ANALISIS PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI GOJEK KHUSUS DRIVER MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS) DI SURAKARTA
This study aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction among Gojek drivers in Surakarta by employing the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The research addresses various operational issues experienced by drivers, such as sudden performance drops, delayed Gopay balances, and missing customer addresses. The EUCS model evaluates satisfaction across five dimensions: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to active Gojek drivers in Surakarta and analyzed using quantitative methods. The results indicate that all EUCS dimensions significantly influence user satisfaction, with each variable showing a positive and statistically significant relationship. These findings highlight the importance of continuous evaluation and improvement of the application to enhance driver satisfaction and operational efficiency. The study provides valuable insights for developers and management to prioritize feature enhancements and address user concerns, ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of the Gojek platform. The research results show that the EUCS approach contributes positively to shaping user satisfaction of the Gojek Driver application
SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEIGHTED PRODUCT (WP) GUNA MENENTUKAN MATERIAL KAIN TERBAIK UNTUK PRODUKSI FOAM MATTRESS PADA PT. XYZ
PT. XYZ is one of the manufacturing companies that has a background in foam mattress production. Quality raw materials are a company asset that plays an important role in supporting production activities. PT. XYZ in the process of selecting good fabric materials is still based on subjective analysis of Quality Control (QC) officers in the field, sometimes the data owned as a reference for standardization can still change according to the demands of field conditions. Furthermore, a study was conducted on determining the best fabric material for foam mattress production at PT. XYZ using the Weighted Product Method. This study was conducted for 3 months with the stages of system creation including system design, system testing, system improvement, and training. The results of the study showed that the system created using the web-based PHP programming language makes it easier for users to access, save time, and minimize human error in data processing. Finally, from the results of the questionnaire data processing, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained with an average difference of -3,800 which means that the decision to select fabric at PT. XYZ is better or more optimal than before using the system
PENERAPAN METODE K-MEANS CLUSTERING UNTUK PENGELOMPOKAN SISWA BERDASARKAN PRESTASI DI SD N 03 SANGGANG SUKOHARJO
The rapid advancement of data science has made data processing a critical requirement across various fields, including education. Educational institutions are increasingly required to leverage available resources and information systems to enhance competitiveness and support strategic decision-making. Student achievement is generally assessed through both theoretical and practical subjects; however, determining achievement groups (very good, good, sufficient) often lacks efficiency, limiting early identification by homeroom teachers. This study applies the K-Means Clustering method to classify students' achievement levels at SD N Sanggang 03. The objective is to develop a system that assists teachers in grouping students based on performance categoriesβvery good, good, and sufficientβthereby supporting data-driven decision-making in academic evaluation. PENGEMBANGAN SPK MULTI-KRITERIA UNTUK PENILAIAN KINERJA PEGAWAI ADMINISTRASI MENGGUNAKAN METODE SAW
Penilaian kinerja pegawai administrasi merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi organisasi. Proses penilaian yang masih dilakukan secara manual sering kali menimbulkan subjektivitas dan keterlambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) multi-kriteria yang dapat membantu pihak manajemen dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja pegawai administrasi secara objektif dan terukur. Metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang mampu memberikan hasil perhitungan berdasarkan bobot dan nilai dari setiap kriteria penilaian. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Produktivitas, Kualitas Pekerjaan, Absensi, Kedisiplinan, Kerjasama, Pelayanan, dan Kepatuhan Tepat Waktu. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menghasilkan peringkat kinerja pegawai secara akurat dan konsisten dengan penilaian manual. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses evaluasi kinerja menjadi lebih efisien, transparan, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial yang tepat
PENGEMBANGAN SPK SELEKSI PERANGKAT NAGARI BERBASIS METODE SAW DI DESA KUMANGO UTARA
The selection of village apparatus is an important process in supporting governance at the village level. However, the selection process carried out manually often causes subjectivity and is less efficient. Therefore, a decision support system (DSS) is needed that is able to assist the selection process objectively and in a structured manner. This study aims to develop a DSS for selecting village apparatus based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which is able to provide assessment results based on several relevant criteria. The criteria used in this system include: leadership, discipline, academic achievement, communication skills, ethics and attitudes, and initiative and creativity. The SAW method was chosen because of its ability to calculate the aggregate value of each alternative based on the weight and value of each criterion. This system was developed using the waterfall approach and implemented in the form of a web-based application. The test results show that the system can help simplify the selection process and provide more objective and transparent results. With this DSS, it is hoped that the village apparatus selection process can be carried out more professionally and accountably
MODEL CERDAS PENGENALAN POLA WARNA MENGGUNAKAN ARSITEKTUR BAM KONTINU BERBASIS NEURAL NETWORK
Color pattern recognition is an important field in digital image processing that has various applications, such as in object identification systems, image classification, and computer-based visual recognition. This study aims to design and implement a color pattern recognition system using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) with the continuous Bidirectional Associative Memory (BAM) method. The continuous BAM method was chosen because of its ability to perform a bidirectional association process between input patterns and target patterns adaptively and stably. The research stages include collecting color data in RGB format, normalizing input values, forming an association matrix, training the network, and testing the system on a number of predetermined color patterns. The test results show that the continuous BAM model is able to recognize color patterns with a fairly high level of accuracy and a relatively fast convergence time. This system also shows resilience to small changes in color intensity values, so it has the potential to be applied to image recognition applications that require accurate color identification. Of the four color patterns resulting from the calculation, there are 2 patterns that match the target, namely the red and blue color patterns with the final target values [-1,1] output [-6,6] and [-1,-1] output [-6,-18]
SISTEM INFORMASI KESEHATAN IBU HAMIL BERBASIS ANDROID DI BIDAN PRAKTIK MANDIRI TAWANGSARI SUKOHARJO
Based on data obtained from the Sukoharjo District Health Office in 2021, the Maternal Mortality Rate is 0.17%. The death of a pregnant woman is caused by uterine rupture and amniotic embolism, ekalamsi, hypovolemic shock, hepaomegaly. While the Infant Mortality Rate in Sukoharjo Regency in 2021 was 3.88%. The biggest cause of infant death is because the baby is born prematurely with a low birth weight baby (Dinkes, 2018). In the Independent Practice Midwife (BPM) Ponirah Tawangsari Sukoharjo, only a few pregnant women know the knowledge of pregnancy and babies because of the lack of information facilities used. In addition, because of the limited time mothers can not tell their complaints in full to the health workers, so there are still many mothers who are confused and less quick to take action due to lack of knowledge. The method used in developing this application is to use the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. While the construction uses the Kotlin and XML programming languages with Android Studio software. This application is divided into 2 namely applications for midwives and pregnant women. C4.5 ALGORITHM AS A DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR SOCIAL WELFARE AID RECIPIENTS
Masalah penyandang masalah kesejahteraan social atau yang sering disebut dengan PMKS, adalah peseorangan, kelompok masyarakat atau keluarga yang tidak mampu karena suatu hambatan, kesulitan, atau gangguan, tidak dapat melaksanakan fungsi sosialnya, sehingga tidak dapat terpenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya baik jasmani, rohani, maupun sosial secara memadai. Teknolagi saat ini di kembangkan untuk membantu membuat keputusan dengan tepat dan cepat pada penelitian ini menggunakan pohon keputusan (decision tree) C4.5. Dalam algoritma C4.5 ini membaca seluruh sampel data training dan storage dan memuatnya ke memori inilah kelebihan dari algoritma C4.5. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan recomendasi yang tepat dan akuratΒ dalam menentukan penerimaan bantuan, dan mengurangi kesalahan agar bantuan bisa tepat sasaran. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dengan dibuatnya prototype atau piranti Sistem Penunjang Keputusan Pemberian Modal Usaha bagi PMKS yaitu, Untuk mengurangi terjadinya pemberian modal usaha yang tidak tepat sasaran dengan menerapkan Algoritma C4.5. Hasil analisis berdasarkan algoritma C 4.5 yaitu Jika Usia sama dengan Produktif maka layak mendapatkan bantuan, Jika Usia sama dengan Tidak Produktif maka tidak layak mendapatkan bantuan
SISTEM PEMESANAN TEMPAT DI JANTI PARK DENGAN METODE SINGLE CHANNEL-MULTI PHASE
Janti Park is a new water attraction that was released at the year 2020. The place is suitable for family gatherings, often many visitors book places for social gatherings, birthdays and meetings. But in the process there are often obstacles in recapping reservations or ordering a place because the system is only via WA and comes directly to Janti Park. To be able to improve service to visitors in booking place, one solution that can be done is to Design a System Web-Based Place Reservation which has the aim of being able to makes it easier for visitors to book a place and no longer need to come to janti park and makes it easier to record reservations for places that have been booked by visitors. In designing this place ordering system using the Single method Channel β Multi Phase with analysis and implementation stages. PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI AUGMENTED REALITY PADA WEBSITE PENDAFTARAN SISWA BARU
This research implements Augmented Reality technology on the New Student Admission (PPDB) platform at MA Darul Falah Sirahan. Augmented Reality allows users to experience the physical environment with virtual elements, creating an interactive and immersive experience. The purpose of implementing Augmented Reality on the PPDB website is to enhance the experience for prospective students, parents, teachers, and staff by providing in-depth insights into the school and presenting information more effectively. The research involves the development of the PPDB website to facilitate online registration without physical presence. The site is integrated with AR technology, enabling users to view additional information about facilities, academic programs, and extracurricular activities by directing their mobile devices to images on the website. The MDLC method is employed, combining images, sound, video, and animations in the application/web. Laravel, Unity, and Vuforia frameworks are utilized in development.
