Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Kuliah Di Kampus Bisnis Umar Usman
This study aims to find out how much influence price, and promotion on the decision of students to choose to study at Kampus Bisnis Umar Usman, this research method is a quantitative research method, the population in this study is Umar Usman Business campus students in 2021/2022, The sample used in this study is 48 students with an accidental sampling approach (accidental sampling). The results of the preliminary analysis carried out show that the indicators used are valid for measuring existing variables. The results of the next analysis found that of the three variables used in this study, from the results of testing the hypothesis between Prices (X1) affecting the decision (Y) of students to restore college. The results obtained were 8.5% followed by the promotion variable with a regression coefficient of 15.6%, concluding, that price and promotion had a positive and significant effect on the decision of students to choose to study at the Umar Usman Business campus was 16.8%

Assistance for Toddler Mothers and Health Cadres in Utilizing Boardgames as an Alternative to Gadgets for Toddlers to Support Children's Growth and Development
In Magetan the number of gadget use and gadget dependence on children is relatively high. The results of a 2019 study showed that most children play gadgets for 5-10 minutes without their parents' assistance. A small number of children play traditional games, watch TV and play at home. The results of the preliminary interviews show that the majority of children are not familiar with board games, some do but have never played them. Some parents never buy toys for their children because according to them, children play enough at school. On the other hand, stimulating the growth and development of children is the responsibility of the community so that parents must be involved and participate and be active in its implementation. Data from the Magetan Health Office shows that part of the stimulation of development has been carried out by mothers for their children. From the results of the interviews it was found that 54.5% of mothers stimulated by inviting them to sing, ride bicycles, but not regularly every day, when they are free while watching TV. Some other mothers never do stimulation because they don't know how to do it so that their children develop as they are. To increase community participation, the solutions offered are counseling, outreach, training for mothers of toddlers, and health cadres. This activity collaborated with village midwives, health centers and facilitators from universities. The main objective of the activity is to use the media to play board games in order to reduce gadget dependence on children. The fundamental contribution of this activity is increasing the application of science and technology in the community, increasing understanding and skills of the community. The community can realize that there are health problems that must be handled independently as early as possible
Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Dengan Metode Statistical Quality Control (SQC) Untuk Mengurangi Produk Gagal Pada Sri Bakery
This activity is to determine the quality control of pastel products at the partner in May 2020 - April 2021. Sri Bakery is a home- business engaged in food processing since 1992. The resulting pastel products often suffer from product failures such as uneven shape, charring, and leaking of contents. The object of this activity is the number of production and the number of defective products in pastel products. Data were collected by direct interviews which were then processed and analyzed using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method using statistical tools in the form of check sheets, histograms, pareto diagrams, scatter diagrams, p-charts, and fishbone diagrams. The results of data processing show that Sri Bakery is still within reasonable limits, but there needs to be corrective action to reduce failed products. On average pastels fail every month, reaching 5% of the total production produced. Actions that need to be taken to reduce product failure are that partner needs to use statistical methods to identify the category of defects and the factors that cause product failure to occur, besides that partner needs to make a Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) so that the production process avoids errors
Dampak Sosial PKM di Sumber Nagan Gunungrejo Singosari Malang : Apa Yang Terjadi Di Sini ?
Sumber Nagan is one of the water sources located in Gunungrejo Village, Singosari District, Malang Regency. This water source has cultural and religious values. The main use of this water source is for bathing, and drinking water sources. Some residents also use the overflow of water to wash. So far, Nagan Source has not been seen as one economic potential. When the PKM Team of Widyagama University of Malang has completed the repair of physical facilities in Sumber Nagan, there are positive comments from visitors and the user community regarding comfort. This turned out to cause side effects in the form of business land disputes among local residents. This phenomenon is discussed in this article because in general this kind of thing does not appear in community service activities. The results of the analysis show that the general assumptions compiled above the perception that the results of activities are things that should be enjoyed together, need to be reviewed. The situational analysis of partners needs to be extended to their potential social impact

Tunas Andalan Pratama, which was formed with a vision to build a better future. This company is inseparable from competition in the growing and competitive business world. This spurs the company to improve its quality, so Ciputralife needs to assess the performance of its employees. Performance appraisal is to determine the level of success in carrying out tasks. The goal is to produce a better and easier assessment of employee abilities to determine the appropriate work position. The partner's problem can be solved by the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method where the system will determine the results based on the input provided by the user. This technical application is offered to partners as a form of dissemination of knowledge. The methods used in dissemination activities include data collection by documentation, observation, and interviews with partners, then continued with analysis to find out the assessment criteria. The results of the analysis are submitted to partners for consideration
Analisis Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Dalam Penerapan Pembukuan Sederhana Bagi UMKM
Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) generally have not carried out financial management, especially simple bookkeeping. The lack of knowledge and capacity of resources is a contributing factor. The preparation of this article aims to analyze community service in the application of simple bookkeeping for MSMEs. The analysis was carried out with a brief review of the publications of related community service activities over the last 5 years. The results of the review were analyzed from the aspect of activity methods, activity results and constraints or recommended suggestions. The results of the analysis show that many training and mentoring methods are used to obtain consistency and continuity. The lack of financial management knowledge can be overcome by education on the importance of bookkeeping. A simple digital-based bookkeeping application is highly recommended because of the effectiveness and efficiency factor
Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Implementasi Komunikasi Pemasaran Digital Pada UMKM di Desa Sigar Penjalin, Lombok Utara
The COVID-19 pandemic situation forces humans to minimize physical social interaction. In this context, the media in the network becomes the choice of means of interaction and communication so that each individual can stay connected. In such a situation, everyone is required to be able to adapt, including UMKM actors. However, the skill of UMKM actors in Sigar Penjalin village in utilizing digital media as a means of marketing communication is minimal, as well as the lack of ability to manage brands. Therefore this community service program carries the theme of training and assistance in implementing digital marketing communications. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of UMKM actors to optimal in utilizing digital media as a means of marketing communication and the ability to manage brands well. The results of activities to increase the expertise of UMKM actors were carried out through training and mentoring focusing on the material on social media marketing and brand management. Through the training and mentoring, participants are equipped with knowledge about social media geography, product packaging, the importance of brands for producers and consumers, brand development models, and logo design using the Canva application

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah Negeri Nusaniwe, Kota Ambon dalam pengembangan obyek wisata Paralayang di Bukit Ruhatu. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif berdasarkan tiga indikator (data reduction, data display, verification). Subyek penelitian ini yaitu pemerintah Negeri Nusaniwe, Pengelola Awal dan Pengelola BUMDES. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa Peran pemerintah Desa atau Negeri Nusaniwe belum maksimal dalam pengembangan Kawasan Wisata Bukit Ruhatu

UD. Lajamin is a trading business engaged in the bag production manufacturing industry. So far, the resulting bag products often experience defects that exceed the company's standards. To improve product quality, it is necessary to apply the FMEA method with the stage of identifying the type of defect, the cause of the problem and the consequence of the defect. Based on the FMEA method, defects with the highest RPN (Risk Priority Number) value that must be repaired such as untidy stitches, torn defects, accessories defects. This is used as the basis for making proposals to partners in community service activities to improve product quality and reduce product defects. Pelatihan Diversifikasi Jamur Tiram Sebagai Produk Olahan Makanan di Kecamatan Pamboang Kabupaten Majene
Most areas in the Pamboang sub-district have a hilly and mountainous topography with a tropical solar climate. The fertile natural conditions are very supportive making it a potential area for agriculture and as a place for mushroom cultivation. Urawa oyster mushrooms are the first group that is productive in developing oyster mushrooms in Majene Regency. However, the number of oyster mushrooms produced is not in line with public demand. The indigenous people of Majene are still unfamiliar with the processing and taste of oyster mushrooms. This community service campaign aims to introduce oyster mushrooms as a diversification of processed food. The method of community service activities uses counseling, training and mentoring methods. This activity was attended by 30 participants from the general public, 2 traditional leaders, and 10 students of the Biology Education study program at the University of West Sulawesi. The training activity was carried out by involving all participants in making various processed oyster mushrooms such as crispy mushrooms, meatballs, nuggets, crackers, and shredded. These processed products can be stored for a long time, are practical, and are in the form that popular among the public. In addition, assistance is carried out in obtaining Urawa product P-IRT permits at the health office. Diversification of processed mushroom products will greatly help increase the marketing of oyster mushrooms and help the partner's economy as a creative business. The implementation of the activities was very good as indicated by the increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants before and after the training
