Implementasi Screw Extruder Untuk Usaha Getuk Singkong di Kecamatan Tegaldlimo Kabupaten Banyuwangi
Get PDFGetuk merupakan jajanan tradisional berbahan dasar singkong yang masih banyak digemari masyarakat. Usaha mikro dan usaha kecil produksi getuk umumnya masih menggunakan proses produksi tradisional atau manual dan pemasaran dengan penjualan langsung. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan screw extruder dan packaging untuk kelompok usaha getuk singkong di Tegaldlimo Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Kelompok usaha ini memiliki permasalahan teknis berupa peralatan produksi dan permasalahan manajemen berupa kemasan produk dan pemasaran. Proses produksi memiliki kendala dalam pelumatan singkong kukus dan pencampuran karena proses manual membutuhkan waktu proses yang relatif lama. Selain itu, pengoperasian peralatan manual dengan tangan beresiko terhadap kelelahan, bahkan cidera. Penyerahan alat didampingi tim teknis terkait kelistrikan dan aspek mekanis. Implementasi screw extruder diprediksi dapat mengurangi waktu produksi sampai 50% dan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi harian sampai dua kali lipat. Pelaksanaan seluruh kegiatan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan omset harian mitra sampai dua kali lipat.

Get PDFThe collaboration between the Forest Village Community Institution (LMDH) and the Department of Culture and Tourism (Disbudpar) on the National Community Empowerment program succeeded in turning the Puncak Wangun Cultural Tourism Village into an alternative tourist destination for the people of Bandung and its surroundings. This tourist village has a lot of potential from interesting artistic, cultural, socio-economic and ecological aspects, but the existence of Puncak Wangun Cultural Tourism Village is not widely known to the public. To introduce the potential of tourist villages, improve marketing communications, and provide visual branding, a visual identity design was carried out through Community Service activities by applying the Design Thinking method and SWOT analysis guided by field activities, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions. This PKM program succeeded in designing a brand identity that was applied to digital promotional media for the Puncak Wangun Cultural Tourism Village in the form of a website and Instagram. In the future, it is necessary to develop a brand identity that is applied to souvenir products, sign systems, packaging, or other products according to the needs and interests of partners to expand the popularity of Puncak Wangun Cultural Tourism Village in attracting tourists from various demographic segments in order to advance tourist destinations and communities
Analisis Postur Kerja Karyawan Pada Proses Pemotongan Kain Di UD Wijaya
Get PDFUD. Wijaya is manufacturing bag products that was established in 2016. Currently, cloth cutting activities at UD Wijaya still use human labor manually. The cloth cutting activities are carried out with the work position bent and the legs bend so that workers often feel pain in the waist, back, calves, knees, ankles, and soles of the feet. In addition, there are no facilities in the form of tables or chairs for cutting places. Activities at UD wijaya is carried out for analysis of the worker's posture to find out the complaints felt in the workers' muscles in the cutting section and can provide recommendations for improving work methods or tools to minimize the risk of worker injury. Based on the analysis of employee work posture in the fabric cutting process using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method, a high REBA score of 9 was obtained and corrective action was needed. If the posture is not corrected immediately, then the workers may have injuries of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in the long and short term. The working posture repairment suggested is by making tools in the form of chairs and work tables with the anthropometric data of workers

Get PDFStriped catfish is one of the leading sectors in aquaculture in Banjar Regency, it is stated in the Decree of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Number. KEP.32/MEN/2010 and the Decree of the Banjar Regency Number. 241 of 2008 about the Stipulation of Striped Catfish Cultivation Fisheries Areas. Until this time, striped catfish production is mostly sold in fresh form in traditional markets from South Kalimantan to Central Kalimantan and East Kalimantan. Whereas striped catfish can be processed into various varied and productive forms because it has a rich taste, colored meat with a chewy texture, highly nutritious and affordable prices. To increase the utilization of striped catfish, it is necessary to have processed products in order to increase the income of the surrounding community. The Community Partnership Program activity aims to transfer community technology through training in processing various foods made from striped catfish. The method consists of (a) counseling and (b) practical demonstration which aims to provide knowledge and skills to the target audience, which are the communities around the striped catfish minapolitan in Bincau Village, Martapura District, Banjar Regency. The continuance from the training results of this activity is to increase community skills in processing catfish-based products which leads to improvements in the household economic sector through economic growth and increasing incomes of the surrounding community

Get PDFBlood donation is an activity where a person voluntarily gives blood which will later be stored in a blood bank for transfusion purposes for those in need. Generally, blood requirements are not proportional to the number of donors. Information on the importance of the danar donors is still unknown. This activity aims to help the Surabaya City Indonesian Red Cross meet and increase the blood stock needed in the city of Surabaya and to socialize all students of the Surabaya Adhi Tama Institute of Technology about the importance of blood donation. This blood donation activity is a collaboration between the Chemical Engineering Student Association and the Indonesian Red Cross Donor City of Surabaya. The technical implementation of this activity is divided into 4 stages, namely distribution of donor forms, donor registration, health checks, blood donors. This blood donation activity is supported not only by the chemical engineering community, but also by the faculty community, namely students and lecturers. The blood donation activity lasted for 1 day with 60 blood donor participants and it went well. The participants involved consisted of 52 students and 8 lecturers. Based on the health check, it was found that 40 participants did not meet the requirements to become blood donors and 20 people did, so they received 20 bags of blood
Evaluation Of Online Learning And The Impact On Learning Achievement And Student Satisfaction
Get PDFThe Covid-19 pandemic has had a considerable impact on education systems throughout the world, including Indonesia. The education system must adapt, from an offline learning system to an online learning system. This results in the emergence of several impacts that affect the success and satisfaction of students. There are a number of challenges in implementing online learning in developing countries, both in terms of limited facilities and the readiness factor of human resources, both lecturers and students.. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the online learning system on learning success and student satisfaction. The data collection method used in this study is a survey research method. The population and samples taken were students of IBI Kesatuan, Faculty of Informatics and Tourism from semester one to semester five. Data processing and analysis methods were carried out quantitatively and descriptively. The results showed that the online learning system had a positive influence on student success in terms of the value obtained, however there were also twenty three percent of the respondents who felt that the cumulative achievement index received was relatively higher than the level of success of the knowledge gained. This shows the satisfaction obtained by students with the online learning system is relatively lower than that of the offline learning system.

The results of the activity showed the high enthusiasm of the participants. Participants who took part in this service activity proved to have great intentions in cricket cultivation. This is evidenced by the fact that one of the participants has implemented cricket cultivation as an additional means of income by marketing it to the bird market and feed shops

No full textThis article is based on the Program Abdi Mengajar (PAM) which seeks to find solutions to the problems faced by the Aulia Rahma Hasanah orphanage foundation which is located in the Kelurahan Karang Joang, Balikpapan Utara. The main problem faced by partners is the lack of funds and human resources to provide proper education to foster children, especially in formal education services. There is exists learning barriers that affect mentally disturbed children or commonly called intellectual disabilities. therefore in this community service activity, the concept of homeschooling services is designed to be able to provide knowledge, especially in the social field. The purpose of this community service activity is specifically help to improve the communication and socialization skills of mentally retarded children and provide supplementary informal educational services. From the activities that have been carried out, there have been positive developments related to attitudes and mental knowledge by foster children, although not significant enough. Continuous and intensive activities are still needed so that they can provide better benefits for the mental development and knowledge of mentally retarded children until they are completely healed

No full textThis article contains the Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities process, the Bandung State Polytechnic (Polban) collaboration with Mekarsari Gambung Village as its partner, which is in its second year. The problems faced by Mekarsari Gambung Village include the lack of competence of human resources in compiling and presenting qualified tourism products and not having adequate promotional tools to market these tourism products to prospective tourists. Solutions to partner problems offered from this PKM activity include preparing tourism products and making digital marketing tools. The output of the compiled PKM activities is in the form of trekking tour packages which are recorded in the form of an electronic guidebook and a website containing comprehensive information about Mekarsari Gambung Village as a tourism destination along with activities that tourists can carry out during their visit
