Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Project Based Learning Berbantuan Black Bos ARVR
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pembelajaran ciri khusus hewan di SD kelas 1 se-Kecamatan Parakan. Model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah memadukan PBL dan PjBL berbantuan Black Box ARVR. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD se- Kecamatan Parakan pada Siswa Kelas 1 Ciri Khusus Hewan. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan rubrik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru dan peserta didik se-Kecamatan Parakan dengan sampel penelitian 20 GuruKelas. Hasil Peneltian ini adalah Model Pembelajaran Ciri Khusus Hewan Menggunakan PBL dan PjBL berbantuan Black Box ARVR (1) mencapai tingkat kelayakan desain 98% dan kelayakan produk 98% dengan metode expert judgement, (2) hasil observasi minat Sebanyak 10 kelas (67%) menyatakan sangat minat, sebanyak 2 kelas (13%) menyatakan minat, dan sisanya 3 kelas (20%) menyatakan cukup minat, (3) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen yang awalnya sebanyak 15 kelas (100%) tidak mencapai target menjadi sebanyak 12 peserta didik (80%) mencapai target pembelajaran, (4) hasil observasi keefektivan model pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh observer. Kesimpulan bahwa Pengembangan Model pembelajaran Ciri Khusus Hewan Menggunakan PBL dan PjBL berbantuan Blackbox ARVR dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pembelajaran terutama di kels rendah
Kesiapan Guru dalam Menghadapi Transformasi Kurikulum Merdeka di PAUD
Studi ini didasarkan pada kebijakan pemerintah tentang Merdeka Belajar, yang merupakan langkah awal dalam transformasi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi transformasi Kurikulum Merdeka terhadap pendidikan anak usia dini di TK Al Fajar, Juwiring Klaten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru di TK Al Fajar. Teknik analisis data data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Guru di TK Al Fajar belum sepenuhnya siap untuk menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka 2) Kendala yang dihadapi guru di TK Al Fajar dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka meliputi kurangnya pemahaman struktur kurikulum yang dituntut dalam pembelajaran intrakulikuler dan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila (P5), kesiapan rencana pembelajaran yang dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran atau modul ajar yang sesuai dengan format Kurikulum Merdeka, kesiapan proses pembelajaran dalam menyesuaikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, bimbingan dan pemantauan pembelajaran pada kurikulum yang baru dan juga kesiapan sarana dan prasarana
Analysis of Frequency and Intensity Levels of Sound Waves in the Bedana Traditional Dance Music of Lampung Using an Ethnoscience Approach
This study analyzes the frequency and intensity levels of sound waves produced by musical instruments in the Bedana traditional dance of Lampung. An ethnoscience approach is employed, integrating cultural and scientific perspectives to examine sound phenomena in the local context. Data were gathered through sound frequency and intensity measurements using advanced audio analysis software, complemented by qualitative cultural observations. The results reveal distinct frequency variations among instruments, contributing to the dance’s harmonic expression. Notably, statistical tests indicate significance, reinforcing the hypothesis regarding the unique acoustic properties of each instrument. This research underscores the importance of ethnoscience in cultural conservation and traditional arts education, offering insights for future ethnomusicological studies and cultural preservation initiatives
Study of Chlorine Use in Water Treatment at the Giri Menang Regional Drinking Water
Population growth causes the need for clean water to increase. Disinfectants that are often used in the water treatment process include Chlorine. The right Chlorine residue is one of the important aspects that ensures water reaches consumers with good quality. The purpose of this study is to conduct a study on the use of chlorine in raw water treatment at the Giri Menang Mataram regional drinking water company. This research is a study; this study was carried out in the working area of the Regional Drinking Water Company Giri Menang Mataram. This Research is a study on the suitability of chlorine levels in raw water at the Giri Menang Mataram Regional Drinking Water Company. The stages of the study begin with preparation, data collection, data analysis, discussion and producing study results to determine the suitability of chlorine levels with applicable regulations. From this research, the results obtained are that the manufacture of chlorine in the Giri Menang Mataram Regional Drinking Water Company is not in accordance with the calculation for chlorine needs in each water source, resulting in a lot of sediment. It is hoped that the Giri Menang Regional Drinking Water Company can review the use of chlorine in accordance with the appropriate dosage calculation
Analysis of Students Questioning Skills on Science Learning Outcomes at Junior High School
The questioning skill ability is essential for students to promote science learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze students' questioning skills towards cognitive science learning outcomes. There are two students' questioning skills studied, namely factual questions and amazement. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, learning outcome tests, and documentation. Observations of questioning skills are observed based on four group categories, namely factual, amazement, both questions and no questions. The results of the study showed that students who actively asked questions, especially factual and amazement types of questions, had higher cognitive learning outcomes than students who did not ask questions. The group of students with factual questions and asking both questions experienced a significant increase in learning outcome scores, while the group of students who did not ask questions and students who were only surprised experienced a small increase. Based on the learning outcome scores of students in the four question groups, it is important for students to ask a lot of questions in order to increase the achievement of cognitive science learning outcomes. This study indicates that students' questioning skills are related to student learning outcomes. The more active students ask questions, and the more varied the types of questions asked, the greater the increase in student learning outcomes. The many variations of questions asked by students are the key to deepening understanding. Students can improve their learning outcomes in a deeper and more meaningful learning process by asking many questions. This study reinforces the importance of the teacher's role in encouraging students to ask more questions during the learning process by providing appropriate motivation and treatment
Isolation and Characterization of Thermophilic Bacteria as Producing Enzyme Amylase from Kepanasan Hot Springs In Tapung Hulu, Kampar, Riau
Thermophilic bacteria are a group of bacteria that can live and survive at high temperatures ranging from 45°C-80°C. Thermophilic bacteria are the best choice as a producer of thermostable enzymes that can endure high temperatures used in various industrial fields including the textile industry, food industry, detergent industry, and pharmaceutical industry. This study aims to isolate, characterize, and test the activity of thermostable amylase enzyme from thermophilic bacterial isolates in Kepanasan hot spring in Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau. Characterization of thermophilic bacterial isolates is macroscopic, physiological, and biochemical tests: Triple sugar iron agar, Sulphur indole motility, symmons citrate, and catalase. The results of study obtained ten isolates of thermophilic bacteria consisting of six isolates from hot water samples and four isolates from soil sediments isolated at temperatures of 45°C and 50°C using a nutrient agar (NA) medium. The results of Gram staining were obtained one Gram-positive isolate and nine Gram-negative isolates. Positive catalase test results, negative indole and motility tests for ten isolates. The results of the amylase enzyme activity test obtained three bacterial isolates, namely BTA 6, BTT 2 and BTT 4 with the highest amylolytic index of 1.32 produced by BTT 2 isolate at an incubation temperature of 50°C with a starch concentration of 1%
Bird Diversity and its Potential for Tourism Activities In Mandeh Mangrove Forest, West Sumatra, Indonesia
Avitourism is a form of tourism that focuses on bird watching intheir natural habitat. The existence of mangrove forests is very important in anarea because it is a habitat for various types of wildlife, especially birds. Thisstudy aims to analyze bird diversity and its potential in tourism activities in theMandeh mangrove ecosystem area. This research was conducted fromFebruary to April 2024. The method used was the point count method. Datacollection of bird species and numbers was carried out at 15 observation points.The distance of each observation point is 150 meters with an observation radiusof 50 meters. Data collection was carried out for 10 minutes at each point.Observations were conducted for four days, and continued with bird speciesidentification. Data analysis used was Shannon Wiener diversity index,evenness index and richness index. The results found 32 bird species from 18families. Dominated by the Apodidae and Estrildidae families. The diversityindex value is 2.17 with moderate index criteria. evenness index 0.63 which isincluded in the uneven category and a wealth index of 4.96 with a high wealthcategory. Birds that have ecotourism attractions found are 1 type of endemicbird, not found raptor birds, 2 types of birds listed on the IUCN, 7 types ofmelodious sound birds and 16 types of beautiful feathers, so that the Mandehmangrove ecosystem area has potential
Effect of Miana Leaf Extract (Plectranthus scutellarioides (L.) R.Br.) as a Natural Fungicide against Colletotrichum capsici on Chili Plants
Anthracnose disease caused by the fungus Colletotrichum capsici causes rotting of ripe chili fruits and causes a decrease in chili production up to 80%. Excessive use of synthetic pesticides can cause problems for humans and the environment. Therefore, as an alternative, natural/vegetable pesticides that are more environmentally friendly can be used. Miana leaves contain flavonoids, tannins, saponins and steroid compounds that are known to be responsible for pesticide effects on plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of miana leaf extract as a natural fungicide and the best concentration in inhibiting the growth and development of Colletotrichum capsici fungus that causes anthracnose disease of chili plants (Capsicum annuum L.). The research method used a completely randomized design (CRD). The treatment used in the study was the concentration of miana leaf extract. The treatment used 5 concentrations of miana leaf extract (Plectranthus scutellarioides L.), namely: 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% and 20%. Each treatment was repeated 5 times. The parameters observed were the intensity of C. capsici fungus attack, plant height, plant wet weight, and plant dry weight. The results showed that the application of miana leaf extract (Plectranthus scutellarioides L.) had no effect on each parameter, namely the intensity of C.capsici fungal attack, plant height, plant wet weight, and plant dry weight
Utilization of Forest Plants as Spices by Women in Benua Kencana Village, Sintang
Spices have many benefits, especially as additional ingredients in cooking, traditional medicine and raw materials for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. This study aims to identify forest plant species utilized as spices by women in Benua Kencana Village, Sintang Regency, and to understand their usage and processing practices. The research employed a survey method with semi-structured interviews involving 161 female respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Use Value (UV) and Fidelity Level (FL) to assess the degree of utilization and community trust in forest spice plants. The results indicate that the utilized plant parts include leaves, stems, fruits, and bark, serving various functions such as flavor enhancers (sweet, sour, and aromatic), tenderizers, preservatives, and neutralizers in cooking. The plants with the highest UV values (1.00) were Garcinia xanthochynus (asam kandis) and Pycnarrhena cauliflora (sengkubak), while those with the highest FL values (100%) included Pycnarrhena cauliflora (sengkubak), Eryngium foetidum (sumpak laut), Garcinia xanthochynus (asam kandis), Baccaurea motleyana (rambai), and Baccaurea angulata (benit). Women play a dominant role in the management and utilization of these spices, particularly in selecting, processing, and passing down knowledge about their uses. This study highlights the importance of documenting and preserving local knowledge to support food security and the conservation of natural resources
The Diversity of Macrofungi in TWA Gunung Tunak, Central Lombok
Nature Tourism Parks (TWA) Gunung Tunak primarily serves the purpose of nature conservation, emphasizing ecotourism due to its stunning coastal landscapes. Currently, there is a significant lack of documented information regarding the diversity and potential of macrofungi in this protected area. This study aims to assess the diversity of macrofungi found within TWA Gunung Tunak and explore their potential applications. The research was conducted using the line transect and plot method, with samples collected along three transect lines in the study area. Each transect comprised ten plots, each measuring 10 x 10 meters and spaced 10 meters apart. The data collected were analyzed using the Shannon Wiener Diversity Index (H'). A total of 11 species of macrofungi from six families were identified: Polyporaceae, Irpicaceae, Hymenochaetaceae, Gloeophyllaceae, Stereaceae, and Xylariaceae. The family Polyporaceae had the highest representation, with five species (Hexagonia sp., Trametes sp., Microporus sp., Daedalopsis sp., and Podofomes sp.), followed by Hymenochaetaceae, which included the species Phylloporia sp. and Phellinus sp. The remaining families were represented by only one species each, including Irpicaceae (Irpex sp.), Gloeophyllaceae (Gloeophyllum sp.), Stereaceae (Stereum sp.), and Xylariaceae (Xylaria sp.). The diversity index indicates a moderate level of macrofungal diversity from all the trails in the study area, influenced by environmental factors such as temperature, seasonal changes, moisture, and rainfall. Furthermore, the study highlights the potential of these macrofungal species as sources of medicinal and nutritional value
