PKM for Making Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) Based on Household Waste for Teachers in Polewali Mandar Regency to Support the Realization of Adiwiyata Schools
Garbage is a big problem that is being faced by the government and the people of Polewali Mandar. The unavailability of landfills and waste processing sites causes people to throw their garbage in any place. This causes environmental pollution due to the stench of garbage and reduced beauty and environmental health. The team from the Biology Education Study Program in collaboration with the Komunitas Guru Penggerak provided training for teachers to be able process waste mainly from household waste into liquid organic fertilizer (LOF). Thus, it can help the government reduce waste problems while producing a useful product, namely LOF. The fertilizer produced can be used to help the growth of plants that are cultivated in the school environment. Teachers can realize Adiwiyata schools, namely schools that are clean and free of waste as well as schools that are healthy and beautiful by various types of plants. The results of the service activities showed that most of the participants agreed that this training activity was in accordance with the theme, the resource persons had good quality as indicated by the material presented and the ability to answer questions. Participants also agreed that this training provided skills strengthening for teachers to process waste into LOF
Clean Water Management Using Used Pots to Meet Clean Water Needs in Garantung Village, Maliku District, Pulang Pisau Regency
Garantung village in Maliku, Pulang Pisau, Palangka Raya is a village with peat land. The water contain high Ferrum (Fe) and Manganese (Mn), smelly and brown water, as an inflict the lack of clean water on village. Based on the problem mention, these community service by Palangka Raya University held. The water treatment activity held by apply a simple filtration system. The purpose of this community service is to help the villager, obtain clean water with simple and cheap method, using used pot, gravel, sand, flannel, and tissue. The water treatment activities start with the socialization about clean water and it’s containments, following with training. The result show that after simple water treatment applied the water color significantly change, so it is can be used to washing clothes and raw foods. Pemanfaatan By Product Pengolahan Ekstrak Albumin Ikan Gabus Menjadi Abon Ikan Di LPM Kelurahan Sekumpul
The by-product of processing snakehead fish albumin extract is obtained in the form of fish meat with a tasteless taste because the fish juice has been separated in the form of albumin extract. The by product can still be used as other processed products, by adding a mixture of spices to obtain a product, namely shredded fish. The objectives of this service activity are (1) to increase the added value of by product processing snakehead fish albumin extract into a selling value product, namely shredded fish and (2) as an effort to accelerate community empowerment in an area by utilizing local potential in the area. The method of PKM activities at LPM Kelurahan Sekumpul uses counseling, training, demonstration and evaluation techniques of service activities. The conclusions of this service activity, namely (1) the processing of shredded fish is an effort to optimize the utilization of by-product processing of snakehead fish albumin extract into products that have economic value; (2) shredded fish made from snakehead fish albumin can be an option to increase fish consumption in an effort to meet the nutritional adequacy of the community, especially the fulfillment of animal protein sources; (3) the results of the evaluation of the level of understanding of the target audience on the criteria of understanding and practicing the service material increased by 46.7%, then on the criteria of understanding and not practicing it decreased by 26.6% and on the criterion of understanding slightly decreased by 20%
Penguatan Literasi Mangrove di OKL SL bagi Keberlanjutan Ekologis Mangrove di Desa Debunaruk Kabupaten Malaka
The mangrove ecosystem is categorized into the coastal ecosystem to be recognized and preserved so that it can be functional for the community and the environment. The community of OKL Street Library is a community group that exists in the area of the Beibleka mangrove ecosystem, Debunaruk Village – Malaka. Unfortunately, this community group is not yet familiar with both this type of mangrove species and the size of the ecosystem. The community service proposed is entitled a mangrove literacy strengthening at OKL Street Library for mangrove ecological sustainability in Debunaruk Village in the District of Malaka. This activity is targeted at the active users of OKL Street Library. The objective of this activity is to increase the knowledge in understanding various species types of mangroves ecosystem. Direct observation using information technology applications, namely Google Earth and the internet. The point is to enhance positive perception and real action in preserving the mangrove ecosystem that provides ecological and economic benefits to the community of Debunaruk-Tahak, the Dsitrict of Malaka. The area size calculation employs Google Earth and the introduction of mangrove species using the internet, through which learners are introduced to technology-based applications. This activity is conducted hand in hand between the OKL Street Library and the community service staff, both in setting the problem focus and activity alternatives. OKL SL got improvement knowledge and skills about the type and usages of mangroves and the implementation of Google Earth. We helped them by sharing some books too for the students

Universities as provides of educational service must always provide quality services to meet the needs and desires of customers. This is to get a sense of satisfaction from customers with the services that have been provided. One way to measure and determine the level of customer satisfaction is to conduct a customer satisfaction survay. Customer satisfaction surveys can be carried out using measurement instruments, one of which is a questionnaire. To be able to find out how the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided, the quesionnaire used must be in accordance with the situasion and conditions at the time of the survey. If there is a change in the service delivery process, the satisfaction measuring questionnaire must also be changed according to the changes that occur. The suitability of the satisfaction measurement questionnaire with current conditions can provide several benefits, such as the institutions being able to provide excellent service according to their needs. And the level of customer satisfaction is one aspect of accreditation so that if the questionnaire can be prepared properly, this can help the institution to improve accreditation.

Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosonal, Kecerdasan Spiritual dan Perilaku Belajar Terhadap Tingkat Pemahaman Akuntansi
To produce qualified accounting graduates, universities must know what factors influence a student in understanding the material he gets, generally the education system is only centered on intellectual intelligence, it should also be balanced with other intelligences such as emotional and spiritual intelligence. This intelligence is personality intelligence such as how to develop heart intelligence with toughness, initiative, honesty, and adaptability. Some examples in our environment that prove that having brain intelligence alone, or many who have high degrees does not determine success in taking part in the world of work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and learning behavior on accounting understanding in accounting study program students. This type of research is quantitative research. The research subjects used by the authors are Accounting Study Program students in Bogor with a population of 4,468 people consisting of 3,475 Bachelors in Accounting and 993 D3 Accounting students. The data collection in this study used primary data with research instruments using a questionnaire via Google Form which was distributed directly to the research sample through social media as measured by a Likert scale. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling with sampling based on criteria that had been determined by the author with the sampling unit through the Slovin formula totaling 368. The data analysis technique was carried out using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Version 16. The results showed that partially (1) emotional intelligence had a significant positive effect on accounting understanding, (2) spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on accounting understanding, (3) learning behavior had a significant effect on accounting understanding, and (4) simultaneously showed that the variable emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and learning behavior affect the understanding of accounting.

Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru Melalui Pelatihan Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah Dan Publikasi Jurnal Ilmiah Berbasis Open Journal System (OJS) Di MTs Negeri 32 Jakarta
Among the models of continuous professional development for teachers are potential development and increasing scientific cultural traditions through scientific publications. The obligation of scientific publications for teachers is strengthened by the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 16 of 2009 concerning Teacher Functional Positions and Credit Scores. However, in reality, scientific publications from teachers are still very minimal. The partner of this PKM activity is MTsN 32 Jakarta where the problem faced is the lack of teacher knowledge in terms of technical writing of scientific papers. In addition, it is a new thing for MTsN 32 Jakarta teachers to publish in OJS-based scientific journals. This PKM activity provides solutions for partners in the form of training in writing scientific papers and publications in OJS-based scientific journals as an effort to improve teacher competence so that it has an impact in realizing professional and competent educators
Pelatihan Pembuatan Kecambah Kacang Hijau (Tauge) Dengan Media Pasir Sungai Untuk Masyarakat Dusun Banopo, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara
The people of Dusun Banopo mostly work as farmers who produce a variety of agricultural products. One of the products produced is mung beans. The yield of bean sprouts is very good and plentiful, however the utilization of this product is still very low, especially in supporting family health and increasing family income. Most of the produce is sold immediately and a quarter of the harvested are usually left at home to be cooked with corn. Mung bean seeds can be germinated into bean sprouts which have a higher nutritional content and can be used as marketed products. This service activity was well received by the community, especially the women from the Women Farmers Group. This group gains knowledge and skills in making bean sprouts with media that can be taken from the surrounding environment. Besides being able to be used as a nutritious vegetable in improving family health, it can also marketed to increase family income
Analisis Manajemen Risiko Pada Proses Produksi Tas Menggunakan Metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment And Risk Control (HIRARC)
The field of occupational safety and health is something that must be considered, because it affects the development, increased production and achievement of zero accidents in the company. UD. Suci Konveksi is one of the small and medium-sized industrial businesses with output in the form of bag products that have been established since 2006. Observations show that the lack of employee awareness in applying OHS to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in force has resulted in several work accidents leading to accidents in machine-based production areas. The purpose of this service activity is to analyze risk management and find out the application of hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control methods (HIRARC) to the bag production process at UD Suci Convection. The results of hazard identification also found there were 11 potential hazards, with the division of 3 potential dangers of low risk entry, 4 potential dangers of entering moderate risk, 2 potential dangers of entering high risk and 2 potential dangers of entering extreme risk. The risk control recommendation is given to the overall potential hazards in UD Suci Convection to prevent repeated work accidents
