Get PDFEfforts to Increase Family Income Empowerment of Family Welfare (UP2K-PKK) is one of the community empowerment movements carried out by the PKK Mover Team which aims to improve family welfare through improving the family economy.This study aims to compare the similarities and differences in the management of effort in improving family income – Welfare and Empowerment to the Family (UP2K-PKK) in Pekalongan Sub-district and Gunung Pelindung Sub-district in East Lampung Regency and to determine which is better or should be used in the management of UP2K-PKK in East Lampung Regency .The research design used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population uses all village UP2K-PKK specific group administrators in East Lampung Regency. The sample is the management of the village UP2K-PKK in Pekalongan Sub-district and Gunung Pelindung Sub-district with each respondent 24 people per district.The conclusion of this study is that the analysis obtained shows that there are differences in the management of UP2K-PKK in the Pekalongan sub-district and UP2K-PKK of the Gunung Pelindung Sub-district as a process of planning, organizing, directing, surveillance control. PENGARUH PENDAPATAN SEKTOR PARIWISATA TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI LAMPUNG TIMUR
Get PDFLampung Timur kini terus berupaya membangkitkan pariwisata sebagai salah satu sektor unggulan. Beberapa obyek wisata yang terdapat di Kabupaten Lampung Timur, antara lain Dam Swadaya, Dam Negara Natin, Balai Benih Induk Holtikultura, Taman Nasional Way Kambas (TNWK), Pesanggrahan Way Curup, Taman Purbakala Pugung Raharjo, Pantai Kerang Mas, Desa Tradisional Wana, Danau Beringin Indah, Danau Kemuning, Museum Budaya. Kunjungan wisata ke Kabupaten Lampung Timur, selain tempat wisata tersebut selama 2017 hingga 2018 ini hampir disetiap daerah terdapat tempat wisata baru, seperti kali aro, taman padang savanna, hutan mangrove dan lain-lain. Keberadaan tempat wisata tersebut dikelola dengan berbagai tujuan dan upaya. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan serta kesejahteraan masyarakat dan juga mengubah stigma Lampung Timur dari daerah yang dikenal ”kurang aman” menjadi daerah tujuan wisata. Dengan berbagai keterbatasan yang ada tentunya membutuhkan kreativitas, inovasi, dan juga kerja keras serta kolaborasi antara satuan kerja perangkat daerah (SKPD) Lampung Timur dengan sektor swasta, tentu mempercepat perubahan citra yang hendak dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis Pengaruh Pendapatan Sektor Pariwisata Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Lampung Timur. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pembuat kebijakan (policy making) khususnya Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Timur dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Get PDFChanges in technology are very fast, ultimately making public transport business competition tougher and demanding the creativity of business actors. The presence of an application-based transportation mode has finally become the community's choice and shifts conventional transportation service providers. With a variety of conveniences including costs that are already known at the beginning of the order, making people feel comfortable with the services provided, then provides options for the public in using transportation services and provides income changes for online transportation-based motorcycle taxi drivers.This study aims to examine the direct impact of the presence of application-based modes of transportation that can change people's choices to switch from conventional modes of transportation to application-based modes of transportation and to determine the impact of changes in community choices on driver income. This research method uses quantitative methods, namely research methods based on the philosophy of positivism. The sampling technique was carried out randomly from the population. The data was collected by using a research instrument with a questionnaire distributed to respondents. This research uses path analysis test.Application-based mode of transportation (X) has a significant influence on people's choice in determining the mode of transportation (Y), is 27.1%, the remaining 72.9% is influenced by other variables. Variables X and Y have a significant effect on the income of online motorcycle taxi drivers (Z). While the coefficients (R Square) were 0.334 or 33.4%,this means that the influence of the application-based mode of transportation variable through the choice of the community in determining the mode of transportation on the income of online motorcycle taxi drivers is 33.4%, the remaining 66.6% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.The importance of upgrading technology so that the online motorcycle taxi application will further improve driver performance, increase consumer satisfaction and this mode of transportation is always the people's choice.Keywords: Mode of Transportation, Civil Preference, Driver's Incom

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participation, transparency, democracy and mutual trust in the management of school operational assistance funds (BOS) in Rumbia 1 Public High School. This type of research is a case study. The data used are primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that 1). participation does not have a positive effect on the management of BOS funds, 2). Transparency has a positive effect on the management of BOS funds, 3). Democracy has a positive effect on the management of BOS funds, 4). Mutual trust has a positive effect on the management of BOS funds. Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui deskripsi perkerjaan pada Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Mengetahui jumlah beban kerja pegawai dan unit kerja pada Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Timur.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data angket terbuka dalam hal ini formulir sesuai Peraturan Kepala BKN Nomor 12 Tahun 2011dan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 12 Tahun 2008.Berdasarkan hasil analisis beban kerja, beban kerja pada Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Timur sebesar 62.698 jam per tahun yang terbagi dalam satu bagian dan empat bidang. Bagian Sekretariat dengan beban kerja sebesar 22.963 jam per tahun, Bidang Pembinaan, Kesejahteraan dan Informasi Kepegawaian dengan beban kerja sebesar 9.260 jam per tahun, Bidang Formasi dan Pengembangan Pegawai dengan beban kerja sebesar 10.619 jam per menit dan Bidang Mutasi dengan beban kerja sebesar 11.277 jam per tahun serta Bidang Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dengan beban kerja sebesar 8.580 jam per tahun. Get PDFThe aim of this study is to determine the accounts receivable turnover rate and inventory turnover have an influence on profitability both partially and simultaneously in a company. The object of this study is a consumer goods industry sector manufacturing company that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017. The type of data in this study is quantitative data. The source of the data in this study is secondary data, in the form of financial report data (balance sheet and income statement) related to variable in this study. The results of this study indicates that accounts receivable turnover has an affect on profitability. While inventory turnover does not affect on profitability. The results of the study simultaneously indicates that accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover influence together on profitability
