicts the threats to digital privacy, the psychological impact on victims, and the complexity of cybercrime in the era of information technology. In conclusion, the film not only provides a realistic portrayal of the dangers of data breaches but also emphasizes the importance of awareness about personal data security in modern digital life.     Menjamurnya pinjaman online berbasis masyarakat telah mendorong inisiatif PkM, namun pemahaman anggota masyarakat terhadap pinjaman tersebut masih tertinggal.  Karena itu, banyak individu, bahkan anggota PKK, terikat dengan pinjaman online mereka.  Mengedukasi para ibu PKK tentang pro dan kontra fintech menjadi tujuan lain dari program ini.  Pendekatan individu terhadap pengelolaan uang hanyalah salah satu bidang yang telah dipengaruhi oleh menjamurnya internet dan bentuk teknologi informasi lainnya.  Sebuah alternatif dari prosedur yang memakan waktu dan rumit yang sering dikaitkan dengan mengajukan pinjaman di bank tradisional, aplikasi pinjaman online baru-baru ini muncul.  Banyak yang tertarik pada layanan ini, terutama mereka yang sangat membutuhkan keuangan, karena persetujuannya yang cepat, akses yang mudah, dan tidak adanya kriteria.  Dengan terlibat dalam kegiatan sosial, para ibu PKK dapat belajar tentang pinjaman internet dan cara menggunakan aplikasi ponsel cerdas dengan aman, sehingga mengurangi kemungkinan mereka mengalami masalah

    This study aims to analyze the satisfaction level of Universitas Semarang students in using online motorcycle taxi applications as the primary mode of transportation to campus. Online motorcycle taxis offer efficient mobility solutions through ease of access, speed, and flexibility, making them a popular choice among students with busy academic schedules. This research employs a quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 active undergraduate students at Universitas Semarang. The variables analyzed include service quality, application usability, punctuality, pricing and promotions, and safety. Data analysis was conducted using statistical methods, including validity and reliability tests, linear regression analysis, and descriptive analysis through the SPSS application. The results indicate that most students are reasonably satisfied with the services provided, especially in the aspects of application usability and punctuality. Factors such as service quality and promotions also positively influence satisfaction levels. However, key challenges include fluctuating prices and comfort during trips, which require further improvements. Safety is a primary concern, particularly for students traveling at night. This study also identifies that driver behavior, vehicle conditions, and security features within the application are essential elements influencing user perceptions. The study provides recommendations for online motorcycle taxi service providers to enhance price transparency, develop security features such as emergency buttons and real-time tracking, and offer training programs for drivers to deliver better service. Additionally, it suggests that policymakers consider integrating student needs into digital transportation policies, encompassing accessibility and service sustainability. These findings are expected to be not only relevant for online motorcycle taxi providers but also supportive of student mobility efficiency, contributing to their academic success and offering benefits for the broader development of digital transportation

    Optimasi Clustering K-Means Menggunakan Algoritma Genetika Dengan Data View Dan Like Di Tiktok

    K-Means merupakan algoritma yang sering digunakan untuk melakukan pengelompokkan atau sering juga disebut clustering. Dengan menentukan pusat centroid awal secara random pada algoritma K-Means akan ditingkatkan performanya menggunakan Algoritma Genetika (GA). Menggunakan data set publik di Kaglle, berupa data set tiktok dimana jumlah view dan like dengan record data sebanyak 19.084 setelah dilakukan pembersih data. Yang akan diuji dengan melakukan performa clustering K-Means dengan Algoritma Genetika. Dan untuk validitas nya nanti menggunakan Davis Boulden Index, dimana hasil validitas DBI ini nanti akan meningkatkan performance K-Means dengan menambahkan Algoritma Genetika. Dengan pengujian K-Means dengan jumlah k=3, k=4 dan k=5 menghasilkan masing-masing validitas DBI 0,64 ; 0,79 dan 0,72. Sedangkan untuk algoritma K-Means dengan peningkatan performa menggunakan GA didapatkan validitas dengan masing-masing DBI sebagai berikut 0,45 ; 0,40 dan 0,60. Dengan hasil penelitian menghasilkan bahwa peningkatan performa K-Means dengan menggunakan GA memberikan hasil validitas lebih kecil dari pada hanya menggunakan perhitungan KMeans saja

    Boosting Performance Classification KNN Customer Loyalty with Chi-Square and Information Gain

    Understanding customer purchasing behavior is essential for predicting customer loyalty, which directly impacts a company\u27s long-term success. This research aims to determine the effect of chi-square and information gain feature selection in optimizing customer loyalty classification performance, compared to pure kNN. Using a public customer purchasing behavior dataset from Kaggle, containing 10,000 data, 12 attributes with loyalty_status as the label (Gold, Regular, Silver). Evaluating performance by accuracy, kappa, classification error, recall, precision, and RMSE. The highest accuracy 91.99% was obtained by kNN k=3 with information gain, kappa 0.844, precision 95.44%, recall 86.30%, with the lowest classification error 8.01% and the second lowest RMSE 0.245, after kNN k=3 with chi-square. Results show that feature selection has a positive impact on classification, increasing accuracy and reducing errors, with the combination of the kNN k=3 method and information gain proving successful in obtaining high accuracy in classifying customer loyalty.Understanding customer purchasing behavior is essential for predicting customer loyalty, which directly impacts a company\u27s long-term success.
