    Student Response to the Implementation of E-Module-Assisted Cybergogy in Junior High School Students

    The low involvement of students in learning is still a challenge, one of which is influenced by the lecture method, which is still dominant in the teaching and learning process. The application of technology-based learning, such as e-module-assisted cybergoth, is expected to increase students' positive responses. This study aims to analyze students' responses to the application of e-module-assisted cybergogy in science learning. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one-shot case study design involving 32-grade VIII-D SMPN 1 Bagor students. Data was collected through student response questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that implementing e-module-assisted cybergogy resulted in very positive student responses, with an average response score of 99.1%. In conclusion, this approach can increase student engagement in science learning. This research implies that educators can adopt e-module-assisted cybergogy to create more interactive and innovative learning

    Analysis of Learning Motivation of Junior High School Students in Science Learning in Surabaya City

    Student learning motivation is an important factor that influences the success of the learning process. This study aims to analyze the learning motivation of junior high school students in Surabaya City, especially in science learning, without the intervention of a particular learning model or approach. This research design uses a survey design with quantitative data collection methods. The learning motivation instrument is a learning motivation questionnaire containing 12 statements based on ARCS indicators: attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction. The sample of this study consisted of 88 students, 32 female students and 56 male students, and the sampling technique used was cluster sampling. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using a Likert scale to determine the average of each indicator of student learning motivation. The results showed that the average student learning motivation reached 71% and was classified in the high category, indicating that students have a fairly good learning motivation in science learning. Therefore, it can be concluded that this research indicates that students' overall learning motivation is on the good criteria. Unfortunately, good criteria did not occur in all indicators, where the confidence indicator showed the lowest score, so there is a need to improve the confidence aspect of students so that they are more active and confident in the learning process, such as using student-centered learning models

    Implementation of Interactive Learning Media Based on Virtual Laboratory to Improve Students Science Literacy Skills

    Virtual laboratories based on computers allow students to conduct practical work or experiments with real phenomena or laboratory equipment sets. This study aims to test the implementation of interactive learning media based on virtual laboratories on the topic of substances and their changes to students' scientific literacy skills. This study was conducted in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Tilongkabila and SMP Negeri 4 Tilamuta in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The research design used A one-group pre-test and a post-test design involving three classes as samples. The study results showed a significant increase in students' scientific literacy skills after treatment using virtual laboratory media based on PhET Simulation. PhET Simulation media allow students to conduct experiments virtually, improving students' understanding of abstract concepts and thinking skills. The results indicate this through the hypothesis testing criteria where T-count ≥ T-table with a level of ∝ = 0.05 for the experimental and replication classes 1 in each school; therefore, H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of implementing interactive learning media based on a virtual laboratory on the scientific literacy skills of junior high school students on the topic of substances and their changes. Meanwhile, normalized gain for all sample classes, both experimental and replication, which are in the high category, in the experimental class at SMP Negeri 1 Tilongkabila (0.75), the experimental class at SMP Negeri 4 Tilamuta (0.79) and the replication class 1 (0.83). So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of implementing interactive learning media based on a virtual laboratory on the scientific literacy skills of junior high school students on the topic of substances and their changes

    Factors Affecting Fe Tablet Consumption in Adolescent Girls in Order to Prevent Anemia in Mataram City

    A disorder known as anemia occurs when the body's hemoglobin level falls. Oxygen is transported throughout the body by hemoglobin. Because puberty alters the body's nutritional and physiological requirements, teenage females are among the groups most at risk for anemia. If adolescent girls' anemia is not addressed with regular Fe pill use, it can impair their capacity to learn and result in pregnancy. Adolescent girls' consumption of Fe pills is influenced by a number of factors, including distribution of the tablets, school assistance, attitude, and knowledge. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the consumption of Fe tablets in adolescent girls. The type of research conducted is an analytical survey study with a cross-sectional approach and using chi-square data analysis with a sample size of 68 respondents. The results of the study showed that the variable level of knowledge was dominated by the less category (50%) and had a p-value of 0.000, the attitude variable was dominated by a positive attitude (54.4%) and had a p-value of 0.061, the school support variable was dominated by the less supportive category (54.4%) and had a p-value of 0.041, the overall distribution variable of Fe tablets received tablets once a week (100%) and the p-value could not be assessed (NA)

    The Effect of Different Types of Black Spanish and Bourbon Red Turkey Eggs on Fertility, Hatching Power, Hatching Loss, and Hatching Weight

    This research aims to determine the effect of different types of turkey on fertility, hatchability, hatching loss and egg hatching weight. This research uses the Independent Sample T-Test. Treated with two types of turkey, Black Spanish and Bourbon Red. The parameters observed were fertility, hatchability, hatching loss, and egg hatching weight. The results of this study show that the average fertility of A= 80%, B= 80% shows no significant difference. The average hatchability of A= 58.3%, B= 33.3% shows significant differences. The average hatching loss of A = 36%, B = 32% shows significant differences. The average hatching weight of A=41.2g, B=49.7g shows significant differences. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that two types of turkey (Black Spanish) and (Bourbon Red) have a significant effect on hatchability, hatching loss and hatching weight. However, the two types of turkeys did not differ significantly in terms of egg fertility

    Tuberculous Spondylitis: A Literature Review

    Tuberculous (TB) spondylitis, often referred to as Pott's illness, this infectious condition affects the spine and is brought on by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This literature review aims to increase information and knowledge related to TB spondylitis. The research method used is a type of literature review that discusses the pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, classification, risk factors, diagnosis, management, complications and prognosis of TB spondylitis. Data sources were retrieved through online databases that included literature reviews, research studies, and professional guidebooks over the past ten years related to this topic on library search sites such as Pubmed and Google Scholar. The search results were then reviewed to obtain literature relevant to the study objectives. TB spondylitis occurs in approximately 2% of all TB cases and 15% of all extrapulmonary TB cases, mostly affecting children and people with immunodeficiency due to HIV co-infection. The disease can be classified based on the Gülhane Askeri Tɪp Akademisi (GATA) and the American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA). The approach to the diagnosis of TB spondylitis is not only through history taking, clinical manifestations, and neurological examination, but also includes laboratory examination, radiological examination, and tissue samples examination. The management of TB spondylitis is generally divided into two types that can run simultaneously, namely medicamentosa (main) and surgery (complementary and adjusting the patient's condition). The disease can cause severe neurological symptoms and reduce the patient's quality of life, so early diagnosis and monitoring are necessary to avoid serious complications such as limb paralysis

    A worldwide issue that has not been adequately addressed is stunting. One of the many causes of stunting is inadequate nutrition. There are two types of nutrients: macronutrients and micronutrients. Iron is one of the micronutrients that the body actually needs. Lack of iron consumption is one of the risk factors for stunting, according to a number of earlier research. The aim of this study was to ascertain the correlation between the occurrence of stunting in toddlers aged 24 to 59 months in the Nipah Health Center work area and iron (Fe) intake. This study employs a case control methodology and combines quantitative and analytical observational methods. Ultimately, we discovered that 30 individuals, or 78.95% of the 38 research participants, had iron intakes below 77%. The statistical test of iron consumption and stunting incidence showed that p = 0.042. This indicates that the incidence of stunting and iron intake are related

    The emergence and spread of pathogens is one of agriculture's problems. Rhizopus stolonifer is the pathogen to be on the lookout for because it causes rhizopus loose rot disease. The pathogen must be dealt with immediately because it can result in losses of up to 40%. Integrated plant disease management (IPDM) is the approach being promoted. The application of biological agents or biocontrol is one solution that supports IPDM. The challenge is met by biological agents through the production of secondary metabolites. The endophytic microorganisms found in Java ginseng (Talinum triangulare) are one source of secondary metabolites. Thus, the purpose of this study was to investigate whether endophytic microorganisms in Javanese ginseng roots have the ability to combat the pathogen R. stolonifer. The experimental method involved analyzing the secondary metabolite from the endophytic microorganism in ginseng in vitro. phytochemical and zone of inhibition were the two types of test that were being performed. The obtained result was a set of extract that contains triterpenoid and alkaloid. In addition, extract B (FN-1) had the strongest inhinbitiom zone against R. stolonifer

    Effect of Ecoenzyme Addition on Corn-Based Trichoderma asperellum Formula on Spore Count

    Trichoderma asperellum is recognized as an effective biocontrol agent and plant growth promoter, playing a vital role in sustainable agriculture. To enhance the efficacy of Trichoderma formulations, ecoenzyme supplementation has been proposed as a promising approach. This study investigated the effect of ecoenzyme supplementation on the spore count of corn-based Trichoderma asperellum formulations. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was employed with five treatments and five replicates, and spore counts were assessed under varying concentrations of ecoenzyme (0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80%). The results indicated that a 60% ecoenzyme concentration significantly increased the spore count, reaching a maximum of 252.32 × 10⁶ spores. However, higher concentrations (80%) resulted in a decreased spore count (174.88 × 10⁶), which was similar to that of the control (172.6 × 10⁶), likely due to toxic effects or nutrient imbalances. These findings highlight the importance of selecting the optimal ecoenzyme concentration to maximize the spore count of Trichoderma asperellum, thereby contributing to more effective biocontrol and biofertilizer applications in sustainable agricultural practices
