Public Relations Management Performance Measurement: Designing Key Performance Indicator Case Study In Hospital X
Get PDFABSTRACTIn attempt of hospital development, hospital X focus on current performance measurement only on marketing performance in terms of sales volume and sales revenue for maximizing profits. Performance evaluation of public relations activities at hospital X so far have not had the performance measurement. As the result; the contribution of public relations, in order to support the activities of the organization, are not measurable. This study aims to measure the performance of PR management by designing key performance indicators by conducting a process of identifying stakeholder necessity exists in hospital X. The identification of stakeholder necessity exist in hospital X will then become the basis of designing PR’s KPI. The stakeholder in this study are director, head of marketing, staff as internal stakeholder and customer, supplier and regulator as external stakeholder. The results of this study is the assessment of PR performance which include work result assesment formulated six responsibilities namely, customer satisfaction, customer complaints, fostering community, events, social media content and website traffic. Dampak Kebijakan Schengen Uni Eropa Terhadap Euroscepticism di Nordik
Get PDFABSTRACTIn 2014 the number of issues discussing immigrants in the EU is 24% and by 2015 by 38%. And Euroscepticism is due to immigrants in Sweden at 48% while in Denmark it is 55% and both are Nordic countries. This is the reason why this paper is made. This paper will discuss the impact of Schengen policy on Euroscepticism in the Nordic. The approach that will be used is Globalization, welfare state and national interest. Globalization will be implemented in the form of schengen policy that causes the immigrant crisis in the Nordic. Nordic became the main goal of immigrants because it is a welfare state that has social security. And social security is a national interest maintained by native Nordic communities from immigrant immigrants to emerge euroscepticism. Get PDFABSTRACTThis research discusses the role of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in dealing with refugee problems in Indonesia. The background to this study is the refugee problem that occurred in Indonesia increased from the year 2010-2013 that one of them refugees from Myanmar. The existence of these problems make Indonesia need to cooperate with international organizations International IOM. In that time jangkaun refugees from Myanmar in Indonesia has increased. Through role-its role in dealing with the refugees in Indonesia is considered IOM can assist in addressing the refugee problem in Indonesia. Those problems were analyzed using dekskriptif using the framework of international organizations, the role of theory international organizations, international organizations as an aid provider, international organizations in capacity building. The background of the problem is the Middle East political turmoil resulting fluctuation in world oil prices. These fluctuations cause the country that depend on the area affected by the fluctuation problem. In the face of such problems, Pertamina uses business strategy to deal with fluctuations in world oil prices. The question that arises in this research is how Pertamina’s business strategy in the face of in world oil prices fluctuation due to political turmoil the Middle East in 2011-2015 ?. The question was examined by the concept of a business strategy. Business strategy implemented by Pertamina through innovation and market development or expansion. The Prospect of Indonesian Knowledge-Based Economy: Lessons from Taiwan
Get PDFABSTRACTEconomic development is gradually shifting from a resource-based economy to investment-based economy to knowledge-based economy. Knowledge-bases economy is an economic process which concerns the creation, acquisition, dissemination and utilization of knowledge to achieve productivity. In utilizing knowledge, the economy would be more dependent towards information and technology. This paper is trying to see how knowledge-based economy is implemented in Indonesia by analyzing four pillars of education, innovation, information infrastructure and economic and institutional regime. The analysis of these four pillars can be put into SWOT assessment, combined with the assessment of Taiwan’s knowledge-based economy is used to see lessons that can be learned from Taiwan and opportunities that can further help Indonesia to achieve economic prosperity and equality. Rekrutmen Politik dalam Proses Penentuan Keputusan Pencalonan Anis Baswedan – Sandiaga Uno di Partai Gerindra dan Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) dalam Pilgub DKI Jakarta Tahun 2017
Get PDFThis research is drawn upon Anies Baswedan candidacy for Jakarta gubernatorial election which was supported by Gerinda and PKS even though he was a Jokowi proponent back in the 2014 presidential election. Despite the contradiction, Anies Baswedan was still appointed in the Jakarta gubernatorial candidacy. This research will be focusing on how the process of political recruitment behind Anies Baswedan- Sandiaga Uno’s appointment was conducted. Using political recruitment theory by Rush and Althoff, and elite theory by Nazaruddin Syamsuddin and Mosca, this research argues that their candidacy was done enclosed. Which mean, they did not get to deal with an internal selection of Gerinda, nor the wide selection (pemira) by PKS. Therefore, this research suggests that the Anies-Sandi gubernatorial candidacy was arranged by the elite trio: Jusuf Kalla, Prabowo Subianto and Shohibul Iman. Pengembangan Pariwisata Berkelanjutan: Analisis Ekowisata Mangrove Wonorejo Surabaya.
Get PDFABSTRACTThe Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries’ policy towards coastal and ocean regional development have been based on ecological considerations. The government has made various efforts to encourage the utilization of coastal and ocean funds, utilization patterns that are destructive and conserving coastal and marine resources are still continuing, efforts are needed to try to develop tourism that is developed to preserve the environment. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative studies. Data analysis was performed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study, agreed on the interaction between governance domains in the management of the Wonorejo mangrove ecotourism area with standard procedural requirements that have involved participation and pay attention to community needs and the consultation process, as well as dialogue involving the government and stakeholders. Accountability for managing Wonorejo Mangrove Ecotourism by applying aspects of education and the environment is still hampered by the existence of resources needed by civil society.Keywords: tourism, sustainable development, coastal, ecotourismKebijakan Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan terhadap pembangunan wilayah pesisir dan laut secara berkelanjutan didasarkan pemikiran bahwa wilayah pesisir dan laut secara ekologis dan ekonomis potensial untuk dikembangkan dan dimanfaatkan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mendorong pemanfaatan sumberdaya pesisir dan laut secara berkelanjutan, pola pemanfaatan yang sifatnya merusak dan mengancam kelestarian sumber daya pesisir dan laut masih saja terus berlangsung, diperlukan upaya yang serius untuk mengembangkan pariwisata berkelanjutan untuk melestarikan lingkungan hidup. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian, transparansi dalam interaksi antar domain governance dalam pengelolaan kawasan ekowisata mangrove Wonorejo dengan telah terlaksana standard procedural requirements yakni melibatkan partisipasi dan memperhatikan kebutuhan masyarakat serta consultation processes, dimana terdapat dialog antara pemerintah dengan stakeholder. Akuntabilitas pengelolaan Ekowisata Mangrove Wonorejo dengan mengaplikasikan aspek edukasi dan lingkungan masih terhambat oleh adanya keterbatasan sumberdaya yang dimiliki masyarakat sipil.Kata Kunci: pariwisata, pembangunan berkelanjutan, pesisir, ekowisata DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/jgp.v8i02.241
