    Pengaruh Quick Ratio , Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover Terhadap Harga Saham

    This research aims to examine the influence of the Quick Ratio (QR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on stock prices. The model used in the research is a causality research design with quantitative data or secondary data. The population in this research uses companies in the property and real estate sub-sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2021. The sample selection process used a purposive sampling method, resulting in 100 observation data obtained from 20 companies selected as samples for 5 years of research. The independent variable QR uses the formula current assets minus inventory divided by current liabilities, DER uses the formula total debt divided by equity and TATO uses the formula sales divided by total assets. The dependent variable stock price is taken using the closing price value as of May 31. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a multiple linear regression analysis model using SPSS software. The results of this research show that QR has a positive effect on stock prices, while DER has a negative effect on stock prices. Furthermore, TATO has a positive effect on share prices

    Board of Commissioners’s Characteristics (Size, Independence, Expertise) and Financial Reporting Quality

    The quality of financial reports is necessary for the users. Factors that can improve the quality of financial reports that can be proven true are things that need to be prioritized. So research is needed that can prove the factors involved. This study aims to test the board of commissioners as a party that has a role in a company. The board of commissioners is the party that supervises a company entity and ensures that the committee carries out audits. In this study, the board of commissioners becomes an independent variable seen from the size, independence, expertise with leverage control variables, audit quality, company size, company growth. The object of this research is a manufacturing company listed on the Sharia Securities List in 2018-2020. The sample used is 198 companies that filled the requirement. The sample collection method used a purposive sample. The type of data used is secondary data and the data processing tool uses SPSS. In this study, the Board of Commissioners (Size, Independence, Expertise) were not proven to influence the Quality of Financial Statements. While the control variables in this study showed a positive influence in addition to the leverage variable, namely audit quality, company size, and company growth. So it can be concluded that all hypotheses in this study were rejected. So based on the point of size, independence, and expertise of the board of commissioners in this study, it does not have a large enough role in determining the Quality of Financial Statements

    As intermediary institutions, Islamic banks are Islamic financial institutions that play a major role in the pace of development and economic growth in Indonesia. that can be used by all members of society. Not only the Muslim community, but also in its operational activities besides being oriented towards sound business ethics (according to sharia principles) it is also based on the values of expediency and justice. This study examines the effect of the number of Islamic bank offices, and the amount of financing on economic growth in Indonesia. The population in this study are all Islamic banks for 2009 -2022 in the form of quarterly financial reports and those obtained from the financial services authority (OJK). Data analysis used is by using the panel vector eros correction model (VECM). This study shows that financing affects economic growth, and at the same time, the number of offices does not affect economic growth

    PERAN IMPLEMENTASI GREEN BANKING PADA BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA

    Banking that prioritizes social and environmental finance and the preservation of natural resources is known as "green banking". Man has an obligation to take care of the environment he has created through the preservation of the environment. The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing the green banking program implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia, and (2) knowing that the green banking program is implemented at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Qualitative proximity and descriptive analysis become research models through literature study activities of similar research. The secondary data used came from the findings of other researchers. Thecomponents of data analysis activities are as follows: 1) reducing data, 2) presenting data, and 3) drawing conclusions. According to research findings, Islamic banking in Indonesia has adopted environmentally friendly practices such as the efficiency of paper and electricity use, water use efficiency, waste management and reduction, and the efficiency of paper use and use. The tauhid value of the Islamic economic system is upheld by Bank Syariah Indonesia's green banking model which is very similar to the green banking business model

    The rapid development of the financial industry in Indonesia has created opportunities for financial institutions to compete by enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction, aiming to foster customer loyalty. This research aims to investigate the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, in building customer loyalty among Pegadaian customers in the city of Bengkulu. The sample comprises 127 Sharia Pegadaian customers in Bengkulu city selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this research indicate that service quality and customer satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. This implies that the better the services provided by the Sharia Pegadaian company in Bengkulu city, the more loyal customers become to the company. Similarly, high customer satisfaction leads to increased loyalty towards the Sharia Pegadaian company in Bengkulu city

    Pada era teknologi yang semakin pesat saat ini memberikan dampak positif dan dampak negatif. Dampak positif yang dapat dirasakan yaitu dengan perkembangan tekonologi untuk mendapat informasi yang dibutuhkan akan semakin mudah dan semakin cepat. Penggunaan internet yang tinggi dapat mengakibatkan konsumen melakukan pembelian secara tiba-tiba hanya dengan melihat konten video suatu produk yang disebar diberbagai macam media sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui viral marketing berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap hedonic shopping, untuk ssmengetahui viral marketing berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap impulsif buying, untuk mengetahui hedonic shopping berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap impulsif buying. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesinoner dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaplatform shopee di Kota Metro dan diambil sampel secara accidental sampling sebanyak 120 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan SPSS 21 dan Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif variabel ξ1 terhadap variabel η1dengan nilai tvalue > ttabel yaitu 6,51 > 1,65, maka hipotesis 1 diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif variabel ξ1 terhadap variabel η2 dengan nilai tvalue > ttabel yaitu 2,82 > 1,65, maka hipotesis 2 diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif variabel η1 terhadap variabel η2dengan nilai tvalue > ttabel yaitu 3,97 > 1,65, maka hipotesis 3 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa viral marketing berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap hedonic shopping, viral marketing berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap impulsive shopping, hedonic shopping berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap impulsif shopping.Kata kunci: Viral Marketing, Hedonic Shopping, Impulsif Buyin

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak komunikasi internal, displin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah penelitiankuantitatif. Obyek penelitian PT. Angkasa Pura II Bandar Udara Radin Inten II, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dankuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Alat analisis data menggunakan software SPSS ver.22 meliputi ujipersyaratan instrument uji persyaratan analisis, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel komunikasi internal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, selanjutnya variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya hasil uji hipotesis simultan, variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependent (kinerja karyawan).Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Internal, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kinerja Karyawan

    ANALISA INFLASI DAN NILAI TUKAR TERHADAP TINGKAT EKSPOR CRUDE PALM OIL (CPO)

    This study aimes to know the influence of inflation and exchange rates on palm oil exports. The data collection method used is a time series from data on export for the period 2018 – 2021, Bank Indonesia, and BAPPENAS. Three hypotheses were built and tested using multiple linear analysis. The data analysis used included autocorrelation test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showes that the inflation variable has a negative effect on crude palm oil exports, and the exchange rate has a negative effect on crude  palm oil exports. Simultaneously, inflation and the exchange rate have a effect on the export variable of crude palm oil of 67%

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Audit Internal, Budaya Organiasai, komite Audit terhadap Pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance pada PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Metro.jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kuntitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner dan populasi sempel yang di gunakan adalah sebanyak 66 kryawan yang ada di perusahaan tersebut. Alat analisis yang digunakan aadalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang menggunkan aplikasi IBM SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: (1). Auditt Internal berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance. 2). Budaya Organiasasi perpengaruh tehadap pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance. 3) Komite Audit berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governanc. 4) Audit Internal, Budaya Organisasi dan Komite Audit Informasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh Terhadap Pelaksanan Good Corporate Govermance, Secara Bersama sama Integritas Audit Internal, Budaya Organisasi dan Komite Audit Mendukung Pelaksanan Good Corporate Govermance.Kata kunci : Audit internal, Budaya Organisasi, Komite Auditt , Good Corporate GovernanceABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the influence of internal audit, organizational culture, audit committee on the implementation of good corporate governance at PT Pos Indonesia Metro Branch.     INDOMARET VS ALFAMART : THE BATTLE FOR STORE ATMOSPHERE SUPREMACY

    Indomaret and Alfamart, two retail giants in Indonesia, compete fiercely for market share. This study focuses on the Competition in the in-store experience, known as "store atmosphere." Store atmosphere is a key factor in the retail business that can influence customer behavior and satisfaction" Store atmosphere is a key factor in the retail business that can influence customer behavior and satisfaction. This study aims to understand the comparison of consumers' assessment of store atmosphere in the two major outlets. A total of 384 respondents provided ratings for 13 store atmosphere attributes, and the results were analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results showed that both Indomaret and Alfamart have similar challenges in creating a satisfying store atmosphere for customers. Some attributes such as store layout, display, exterior, and interior have performance that is rated low by customers. Both companies need to take corrective actions to meet customer expectations for these attributes. Both companies should understand their customers' preferences and focus on attributes that have a higher priority in creating a satisfying store atmosphere, while maintaining good quality performance on attributes that are already adequate. In conclusion, competition between Indomaret and Alfamart remains fierce, with store atmosphere being an Importance factor in winning over customers
