Penerapan Mesin Oven Hemat Energi Untuk Pengeringan Brown Sugar pada Kelompok Wanita Tani Rahayu Manunggal Desa Ngancar Di Kecamatan Candimulyo Kabupaten Magelang
This article is the result of implementing the CSR program of PT PLN Magelang Regency branch to help solve problems in the Rahayu Manunggal Women Farmers Group (KWT). High production costs and low profits are obstacles faced by KWT Rahayu Manunggal. This problem is caused by the production process of making brown sugar which uses quite a lot of energy, including the drying process of brown sugar. Applying an energy-efficient oven at KWT Rahayu Manunggal can help overcome this problem. The concept of the oven machine is designed by utilizing the heat/energy stored in the exhaust gas produced by the sap cooking furnace. The results obtained from this system can increase profits and reduce production costs, as well as improve the cleanliness of brown sugar processing
Peran Serta Perguruan Tinggi dalam Kepedulian Bencana Erupsi Gunung Semeru Tahun 2021
Mount Semeru, which is located in Malang and Lumajang districts, East Java, is an active volcano with a high frequency of eruptions. This mountain in early December 2021 experienced an eruption that had an impact on the surrounding community in Lumajang district. The academic community of PGRI Banyuwangi University (Uniba) seeks to help the community by raising funds and other assistance. This is done by communicating with related parties so that assistance can be given appropriately, both in terms of form and target. The activity was carried out together with students who took shelter in student organizations. The delivery of assistance is carried out directly in the form of financial assistance to the authorities. This form of assistance is in accordance with the direction of the relevant parties where the logistics in the form of physical needs have been fulfilled
Perancangan Sistem Pemanenan Air Hujan Skala Rumah Tangga untuk Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Air Bersih dan Konservasi Air Tanah
The problems that commonly occurred in the field of water resources were the lack of clean water in the dry season and excess water in the wet season. Those problems may impact on efforts to fulfil the need for clean water. One of the efforts that can be used to overcome those problems is rainwater harvesting. The purpose of this research was to design a rainwater harvesting system to fulfil the need for clean water during the dry season and groundwater conservation in the wet season. The design of the system includes the roof of the rainwater harvesting building, rainwater harvesting reservoirs, infiltration wells, and rainwater quality treatment equipment. The roof of the rainwater harvesting building was designed with a size of 6.50 m x 5.00 m. The runoff discharge from the roof is 1,084.02 liters/hour. The available rainwater harvesting reservoir has a capacity of 5,300 liters. There were 2 units of infiltration wells that function to absorb abundant rainwater from rainwater harvesting reservoirs, each well is 0.80 m in diameter and 1.35 m deep. Utilization of water from rainwater harvesting reservoirs can be done after going through the process in rainwater quality treatment equipment. The results of this activity can be recommended for widespread application
Pelatihan Pembuatan Aplikasi E-raport dengan Menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel Bagi Guru-guru SD di Wilayah Insana Fafinesu
The activity of filling in school data, student data, and student final grades in report card at elementary schools in the Insana Fafinesu District, Timor Tengah Utara Regency has been carried out in handwriting (conventional), which have some constraints such as taking a long time to processing grades, has a tendency to miscalculation if the student report card is lost or damaged, it does not have documentation/ back-up documents. For teachers who have sloppy handwriting, it will be difficult for a parent to read. One software that can be used in making student report cards is Microsoft Office Excel. This software is easy to understand and can overcome problems in making student report cards such as the length of time for processing grades, the tendency of grade processing error, difficulties in reading teacher writing by parents, and overcoming problems with documentation/backup documents. This service activity aims to provide training in making e-report card applications using Microsoft Excel for elementary school teachers in the Insana Fafinesu area, Timor Tengah Utara Regency. The methods used in this activity are workshops and ongoing mentoring. As a result, teachers better understand the functions in Microsoft Excel that are useful in the process of filling out student report cards, each teacher succeeds in making their own e-reports, and they agree that e-reports with Microsoft Excel are more efficient and effective than filling out report cards manually (conventional) and will use e-reports in their respective schools. The next plan for this service activity will be an application for Teacher Performance Assessment (TPA) and Employee Work Targets (EWT).
 
Kebutuhan Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris Menurut Para Pemangku Kepentingan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kebutuhan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sebuah STIE di Jawa Barat dan apakah terdapat perbedaan persepsi di antara para pemangku kepentingan mengenai kebutuhan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari proyek perancangan kurikulum matakuliah Bahasa Inggris pada institusi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Berhasil dijaring 90 kuesioner mahasiswa, 8 kuesioner dosen senior matakuliah keahlian, 5 kuesioner pengajar Bahasa Inggris, 4 kuesioner institusi, dan 5 kuesioner dari pihak industri/pengguna lulusan. Adapun wawancara dilakukan terhadap pihak institusi. Menggunakan uji nonparametrik chi kuadrat (two-way chi-square test), didapatkan nilai observasi sebesar 10,0426, sementara nilai yang diharapkan sebesar 11,3449 yang berarti Ho ditolak. Dengan kata lain, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa persepsi dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan atas kebutuhan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris adalah sama, yakni menekankan pada kebutuhan bahasa Inggris setelah lulus nantinya (future needs). Sementara kebutuhan yang bersifat segera (immediate needs) berupa program pengajaran yang bertujuan membantu mahasiswa dalam studinya sekarang —menurut para pemangku kepentingan— merupakan prioritas kedua. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa para pemangku kepentingan umumnya berpandangan kurikulum Bahasa Inggris di institusi sudah cukup baik. Meski demikian, terdapat perbedaan persepsi di antara para pemangku kepentingan atas kesesuaian kurikulum dalam memenuhi kebutuhan belajar mahasiswa.

The high business competition makes it difficult for companies to market which results are decreased sales and decreased production. This activity aims to analyze the business in order to overcome these problems by socializing the business model design using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method. The BMC method is carried out by observation, literature study and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) between the Team and the experts. Companies must increase marketing activities, increase product added value and increase partnerships. Marketing activities should be carried out both online and offline. Online marketing can be added through online buying and selling forums, google ads, tik tok shop, twitter, email or telegram, while offline marketing can be added by participating in property exhibitions, distributing brochures, holding property webinars, and inviting customer to become marketing. The increase in added value can be done by free consultations for construction service, free delivery product for Bekasi area. The increase partnerships is by adding developers such as developers for handling electricity, water and so on in working on large projects, for example the construction of hospitals. The results of this Activity that are felt by owners and employees are their increased knowledge of business models which can increase marketing, increase sales and increase production

In today's era of global business competition, industrial companies must always keep up in a better direction so that they can survive in the midst of innovation rapid changes. This also applies to companies in the field of bag production. Every year, the presence of bags of various designs provides a blend of functionality, creativity, quality, modernity, as well as simplicity. The increasing number of products and product variants stems from the increasing number of needs for the use of bags. From observations on partners activities, a number of consumer complaints were obtained including product quality, service that was less representative, and product prices that were less affordable. As a result, sales decreased by 20% in the period of October, November, and December 2021. However, to determine and test the role of satisfaction, as the cause of the decline in sales, it is necessary to carry out a structured measurement. One way is through the use of the Servqual method. The results of the case studies applied to partners showed that there was a negative servqual value. Actions need to be taken to overcome all attributes that have a negative gap value, which is formulated as a proposed improvement. Partners accept improvement proposals well
Pelatihan Pengelolaan Website Desa Sebagai Media Informasi Digital Di Desa Fafinesu C, Kecamatan Insana Fafinesu, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara
Digital information media allows the disclosure of public information and supports development. Website as a digital information media is an important way to be developed especially in the field of Government. Content Management System (CMS) is an alternative website creation without using programming. To facilitate village operators in creating and managing village information digitally, training of village website management as an information media is an important thing to do. Fafinesu C village at Insana Fafinesu District, North Central Timor Regency is the target in this program. The problems in Fafinesu C village are information system of village has not been managed properly, the absence of villace information system and the village officials still not understand about management information. The program is collaboration with Insana Fafinesu Subdistrict and Fafinesu C village. With this program, village operators can create a village website using a CMS. Website of Fafinesu C villages can publish the information about the village. The operator of village can manage the website independently. In addition, through the village website, village potentials can be published so that the village are able to develop the potential that exist

The new order that has emerged due to the Covid-19 pandemic has forced people to adapt in their lives. So a new challenge is related to public information related to Covid-19, community behaviour, Covid-19 vaccination, and the use of health services. The most vulnerable group is the elderly, so there is a need for direct educational activities for the elderly about the Coronavirus, and how to prevent it. This community service program is carried out in the work area of the Tara-tara Health Center with the aim of providing education to the elderly. This activity uses the method of providing direct education in the form of lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The results of this service activity are increasing the understanding and knowledge of the elderly about the Corona Virus and how to maintain health during a pandemic from co-morbidities so that the elderly can be healthy and happy. In conclusion, this educational activity must be carried out continuously by paying attention to health protocols during the pandemic
Pengaruh Marketing Mix Terhadap Keputusan Memilih Perguruan Tinggi
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of marketing mix elements which include product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), promotion (X4), people (X5), process (X6), and physical evidence (X7). and the effect of the overall (simultaneous) marketing mix on the student's decision to choose the Bogor Unity IBI campus. This study uses primary data through a survey of 97 active IBI Unit students in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The collected data is processed and analyzed using SPSS software. From the results of this study indicate that; (1) Product has a positive and significant effect on students' decisions to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogor; (2) price has no effect on students' decisions to choose to study at IBI Bogor Unity; (3) place does not affect the student's decision to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogor; (4) promotion has a positive and significant effect on student decisions to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogo; (5) people have a positive and significant effect on students' decisions to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogor; (6) the process does not affect the student's decision to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogor; (7) has a positive and significant effect on student decisions to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogor; (8) Overall variable X (marketing mix) has a positive and significant effect on student decisions to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogor of 77.1%.
