Pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran Brainstorming Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Kimia Peserta Didik Kelas Xi SMA Negeri 3 Mataram Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023
This study aims to determine the influence of brainstorming learning methods on the ability to think creatively in chemistry of grade XI science students. The type of research used is Quasi Experiment with a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study is all students of grade XI science for the 2022/2023 school year, totaling 158 students distributed in five classes. The sample used in this study was 60 students who were determined by cluster random sampling technique. Through random, class XI Science 4 was determined as a control class and in learning using conventional learning methods, namely lectures and discussions, and class XI Science 3 as an experimental class using brainstorming learning methods. Data on creative thinking skills were collected by test techniques using instruments in the form of description questions. The research hypothesis was tested using an independent t-test to analyze the difference between the n-gain of the control class and the experimental class using the help of SPSS 25 software. An independent t-hypothesis test yields a sig. (1-tailed) of 0.000 is less than the significance value (0.05). In the N-Gain test, experimental class N-Gain 0.6353 was obtained which was greater than that of control class 0.4255. Based on the t test and N-gain comparison, there is a positive and significant influence of brainstorming learning methods on students' creative thinking skills.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran brainstorming terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif kimia peserta didik kelas XI IPA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experiment dengan desain nonequivalen control group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI IPA tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 158 orang peserta didik yang terdistribusi dalam lima kelas. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang peserta didik yang ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Melalui random ditentukan kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol dan yang dalam pembelajarannya menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional yaitu ceramah dan diskusi, dan kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran brainstorming. Data kemampuan berpikir kreatif dikumpulkan dengan teknik tes menggunakan instrumen berupa soal uraian. Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan uji t independen untuk menganalisis perbedaan n-gain kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 25. Uji hipotesis t independen menghasilkan sig.(1-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dibanding nilai signifikansi (0,05). Pada uji N-Gain diperoleh N-Gain kelas eksperimen 0.6353 yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol 0.4255. Berdasarkan uji t dan perbandingan N-gain menunjukan ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan metode pembelajaran brainstorming terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik
Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Kimia Berbasis Augmented Reality Pada Materi Senyawa Karbon
This study aims to determine the feasibility and practicality of interactive learning media based on augmented reality for carbon compounds. This research is a type of development research that adopts the 4D model (define, design, develop, disseminate) but is limited only to the development stage (develop). The population in this study consisted of 124 students from SMAN 1 Labuhan Haji. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. The assessment aspects evaluated by three validators have three aspects measured through expert validation sheets. The level of practicality of the media was measured through a practicality questionnaire sheet completed by 24 students of Class XI MIPA at SMAN 1 Labuhan Haji. The results showed that the level of media feasibility, as assessed by the validator, was 0.68, indicating that the developed media had a high level of validity. The results of the media practicality test showed that students gave positive responses to all media components, with a practicality percentage of 87.5%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the media developed is feasible and practical to use.interaktif dengan basis augmented reality pada materi senyawa karbon. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan yang mengadopsi model 4D (define, design, develop, disseminate), namun dibatasi hanya sampai tahap pengembangan (develop). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 124 siswa SMAN 1 Labuhan Haji. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Aspek penilaian yang dinilai oleh 3 validator memiliki 3 aspek yang diukur melalui lembar validasi ahli. Tingkat kepraktisan media diukur melalui lembar angket kepraktisan yang diisi oleh 24 orang siswa kelas XI MIPA SMAN 1 Labuhan Haji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan media yang dinilai oleh validator yaitu sebesar 0,68 yang menandakan bahwa media yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat kevalidan yang tinggi. Hasil uji kepraktisan media menunjukkan bahwa siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap semua komponen media dengan persentase kepraktisan sebesar 87.5%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan bersifat layak dan praktis digunakan
Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Kartu Truth and Dare untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 SAPE
Research on the development of truth and dare card learning media aims to determine its validity, practicality and effectiveness so that it can improve the learning outcomes of class XI Science students at SMAN 1 Sape. The type of research used is development research (R&D) with the 4D development model (define, design, develop, disseminate) by Thiagarajan (1974). The research sample was 33 students from class XI IPA 6. The research instruments used were expert validation sheets, student and teacher response questionnaire sheets, and pretest-posttest question sheets. The results of the media expert validation test showed an average gain of 93% in the very valid category and the material expert validation test was 94% in the very valid category. The practicality test results were obtained from student and teacher response questionnaires with the same percentage, namely 88%. The results of the effectiveness test were obtained from the students' pretest-posttest results with an N-Gain value of 0.51 which was included in the moderate improvement category. This data shows that the truth and dare card media is suitable for use as a learning medium for thermochemical material for class XI IPA students at SMAN 1 Sape.Penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran kartu truth and dare bertujuan untuk menentukan kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Sape. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (define, design, develop, disseminate) oleh Thiagarajan (1974). Sampel penelitian merupakan siswa kelas XI IPA 6 sebanyak 33 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi ahli, lembar angket respon siswa dan guru, serta lembar soal pretest-posttest. Hasil uji validasi ahli media menunjukkan perolehan rata-rata sebesar 93% dengan kategori sangat valid dan uji validasi ahli materi sebesar 94% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan diperoleh dari angket respon siswa dan guru dengan persentase yang sama yaitu sebesar 88%. Hasil uji keefektifan diperoleh dari hasil pretest-posttest siswa dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,51 yang termasuk dalam kategori peningkatan sedang. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa media kartu truth and dare layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi termokimia siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 1 Sape
Validation Of Instrument to Measure Gen-Z Pre-Service Teacher Chemistry Virtual Lab Acceptance and Use
This study aims to validate the instrument to measure Gen-Z Pre-service Science Teacher Virtual Lab Acceptance and Use using Rasch model. This study is quantitative survey design with 83 participants from science education major in a new public university in Sulawesi. Instrument of the study is adopted which developed based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 and the Theory of Planned Behavior. Students are requested to fill up the questionnaire after experimenting basic chemistry courses using pHET virtual laboratory. The instrument has satisfactory reliability (person reliability 0.95, item reliability 0.78 and Cronbach alpha 0.98), separation (person separation 4.32 and item separation 1.68). All item are accepted based on the suitability of item fit statistics by referring to mean square, Z tolerated standard, and point measure correlation. Based on its unidimensionality, the instrument can explained 57.7% variance from item variance 22.7% and person variance 30%. Based on the findings that the instrument is valid and reliable to measure science teacher virtual lab acceptance and use. The findings suggest that validated instruments for measuring virtual lab acceptance can guide educators and policymakers in effectively integrating technology into science teacher training programs, ultimately enhancing educational practices and outcomes
PENERAPAN METODE BERMAIN PERAN MAKRO UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERKEMBANGAN BAHASA ANAK KELOMPOK B TK NEGERI PEMBINA AMPENAN
Perkembangan bahasa anak melalui metode bermain peran makro di kelompok B TK Negeri Pembina Ampenan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan pendekatan dari Kemmis & Mc Tanggart. Subyek dari penelitian ini yaitu anak-anak kelompok B TK Negeri Pembina Ampenan yang berjumlah 15 orang anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dan kesimpulan pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan perkembangan bahasa anak pada kelompok B TK Negeri Pembina Ampenan dari siklus I 62,2% dan meningkat pada siklus II mencapai 89,2%, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui metode bermain peran makro dapat meningkatkan perkembangan bahasa anak pada kelompok B TK Negeri Pembina Ampenan
Identification of The Level of Pest and Disease Damage at The BPDASHL Indragiri Rokan Nursery, Pekanbaru, Riau
Pests and diseases are recurring issues in the cultivation of forest plant seedlings, as they can reduce seedling quality and lead to economic losses due to seedling mortality. Identifying the types of pests and diseases is crucial for implementing more effective, efficient, and environmentally friendly control measures to maintain seedling quality. The methodology used in this study was a field survey with direct observation of seedlings affected by pests and diseases. Data collected included the types of pests and diseases observed in various seedlings, such as Annona muricata, Albizia saman, Archidendron pauciflorum, Parkia speciosa, Nephelium lappaceum, Pometia pinnata, Persea americana, Durio zibethinus, Garcinia mangostana, and Artocarpus heterophyllus. Observations were conducted over an eight-week period. The damage caused by pests and diseases in the BPDASHL nursery was categorized as relatively mild. Common pests identified included beetles, borers, and mealybugs. Meanwhile, diseases frequently observed were yellowing leaves, sprout collapse, stunted growth, and leaf spot
Identification of Diversity and Genetic Distance of Indonesian Local Chicken Strains Based on Myostatin Gene
Indonesian local chickens are essential genetic resources with significant potential for advancing the national poultry industry due to their high genetic diversity, reflecting adaptation to tropical environments and traditional farming systems. This study analyzed the genetic diversity of Kampung, Sentul, KUB, SenSi, and Broiler chickens based on the MSTN g.4842T>G locus. Blood samples from 150 chickens underwent PCR-RFLP analysis using the BsrI restriction enzyme targeting exon 2 of the MSTN gene. Parameters such as observed heterozygosity (Ho), expected heterozygosity (He), polymorphism information content (PIC), and Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium were assessed. Genetic distances were calculated using PHYLIP, and a dendrogram was constructed with UPGMA. The study identified two alleles (G and T) and three genotypes (GG, GT, TT), with the T allele being dominant, particularly in Broiler chickens (78.3%). Ho was lower than He in all populations, indicating a heterozygosity deficit. PIC values ranged from 0.282 (Broiler) to 0.367 (SenSi), classifying the MSTN locus as moderately polymorphic. Kampung and KUB chickens showed the closest genetic relationship, while Broiler chickens were the most distinct. These findings underscore the potential of local chickens in breeding programs for adaptability and productivity. Further research with additional markers is recommended to enhance sustainable poultry farming
Influence of Sargassum POC and Nano Bubble Technology on Hydroponic Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) Quality
The decline in vegetable production is caused by the conversion of agricultural land into residential areas which results in a reduction in agricultural land area. To overcome this problem, the hydroponic system is one of the alternative solutions used to replace lost agricultural land. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of providing liquid organic fertilizer (POC) derived from (Sargassum sp.) with nano bubble technology on the quality of pakchoy (Brassica rapa L.) plants in hydroponic cultivation. The research method used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments. Data were analyzed using the ANOVA test and Duncan's test. The results showed that the P2 and P3 treatments were significantly different in increasing plant height with the highest average of 23.4 cm and the lowest P5 of 13.56 cm. Likewise, P3 produces the most optimal average number of leaves and overall plant quality, the cause is the availability of balanced nutrients. Nano bubble technology increases the efficiency of nutrient absorption and reduces sedimentation in the wick hydroponic system. The conclusion is that the combination of AB Mix and POC Nano is able to optimize the growth and quality of pakchoy plants in the hydroponic system, showing the potential for sustainable agriculture using innovative fertilizer technology
Dampak Penggunaan Bahasa Ibu terhadap Proses Pembelajaran Siswa Kelas 6 SDN 03 Penarik
Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 03 Penarik. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk melatih, memotivasi, dan mendorong siswa dalam menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dengan baik dan benar. Sosialisasi ini juga bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak penggunaan bahasa ibu dalam pembelajaran di kelas bagi siswa SDN 03 Penarik. Kesalahan dalam bahasa ibu merujuk pada kesalahan yang dibuat oleh siswa saat menggunakan bahasa ibu mereka selama proses pembelajaran. Meskipun bahasa ibu adalah bahasa yang paling kita kuasai, namun dalam konteks pembelajaran, seringkali terjadi kesalahan dalam penggunaannya. Penggunaan bahasa ibu dalam proses belajar mengajar memiliki manfaat yaitu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, memudahkan komunikasi guru-siswa dan memperkuat identitas budaya. Utilization of Chicken Egg Shells as Adsorbents for Indigosol Blue Dyes with Variations of Activators
The textile industry still has serious problems in managing waste disposal that causes environmental pollution, including the batik factory industry. Many studies have been conducted to overcome ecological damage by reducing the levels of dyes contained in textile industry waste. Apart from textile industry waste, household waste, especially egg shells, is very high. One alternative method for processing batik factory liquid waste is by adsorption using biosorbent, which is considered cheaper and easier to obtain. An example of a biosorbent is an eggshell. This study includes the characterization of eggshells activated by NaOH and HCl for Indigosol Blue adsorption, morphological analysis of eggshells with SEM and EDS, wavelength determination, calibration curve, and adsorption capacity. The morphology of the eggshell shows a porous surface with high levels of calcium, oxygen, and carbon, indicating that the main compound forming the eggshell is CaCO3. The determination of maximum wavelength and adsorption capacity is done using the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method. The maximum wavelength is 530 nanometers, and an R2 value of 0.9596 was obtained from the regression curve equation. Characterization according to SNI eggshell before activation water content: 0.34%, ash content: 0.25%, iodine absorption: 326.552mg/gram and after activation with NaOH water content is 1.34%, ash content: 0.39%, iodine absorption: 403.015mg/gram. The optimal concentration of processed egg shells for indigosol blue adsorbent is 2% egg shells, the largest in this study as an adsorbent. It turns out that adsorption is still ongoing. The optimum type of activator for Indigosol Blue absorption is 100Mesh dry eggshell powder from NaOH activation
