    Pengolahan Citra Digital Untuk Menghitung Ekstrasi Ciri Greenbean Kopi Robusta Dan Arabika (Studi Kasus: Kopi Temanggung)

    This study aims to determine the extraction of features contained in robusta and arabica coffee greenbeans to make objects detectable and can be drawn into mathematical numbers. The method used is the original image which is converted to RGB and then grayscaling is carried out followed by a binary process that aims to change the image into binary form (0 and 1) after the digital image processing is complete the process of extracting the characteristics of greenbean coffee based on width, height, perimeter, surface area, roundness percentage, and perimeter of each coffee greenbean so that it can be understood mathematically. The results of the binary image process carried out morphological operations, the morphological process there is an erosion and dilation process. The results of the erosion and dilation process are carried out feature extraction to get the length, height, circumference, roundness ratio and perimeter of an image image. Then the value is stored in the database as a feature extraction of each greenbean coffee.The result of feature extraction obtained from coffee greenbean samples with a mean width of 7.7 pixels, height 11, circumference 31.3, surface area 69.5, roundness percentage 89,559, and perimeter 1,674 of greenbean robusta coffee while for arabica greenbean can be width 13.2 pixels, height 18.8, circumference 51.2, surface area 199.9, percentage of roundness 94.548, and perimeter 1.6000038 with total data taken were 20 greenbean coffees

    The disease of kinky chili plants that often experience diseases such as brown spots on the leaves, wither Fusarium, Wilt bacteria, rotten leaves. This disease often affects these kinky chili plants can harm farmers like failing plants and can cause plants to die. The purpose of this research is to design an application used to diagnose diseases in curly chili peppers, so that by the method of certainty factors can know the type of plant diseases in curly chili peppers. The method used is a method of certainty factor because this method is used to overcome uncertainty in decision making by measuring the facts or rules. Data collection methods that include interviews with an expert, so the data can be trusted by the truth. To reinforce the research analysis is also looking for information by reading book journals, books and literature in the library and online. Steps to make an implementation of the method of certainty factor in detecting curly chili disease, it is designed to design concepts, collect data, prepare hardware and software, create an application creation diagram Modeling, testing, repair, and resolution. Based on the testing of BlackBox on the system, this system is declared functioning according to user commands. And the targeted testing of the validity of manual calculations and system calculations, declared valid with a 93.77% trust percentage value

    Flood is one of the unpredictable natural disasters, especially in the rainy season. There are many effects for many people, such as they lose their property and sometimes have many victims due to floods. So that, estimation of water level is important to detect the basic risk of flooding. In this study used the Water Level (TMA) in form of a short message technique which is can be sent from radio waves and river water level sensors. The value of the sensors to know the highest river water level itself, so it does not need signals, internet networks and also pulse for it.     ABSTRACTThe problems arise in the form of less objective decision-making and require a long time for selection and there is no computerized system that supports the prioritization of loan recipients. The purpose of this study was to overcome the problem determination of loan recipients by providing objective assessments to prospective loan recipients at the Cooperative Mekar Surya Karanganyar using the TOPSIS method. Loan determination applications use the Visual Basic programming language. Research methods include data collection and analysis and system design. The formulation of this research problem covers how the loan determination at the Cooperative Mekar Surya Karanganyar uses the TOPSIS method and how to build a loan determination application system using the TOPSIS method using the Visual Basic programming language. Based on the test results by comparing the determination of customer loan recipients in the Mekar Surya Cooperative with the calculation of the TOPSIS method proves the application of determining the loan recipient has good performance.Keywords: TOPSIS, Determination of loan recipients, Cooperativ

    A developing business must have a goal so that activities in a business can be directed. So that the business can achieve these goals, it is necessary to have a careful plan to determine the production of products that are made to meet market needs. Therefore, this study aims to determine the optimization of the stock chicken stock application system at Boyolali Restaurant using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method based on sales data and restaurant needs. Boyolali Restaurant also has a disadvantage, namely controlling stock of chicken that is still not suitable and not optimal for each day due to the number of requests that continue to vary each day The number of products produced is something that influences competition in the business world. The type of data consists of Primary Data, There are 2 kinds of primary data that the authors do, namely: Observation Method, Interview Method and Secondary Data in the form of Library Studies. Data Analysis with system analysis using the Flowchart system, input output design and system testing. The results of this study are making web applications with the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. The test carried out is the validity test by comparing the data of real chicken orders and the chicken chicken order data from the results of fuzzy calculations from the application is valid. Comparison with the difference between real data and fuzzy calculation results with the highest difference order 347 pieces of chicken stock and the lowest difference of 3 pieces of chicken stock with an average difference in stock orders is 70 stocks of chicken pieces. Comparison of real order data with fuzzy results has an accuracy above 70% with an average accuracy of 93%

    Some residents in Girimarto sub-district make industrial businesses their main source of livelihood. The lack of information about the home industry in the Girimarto District area results in a less than optimal marketing of industrial products and the sale of products produced only around Wonogiri Regency. In addition, the inequality in the provision of facilities from the government has resulted in the very slow development of home industries.Based on these problems, an application will be made system geographic informality mapping the potential of a home industry in the District of Girimarto to provide information on existing home industries and grouping data using a Fuzzy tahani  model database modeling to provide the results of classification of home industry data based on variable number of production per year, number of workers and the amount of turnover per year. The results of this system classification / grouping of home industry data in accordance with selected criteria with the highest fire strength value 1 from (interval 0-1). Hopefully this application can help provide information to the public about the home industry in the District of Girimarto and be able to classify home industry data so that it can be used as a decision-making material in how to develop the industry

    Determination of production is one of the important activities within a company because it affects the production process that requires careful calculation. At this stage, the problem will arise because of the uncertainty in the determination of production. Fuzzy logic is one method to analyze a system that contains uncertainty. In this research used the Mamdani method or known as Min-Max method. The purpose of this research is to build the application of the determination of the number of batik clothes production using Fuzzy Mamdani method. The variables used there are 3 namely: demand, inventory, and production. Data collection method used observation method, interview and literature study. The method to design the application system is DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). The proposed system is developed using MySQL and PHP. The result of this research is an application to calculate the production amount of batik clothes, especially in Batik Merak Manis.     Tight competition in the business world today, the number of MSMEs engaged in the same field, this requires MSMEs to develop strategies to achieve goals. Apart from having to develop products and services, an MSME must also retain customers. Therefore grouping of potential customers is needed. By utilizing data that is an indicator of the customer. This utilization is called data mining. Data mining is run based on data that has been determined that is customer data, number of accessories, cooperation time, and item returns. Therefore in this study, a potential customer collaboration system was designed using the K-Means method, so that potential customers are obtained. The results of this study are a web-based system application that can classify customers with the K-Means method. Grouping into 3 clusters, the first cluster with enough criteria consists of 7 customer data. This criterion consists of customers who have a small number of goods purchased and a large number of goods returned. The second cluster consists of 17 customer data with good criteria. This criterion consists of customers who have a large number of goods purchases and a few goods returns. The third cluster consists of 7 customer data with very good criteria.     Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Avian Influenza Pada Bebek Menggunakan Metode Certainty Factor

    Ducks are widely farmed poultry animals, because of its large population, the disease is also caused a lot. In avian influenza disease is an infectious animal disease caused by a virus and can infect humans. Avian invluenza is also a cause of decreased quality of meat and eggs, can even cause death in ducks. Disease in ducks is difficult to know because people have no prior experience. Communities and breeders find it difficult to take appropriate action on ducks affected by avian influenza so that they can be fatal. During 2012 - 2017 there were 1856 cases of bird flu in Indonesia. In October 2017 there were 3 cases of avian invluenza. Where 900 ducks died. From the explanation above, an expert system is needed to diagnose avian influenza. This system can help ordinary people and farmers who do not have experience in dealing with avian influenza. Disease data and symptoms of avian influenza that will be entered into this expert system can be obtained from interviews with experts and see references of knowledge about duck symptoms. So that this expert system can help in dealing with AI disease. In testing the validity, the calculation of the system manually and from expert diagnosis are the same. So that this application is feasible to use for the community and breeders
