    Klasifikasi Pemain Futsal Menggunakan Metode Simple Multi Attributte Rating Technique (SMART)

    The development of futsal sports is currently very rapid. This can be seen from the many futsal clubs that have sprung up with very many members with the same average ability, making it difficult for a coach to determine the first team in the club. One of the uses of information technology is the use of a player's classification system for determining the main team in a futsal club. The method used to classify futsal players is a simple multi-attribute algorithm rating technique is chosen because this method can solve with many criteria or multi attributes besides that in this method also has a direct weighting technique that is more flexible because the user can change the criteria weight according to the level the desired interest, and this method will be applied to determine the players who registered in the recruitment of players who will enter the team and determine the core and reserve teams that will be brought to a competition. The data used in testing this system amounted to 30 player data obtained from the club's routine training.     Car is one of the means of transportation that is growing rapidly in the country of Indonesia, because of its comfort and safety. However, problems arise when buyers will buy a car vehicle often faced with a variety of choices of years, types, prices and various other criteria offered. Of the many criteria, buyers have difficulty comparing criteria with other criteria. So, a decision support system was built using the TOPSIS method to rank each alternatif cars based on criteria. The purpose of this study is to build a system of car purchase decision support applications using the TOPSIS method that can provide car recommendations in accordance with the wishes of the buyer. The research method used includes data collection methods and system design methods. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to make car purchasing decisions at Kelip Motor Karanganyar applying the TOPSIS method and how to build an application system for car purchasing decisions by applying the TOPSIS method at Kelip Motor Karanganyar.     The registration information system at the BLK Surakarta enables data redundancy. It will be analyzed to avoid this. The process of registering student services into the system is limited to the number of prospective students but input data is still unable to implement policies so that when data input still occurs or data from the same data or many data often occur.           This study uses Cobit 4.1 to audit the registration information system available at the BLK Surakarta. The selected subdomain is the Delivery Subdomain and Support DS 10 and DS11, the purpose of which is to determine the maturity level value in the IT process that has been applied in the BLK Surakarta and provide recommendations that need to be corrected. Based on the maturity level statement in the Maturity Management Guidelines Control Framework.  The resulting output is the study indicate that BLK Surakarta must conduct system performance evaluations that are routinely carried out with those responsible for identifying and tracking problems so that they are aware of the current system conditions. In Domain 10 of Delivery & Support, the results of the Current Maturity Level calculation are 3.27 with conditions Determining the Process. While Domain Deliver & Support 11, the result of calculation of Current Maturity Level is 3.31 with the Requirements for Determining the Process.     The basic goal in quality human development is to overcome problems in society are poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, food security and democracy enforcement. But in its achievements there are several aspects of development that failed. To measure the success of a region's performance in the field of human development can be done by calculating the Human Development Index. The Human Development Index is an index that includes three indicators, which are health indicators, education level, and economic indicators. The Province of Central Java is divided into 29 districts and 6 cities, so it has a varied picture of development. Provinsi Jawa Tengah belum memiliki media informasi peramalan yang berbasis peta untuk indeks pembangunan manusia. Dari permasalahan tersebut diperlukan metode untuk meramalkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia yang berbasis sistem informasi geografis.Data indikator penyusun Indeks Pembangunan Manusia yang mengalami kenaikan pada periode-periode tertentu, dari pola data indikator penyusun Indeks Pembangunan Manusia merupakan pola data yang memiliki unsur trend. Maka pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode double exponential smoothing.The application forecasting the Human Development Index indicator is created using the PHP programming language and the MySQL Server database. Application of Human Development Index forecasting produces forecasting calculations with the value α = 0.9 produces forecasting the following year: 69.3612 with the smallest MSE error: 0.1578 and MAPE value: 0.4894. This study produces accurate forecasting because of low error values

    The lungs are one of the most important organs in the human body. Many people today pay less attention to the health of these vital organs. This is evidenced by the many people who consume cigarettes which will have a negative impact on lung health. The lack of public attention to lung health and the high cost of examinations make this problem slow to deal with, by because it requires a system that can be used to diagnose lung disease that can be accessed by the public in general. The Certainty Factor method is a classification algorithm that uses the principles of the assessment of an expert to assess each variable or symptom in each disease in this case and has the accuracy is quite good in conducting data classification, so this method is considered appropriate for diagnosing lung disease based on the symptoms experienced. Data used in this study is expert assessment data on symptoms in each disease, this data is obtained from l interview with pulmonary specialist doctors at Moewardi Hospital Surakarta. The results obtained in this study are the accuracy of the certainty factor algorithm for diagnosing lung disease with diagnostic testing data of 10 data patients with an accuracy of 70%. The product control phase began to be implemented to anticipate the swelling of new inventories, with the method of economic production quantity being one of the efforts to suppress production and control production so that the value of these products could be maintained and the company would not suffer losses due to damage to manufactured goods. Types of Data consist of Primary Data, There are 2 kinds of primary data that the authors do, namely: Observation Method, Interview Method, and Secondary Data in the form of Library Studies Browsing the Internet. Data analysis by analyzing the system using UML, input-output design and system testing From another process, one form of a separate data collection process is provided according to the production data control needs of the EPQ Method and is feasible if the process is stored in full. And the data displayed is in accordance with the testing of Production control validity and the results of the test can be concluded that the software built is free of syntax errors for results that are as expected. But in making the decision to choose the right school is not easy to do, because many aspects that are not simple must be taken into account. Mistakes in making decisions for prospective students must risk the loss of opportunities. Calculations in choosing a prospective student must be able to measure rationally the level of ability themselves with the quality of the school to be chosen. The quality of the school is determined based on the school's favorite level, the value of school accreditation, facilities owned, and achievements that have been achieved by the destination school. The purpose of this study was to apply the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and Taxonomic Matcher methods to the creation of a system for selecting schools. For example damage to the shaft, pegs, slicing, gear, carrier axis, and clasp tool. This is what drives to build an expert system to detect lathe damage. So it makes it easier to detect and handle the lathe damage quickly. The purpose of this thesis is the creation of an application to detect damage to the lathe by K-Nearest Neighbour method for the lathe. The system implemented with PHP language and MySQL Database and this system can be used on desktop device System have feature detection type of damage, data of symptoms of damage, damage data, and damage detection process.     RSUD Surakarta has utilized information system in the hospital business process. The overall information system is managed in Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS). Information system in a laboratory called with Laboratory Information System (LIS). The use of LIS is expected to improve performance in the laboratory. For that researchers want to measure the performance of laboratory information systems to find out how far the information system provides benefits to the performance of RSUD Surakarta using IT Balanced Scorecard method. With the aim of research to analyze the achievement of the laboratory information system at RSUD Surakarta based on IT Balanced Scorecard method and to recommend what things need to be done to optimize the performance of laboratory information system. Population and sample of research is 15 laboratory staff. The result of measurement using IT Balanced Scorecard method of laboratory information system performance at RSUD Kota Surakarta is in the very good category with the average achievement of the fourth perspective is 92,92%.     K-MEANS CLUSTERING UNTUK PEMETAAN DAERAH RAWAN DEMAM BERDARAH

    District Nogosari is one of the dengue-prone areas in Boyolali District. During the period of 2012 to 2014, there was a significant increase in dengue cases at Boyolali district. For the reasons above, the study is focused on how to cluster Areas DHF-Prone using K-Means method. Clustering is based on the parameter of the number of dengue cases in the sporadic and endemic zones. There are several types of data collection methods that include: observation, interview, and literature study. Design of this proposed system use modeling language the context diagram and data flow diagram. The system is implemented using PHP Programming Language and MYSQL database. This system cluster 3 level zones of Endemic and 3 level zones of Sporadic based on geographic information systems. The result of system testing using the silhouette coefficient on the sporadic zone is the average coefficient for level 1 is 0.837, level 2 is 0.858, and level 3 is 0.773 that means the object has been in the right group.
