Territorial Management in the Amazon from the Perspective of Ecological Economics: Proposition of a Conceptual Model
Full text linkThe Amazon region faces intense ecological and sociopolitical pressures resulting from a development model based on the intensive exploitation of natural resources and unidimensional economic metrics. In this context, it is necessary to develop analytical instruments compatible with the complexity of the region’s socioecological systems. This article proposes a conceptual model of ecological territorial management for the Amazon, grounded in the principles of Ecological Economics and operationalized through the Multicriteria Sustainability Index (MSI). The methodology consisted of a systematic literature review covering studies published between 2020 and 2025 on territorial management, multicriteria methods, and sustainability in Amazonian contexts. The analysis of 51 articles allowed the identification of three core analytical categories: normative values, sustainability dimensions, and substantive criteria. As the main result, the paper presents a model structured into five dimensions—environmental, social, economic, governance, and sustainable productive practices—articulated with substantive criteria and normative values such as environmental justice, equity, and ecological metabolism. The MSI was selected as the operational axis due to its methodological flexibility, territorial adaptability, and participatory validation processes. The results indicate that the model constitutes an analytical alternative applicable to territorial planning in complex regions such as the Amazon. Its implementation, however, requires institutional capacity, availability of local data, and qualified participatory processes. Entre o Consumo e a Cidadania Ambiental – Dilemas Éticos entre Papeis Sociais e a Sustentabilidade
Full text linkThis article proposes a reflection on two contemporary social roles, which have divergent and antagonistic origins and constructions, but which pursue social well-being – the environmental citizen and the consumer. Such research proves to be opportune in a scenario of legitimate concerns with environmental issues, the target of conflicts between decisions and actions of a sustainable nature. The general objective of the research is highlight the main ethical dilemmas between these roles from the perspective of environmental ethics. Therefore, the specific objectives are to describe the concepts of consumer and environmental citizen, characteristics and epistemological perceptions; point out the main factors that generate conflicts between the roles of consumer and environmental citizen; to analyze the social dynamics that embrace the roles of consumer and environmental citizen from the perspective of environmental ethics. This research has a qualitative character, and the discussion was done through bibliographical and content analysis, with the construction of a mental map.Este artigo propõe uma reflexão sobre dois papéis sociais contemporâneos, que apresentam origens e construções divergentes e antagônicas, mas que perseguem o bem-estar social – o cidadão ambiental e o consumidor. Tal pesquisa se demonstra oportuna num cenário de preocupações legítimas com as questões ambientais, alvo de conflitos entre decisões e ações de cunho sustentável. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é evidenciar os principais dilemas éticos entre esses papéis sob a perspetiva da ética ambiental. Para tanto, os objetivos específicos são: descrever os conceitos de consumidor e cidadão ambiental, características e percepções epistemológicas; apontar os principais fatores geradores de conflitos entre os papéis de consumidor e cidadão ambiental; analisar as dinâmicas sociais que acolhem os papéis de consumidor e cidadão ambiental sob a perspetiva da ética ambiental. Versando o Turismo Sustentável: Teorias, Práticas e Desafios na Busca por um Desenvolvimento Equilibrado
Full text linkSustainable tourism has emerged as a necessary response to the negative impacts generated by traditional tourism activities, seeking to integrate economic, social, and environmental dimensions in a balanced manner. This article reviews the main theories and models underpinning sustainable tourism, such as the Triple Bottom Line, Stakeholder Theory, and Sustainable Governance. Additionally, it discusses the practical application of these approaches in various tourism typologies, such as ecotourism, community-based tourism, and adventure tourism, highlighting how these practices can mitigate environmental damage, promote local development, and preserve cultures. By considering the relevance of technological innovation, the circular economy, and sustainable tourism education, the article provides a holistic perspective that emphasizes the need for collaboration among all stakeholders to achieve truly sustainable tourism development. It concludes that sustainable tourism, besides being a viable alternative, is a strategic imperative to ensure the well-being of future generations while preserving natural and cultural resources.El turismo sostenible ha surgido como una respuesta necesaria a los impactos negativos generados por las actividades turísticas tradicionales, buscando integrar las dimensiones económica, social y ambiental de manera equilibrada. Este artículo revisa las principales teorías y modelos que sustentan el turismo sostenible, como el Triple Bottom Line, la Teoría de los Stakeholders y la Gobernanza Sostenible. Además, discute la aplicación práctica de estos enfoques en diversas tipologías turísticas, como el ecoturismo, el turismo comunitario y el turismo de aventura, destacando cómo estas prácticas pueden mitigar los daños ambientales, promover el desarrollo local y preservar las culturas. Al considerar la relevancia de la innovación tecnológica, la economía circular y la educación en turismo sostenible, el artículo ofrece una perspectiva integrada que enfatiza la necesidad de colaboración entre todos los stakeholders para lograr un desarrollo turístico verdaderamente sostenible. Levantamento e monitoramento de mamíferos na reserva particular do patrimônio natural (RPPN) Serra do Tombador, Goiás, Brasil
Full text linkA Fundação Grupo Boticário de Proteção à Natureza, organização pertencente à rede de cosméticos O Boticário, atua há mais de trinta anos em projetos voltados à conservação da natureza, mantendo em seu nome duas Reservas Particulares do Patrimônio Natural (RPPN), a Reserva Salto Morato, no bioma Mata Atlântica e a Reserva Serra do Tombador, no Cerrado, ambas com o objetivo de proteger habitats de grande importância para espécies ameaçadas de extinção e ecossistemas ricos em biodiversidade. A RPPN Serra do Tombador realiza o levantamento e monitoramento de espécies em seu limite territorial desde 2012, por meio de armadilhas fotográficas. Apesar de agrupar os dados em bancos de dados e identificar as espécies, esse material ainda não havia sido analisado levando em conta os aspectos temporal e espacial. O presente trabalho se propõe a analisar os dados disponibilizados pela Reserva Serra do Tombador, com foco nas espécies de médios e grandes mamíferos, discorrendo sobre a metodologia aplicada para a coleta desses dados ao longo do tempo e o que as espécies encontradas podem representar para a conservação do Cerrado na região
O Papel da Escola na Popularização das Plantas Alimentícias Não Convencionais: Um Panorama do Consumo na Merenda Escolar e Gastronomia Local em Municípios da Serra Negra da Mantiqueira, Minas Gerais, Brasil
Full text linkThis exploratory-descriptive study aimed to investigate the potential of Non-Conventional Edible Plants in the Serra Negra da Mantiqueira region, specifically in the municipalities of Olaria, Lima Duarte, and Bom Jardim de Minas. The research identified various local Non-Conventional Edible Plants species and assessed their viability for integration into school and gastronomic menus focused on rural tourism. Structured questionnaires were used to collect information from students, cafeteria workers, nutritionists, and restaurant owners, revealing significant knowledge and varied acceptance of Non-Conventional Edible Plants. The results highlight the potential of these plants not only as nutritional sources but also as promoters of sustainable eating habits and regional agricultural practices, underscoring the need for educational and market policies that encourage their use and cultivation in the region.Este estudo exploratório-descritivo teve como objetivo investigar o potencial das Plantas Alimentícias Não Convencionais (PANC) na região da Serra Negra da Mantiqueira, especificamente nos municípios de Olaria, Lima Duarte e Bom Jardim de Minas. A pesquisa identificou diversas espécies de PANC locais e avaliou sua viabilidade para integração no cardápio escolar e gastronômico voltado ao turismo rural. Utilizando questionários estruturados, foram coletadas informações de alunos, merendeiras, nutricionistas e proprietários de restaurantes, revelando um conhecimento significativo e uma aceitação variada das PANC. Os resultados destacam o potencial dessas plantas não apenas como fontes nutricionais, mas também como promotoras de uma alimentação sustentável e de práticas agrícolas regionais, evidenciando a necessidade de políticas educacionais e de mercado que incentivem seu uso e cultivo na região
DIREITO E CINEMA: as sutis contribuições do filme “Ricos de Amor” para o estudo do assédio moral e danos existenciais
Full text linkThe film “Ricos de amor”, now in its second edition, is not just a romantic comedy. It is a Brazilian film, which has important debates and ethical concerns in the areas of personality, solidarity and moral harassment.The narrative revolves around the romance between Paula, a medical student, defender of ideologically supportive views, and Teodoro, superficial, who has relationships with several women. Furthermore, in terms of problem, it will be investigated what the film's contribution is to the study of moral harassment, practiced by professor Doctor Victor and the protagonist Paula, during theinternship relationship.The internship and the academic field can have an ingredient, for dishonest people, that can generate more severe moral harassment, as the person responsible for teaching and evaluating the intern or student has technical mastery, which can generate administrations, in addition to the student's likely desire, for the teacher or internship provider to be the evaluator and a possible intermediary for the intern's future hiring or approval. Academic relationships must be guided by rectitude, dignity, good faith and ethics, valuing and engaged in the core, that is, the commitment to contribute to the academic theoretical complementation in practice, in search of the role, which is the delivery to the society of competent professionals
O Filme “Ricos de amor”, que já exibiu o seu segundo volume, não é uma mera comédiaromântica. Trata-se, ao contrário, de um filme brasileiro, responsável por instaurar importantes debatese dilemas éticos nos âmbitos da personalidade, altruísmo e assédio moral. A narrativa gira em torno doromance entre Paula, estudante do curso de medicina, defensora de visões ideologicamente altruístas eTeodoro, superficial e poliamorista. Além disso, em termos de problema, será investigado, dentro deuma linha teórica de Direito e Cinema, qual é a contribuição do filme para o estudo do assédio moral,praticado pelo professor Doutor Victor em face da protagonista Paula, durante a relação de estágio. Oestágio e a seara acadêmica podem apresentar um ingrediente, àqueles que bebam das fontes nebulosasda má-fé, capaz de temperar e avolumar o convite para a prática do assédio moral, na medida em que oresponsável por ensinar e avaliar o estagiário ou o aluno, tem domínio científico, o que é inquietantepara inspirar admirações intelectuais, além do propenso desígnio do aluno no sentido de o professor outomador do estágio ser o avaliador e um possível intermediário para a eventual contratação do estagiário.As relações acadêmicas devem ser pautadas, deontologicamente pela retidão, dignidade, boa-fé eeticidade, valorizadoras e engajadas no núcleo, qual seja, o compromisso de contribuir para acomplementação teórica acadêmica na prática, em busca do múnus, que é a entrega para a sociedade deprofissionais éticos e competentes

Bibliographical research was used as a methodology. A RELATIVIZAÇÃO DA IMPENHORABILIDADE DE SALÁRIO E A GARANTIA DO MÍNIMO EXISTENCIAL
Full text linkThe present article aims to study the relaxation of the rule of non-seizability of salary funds, in order to reach a portion of the debtor's income to satisfy non-food-related credit, and furthermore, to ensure the creditor's receipt of the debt, based on the examination of the institutes and general aspects provided for in Law No. 13,105 of March 16, 2015. It was deemed important to analyze the normative treatment which, guided by the principle of the minimum existential, preserves what is sufficient to guarantee the delinquent debtor and their family a dignified subsistence. Employing a legally grounded approach encompassing doctrines and methodologies, coupled with the interpretation of regulations, review of bibliographical sources, and analysis of judicial decisions, the subject matter at hand was delimited through the identification of stances favorable to the possibility of attaching up to 30% (thirty percent) of salary-related funds, aiming to fulfill the credit intention, considering that 70% (seventy percent) of the remuneration, in principle, is adequate to meet fundamental needsNo presente artigo tem-se por objetivo o estudo da relativização da regra de impenhorabilidade das verbas salariais, a fim de alcançar parte da remuneração do devedor para a satisfação do crédito não alimentar e, ainda, garantir ao credor a satisfação de seu direito, a partir da verificação dos institutos e aspectos gerais previstos na Lei nº 13.105, de 16 de março de 2015. Revelou-se importante analisar o tratamento normativo que, com amparo no princípio do mínimo existencial, preserva-se o valor suficiente para garantir ao inadimplente sua subsistência digna e a de sua família. O estudo adotou abordagem jurídica fundamentada em dogmas e métodos, juntamente com a interpretação das normas, revisão de fontes bibliográficas e análise de decisões judiciais. O tema foi delimitado considerando a verificação de posicionamentos favoráveis à possibilidade de penhora de até 30% (trinta por cento) de verbas de natureza salarial, com o escopo de atender ao intento creditício, considerando que, 70% (setenta por cento) da remuneração, a princípio, seja suficiente para suprir as necessidades fundamentais do devedor e sua família
Potencialidades e Desafios do Monitoramento dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável no Município de Curitiba/PR
Full text linkThis article aims to analyze the monitoring and compliance challenges of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the municipality of Curitiba. The research employs a qualitative methodology, including document analysis, literature review, and the collection of secondary data from municipal sources. Despite the absence of specific legislation for achieving the SDG targets, there are regulations that guide the implementation of environmental policies. The study highlights a discrepancy between media reports of progress and the effective implementation of the goals and indicators proposed by the municipality. As a result, the main challenges to achieving the goals are presented, along with the potential identified in Curitiba that could facilitate the fulfillment of the SDGs. The conclusion emphasizes the need for standardized data on indicators for consistent monitoring aligned with national and global targets, highlighting how Curitiba's specific characteristics and resources can be leveraged to overcome the identified challenges and advance the implementation of the SDGs.Este artigo visa analisar os desafios de monitoramento e cumprimento dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) no município de Curitiba. A pesquisa utiliza metodologia qualitativa, incluindo análise documental, revisão bibliográfica e coleta de dados secundários de fontes municipais. Apesar da ausência de legislação específica para o cumprimento das metas dos ODS, existem normativas que orientam a implementação de políticas ambientais. O estudo aponta uma discrepância entre a divulgação midiática de avanços e a execução efetiva das metas e indicadores propostos pelo município. Como resultado, são apresentados os principais desafios para a concretização das metas, bem como as potencialidades identificadas em Curitiba que podem facilitar o cumprimento dos ODS. Conclui-se que é necessária uma padronização dos dados referentes aos indicadores para um monitoramento consistente com as metas nacionais e globais, destacando como as características e recursos específicos de Curitiba podem ser aproveitados para superar os desafios identificados e avançar na implementação dos ODS
Personalidade e Ruptura Conjugal de Casais Heterossexuais: Uma Revisão Integrativa
Full text linkThis study aims to carry out a systematic review of scientific articles relating personality and marital breakdown of heterosexual couples, analyzing the literature on this topic from the Big Five Personality Traits as a theoretical framework. Researches on Scielo, CAPES and BVS databases found 7 articles about this issue, from which 2 were selected. One of them, which came closest to the research topic, was placed in the AI software Research Rabits, where 5,200 related articles were tracked. Using the filter of articles published in the last 8 years, 9 articles were selected, totalizing 11 articles for evaluation, after further discussion with an independent committee. The analysis shows an international and national overview of the proposed topic, highlighting few publications and studies in Brazil that correlate personality as an element of marital breakup in heterosexual couples. The selected literature shows there is consensus relating personality and relationship satisfaction, which interferes in the marital breakdown process, especially regarding neuroticism.
Keywords: Personality; rupture; conjugality; satisfaction.O objetivo deste estudo é realizar uma revisão sistemática de artigos científicos sobre personalidade e ruptura conjugal de casais heterossexuais, analisando o que a literatura discute sobre esta temática, a partir da Teoria dos Cinco Grandes Fatores (big five) como referencial teórico para análise da personalidade. Por meio de consultas às bases de dados Scielo, CAPES e BVS, foram encontrados 7 artigos, dos quais 2 foram selecionados. Um deles, que mais se aproximava desta pesquisa, foi colocado no programa de Inteligência Artificial Research Rabbits, que rastreou 5.200 artigos relacionados. Após o filtro dos últimos 8 anos, foram selecionados 9 artigos, totalizando 11 artigos para avaliação depois da verificação de um juiz independente. A análise da literatura mostrou um panorama internacional e nacional sobre o estudo do tema proposto, evidenciando que há poucas publicações e estudos no Brasil que correlacionam a personalidade como elemento de ruptura conjugal em casais heterossexuais. Observou-se, contudo, que há um consenso de que a personalidade está diretamente ligada à satisfação no relacionamento e que ela interfere no processo de ruptura, principalmente quanto ao fator neuroticismo.
