    Maternity clinics are an option for mothers who will give birth, in addition to locations that are more affordable than hospitals, the place is evenly spread so that their presence can be identified. Maternity Clinic was also chosen because some mothers feel anxious to give birth in a hospital environment, conditions that can slow contractions, make labor longer and interventions are more likely. So giving birth to a baby in a maternity clinic is an alternative that is widely chosen. But not all of them know the location of the nearest Maternity Clinic. Then you will find a way to help find the location of the Maternity Clinic in the city of Surakarta to be faster. The purpose of this study was to make it easier to find where the maternity clinic was located and be able to facilitate and provide access to the community who needed a search for a maternity clinic in the Surakarta area. This research proposes Floyd Warshall algorithm to provide the shortest route. The data used is clinic location data obtained from the Health Office. The results of this research are the shortest route that is connected in the Google Map, namely information on the location of Maternity Clinic locations and nodes scattered in the Surakarta area which can be of benefit to the community about Maternity Clinic places.Keywords: Floyd Warshall Algorithm, Geographic Information System, Maternity Clinic, The Shortest Rout

    The development of Information and communication technology in this era has shown various result and thrive rapidly. One of the examples which can be observed in society especially on the rising generation is the using of the smartphone. The function of a smartphone is not only to send a message and give feedback on it but also to search for information. Moreover, the smartphone can be used to entertain people. A lack of the utilization of smartphone as a learning media for young generation becomes one of the problems that occur in this current globalization. The traditional musical instrument is one of the cultural heritage which is most of their connoisseur have decreased sharply. Based on that problem, we designed a simulation cellular application and introduce Sape as a traditional musical instrument with an android system for preserving the traditional musical instrument. This application will be served in a 2D form using engine game Construct 2. Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MLDC) is using as a method which contains concept, design, material collection, construction, verification, and distribution. This research used the waterfall process model as the design approach. This research is using black box method for application testing and using Likert Scale questionnaire as the data collection method. The black box method shows valid results and this application is already well functioned according to the required needs. Data collection from the questionnaire has obtained a result that equals 74.53%. It can be concluded that this application received a positive response and can help people to learn Sape’ musical instrument.

    Users of motorcycle vehicles more and more, it is necessary a system that can help motorcycle users to solve the problem of damage that occurred on the motorcycle especially Honda Vario in 2006 -2013. The system is knowledge-based to identify motorcycle damage that is displayed using a web-based programming language. The research method for this expert system using algorithm C4.5 Algorithm C4.5 is to form decision tree and used to classify damage become damage which most influence motor to light damage.     Problems that are often faced by senior secondary schools in the learning process that utilize information technology include the limitations of learning facilities and infrastructure, human resources and also learning resources. This study aims to determine the benefits of the internet, especially in terms of the media used to access the internet and where to access the internet in influencing student achievement in Wonogiri. In this study used the method of distributing questionnaires for data collection, validity testing, and reliability testing and descriptive statistics, followed by hypothesis testing with linear regression. And the results of the study show that the media to access the internet and the places chosen to access the internet together have a positive effect on improving student learning achievement.Keywords: senior secondary school, student achievement, linear regression

    The Gumpang Village Head Office is one of the village government offices that provide both economic and social services. In the service of the village head, there is a social program that every month there is a program for poor families, which is included in certain criteria governed by the rule of government in the village head gumpang. The all citizens are entitled to get Raskin, but only for those who belong to the poor family scope and food insecurity to support his family. For that in determining the poor family (based on criteria such as Earnings, Dependence Children, Home Conditions. Raskin program is only devoted to the poor citizens only. So as the village head is obliged to be able to select or select its citizens, to determine as the poor recipients of Raskin. Because the condition of the society is so diverse and the status of different citizens and there are various upheavals between the poor and the poor, where the citizens in the village of gumpang that look poor not necessarily poor and the citizens who look rich not necessarily rich, because citizens changed from rich to poor, poor to rich, making it difficult for village heads to determine poor families as Raskin recipients. Solution to handle the problem is to make Decision Support System used method SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). This method is chosen because this method is capable for the ranking process which will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives (poor people) The technique used in this research is with Observation, Interview and literature study The design of this system is made with Context Diagram, HIPO, DAD, inter-table relation and database design. Applications are created using PHP programming languages and databases using My SQL. The old system analysis to calculate the error rate of the old system has an error rate of 1 that is the result difference between the new system with the old system is 1 riping so that the accuracy of the new system is 90%.     Water quality in urban areas in Surakarta has decreased nowadays. The increase of industrial development, its poor sewage treatment, and some other factors cause this urban problem. The result of the water quality monitoring system with K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm on this research certainly will help the laborers’ duty of PDAM (Local Government Owned Water Utilities) in analyzing water quality. For the consideration of majority output in this method, the system works by taking the nearest distance to the assigned number of K. The training data for this research was taken in March 2016 form the report of water monitoring result in PDAM’S laboratory of Surakarta. The identification result is divided into eligible (MS) and ineligible (TMS).     Hatching egg is important in the creation of excellent seeds. The accuracy of care of room temperature conditions and microcontroller-based monitoring system is one of the first steps to meet the needs of quality quail seeds in the market. At the same time naturally, it is very difficult, because the parent quail is only able to incubate about 5 eggs. The use of automatic egg hatchery is one of the solutions. In this Scripsir research is made automatic quail egg machine based on microcontroller atmega328. The control is able to control the temperature and humidity needed in hatching eggs. From the control result using a microcontroller, lamp and fan can be adjusted according to the temperature of the room on the egg hatch is by automatic control of the lamp life and the fan.     The purpose of this study is to make a decision support system that makes it easier for Sumberlawang District in terms of determining candidate villages receiving clean water in the area. So that the determination of distribution becomes faster and precise. The system built by the author uses a decision support method that is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). In performing attribute selection, the author uses 4 criteria in determining the selection of water recipient village candidates. The programming language of the author uses the programming language HyperText Preprocessor (PHP). The software that supports in making applications that Macromedia Dreamweaver, Mysql, and Adobe Photoshop. The author in terms of performing performance calculations of the system using Blackbox method by applying the method, then the performance of the application built by the author has a system performance level of 100%. The result of the use of SAW method is the creation of a Decision Supporting System Support System for Water Recipient Village in Sumberlawang Sragen Using Simple Additive Weighting Method which is very helpful to Sumberlawang Sub-District in Determination of Potential of Recipient of Clean Water.Keywords: Decision Support System, SAW Method, Water Distributor

    The breaking of bread production at UD Mega Saputra always rely on estimation only. Where with the many deficiencies found that resulted in losses for the company. Based on the inventory data and the number of requests, then designed a system of determining the amount of production using Tsukamoto method. In this system of production determination, there are three variables that are modeled, namely: demand, supply, and production. Steps to make Determination of Production Amount UD Mega Saputra Using Fuzzy Tsukamoto include designing the concept, collecting data, preparation of hardware and software, making modeling diagram, making application, testing, repairing, and completion.     In an attempt to achieve the well-being of Indonesia, one of the Government's policies that need to be implemented are the deployment and implementation of the transmigration program. In General only a transmigration program offered by the Government to all societies without knowing the economic background and his family so that the transmigration program was not right on target. Based on the background of the problems in this research is how to design, build, develop and implement Fuzzy C-Means Clustering on Regional Mapping System for classifying the area potentially Homesteader in Kartasura. The data obtained by conducting interviews at the population administration of the subdistrict of Kartasura, observation, and study of the literature. In this research, the author uses secondary data. Data obtained from Reports in Kartasura Subdistrict number 2015 by BPS (Statistics Indonesia) Sukoharjo Regency. The results obtained are Fuzzy C-Means method can be applied to a system of mapping the area potentially Homesteader in Kartasura can optimize the work of the Government in the implementation of the resettlement program. Testing the cluster with Center validation methods using MPC alternate data criteria in the period the year 2014 and 2015 which States that 3 clusters are the cluster validation.Keywords: Classification, Fuzzy C-Means, Transmigratio
