    ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIC DALAM IMPLEMENTASI ERP SEBUAH ORGANISASI

    This research can be used to analyze research trends related to the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems through a bibliometric approach. ERP has become one of the most crucial management systems in improving the efficiency and integration of business processes in various industries. However, the success of ERP implementation often depends on many factors, such as organizational readiness, technical complexity, and change management. In this study, bibliometric data was collected from various databases to evaluate the development of research related to this topic. The analysis includes identifying the most publications, main keywords, author and country trends, and collaboration between researchers. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in the number of publications related to ERP implementation in the last five years, with a major focus on implementation success factors, the latest technologies used, and case studies from various industry sectors such as. This research has 5 stages, namely filtering search keywords, initial search resilt, refinement of search results, compile premilinery data statistics, data analysis. This research is expected to provide a more in-depth picture of academic developments related to implementation. ERP and provide insight for researchers and practitioners who are interested in this topic, ERP is still the main choice seen from its trend which has been 5 years in a row always going up. This research is very important for researchers who want to conduct research related to ERP to see the latest research trends

    Employees are the most important asset in the ongoing activities and programs that have been designed by the foundation and the emergence of difficulties in determining the status of new staff at the foundation, because the manual system is still in effect, from written exams, oral exams and interviews. which allows the loss of files in testing and lack of objectivity in giving an assessment to employees. Therefore, this research was conducted to help determine the eligibility of foundation employees to be classified into "Eligible" and "Not Eligible" to be appointed as permanent employees of the foundation. The method implemented in this study uses the Naive Bayes classifier method in determining classification, in research testing using the Confussion Matrix validity testing method. The creation of a foundation employee classification system using the Naive Bayes method, which can determine the classification results based on the results of Eligible and not eligible to be appointed as permanent employees of the foundation. the test results obtained from the study used 50 data, with details of 35 as training data 15 training data obtained an accuracy of 86.7%. from here which shows that this program can be used as a reference in determining the eligibility status of permanent employees at the Smart Cendekia foundation

    This research aims to assist Dapoer Mbahh, a cafe and restaurant in Cirebon, in improving their current ordering system, which still relies on manual methods. With the increasing number of customers and the large area of the restaurant, the manual system has become inefficient. Therefore, a mobile-based ordering application has been designed to replace the manual system. The author will design the UI/UX of this ordering application to streamline the ordering process for customers and enhance the restaurant's operational efficiency. The research method used is Design Thinking, known as a comprehensive approach focused on creating solutions by deeply understanding user needs.     Sales Information System is an information system that provides information from  several  processes  which  include  procurement,  warehousing  and  reporting. Therefore, it is necessary to create an sales  Information System application to improve company performance processes which were originally manual to be computerized which will produce more detailed reports. Making this application is done by means of data collection, system planning, system analysis, system design and Database . Making application programs developed with PHP . The Database  used is MySQL and scripts are developed with Macromedia Dreamweaver. It can be  concluded  that  the  design  and  implementation  of  the  Sales   Information System  at  the  CV  Star  Design  is  ready  to  be  developed.  The  Inventory    on  this website uses the Business-to-Business. By logging into the website as a staff, the staff can fill in the required Inventory  data and can fill in the data on goods sold and  incoming  goods  from  suppliers,  all  of  which  will  later  be  entered  into  the Inventory    Database  .  If  all  data  has  been  processed,  there  will  be  an  Inventory  data menu where the data it contains the first entry date of the selected item to find out when the item entered so that when it is sold, the item sold is the oldest item. With the Business-to-Business method, the sales system will run sequentially thereby reducing the impact of damage from an item that is stored for too long in the storage of goods.     The PLN industrial class is a class that collaborates with PT. PLN Persero by including a curriculum in accordance with the competencies required by the industry. Students entering industrial classes must also be selected students. Therefore we need a system to classify students. The grouping of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta is still manual, so the grouping process is not optimal and accurate.The purpose of this thesis is the creation of a class grouping application based on productive academic and attitude values using the Fuzzy C-Means method. And make it easier to do class grouping. Data collection methods include observation or data collection at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta, interviews with the Head of the electrical power installation engineering (TITL) Skills Competency and literature studies taken from journals, books and also related research.This class grouping system is created using the Fuzzy C-Means method. After grouping the results obtained from 26 students, 21 students entered the industrial class and 5 students entered the regular class. The results of the validity test prove that the clustering is valid, as evidenced by the silhouette coefficient test where the value is 0.81 which indicates a strong structure

    Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Surakarta uses the Registration Information System (SIREG) as a tool for New Student Admission Selection (SIPENMARU) processing registration data in order to improve efficiency, performance and provide valid information . In implementing the Registration Information System, In the use of SIREG to date, no audit or evaluation of the implementation of the system has ever been carried out. Given the importance of the function of SIREG on performance performance in new student admission services, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation related to the assessment of the maturity level of the implementation of the SIREG application, with this evaluation it can determine the extent of the implementation of IT governance, especially in the Registration Information System. From this, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the maturity level of the Registration Information System. This research uses reference to the COBIT 2019 Framework framework domain, namely APO (Align, Plan and Organize): APO-04 and APO-12. The results of the maturity level research in the objective domain APO04 (Innovation Management) get a value of 3.3 with Level 3 Category: Defined and there is a gap of 1.7 so that agencies still need to prepare documentation related to the evaluation and follow-up of innovations in IT governance development, especially in the Registration Information System to achieve a maturity level achievement index of 4 (Quantitative), the objective domain APO12 (Risk Management) gets a value of 1.89 with Level 2 Category: Manage, and there is a gap of 3.11 so that agencies still need to prepare documentation related to planning, monitoring, evaluation and follow-up of IT governance risk management, especially in the Registration Information System to achieve a maturity level achievement index of 3 (Defined)

    ABSTRACTTazkiya Souvenir is a wedding souvenir manufacturer that produces various kinds of wedding souvenir products. The purpose of this research is to develop a long process with the help of a decision support system to determine the selection of souvenir products to be purchased, with the results adjusted based on the number of criteria and ranking arrangements from the highest to the lowest. . This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method because this method determines the level of importance of each criterion and is followed by a final ranking process. The result of this research is the creation of a decision support system application that can help the process of selecting the type of wedding souvenir product that suits consumer interests based on the highest value ranking results. Based on the calculation process using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, the first place is Wallet Fold (0.325), the second place is occupied by a Fan (0.304), the third place is a Blacu Bag (0.213) and in the last position is a Pouch (0.156). Tests in this study use functionality testing which is useful for knowing the software can function properly and the system is as expected. Then a validity test was carried out using the McCall method to get a calculation result of 77.8% which is included in the good category. Keywords: Decision Support System, Wedding Souvenir, AH

    PERBANDINGAN METODE APRIORI DAN FREQUENT PATTERN GROWTH DALAM MENGETAHUI POLA PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN

    The problem that usually arises in a minimarket is that products have not been placed according to consumer habits in buying several products simultaneously. As a result, consumers feel confused in finding the position of the product needed and can experience delays in the transaction process. The purpose of this study is to find consumer purchasing patterns in the case of Toko Alwi Jaya, Tenggarong by comparing the Apriori Algorithm and the FP-Growth Algorithm and knowing the combination between items with the highest frequency so that consumer purchasing patterns are known. The data used in this study amounted to 600 transactions in the form of consumer shopping receipts. The results of this study indicate that the FP-Growth algorithm is the best for determining consumer purchasing patterns at Alwi Jaya Store, Tenggarong, as it produces higher confidence and lift ratio values compared to the Apriori algorithm. Specifically, FP-Growth achieves a confidence value of 47.06%, higher than Apriori's 41.18%, and a lift ratio of 3.79, higher than Apriori's 3.32

    Posyandu activities in Sanggrahan Village have been running smoothly and still use the Posyandu Information System (SIP) book as a guideline for implementing activities. The purpose of this study is to build a web-based application to manage information at Posyandu Arum Dalu Sanggrahan Village. In the web-based application, the author also added a queue number so that the time for implementing posyandu activities could be neatly and better arranged.     Estimating sales quantity is an activity to estimate the amount of product sales by producers or distributors in a certain period of time and marketing area. Prediction of sales quantity is part of the management function as one of the contributors to the success of a company. Prediction of the quantity of product sales in the future is intended to control the number of existing product stocks, so that shortages or excess stock of products can be minimized. CV Kabul Jaya in managing stock of goods has problems, the problem is that the estimated shopping or stock of goods in the next period or the period of the following month does not match the reality or the actual demand for goods. This problem disrupts the company's financial cycle and can even suffer losses. The Single Exponential Smoothing method is a method used to estimate the number of goods in the future. This method is often used and has been proven to be able to estimate the amount of inventory in the future. In this study, the author makes a stock forecast information system at CV.Kabul Jaya using this method. The results of this study on one type of item using this method produce an estimate of goods in the period of the twelfth month at the smallest Mean Squared Error (MSE) value, namely at α 0.5 with an MSE value of 18.82 the resulting estimate for the item 58. This system has been created and has been tested for its validity and the result is that this system is suitable for use in estimating stock items
