No full textThis community service is focused on compiling and simplifying higher education materials to help increase competitiveness in this 4.0 industrial era. This research is motivated by the large number of high school graduates who cannot continue their studies at university with financial limitations. The objectives to be achieved in this Community Service (PKM) activity include: A). Create an online learning system or E-learning from the Pupilfirst.com Open Source Learning Management System (LMS) platform. B). Compile and simplify college materials. Because in this study, the process of making or designing the system was not made from scratch, the researchers only described the system design using a Mind Map and Use Case. The Matkul E-learning system was created with the Pupilfirst.com Learning Management System (LMS) platform, which is an Open Source LMS platform that focuses on online learning for students, and the researchers conducted testing using the testing method, namely Browser Compatibility.

No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pentingnya mutu atau kualitas perguruan tinggi dalam proses pelaksanaan pendidikan tinggi sebagai upaya untuk membawa perbaikan di pendidikan tinggi sistem pendidikan. Untuk mengungkapkan bahwa setiap program yang dilaksanakan oleh perguruan tinggi sesuai dengan standar kualitas dan keunggulan, istilah tersebut dikenal dengan akreditasi. Selain itu, perlu melakukan benchmarking agar tercapai peningkatan kualitas berkelanjutan yang diadopsi organisasi untuk menilai kekuatan dan kelemahan internal mereka. Salah satu yang dapat diterapkan ialah benchmarking internal karena peningkatan tampak lebih realistis ketika tujuan tersebut telah dicapai di tempat lain dalam organisasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari berbagai sumber seperti: internet, Kemdikbud, peraturan dan perundangan yang relevan, dipadukan dengan penelitian kualitatif pada studi kasus Perguruan Tinggi “Institut Bisnis dan Informatika”. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik analisis dokumen.
Dalam hal menjaga dan mengembangkan mutu, IBI Kesatuan terus berupaya meningkatkan kinerjanya. The Effect of Baby Massage on Sleep Quality in Toddlers at the KNDJH Orphanage, Kedungkandang District
No full textOne of the variables that influences a baby's development is sleep and rest. The quality of a baby's sleep is influenced by the comfort factor of the baby's body. Baby massage is one way to reduce sleep problems. Baby massage techniques are different from massage for adult humans. This community service activity aims to provide education to caregivers in orphanages about baby massage, which is linked to the quality of toddlers' sleep. The method used is outreach using media in the form of health promotion through pamphlets, complete with a pre-post test to measure the effectiveness of the exercise. The counseling went well and was easy for participants to understand. This is known from the evaluation results where there was an increase in participants' knowledge from 0% to 100% after the material was given. One of the participants stated that quite good changes in sleep quality had occurred when physiotherapy was implemented in the orphanage. These findings indicate the success of the activity. Intensive outreach is still needed to expand the positive impact of baby massage in the public
Scientific Literacy Assistance for Children in Lombu Village, Southwest Sumba Regency
No full textScience literacy is included in one of the science skills that children should possess and is part of the national literacy movement to increase low literacy among children. Especially on the island of Sumba, it is known that the scientific literacy of children has not increased significantly. Scientific literacy assistance activities have been carried out in Lombu Village, Wewewa Tengah District, Southwest Sumba Regency. The participants of the activity were the children of the Lombu Village, totaling 44 people. The purpose of this assistance is to increase children's understanding of literacy in the Lombu village. The implementation method of this activity consists of several stages including: (1) analysis of needs and potential in the village, (2) interviews with village officials, (3) mapping of literacy program activities , (4) implementation of scientific literacy activities, (5) evaluation of the program and follow-up plan in the Lombu village. The results of the study of this activity show that there is a greater understanding of science through practice with children in Lombu village, especially capillarity science, floating eggs and magic powder

Full text linkThis study aims to analyze knowledge, risk and motivation to influence interest in investing in the UHAMKA Investment Gallery with the subject of the management study program FEB UHAMKA. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption testing. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with data collection techniques carried out by giving a questionnaire using an online google application form. The data used is primary data or directly to respondents who are determined by a sample taken as many as 137 students. The results of the study that partially knowledge and investment motivation have a positive and significant effect on investment interest in investment and have a significant effect on investment interest in the UHAMKA Investment Gallery. simultaneously all variables affect the interest in investing in the UHAMKA Investment Gallery
 
Prediksi Daya Tampung Kapasitas Ruang Kelas Dan Rasio Dosen Pada Perguruan Tinggi Sebagai Bagian Dari Target Promosi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru
Full text linkIBI Kesatuan adalah perguruan tinggi swasta di wilayah LLDIKTI IV dengan akreditasi institusi B. Pada semester ganjil 2021/2022 jumlah mahasiswa mencapai 4480 mahasiswa, yang terdiri dari tiga Fakultas, yang dalam operasional kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan jumlah 122 orang jumlah dosen. Dengan jumlah total ruangan 56 ruangan kelas yang mana kapasitas ruangan rata-rata adalah 35 mahasiswa per kelasnya. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Dengan melakukan analisa jumlah dosen yang tersedia, jumlah kelas yang ada, jumlah mahasiswa aktif dan jumlah mahasiswa, maka dapat ditentukan berapa perkiraan sisa daya tampung menurut okupansi ruangan yang masih ada dan berapa perkiraan jumlah mahasiswa yang dapat diterima pada periode tahun ajar 2022/2023.
Jumlah ini sebagai prediksi target tim marketing IBIK untuk merekrut calon mahasiswa baru. Hasil analisa ini diharapkan bisa menjadi acuan terkait berapa banyak target yang harus ditetapkan di tahun selanjutnya.

Community service cleaning and identification of the Dilem water source area in the Papring Neighbourhood has been carried out by the Mechanical Engineering Student Association of PGRI Banyuwangi University. The purpose of this article is to develop the concept of water source conservation for the needs of the Papring Village community, Kalipuro Sub-district, Banyuwangi District. The concept is prepared based on information and data that has been obtained from the surrounding community and from the implementation of cleaning activity of the water source area. A simple schema of the source area is made as the basis for drafting the concept. The concept of conservation is structured in the form of steps or methods that may be applied in the source area

This community service activity is carried out by the Banyuwangi Indonesian Aviation Academy (APIB) with the aim of providing assistance to the fishing community. The activity partners are the community in Kedungasri village, Muncar sub-district and Wringinputih village, Tegaldlimo sub-district. The assistance provided is 1 unit of ketinting boat for each partner. The handover of aid is given directly by signing the Handover Sertificate of Grants with the Village Heads of the two partners. The handover activity was also attended by the Head of the District. This activity is a form of APIB's contribution to the surrounding community

Full text linkIn carrying out the production process, every company will definitely face risks. These risks can be in the form of risks that have small to large impacts. The risks that occur in the production area of PT. XYZ, which is engaged in the production of packaged powder drinks, namely instant ground coffee, is the target for the dissemination of the study results. This activity aims to disseminate the impact that will occur from the risks and solutions that need to be done to deal with these risks with reference to the study literature. To identify risks, the literature uses an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach. This method requires factual data obtained from interviews with the Head of the Production Division of PT. XYZ as a partner, and direct observations in the production area. The results of this dissemination activity indicate that the operational risks that may occur in the production area of PT. XYZ broadly includes: human resource risk, machine breakdown risk, production area cleanliness risk, and powder processing delays. Full text linkBags are accessories that are often used by students and workers to store their belongings. In Indonesia, there are many bag craftsmen and they have various qualities. Triple X SME is a small micro business and is classified as a bag production house industry. Maintaining quality consistency is a problem that occurs along the bag production line. Quality problems if not resolved will result in an increase in the cost of making the bag. Then the seven tools (7QC) one of the proven methods in dealing with this and as a result of the seven quality control instruments (7QC) reducing the number of manufacturing-related errors. These devices have proven to be quite useful in terms of increasing output and improving quality. As this case study can show, when 7QC techniques are used in a small business, they help deal with the problems experienced by the SME. During the first six months of the project, production lines are inspected, faults are categorized, and 7QC tools are implemented effectively and problems found exactly. As important as any tool in finding the root cause of a problem is, a cause and effect diagram is the most important
